A rapid identification method of microcrystalline cellulose adulteration by near infrared spectroscopy was studied. Based on the near-infrared spectrum data of microcrystalline cellulose samples and adulterants (soluble starch, wheat flour), the material spectrum database and the adulterant spectrum database were created respectively, and the microcrystalline cellulose classification and the adulterant models were also established. A rapid identification method for microcrystalline cellulose adulteration was established by using the Adulterant Screen algorithm technology for calculation and analysis. The minimum detected content of single component adulteration of microcrystalline fiber powder was 2% soluble starch and 1% wheat flour, and the accurate recognition rate was 100%. When the adulteration of two components (soluble starch + wheat flour) was two to ten times of the detection limit concentration of one component, the accurate recognition rate was 100%. The accurate recognition rate of unknown sample microcrystalline cellulose above the detection limit is 100%. The method is simple, rapid and reliable, and can quickly identify adulteration of microcrystalline cellulose samples. It can be effectively applied to the adulteration detection and identification of daily microcrystalline cellulose samples, which could provide technical support for the customs to crack down on tax evasion and evasion.

The fundamental extraction principle, production process, and instrument of the subcritical fluid (including water) technology in terms of the aquatic products materials were introduced in this review, and the academic progress of SFE technology in extracting and separating nutritional components from the aquatic products within the recent 10 years were summarized, in terms of proteins/peptides, lipids and polysaccharides from aquatic products. The advantages of different processing factors for the extraction of specific components were summarized, and the future development direction of SFE equipment and technology in the deep processing of aquatic products was prospected.

In order to study the effect of stitching density, tow size of the suture and diameter of the stitching hole on the shear property of the stitched three-dimensional woven composite/titanium hybrid board stitching connection structure, seven groups of samples with different stitching densities, tow size of the suture and diameter of the stitching hole were tested. A reference group whose samples were unstitched was also tested to show the effect of stitching on the joint. Different failure modes of the lap zone with different stitching parameters were observed in in-situ meso-experiment, and the damage morphologies of the characteristic points on the load-displacement curve were given. The result shows that increasing tow size of the suture and increasing stitching density can both increase the failure load of the hybrid joint. Increasing the stitching density is proved more effective in improving the failure load. Doubling the stitching density can increase the failure load of the stitched joint about 82.0%. Doubling the tow size of the suture can only increase the failure load of the joint about 24.3%; Whether the diameter of the stitching hole is 2 mm or 4 mm do not influence the bearing capacity of the structure obviously, and when the stitching hole diameter reaches 6 mm, the bearing capacity is reduced due to the low strength of the epoxy resin in the gap between stitching hole and suture. It is dangerous to increase diameter of stitching hole above 4 mm; the shear failure of the stitched three-dimension woven composite/titanium alloy hybrid structure is observed by mesoscopic mechanical test. Composite/titanium alloy interface failure, crack initiation and extension in composite or in lap zone and failure of the lap zone are the three main stages of the structure failure observed in the test; The suture failure in the connect zone includes suture pull out and suture cut off. There are three failure modes of the lap zone observed in test. In suture cut off mode, all sutures in lap zone are cut off. The position at which the suture is cut is related to the diameter of the stitching hole. In suture cut off/pull out mixed mode, some of the interface between suture and three-dimension woven composites fail and the suture is partly or completely pull out. In the group with high stitching density, sutures near the end of the three-dimension woven composite crush the composite and extrude out of the composite. Stitching density is the major factor in the failure mode of the joint.

Polyalthopsis Chaowasku is a recently newly described genus in Annonaceae. Polyalthopsis verrucipes (C.Y.Wu ex P.T.Li) B.Xue & Y.H.Tan is distributed in Southern Yunnan, China. In this article, we report the complete chloroplast (cp) genome of Polyalthiopsis based on Illumina sequencing data. The whole cp genome of this species is 159,965 bp in length, consisting of two inverted repeat regions (IR, 25,974 bp each), one large single-copy region (LSC, 89,030 bp), and one small single-copy region (SSC, 18,987 bp). A total of 130 genes were annotated for the cp genome, including 83 protein-coding genes, 37 tRNAs, and 8 rRNAs. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that P. verrucipes was closely related to Meiogyne hainanensis.

A genetic algorithm-based method is proposed to globally optimize the stacking sequence of multi-sandwich-panel composite structures for minimum weight with strength and buckling considerations. The prerequisites for the continuity between sandwich panels are first studied. To implement the summarized continuity rules in the evolutionary optimization, three newly constructed chromosomes are developed to encode the global stacking sequence with no additional repair. Genetic operators, including specialized mutation, swapping and crossover operators, are also developed to effectively explore the design space and keep the continuity rules followed. The Hashin criterion and maximum stress criterion are used to evaluate the strength of sandwich panels. A typical multi-sandwich-panel composite structure with identical and different core thicknesses is optimized to verify the validity and efficiency of the proposed method. It is found that much lighter solutions are obtained with an acceptable efficiency in all cases. It is also found that the weight of the multi-sandwich-panel composite structures can be further reduced when the core thicknesses are not identical.

Asphalt pavement is widely used at home and abroad because of its advantages of comfortable driving, convenient maintenance, short construction period, etc. Asphalt becomes brittle and is cracked in winter. Gannan is located in the plateau, belonging to plateau climate, low year-round temperature, often wind and rain, day and night temperature difference, strong sunlight. Therefore, the asphalt was selected with high temperature stability and low temperature ductility. The KLMY90# asphalt and its mixture were studied for the technical properties. The results showed: the content of saturates and aromatic components reduced at aging temperature; the saturated and aromatic content decreased at aging time; the saturated content decreased slowly than the content of aromatic content as the aging time decreasing; the dynamic stability increased with the asphalt-aggregate ratio; the asphalt mixture had superior performance, strong water resistance. The KLMY90# asphalt and its mixture were more suitable for paving roads for Gannan.

The aim of this study was to assess the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture for climacteric depression. Two reviewers searched major databases independently. The quality assessment and data analysis were evaluated by Cochrane reviews 5.3.0. Seventeen clinical trials were included, contained 1,369 cases. Meta-analysis of acupuncture comparing with medicine showed that: a) Affective rate: [OR = 1.44, 95% CI (1.02, 2.04)], the difference had statistically significance; b) HAMA score : [MD = -2.12, 95% CI (-2.85, -1.40)], the difference had statistically significance; c) HAMD score: The difference of the 2nd week, 4th week, 6th week, 8th week, or 12th week was not statistically significant; d) Kupperman score: [MD = -5.05, 95% CI (-11.94, 1.84)] showed no statistical significance; e) Incidence of adverse events of acupuncture (2.7%) was significantly less than the control group (20%). In conclusion acupuncture will help to improve depressive symptoms of climacteric and decrease adverse reactions.

To assess the knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) among the nurses ( n= 302) of community-based health services in Hainan province of China, a survey was made by randomized stratified cluster sampling using self-designed questionnaires. The passing rate for qualification of the knowledge of CPR was found to be very low in Hainan province (23.18 %).
