Abstract

International audience; Herein, we demonstrate the effectiveness of the water-friendly S-sulphonate group as an alternative to traditional thiol protecting groups for subsequent deprotection-bioconjugation reactions, under conditions that are compatible with the use of biochemical samples.

Abstract

Památkově mimořádně hodnotný dům čp. 22 ve středočeské vsi Zbečno (okr. Rakovník) prošel v raném novověku složitým stavebním vývojem. Nejstarší dochované konstrukce pocházejí z 16. století, výrazné přestavby proběhly v 18. století. Geneze domu je však podstatně starší. Předmětem článku je komplexní prezentace výsledků archeologického výzkumu realizovaného v dvojici obytných místností a na dvoře usedlosti. V souvrství pod dnešními podlahami se podařilo rozlišit pozůstatky tří po sobě následujících středověkých staveb, jejichž vnitřní dispozice korespondovala s dispozicí dnešního domu. Dva z těchto domů shořely. Výstavbu nejstaršího domu lze podle keramiky datovat do 2. poloviny 13. až 1. poloviny 14. století. Třebaže jsou současné stěny mírně půdorysně posunuty oproti středověkým vývojovým fázím, orientace hlavní dispoziční osy se nezměnila.
