The limitation in conveying information from the village head to the community is still very slow because they have to write to the head of the neighborhood unit (RT). This condition is very ineffective, so the purpose of this research is to build an application that can facilitate the government and the Tolada village community in getting information quickly. This application is built using the programming language PHP, Javascript and MySQL DBMS which is then tested for quality by the black box method. The results of the study indicate that this application is feasible and effective for use by the government and the local community based on the recommendation of an expert validator in the field of information technology.

The purpose of this study is to produce a model that can assist in determining prospective new students of STMIK AKBA who receive scholarships. The algorithm used is decision tree and nave Bayes to classify the graduation of prospective recipients of the Indonesian Smart Card (KIP) scholarship. Based on the results of the classification of the decision tree algorithm with the confusion matrix, the accuracy value is 44.12% and the F1-Score is 34.48%. If you use the Naive Bayes algorithm, it produces an accuracy value of 76.47% using data on diploma scores and average report cards. Furthermore, for accuracy without using diploma value data and the average report card is 79.41%. The results of this study show that nave Bayes has a better performance even though it does not use diploma scores and average report cards. Measurement of the results of the nave Bayes classification with the confusion matrix showed low sensitivity with values ​​of 66.67% and 58.33% for the first and second scenarios. Based on the evaluation results, the Naïve Bayes algorithm has a better performance than the Decision Tree algorithm in classifying KIP scholarship recipients.

The attendance or attendance system is a recording or provision of information on a person's presence which indicates that the person has provided information about his presence and absence, then it is stated in the form of an attendance report. Along with the development of technology, an attendance recording has also developed, where we used to use paper attendance to fingerprint attendance. In educational institutions such as campuses, attendance has an important role in the process of developing a student. Until now, there are still many campuses that still use conventional attendance to record the presence of students in class, which allows for human error or fraud from both lecturers and students. Therefore, a solution is possible to suppress errors that may occur, namely by creating a website-based attendance or attendance system where the QR Code is used as an auxiliary medium in recording the presence or absence of a student at the STMIK AKBA Makassar Campus.

The purpose of this study is to develop a word composition educational game for young children after the Covid-19 pandemic. The game is designed to help children strengthen their word composition skills and introduce new letters and syllables related to fruits. The game uses a 2D display and is developed using the Construct 2 game engine. The development method used is the waterfall method, and the game was tested on 10 parents and teachers to validate its effectiveness in helping children learn to compose words. The results of the study showed that the use of gamification and technology in early childhood education can help to motivate children and improve their learning outcomes. The use of Construct 2 as a game engine allowed for the development of a user-friendly and visually appealing educational game. The contribution of this study is to provide an innovative solution for improving children's word composition skills in a fun and engaging way.

The purpose of the study was to determine the process of developing teaching methods using infographic and comic life media on interest in learning chemistry, teaching methods using infographic media and comic life on interest in learning chemistry can be declared valid, practical and effective for use in schools. This type of research is development research. The data analysis technique used to obtain the appropriate data, so that it can be processed using the data technique validation results of the infographic and comic life media teaching methods. Data on the effectiveness of learning media, data on the practicality of learning devices. The procedure for developing teaching methods includes needs analysis, design phase, realization/construction phase, test and evaluation phase and implementation phase. Development results in the form of teaching methods based on infographics and comic life that can be used by teachers and students in the learning process. In the expert test of instrument validation, the teaching method underwent several revisions before being implemented in schools until a valid, effective and practical learning media was obtained. The results of the validation of infographic and comic life media with an average validity value of 4.0. The practicality of teaching methods meets the criteria by providing convenience for educators/teachers and students in the learning process and the effectiveness of teaching methods meets the criteria by looking at the positive responses of students with a percentage of 70% stating strongly agree and 30% agreeing.

A website-based community service information system can improve the performance of sub-district, village, community units and neighborhood units so that it can speed up report generation and can also improve the quality of better services because it is faster and without queuing. This research is to design and build an Information System for the Rukun Warga (RW) Service at Perumnas Antang Blok 10 by using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method and the Multi-Objective Optimization On the Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method that is able to provide effective services. and efficient to citizens and able to facilitate in supporting decision making acceptance of social assistance. The results of the study show that the Community Service Information System (RW) at Perumnas Antang Blok 10 can help provide effective and efficient services to residents and is able to facilitate decision making in receiving social assistance. Based on the results of the respondent's assessment through the distribution of questionnaires, the Information System for the Rukun Warga (RW) at Perumnas Antang Blok 10 is very good to use because it meets the final score criteria of 88%.

Introduction: In chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients, calcium and phosphate homeostasis disorders occur. Decreased kidney function will result in decreased phosphate excretion. In stage 3b CKD, the kidneys are no longer able to compensate for the phosphate load sufficiently and hyperphosphatemia is resulted. Objectives: This research aimed to figure out the proportions of hyperphosphatemic patients at different levels of glomerular filtration rate in CKD. Patients and Methods: An observational study with a cross-sectional approach involving 80 CKD subjects, distributed into stage 3 (n = 20), stage 4 (n = 20), stage 5 non-dialysis (n = 20) and stage 5 dialysis CKD subjects(n = 20), at Wahidin Sudirohusodo hospital and Unhas hospital, Makassar, from April through August 2021. Phosphate concentrations were measured using ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) kit (Immutopics). A result of the statistical test would be significant if P < 0.05. Results: The average phosphate concentrations at stage 3, stage 4, stage 5 non-dialysis and stage 5 dialysis were 4.14 ± 1.85 mg/dL, 4.17 ± 1.12 mg/dL, 6.43 ± 3.09 md/dL and 5.42 ± 3.09 mg/dL, respectively. Based on the avergae phosphate concentration by CKD stage, stage 3 was not significantly different from stage 4 (P = 0.969), however there was a significant difference between stage 3 and stage 5 non-dialysis (P = 0.004) and also between stage 4 and stage 5 non-dialysis (P = 0.005). The proportions of hyperphosphatemic patients (serum phosphate >4.5 mg/dL) with stage 3, stage 4, stage 5 non-dialysis and stage 5 dialysis CKD were 15% (n = 3), 20% (n = 4), 75% (n = 15) and 43.3% (n = 9), respectively. Conclusion: The porportion of hyperphosphatemic subjects increased with the decline in the kidney function. Dialysis process reduces phosphate levels and the proportion of patients with hyperphosphatemia.

The most widely used pavement structures in Indonesia are flexible pavements consisting of coarse aggregate compositions, fine aggregates, asphalt and filler materials. The type of pavement used is densely graded pavement (asphalt concrete). The ability of the mixture of asphalt concrete in holding the vehicle load (traffic) is strongly influenced by the quality of the asphalt concrete mix. This study aims to find out the composition of Muara Takus quarry aggregate usage of Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course (AC-BC) asphalt mixture with the use of Asphalt Buton Grain type 5/20 and penetration asphalt 60/70. The method used is a survey of direct sampling to the field and testing laboratory. a Sampling of aggregate data is done in the field and then sieve analysis using the standard in accordance with SNI 1968: 2008 and aggregate composition. The results of the screening analysis of both AC-BC asphalt mixtures using Asphalt Liquid Pen 60/70 and Asphalt Buton Grain Type 5/20 there is a very significant difference to the use of aggregate on Asphalt Buton Grain Type 5/20 is the direct addition of Asphalt Buton Grain alone into the Asphalt AC-BC mixture and not using a filler.

The purpose of this study was to make detailed learning design in accordance with the needs of educational institutions. Learning Technology Design is one of the necessary ways to improve the qualified graduates’ competence. This research aimed to make a learning model website to improve students’ quality. This current study only provides general learning model. The participants of this study were lecturers, undergraduate and postgraduate students and educational practitioners throughout Indonesia using online form. Data collection techniques used in this study were in depth interview as well as online survey and a need analysis using waterfall method. The result showed that the existing learning model until now has not yet given any changes. This research generates an innovation in the learning model as needed by the Policy Makers.

The main problem to be an obstacle in communication between platforms, networks such as local networks or the Internet is a problem in data transfer. The problem often found in a hardware which is cannot receive data that is processed by other hardware. So to change data between two computer systems, it is necessary to convert data from one form to another. One solution to this problem is transfered data or file, previously converted to the plaintext form first. Conversion to the plaintext form can be supported by most computer systems. In this study, a software was designed using Visual Basic programming language that can convert binary files to plaintext using the Base 64 encoding or decoding method, UUEncode / UUDecode, XXEncode / XXDecode, BinHex 4.0, Hexadecimal, and Quoted-Printable. The results of the design is produce a software that can be used as an alternative program to convert files into text files, besides that the program can also display a benchmark comparison graph (speed) of each method and comparison of overhead (the ratio of the size of the file to the file before encoding).

At present, data security techniques known as cryptography are influential and widely used. There are lots of cryptographic algorithms. The main problem faced by a student taking this course is they difficult to understand the procedures of a cryptographic algorithm due to its complexity and involves many calculations. CAST is a block ciphers belonging to the family of DES (Data Encryption System) that uses substitutions and permutations (known as Substitution Permutation Network or SPN) in key calculations and encryption and decryption processes. The CAST algorithm has two versions, namely CAST-128 and CAST-256 where both are distinguished by the length of the used key. The maximum Key length allowed in CAST is 128 bits or 16 characters. In addition CAST-128 allows key sizes to vary from 40 bits to 128 bits with the addition of 8-bits. While the length of plain text that can be encrypted and decrypted is 64 bits (8 characters) and supports all types of plain text. This study describes the procedures of CAST-128, the design of encryption procedures from CAST-128, calculations from the Key Schedule using Substitution Boxes (S-Boxes), how the CAST-128 encryption and decryption algorithms work, the results of the implementation of the CAST-128 algorithm created a program that also functions as a learning program to understand the CAST- 128 algorithm with the process of key formation, CAST-128 algorithm encryption and decryption.

Images can be produced by tools such as cameras, satellites or scanners. The process of transferring images from these devices can cause interference in the form of noise. Damage to photos or images is something that cannot be avoided, where this damage is usually caused by a time factor, a factor in someone’s accidental handling of a photo, or other external factors. This will cause the photo to be cured until information loss or artistic value occurs. Image processing is a solution to handle or manipulate an image, in other words in image processing is also offered a technique to deal with the problem above, because handling an image or photo that is damaged is also a process of manipulation of that image. One method of image repair due to noise is through a filtering process by dividing the image into four parts of the actual size, namely the filtered image and the other part are the details of the image where this process reflects the performance of the wavelet transformation method. The results of the trial using the software show the number of filter coefficients affecting the results of filtering with wavelet transformations, where the more the number of filter coefficients daubechies the smaller the visualization of contrast. Repeated decomposition of the image on the wavelet transformation will erode the original image, this is caused by the more pixel values transformed by both the low-pass-filter and high-pass-filter processes.

This learning software will display an image of the function curve which is inputted and the results of the calculation of the area using the certain integral function. The software also provides facilities for storing input and image data from curve functions in the *.bmp image format.

This study resulted in a complete innovative learning incorporation as required by Policy Makers.

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is one method that is often used in the benchmarking process. The benchmarking process with DEA is often faced with problems where there is a Decision Making Unit (DMU) both Input and Output which is not in the form of qualitative data but in the form of qualitative data. Qualitative data requires an assessment from the appraiser so that it can become quantitative data. This study will use the Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting method to convert qualitative data into quantitative. The results of this study will produce a model that integrates DEA with Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting.

Data collected by PLN staff on customer’s complaints in the usage of electricity are very huge and accumulate. Previously, there was no information about these kinds of complaints in all sub-districts included inside the company, PT. PLN Binjai. On the other hand, each year company experienced problems to classify all complaints in order to obtain customers with information to later be used as a basis for making policy/decision. Data mining used clustering method and K-Means algorithm to classify the data so that important information is obtained from customer’s complaints on the electricity usage, using variable: types of complaints, power using by consumer and consumer’s region. Data was analyzed using Matlab to produce cluster centers and obtained a relationship between variables obtained with groups with high number of complaints. Results revealed that from 500 customers who have complained, cluster 1 had 218 complaints namely NT Fuse Putus with power used was 1300 watt and was located in Binjai.

Honey Guava Fruit (Green Guava Deli) is one of the fruit that are very popular, liked, and consumed by the people. The pProblems that cause a decline in the quality of guava due to honey guava plants can also be attacked by disease. The limited access information about honey guava disease is one of the obstacles, while the number of agricultural experts is still insufficient. In this study a media system will built with an expert system approach. The application development phase begins with the system analysis stage, namely data analysis and system requirements description, building a knowledge base, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram, and creating a table structure, table design, and interface menu design. After the design phase is complete, it is continued to the implementation and testing phase of the application. This application uses Visual basic. Net as a programming language and Sql Server as a database. The research was conducted to make Honey Guava Disease Diagnosis System Expert System software that can work like an agricultural expert. The system is able to diagnose as many as 3 diseases using the Bayes Theorem method.

Decision making is sometimes faced with a situation where assessment is given in the form of linguistic variables, which have a certain range of values so that decision making cannot be given in the form of numerical values. One approach commonly used is Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Term Sets (HFLTS) which is a multi-criteria and multi-alternative decision making method. In TOPSIS which has the concept of distance measurement, basically the chosen one is the best alternative is an alternative that has the closest distance to a positive solution and the farthest distance with a negative solution. The incorporation of HFLTS-TOPSIS has the advantage that decision making can be done in the form of variable linguistics and also a situation where there are benefit criteria and cost criteria. This study will use the HFLTS-TOPSIS approach that has been modified in the distance calculation section so that distance calculation is based on the difference of preference degree between the two HFLTS. The results of research conducted by a number of researchers show that using pseudo-distance will provide advantages compared to the standard HLFTS-TOPSIS. Pseudo-distance HFLTS-TOPSIS will be applied in the selection of the best lecturers. The criteria used in this study are: Student Satisfaction, Research, Number of late, and number of complaints from students.

Data mining is the process of analyzing data using software to find patterns and rules in the data set. Data mining can analyze large data to find knowledge to support decision making. In this study the Rule Association will be discussed as one of the data mining functions implemented using the A priori Algorithm. There will also be analyzed two support calculation techniques in candidate generation in the A priori Algorithm, such as: K-way and 2 Group-By in three sample datasets with transaction attributes id and item. In this study the problem of support calculation in candidate generation is the bottleneck of the A priori Algorithm where the improvement of the A priori Algorithm was emphasized on the candidate generation and the effectiveness of the A priori Algorithm. This research was lead on the Oracle RDBMS by utilizing WEKA tools to determine maximum support and confidence and to find out the correlation between products. Cryptography is the science and art of maintaining the security of messages when messages are sent from one place to another. One of the ways securing the form of text message information is by the encryption process using the Vigenere Cipher algorithm and utilizing the One Time Pad (OTP) algorithm as a key generator, where the message will be random when it is opened. The message encryption process used the vigenere cipher algorithm while OTP is used to secure the key with the same formula. After this research has been done, an application was designed to secure text messages by converting the text message into a random message so that the message was unreadable due to a secret message that could not be known by others. The results achieved can secure an encrypted message that cannot be reopened and if those messages were reopened, they must be decrypted.

The security of information in this global era is increasingly becoming a vital need in various aspects of life. An information will have a higher value when it comes to aspects of business decisions. This study presents a learning application to explain how to secure data using cryptographic techniques. This study aims to design a prototype learning application of cryptographic techniques using algorithm RC4 method. Based on the results of data analysis and after completing the design of RC4 algorithm cryptographic learning software, the authors found this software shows every step and stages of the processes (data input process (Plaintext or Ciphertext string), Key padding process (U), formation process in S-Box table, the Key-Flow formation process (K-keystream), encryption process and decryption process) contained in RC4 algorithm cryptography, so it can help understanding or learning work procedures of algorithms in the cryptographic method. Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 is an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) application that is used to create and develop software. In this application there were various features that facilitate programming such as compilation, debugging, project settings, designing and editing visual interfaces, and so on.

This study aims is to 1) design prototype security room lecturer room based arduino mega integrated with Fingerprint and camera, 2) Testing the effectiveness of prototype security room door lecturer. This type of research is a type of research design that is within the scope of research R & D (Research and Development). Data were collected based on observations and interviews. Data analysis technique by descriptive method. The result of the research shows that prototype of latchroom room door STMIK AKBA using arduino mega camera and fingerprint can assist lecturers in improving security in lecturers room and based on descriptive analysis result found that the device can run effectively. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk 1) merancang prototype pengamanan pintu ruang dosen berbasis arduino mega yang terintegrasi dengan Fingerprint dan kamera, 2) Menguji Efektifitas prototype kemanan pintu ruang dosen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian perancangan yang dalam lingkup penelitian R&D (Penelitian dan Pengembangan). Data dikumpulkan berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dengan cara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian itu menunjukkan bahwa prototype pengaman pintu ruang dosen STMIK AKBA menggunakan kamera dan fingerprint berbasis arduino mega dapat membantu dosen dalam meningkatkan keamanan pada ruang dosen dan berdasarkan hasil analisis secara deskriptif ditemukan bahwa perangkat tersebut dapat berjalan dengan efektif.

Tujuan tulisan ini dimaksudkan untuk menjelaskan secara deskriptif kuantitatif terkait persepsi guru terhadap penggunaan software TAP dalam menganalisis instrument tes. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berlangsung selama 2 bulan yang dimulai dari melatih guru menulis dan mengembangkan butir instrument, melatih menganalisis butir instrumen dengan bantuan software TAP, dan Melatih guru mengintrepretasi. Setelah pelatihan selesai peserta diminta untuk memberikan respon terhadap kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dengan mengisi kuesioner.Hasil pengabdian ditemukan bahwa peserta pelatihan yang menyatakan pengabdian ini sangat membantu sebanyak 15 orang (50%), Membantu 46.7%, Cukup membantu 3.3% dan tidak terdapat peserta yang menyatakan tidak membantu. Selain itu, sebagian besar peserta pelatihan menyatakan belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan analisis butir instrument tes baik yang menggunakan software TAP maupun software lainnya. Hal ini terlihat pada jumlah peserta yang pernah mengikuti pelatihan analisis butir hanya sebanyak 6.7% sedangkan peserta yang tidak pernah mengikuti sebanyak 93.3% dan 100% responden yang belum pernah menggunakan software TAP dalam menganalisis butir instrument tes. Secara keseluruhan, para peserta memberi respon positif terhadap pelaksanaan pelatihan analisis butir soal dengan bantuan sofware TAP.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah statistika; 2) untuk mengetahui perbedaan motivasi belajar mahasiswa antara kelas yang diberikan model tes buka buku dengan kelas yang diberikan model tes tutup buku di STMIK AKBA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian eksperimen. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode Observasi dan angket. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 mahsiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu cluster sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan statistik deskriptif dan infrensial. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa motivasi belajar bagi mahasiswa yang diberikan model tes buka buku lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan motivasi belajar bagi mahasiswa yang diberikan model tes tutup buku. Hal ini didukung dengan hasil uji statistik infrensial dimana terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar mahasiswa antara kelas yang diberikan model tes buka buku dengan kelas yang diberikan model tes tutup buku untuk mata kuliah statistika di STMIK AKBAThe purpose of this research were 1) to describe the students’ learning motivation on the statistics course and 2) to determine the differences instudents’ learning motivation between the classes of a given opened test model and a close book test model at STMIK AKBA. The type of the research was an experimental research. Data was collected through observation and questionnaire method. The total sample was 50 students with cluster sampling technique. Data analysis used descriptive and inferential statistics. The research found that students’ motivation to learn with a given model of opened book test was higher than their motivation with a close book test model. It was supported by the result of statistical inferential tests where there was a difference between the students' learning motivation given opened book test model with the close book test model in the statistics course in STMIK AKBA.

Many therapies to help the motor neuron performance is one of them Pretend Play. Pretend Play is a therapy that invites children in playing to demonstrate something else and tell how to use objects that are considered in the child’s imagination. However, in the era of highly developed technology, many fields have used the Augmented Reality method as a visualization of various aspects. With this method researchers will present the therapeutic visualization of the block to 3D transportation tool that is useful for strengthening motor nerves and visual strength of the child. The system can run well during marker detection, marker movement, and 3D object display with the accuracy of precision angle and distance between virtual world with real world reach 100% with angle 0 at distance 31 cm and the maximum distance from the marker is 46 cm and the maximum angle is 30˚.

Low birth weight of infants born weighing less than 1500 grams to 2500 grams. One way to improve the care of the baby weight in babies with low birth weight babies (LBW) and preterm is by kangaroo method. The phenomenon that is found in this room that kangaroo care method is great for LBW infants, especially in helping to improve the baby's weight although it needs close monitoring, especially for infant nutrition. The objective of research to determine the effectiveness of Kangaroo method to the weight of newborns. The research design was Quasi-experimental approach to pre and post test only design. The population in this study is all the baby's birth weight 1500 - 2500 g in perinatology room Dr. Achmad Mochtar hospital Bukittinggi and sampling was done by purposive sampling as many as 10 people. Data was collected using observation sheets, then processed and analyzed by computerized. Results of univariate analysis discovered that the average weight of the baby to Kangaroo method is 1724 grams, and after was 1844.3 grams. The results of the bivariate analysis there are differences in the average weight of newborns (1500 - 2500 grams) before and after the implementation of kangaroo method with p value = 0.000. It was concluded that the kangaroo method effective to increase weight of baby with LBW. It is expected that healthcare workers in hospital more often socialize and train mothers with LBW about kangaroo care method. As well as optimize the mentoring and monitoring the implementation of the kangaroo method.

The role of climate can be affected by plants. The weather can accelerate and multiply the existence of various plant pests and diseases, accelerate the growth and development of grass among plants, and encourage the emergence of infection and significant damage to plants. The elements of climate that affect the growth of plants are one of them is rainfall. In this paper, we performed the simulation using the non-parametric penalized spline (PSPLINE) method and studied the effect on rice production in Lampung. It can be concluded that the increasing fluctuation, frequency, and intensity of climate anomalies in the last decade caused by the ENSO phenomenon have an impact on changes in distribution patterns, intensity, and period of the wet season so that the start of the rainy season and the dry season becomes too late. As a result, there is a seasonal shift from normal average conditions that can ultimately have severe implications for food crops. In a nutshell penalized spline gives high accuracy with R 2 = 96.227% and MAPE = 1.62%.

This study studies that has the aim to apply Sutte Indicator to assist the investor to make the decision-making process of buying or selling of their stocks. The data of this study obtained from Stock of PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. (AALI) on Yahoo Finance website. The period of data from 5 April 2001 to 20 September 2016. To check the performance of the predicting, it compare Sutte Indicator with other technical analysis: Moving Average Convergence/Divergence (MACD) and Simple Moving Average (SMA) and the check of the reliability using the mean absolute deviation (MAD), mean of square error (MSE), and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE).
