リハビリ型デイサービス利用者である高齢者を対象として、精神的健康を維持するための具体的な取り組みを検討した。精神的健康の評価には、WHO-5健康状態表を用いて、WHO-5の高群と低群に分類した。年齢が上がるとWHO-5の高群が低群に比べて有意に高いことが認められた。さらに、WHO-5の高群の方が家族との交流を大切にしており、主観的幸福感も有意に高いことが認められた。一方、性差では、女性の方が男性と比較してデイサービスの利用やおしゃべり、友人との交流など社交的であることが明らかとなった。また、老年的超越の高群は、女性の方が高いことが有意に認められた。リハビリ型デイサービス利用者の精神的健康を維持する取り組みとしては、散歩の機会の提供、対象者の好む活動を日々のレクリエーションに取り入れること、社交性を考慮したコミュニケーションの活性化などが有効であることが示された。, We examined specific measures to maintain mental health for the elderly who are users of rehabilitation-type day services. For the evaluation of mental health, the WHO-5 health status table was used to classify the WHO-5 into high and low groups. We found that the age in the high WHO-5 group was significantly higher than that in the low group. Furthermore, it was found that the high group of WHO-5 valued interaction with the family and the Subjective well-being was significantly higher. On the other hand, regarding gender differences, it became clear that women are more sociable than men in using day services, chatting, and interacting with friends. In addition, the high group of Gerotranscendence was significantly higher in women as compared to men. As efforts to maintain mental health, it was shown that providing opportunities for walks, incorporating activities preferred by the subjects into daily recreation, and activating communication in consideration of sociability are effective.

大学生のSNS利用は一般的であるが、SNSの長時間利用と精神的健康の関連についての知見は一貫していない。そのため本研究では、SNS利用が、社会的比較と比較後の感情である妬みの個人特性を媒介して、精神的健康に影響を及ぼす過程について検討した。調査会社に依頼し、大学生200名を対象に、SNS利用時間、精神的健康（ストレス反応、自尊感情、主観的幸福感）、社会的比較、妬み、SNS依存をWEB調査した。その結果、全体の92.5％が何らかのSNSを利用していた。SNS利用時間は、ストレス反応と弱い正の相関が見られた。共分散構造分析の結果、全体的として意見比較は良性妬み、能力比較は悪性妬みを高め、悪性妬みは強いストレス反応と関連した。SNSの長時間利用者においては、意見比較傾向の強さは悪性妬みを抑制するが、一方で能力比較傾向の強さが良性妬みを抑制し、結果として、悪性妬みが強いストレス反応だけでなく、自尊感情や主観的幸福感を低減させていた。

本研究の目的は,きょうだいとの比較による劣性認知が,劣等感や精神的健康に与える影響について明らかにすることであった。劣性の認知について調べるために,①自分が重要としている自己の領域（以下,自己重要領域とする）②養育者にとっての重要領域③自分と養育者にとっての重要領域④自分と養育者ともに重視しない領域の４領域について,きょうだいと比較して認知した劣性をどれだけ重要視しているか尋ねた。「きょうだいとの比較による劣性認知→劣等感→精神的健康」のモデルを検討するために共分散構造分析を行った結果,自己重要領域および自分と養育者ともに重視する領域においてきょうだいと比較して劣性を認知した場合,きょうだいとの比較による劣性認知は劣等感を高め精神的健康を阻害することが示された。一方で,養育者の重要領域および自分と養育者ともに重視しない領域においてきょうだいと比較して劣性を認知した場合,きょうだいとの比較による劣性認知から劣等感や精神的健康への有意な影響は示されなかった。

本研究の全体的な目的は、まず養育者の養育態度は共同体感覚の形成に影響を与え、その共同体感覚と社会的適応ならびに精神的健康との間に関連が見られることが予想され、これについて検討することであった。そこでアドラー心理学の概念に沿った養育態度尺度を作成するために行った予備調査から、養育態度尺度作成のための示唆が得られた。次に、予備調査の結果を踏まえ、本調査を行った結果、アドラー心理学の概念に沿った養育態度は3因子構造であることが示された。ここで作成された養育態度尺度を用いて「養育態度→共同体感覚→社会的適応」および「養育態度→共同体感覚→精神的健康」のモデルを検討した結果、「養育者の養育態度が自分のことを理解し、自立心を促すものであると子が認知している場合、その親の養育態度は子の共同体感覚の形成につながり、その共同体感覚が社会的適応および精神的健康に正の影響を与えるであろう。」という本研究の仮説が概ね支持される結果が得られた。

In this study, through a questionnaire survey of university students, we examined how short- and longterm mental health effects of writing one’s stress experiences on SNS could vary depending on the depth of message contents and frequency of writing. We classified solely stating experience of stress as low-level content, inclusion of related thoughts and feelings as moderate-level content, and additional inclusion of possible future impact as high-level content. The results of this study indicated that those who predominately wrote moderate-level messages, in contrast to low- and high-level content, tended to feel less stressed afterwards over a short period. However, the stress release did not hold in the long run. Furthermore, consistent with previous studies that focused on number of messages, we also found that people who often wrote about stress experiences on SNS - no matter the depth - tended to be more depressed. Altogether, in terms of depth of messages, writing about stress experiences on SNS is not as useful as people feel, and frequent writing may be related to poor mental health.

本研究は，「新米ママと赤ちゃんの会」プログラムが参加者の育児不安と精神的健康に与える効果を検討することを目的に行われた。介入前（生後2・3か月）と介入後（生後3・4か月）および介入後群（生後3・4か月）と対照群（生後3・4か月）とを比較した。本研究の参加者は初産婦であった。プログラムの介入群は自らプログラムの参加を求めた人（n=229）で，対照群は3・4か月の乳幼児健康診査の利用者（n=118）であった。1クールのプログラムは，毎週1回，4週間行われ，それが計40クール行われた。効果に関するアンケート調査を実施した。その結果，介入群内における比較では，育児不安の解消と自信の獲得，精神的健康の回復，地域に対する肯定的な気持ちの高まりが確認された。また，自主サークルが40できた。しかし，育児不安と自信のなさについては，介入群よりも対照群の方が低かった。以上より，初産婦を対象とした集団型の産後サポートや産後ケアのプログラムとして有用性があると考えられた。今後は，アウトカム変数の測定を継続し，より効果的なプログラムモデルへと形成していく研究が必要である。, This study examines the effects of the First-time Mothers and Babies Program and compares (1) the results pre and post intervention and (2) the results of the post-intervention and control groups.The intervention group consisted of first-time mothers with 2-3 month old infants were invited to participate in the program (intervention group, n = 229). The control group consisted of first-time mothers with 3-4 month old infants recruited from the infant health examination (control group, n = 118). One course in this program was conducted once a week for four-weeks, and it was conducted 40 courses. A questionnaire survey about outcomes was conducted.The result showed that, in the intervention group, parenting anxiety decreased; self-confidence in parenting, mental health, and positive feeling toward the community increased after the program. Further, 40 voluntary parenting circles were established. However, control group showed lower parenting anxiety, and higher self-confidence in parenting than the post intervention group.These findings suggest that the program may be useful as postpartum support and as a postpartum care program for first-time mothers. Future research should measure the outcome variables, and a more effective program model should be formulated.

本研究の目的は，児童期及び青年期の親の養育態度および仲間経験が自己肯定感や時間的展望にどのように関連しており，またそれらが精神的健康にどのような影響を及ぼすのかについて検討を行うことであった。まず，児童期と青年期の両時期ともに着目した親の養育態度と自己肯定感，時間的展望との関連について明らかにするため，大学生48名を対象に予備調査を行った結果，青年期においては親の養育態度と自己肯定感，自己肯定感と時間的展望との間にそれぞれ関連があることが示唆されたが，児童期においては有意な結果が得られなかった。次に，予備調査の結果を踏まえ，大学生1023名を対象に本調査を行った。近年の家庭環境の多様化の影響によって，子どもが認知する養育者は多様であることが考えられた。そこで，調査対象者に主な養育者（両親，母親，父親）を思い浮かべてもらった。その結果，主な養育者として両親，母親，父親の順に多かった。その養育者として思い浮かべた養育者別に分析を行った。その結果，両親・母親のみを想起した青年期のモニタリング的な養育態度，父親のみを想起した児童期の受容的な養育態度および児童期・青年期の仲間からの被受容感によって，自分自身を前向きに捉えることができ，その自己肯定感が時間的展望に肯定的な影響を与え，それが精神的健康につながることが示された。

In order to explore the relationship between the mental health of childcare workers and their working environment, a questionnaire survey of childcare workers was conducted. 377 respondents’ data were analyzed and the following results were obtained. Difficulty in participating in organizational managementand high work load were relatively highly correlated with mental health. In addition, group efficacy showed a relatively high correlation with human relations in the workplace and difficulty in participating in organizational management. The importance of being able to be involved in the management of the organization to which they belong was discussed.

本研究では、ドロップアウトに至った61名の高校生について、精神的健康を指標としたタイプ分けを行った。コレスポンデンス分析の結果、（1）注意の問題・衝動性傾向、（2）いじめの問題傾向、（3）体調不良傾向、（4）反社会傾向が強い4つのタイプが見出された。それぞれのタイプの特徴を分散分析によって比較した結果、自尊感情、「対人関係に関わる自己効力感」について有意な得点の差が認められた。また、各タイプの生徒と学業を継続・卒業した生徒の特徴をt検定によって比較した結果、ドロップアウト群をひとまとまりにして検討した際には見えなかったそれぞれの特徴が見出された。複数の要因が複合的にドロップアウトに関連している状況も示唆された。

＜問題と目的＞近年成人発達障害が増加している。成人発達障害者は、小児とは異なった形で症状や生活上の困難を有している。本研究では成人発達障害のコーピングに焦点をあて、自尊感情と精神的健康との関連を調べる。＜方法＞精神科医療機関通院中の発達障害と診断のついた成人患者74名に質問紙調査を行った。質問紙は以下のように構成。①フェイスシート。②発達障害に関する項目。③GCQ（General Coping Questionnaire）特性版（佐々木ら、2002）：コーピングを「感情表出」、「情緒的サポート希求」、「認知的再解釈」、「問題解決」で測定。④ローゼンバーグ自尊感情尺度日本語版（桜井、2000）：自尊感情を測定。⑤日本語版GHQ12（General Health Questionnaire 12）（中川・大坊，2013）：軽度精神障害をスクリーニングする尺度。点数が高いほど精神的不健康である。＜結果＞平均年齢33.9歳、男女比は2.5：1であった。自己申告の発達障害の疾患から、ASD（autism spectrum disorder）群54％、ADHD（attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder）群23％、ASDとADHD併存群18％、分からない5％に分類された。GCQを説明変数、自尊感情とGHQを基準変数とする重回帰分析を行った結果、情緒的サポート希求と認知的再解釈コーピングは自尊感情に、感情表出コーピングはGHQにそれぞれ正の影響を与えていた。性別と疾患分類を２要因とする分散分析の結果、ASDとADHD併存群は、ASD群、ADHD群よりも自尊感情が低いことが示された。＜考察＞自尊感情、GHQで示される精神的不健康は、発達障害の二次的問題とみなせる。コーピングにより、二次的問題が軽減あるいは悪化することが示された。

本研究は、北海道市町村保健師の精神的健康に関連する要因を明らかにすることを目的とした。方法として、北海道内の176市町村に勤務する保健師1,343名に無記名自記式質問紙を郵送した。その結果、549名より回答があり(回収率40.9%)、そのうち460名(有効回答率34.3%)に分析を行った。精神的健康は日本語版精神健康調査票28項目版(以下、GHQ28)の質問項目を用いて測定した。精神的健康に関連する要因として、対象者の属性(性別、年齢、学歴、職位、看護師経験の有無、所属部門、所属部門以外での経験の有無、保健師経験年数、保健師が勤務する人口規模、職場体制(地区分担制等))の10項目との関連についてロジスティク回帰分析を行った。結果、市町村保健師の精神的健康に関連する要因は"性別""年齢階級""保健師経験年数""看護師経験の有無""保健師が勤務する人口規模"であった。本研究により、保健師の精神的健康は、保健師としてのこれまでの経験や保健師が勤務する人口規模との関連が示唆され保健師の精神的健康を良好に保つためにも検討すべき視点が提示できた。(著者抄録)The purpose of this study is to clarify factors related to the mental health of public health nurses. An anonymous self-administered questionnaire was mailed to 1,343 public health nurses working in 176 municipalities in Hokkaido. As a result, out of 549 respondents（recovery rate: 40.9%）, 460 respondents （valid response rate: 83.8%）were included in the analysis. Mental health was measured using the question items of the Japanese version of the General Health Questionnaire 28（GHQ28）. We used logistic regression analysis to analyze the relationship with 10 items（gender, Age, educational background, position, nursing experience, affiliation department, experience other than affiliation department,years of experience as a public health nurse, size of the population sarved by public health nurse, workplace system（district sharing system））as factors related to mental health. As a result, the factors related to the mental health of public health nurses were “gender”“age class” “years of experience as a public health nurse”“nursing experience” and “size of the population sarved by public health nurse”. By this study, It is suggested that the mental health of public health nurses is related to their experience as public health nurses and the size of the population sarved by public health nurse, and presents perspectives that should be considered in order to maintain good mental health of public health nurses.

Previous studies have reported that mothers of children with disabilities have many difficulties such as lower household income, lower workforce participation, and lower mental health status than mothers of typically developing children. However, little is known about these issues among mothers caring for children with disabilities in single-parent status. The present study reviews recent research on socioeconomic status and health status of mothers raising children with disabilities in single parent status. A questionnaire survey conducted in Japan showed that single mothers caring for children with disabilities were more likely to be employed but had lower incomes than married mothers. In reviewing the studies, we suggested further financial support should be provided for single mothers caring for children with disabilities.

日本では、入学した高等学校で卒業に至っていない生徒がどれぐらいいるか、明らかにされていない。現状を把握するためには、退学者のみでなく転学によって学校を去る生徒にも着目する必要がある。本研究では高校生611人とホームルーム担任16人を対象とした調査を実施し、転学者の特徴について検討を行った。調査の結果、（1）転学者は学業面の適応・精神的健康・自己効力感において退学者と共通する特徴を多く有していたこと、（2）入学した学校で卒業に至らず、離脱した生徒は10.0％にのぼっていたこと、（3）卒業に至らなかった生徒は、学校を継続・卒業した生徒と比較して、学業面の適応・精神的健康・自己効力感の領域で困難を有していたことが示された。

This study examines the relationship between parentsʼ satisfaction with work-life balance （WLB） and mental health in elementary school children. I hypothesized that parental satisfaction with WLB affects childrenʼs mental health, and that is mediated by the parentsʼ mental health and the childrenʼs perception of their parentsʼ mental health. A questionnaire survey was conducted and responses were obtained from 84 parents in dual-income families and their children who were in elementary school. A path analysis revealed that parentsʼ satisfaction with WLB was associated with lower stress responses, and childrenʼs recognition of their fathersʼ stress affected their stress responses. In other words, the relationship between parental satisfaction with WLB and childrenʼs mental health was mediated by the childrenʼs perception of their parentsʼ mental health. Therefore, parental satisfaction with WLB is an important factor in understanding the mental health of family triads in dual-income families.

新制大学創立70周年記念特集号, 本研究は、公認心理師養成科目「心理演習」における受講生の成長について検証した。心理演習を受講した大学生 21 名の授業実施前後における主導的自己成長感とポジティブな精神的健康度を測定し最終レポートと併せて分析した結果、成長感 の増加がみられた（g = 1.17）。受講生は心理演習を通じて知識の運用の難しさや公認心理師の専門性について学び、心理演習の協同学習的性質は受講生のパーソナルな成長にも結び付くことが示唆された。

本研究の目的は，大学生を対象に，気づかいの捉え方，気づかいによる個人への影響を取り上げ，これらが精神的健康にそれぞれどのように関連しているかについて検討を行うことであった。まず，気づかいの捉え方および気づかいによる影響の構成概念を明らかにするために，大学生169名を対象に予備調査を行った結果，気づかいの捉え方および気づかいによる影響のいずれにおいても，ポジティブな内容のみならずネガティブな内容について回答が得られ，捉え方およびその影響についての尺度作成のための示唆が得られた。次に，予備調査の結果を踏まえ，大学生772名を対象に本調査を行い，気づかいの捉え方および気づかいによる影響について検討を行った結果，気づかいの捉え方が４因子構造，気づかいによる影響が３因子構造であることが示された。作成された尺度を用いて「気づかいの捉え方→気づかいによる影響→精神的健康」のモデルを検討した結果，気づかいを「関係形成・維持」のように対人関係を築いたり円滑に進めたりするためのものとして捉えて行う場合，周囲への配慮を促進し精神的健康を高めることが示された。一方で，気づかいを「自己消耗」のように相手の機嫌を損ねないために自分の神経をすり減らすものとして捉えて行う場合，対人関係の消極化や自己価値の軽視に繋がりやすく，それが精神的健康の低下と関連していることが示された。

目的：在宅で暮らす要介護認定高齢者を対象に精神的健康と自己実現との関連を検討することを目的とする．方法：Ａ県内の通所リハビリテーション（2施設）を利用している高齢者146名を対象として，日本語版「WHO-5 精神健康状態表簡易版」（以下S-WHO-5-J），自己実現尺度（以下；SAT-17）を使用して調査を行った．精神的健康と自己実現，個人背景の関連の分析にはピアソン相関係数，スピアマン順位相関係数，重回帰分析（ステップワイズ法）を用いた．結果：105名の対象者から有効な回答が得られた（有効回収率71.9％）．性別は男性48名（45.7%），女性57名（54.3%），平均年齢81.1±7.3歳，S-WHO-5-J平均得点14.2±2.9点，SAT-17平均得点52.6±12.5点であった．S-WHO-5-J 得点に有意に影響する項目は「SAT-17第4因子（主観的健康度）（偏回帰係数＝0.512,p

【緒言】本研究は発達障がいのある児の母親の養育レジリエンスの向上を目指した支援を行うことを目的に、トリプルＰによる介入を行い、介入前後での養育レジリエンスおよび精神的健康、子育てへの適応、児の行動の問題の変化を検討する。【方法】デザインはランダム化比較試験を用いた。本研究の参加者は12名であり、無作為化され、介入群と待機群に６名ずつ割り当てられた。介入のアウトカムは養育レジリエンス尺度、メンタルヘルス尺度、子育てへの適応尺度、児の行動の問題尺度を使用した。【結果】介入群のみ養育レジリエンス、子育てスタイル、精神的健康、児の行動の問題において、介入前より介入後は有意に改善し(p

本研究では，大学生を対象に，今まで経験したポジティブな友人関係，友人経験による心理的影響，現在の友人関係満足度を取り上げ，これらが精神的健康にそれぞれどのように関連しているかについての検討を行った。その結果，今まで経験したポジティブな友人関係においては，「適当距離」のように程よい距離感がある関係や「高め合い」のように切磋琢磨して自己成長につながる関係は精神的健康に肯定的に影響する一方で，「親密さ確信」のようにいつまでも関係が続くと思えるような密接な関係は精神的健康の低下につながりやすい結果が得られた。友人関係経験による心理的影響においては，「肯定的自己評価」のように自己成長への意欲や確信を持つようになることが精神的健康を高める一方で，「防衛・過剰配慮」のように対人関係を否定的なものとして捉えたり自分自身を押し殺したりすることが，精神的健康を低下させることが示された。

本研究では日常生活におけるフォーカシング的経験尺度およびその改訂版の質問項目の言語表現を見直し、再検討を行った。その結果、質問項目の表現の変更および理論的意味を考慮し、「体験の感受」「体験の確認時間」「体験的距離の調節」「体験過程への注意」「体験過程の受容と行動」「気づき」の6因子が抽出され、日常生活におけるフォーカシング的経験尺度テキスト改訂版（Focusing Experience Scale -Text Revised）を提示した。日常生活におけるフォーカシング的態度の測定する体験過程尊重尺度改訂版（FMS-18）（森川・永野・福盛ら, 2014）との相関分析により併存的妥当性を確認した。また、先行研究を参考にAuthenticity（Wood, Linley, Maltby et al., 2008）、心理的wellbeing（西田，2000）、精神的健康（Goldberg, 1978; 中川・大坊，2013）と構成概念妥当性について検討した。

目 的：就業継続支援の一助とするため，乳幼児を持つ看護師の身体的・精神的健康と日常生活の状況を把握し，これらの関係を探索することを目的とした．方 法：乳幼児を持つ看護師に，無記名自記式質問票を用いた調査を行った．調査内容は，個人属性，日常生活における支障の程度，身体的・精神的健康度（SF-36），生活習慣，疾患に関する項目等である．SF-36の下位尺度と，各要因間との関係を検討するため，単変量解析を行った．結 果：回答は53名であり，SF-36の複数の下位尺度が国民標準値より低く，日常生活は家事と育児で支障が高かった．SF-36下位尺度と日常生活への支障との関係は，家事と育児で支障が高くなると尺度得点の全てが低いことが示された．結 論：乳幼児を持つ看護師は，身体的・精神的健康得点が低く，日常生活の中でも育児と家事での支障の高さと関係があった．乳幼児をもつ看護師の就業継続のためには，家事や育児に対する時間と支援の確保に向けて，特に20代の看護師への重点的な支援と，柔軟な勤務体制や通院休暇等を活用できるような職場環境の整備，ストレスマネジメントの検討が有用と考える．

崇城大学におけるスポーツ実技授業（生涯スポーツ教育Ⅱ）が心理状態（気分）の変化に及ぼす影響について、開講時間による相違と性差を明らかにすることを目的とした。本学の平成30年度後期に開講された「生涯スポーツ教育Ⅱ」のうちバドミントンを受講して、第14回目に出席した学生221名を対象とした。授業（実技授業）前後の心理状態の変化を検討するために二次元気分尺度を用い、任意で自由記述による気分調査を行った。全体として、スポーツ実技の活動前に比べて活動後において、二次元気分尺度の活性度、快適度ならびに覚醒度が向上した。開講時間については、2時限、3時限、4時限で検討したところ、いずれも有意な相違を認めなかった。男女においても共に活動前に比べて活動後に活性度、快適度ならびに覚醒度が上昇した。運動前後の気分についての自由記述は、ネガティブ記述からポジティブな記述に変化した。これらのことから、実技授業によって良好な心理状態に変化することが示唆され、中期的には精神的健康の維持・増進に寄与することが期待される。

被災体験は精神的な問題を引き起こしうるため，すみやかな支援が求められる。本研究では，要支援者を明らかにすることを目的として西日本豪雨災害直後に被災地支援に携わった女子短期大学生を対象に調査を行い，自分自身や親しい人の被災体験，自身の過去の被災体験，および被災地支援が精神的な健康へおよぼす影響を検討した。その結果，西日本豪雨災害による直接的な被災経験のある学生だけでなく，実家や友人が被災した学生も精神的な問題を呈していた。また，過去の被災経験による精神的問題の高さもみられた。本結果より，学生自身の被災状況だけでなく，家族の状況や過去の経験などについても情報収集し，ハイリスク者への早期のケアが必要であると言える。, Experiencing disaster may cause mental health issues, and prompt support is thusneeded. A survey of female junior college students supporting affected areas following the torrential rainfall disaster in west Japan was conducted in this research; this served to identify individuals needing support in order to study the effects of disaster experiences. This research considered the mental health impacts of directly experiencing a recent disaster, having experienced a disaster in the past, knowing a friend or relative who has experienced disaster, and assisting in the support of disaster-affected areas. The results indicated that students whose parents’ or friends’ homes were affected by the torrential rainfall disaster, as well as students who were directly affected, experienced mental health issues. Furthermore, those who had previously experienced other disasters were more likely to suffer from mental health issues. The results suggest that it is necessary to provide care to those at high risk in the early stages following disaster by collecting information not only on students themselves, but also on students’ family histories and past experiences.

本研究は，現代社会における高齢者のライフスタイルタイプを明らかにし，その特徴を検討することを目的とした。首都圏在住の65歳以上の高齢者597名（男性309名，女性288名）を対象に調査を実施した。高齢者のライフスタイル尺度に対して探索的因子分析を行った結果，高齢者のライフスタイル尺度は「嗜好重視」因子，「地域参加」因子，「健康志向」因子，「余暇志向」因子の4 つから構成されていた。これら4 つの因子をもとに，高齢者のライフスタイルタイプを検討したところ，消極群，享楽群，保守群，積極群，地域群の5 つのクラスタが得られた。高齢者のライフスタイルを独立変数，精神的健康，主観的well-being，及びエゴ・レジリエンス得点を従属変数として分散分析を行ったところ，有意な群間差が見られた。消極群は他の群よりも，精神的健康が良好でなく，主観的well-being，エゴ・レジリエンスの得点が低かった。享楽群はネガティブ気分がやや高い状況にあった。保守群は他の群と比べて顕著な特徴は見られなかった。積極群は他の群よりも，精神的健康，主観的well-being，エゴ・レジリエンスのすべてが良好であった。地域群は積極群よりも，精神的健康が良好ではなかった。これら5 つのライフスタイルタイプには，生活上望ましいタイプもあるが，積極的支援が必要と考えられるタイプもあり，今後さらなる詳細な検討が必要と考えられる。, This study examined the life style types of the elderly and their characteristics. Participants were 597 men and women aged 65 years old or above living in the metropolitan area. The structure of the elderly life styles were clarified by exploratory factor analysis. The factors were termed“taste-oriented”, “area-involved”, “health-oriented”, and“leisure-oriented”. Cluster analysis revealed five typical life styles of the elderly: “passive group”, “enjoyment group”, “conservative group”, “positive group”, and“regional activity group”. Mental health, subjective well-being and ego-resiliency were in poor condition for the passive group. Mental health, subjective well-being, and ego-resiliency were in good condition for the positive group. These results suggest that there are five typical life style types for the elderly, and although there are those who are categorized in desirable life style types, there is also a life style type that need positive support.

As a result of this research, the following was clarified. Both the family living alone and the couple's households are generally in good sleeping state. Both the living alone household and the couple household are generally in a state of mental health. There are many conversation exchanges between families and social activities, and we are able to make intimate social exchanges. Conversation exchanges have a positive effect on sleep and mental health. Meanwhile, there are people who do not talk much, suggesting that it is necessary to consider how to support the elderly according to the actual circumstances of the area., 論文(Article)

日本の教師の精神的健康はここ数年の間，悪化している（文部科学省，2017）。本研究では，教師の精神的健康の悪化の予防や，対策に関する先行研究をとりあげ，概観する。併せて，教師の職業特性や教師文化を踏まえた上で，教師が精神的健康を維持・促進するための他者とのかかわりのあり方について，より実際的な支援を提供する自己－自己対象体験の質を明細に捉える自己心理学（Kohut，1971／1977）の有用性を論じた。, It has been reported that the mental and psychological health of Japanese school teachers has deteriorated in the past several years (MEXT, 2017). The present article reviewed the current research on teachers' mental health prevention and countermeasures against mental health deterioration. Based on the self-selfobject experiences of teachers from the perspective of self psychology theory (Kohut, 1971, 1977), we discuss ways to provide more practical support for school teachers and to maintain and promote teachers' mental health, according to the professional characteristics and the culture of school teachers.

崇城大学における体育の実技授業（生涯スポーツ教育Ⅱ）が心理状態（気分）の変化に及ぼす影響と競技ごとの相違を明らかにすることを目的とした。本学の平成29年度後期に開講された「生涯スポーツ教育Ⅱ」を受講した学生のうち、11月末の授業に出席した学生666名を対象とした。授業（実技授業）の前後の心理状態の変化を検討するために二次元気分尺度を用いた。その結果、体育の実技授業の前後において、快適度ならびに覚醒度が向上、気分の変化については「無気力・抑うつエリア」から「作業に適したエリア」に移動し、授業活動によって良好な心理状態に向かうことが示唆された。競技ごとの検討において、快適度の変化の様相に競技間の差を若干認めたものの、活動後にはすべての競技で向上していたことから、すべての競技で同様な効果があったものと推察される。このことは、体育の実技授業により良好な心理状態に変化し、更に中期的には精神的健康の維持・増進に寄与することが期待できる。

本研究の目的は，女子総合大学学生の睡眠の特徴と生活習慣との関連について検討し，睡眠健康教育に必要な基礎的資料を得ることである。女子総合大学の学生1,037名，平均年齢20.3歳を対象とした質問紙調査を行った。調査内容は，睡眠の量（睡眠時間，就寝・起床時刻），睡眠の質（睡眠効率，熟眠感），睡眠のリズム（就寝・起床時刻の不規則頻度），日中の眠気と精神的健康状態，生活習慣，自己管理スキルである。対象者は，全体的に睡眠時間が短く睡眠の質が悪い者は4 割であった。睡眠の量，質，リズムによるクラスタ分析から不規則不足群168名，規則的短時間群648名，睡眠良好群221名の3 群に分類された。不規則不足群は，睡眠の量・質が最も悪くリズムの乱れと睡眠位相後退を認め，精神的健康状態も悪かった。日中の眠気や授業中の居眠り頻度に群間差はなかった。睡眠健康のための生活習慣実践を3 群で比較すると，規則的短時間群の生活習慣実践数が最も多く自己管理スキルが有意に高かった。不規則不足群に対する睡眠健康教育では，不規則な生活リズムの改善に着目することで睡眠状態が改善する可能性が示唆された。The purpose of this study was to acquire basic reference materials required for sleep health education regarding the correlation between sleeping habits and lifestyles of female university students through a questionnaire survey.The subjects consisted of 1,037 female university students having an average age of 20.3 years. Survey questions related to the amount of sleep（sleep time, bedtime, wakeup time）, quality of sleep（sleepefficiency, depth of sleep）, sleep rhythm（frequency of irregular bedtimes or wakeup times）, daytime drowsiness and mental health, lifestyle, and self-management skills.The subjects exhibited short sleep times and poor sleep quality overall. The subjects were divided into three groups consisting of an irregular, insufficient sleep group comprised of 168 subjects, a regular, short sleep time group comprised of 648 subjects and a proper sleep group comprised of 221 subjects based on a cluster analysis using the amount of sleep, sleep quality and rhythms of the subjects as standardized variables. Poor sleep quantity and quality as well as disturbances in sleep rhythm were observed in the irregular, insufficient sleep group in particular and these subjects were characterized by delayed sleep phase and poor mental health. There were no differences in daytime drowsiness or dozing off in class between the groups.When lifestyle practices for sleep health were compared among the three groups, the number of lifestyle practices in the regular, short sleep time group was the largest and self-management skills were significantly higher. The regular, short sleep time group led lifestyles that were more aware of entrainment factors in comparison with the irregular, insufficient sleep group. Sleep health education targeted at the irregular, insufficient sleep group suggested the possibility of being able to expect improvement of sleep state by making efforts towards improvement irregular lifestyle., 論文

本稿では、心理的援助に関する笑い研究とユーモア研究について、1900年以降に英語と日本語で出版された学術論文を整理し、研究の動向を記述した。論文の検索には、PsycINFOデータベースとPsycArticlesデータベース、および、J-STAGEデータベースを用いた。得られた論文をキーワードで分類し、年代で整理して記述したほか、研究のアプローチや内容にもとづいて、（１）病者に特有な笑いやユーモアの特徴に関する研究、（２）心理療法の技法としての笑いやユーモアの可能性を論じる研究、（３）パーソナリティ特性としての笑いやユーモアと精神的健康との関わりに着目する研究、（４）ユーモアのストレス緩和効果に関する研究、（５）心理的資源をもたらす笑いやユーモアの作用に着目する研究、の５つに大別して記述した。また、今後の課題として、「ユーモアの社会的作用についての検討」、「プロトコルの作成」、「因果関係の明確化」、「効果の検証」、「作用機序の解明」の５つを挙げ、それぞれについて述べた。笑いやユーモアを用いて行う心理的援助は、およそ60年の研究の蓄積を経て、発展を続けている。その対象は、精神疾患や身体疾患を有する人々から健常者まで幅広い。研究手法については課題が残されているが、慢性的な疾患を抱える人々にとって、長く続く治療を楽しいものにする笑いやユーモアには、期待が集まっている。
