Abstract The vulnerability of the current network has become an urgent problem to be solved. The focus of network protection should be shifted from traditional network protection to the direction of effective recovery even after being attacked and damaged, and then, the concept of resilience came into being. This paper selects physical explosion attacks to establish damaged network. An improved system resilience recovery strategy is established which considers task importance and time efficiency. Aiming at the initial population is too random, easy to mature and with poor solution, this paper improves genetic algorithm by new greedy model in population initialization and head-to-head mutation operator. Simulation shows that the improved genetic algorithm is better and more stable, the improved quotient model is more effective in system resilience recovery measured by index-E proposed in this paper.

Lingnan folk tales reflect the folk customs of the Lingnan region. The places involved in the tales are named in various ways, either reflecting the geographical location, or reflecting the people’s livelihood. Taking the differences in language and culture between Chinese and English into consideration, this paper analyzes the eco-translatology theory and several general strategies for translating the place names in China into English before applying the framework constructed by the language dimension, the culture dimension and the communication dimension from the perspective of eco-translatology to translate the place names in Lingnan folk tales. The cases in point show that the translation methods such as direct translation, free translation, and annotation can be applied according to the specific cultural context and the communicative intention in the folk tales with the ultimate goal to let the translation survive effectively in the translation ecology of the target language, spread the culture in the source text and make readers of the target language arouse the same feeling brought by the source text.

Hormone therapy (HT) is reported to be deficient in improving learning and memory in older postmenopausal women according to recent clinical studies; however, the reason for failure is unknown. A 'window of opportunity' for estrogen treatment is proposed to explain this deficiency. Here, we found that facilitation of memory extinction and long-term depression by 17[beta]-estradiol (E2) was normal in mice 1 week after ovariectomy ([OVX.sub.ST]), but it was impaired in mice 3 months after ovariectomy ([OVX.sub.LT]). High-throughput sequencing revealed a decrease of miR-221-5p, which promoted cannabinoid receptor 1 (CB1) ubiquitination by upregulation of Neurl1a/b in E2-treated [OVX.sub.LT] mice. Blood samples from postmenopausal women aged 56-65 indicated decreases of miR-221-5p and 2-arachidonoylglycerol compared with samples from perimenopausal women aged 46-55. Replenishing of miR-221-5p or treatment with a CB1 agonist rescued the impairment of fear extinction in E2-treated [OVX.sub.LT] mice. Diabetic encephalopathy is a common consequence of diabetes mellitus that causes cognitive dysfunction and neuropsychiatric disorders. Praeruptorin C (Pra‐C) from the traditional Chinese medicinal herb Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn. is a potential antioxidant and neuroprotective agent. This study was conducted to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the effect of Pra‐C on diabetic cognitive impairment. A novel object recognition test and the Morris water maze test were performed to assess the behavioral performance of mice. Electrophysiological recordings were made to monitor synaptic plasticity in the hippocampus. A protein–protein interaction network of putative Pra‐C targets was constructed, and molecular docking simulations were performed to predict the potential mechanisms of the action of Pra‐C. Protein expression levels were detected by western blotting. Pra‐C administration significantly lowered body weight and fasting blood glucose levels and alleviated learning and memory deficits in type 2 diabetic mice. Network pharmacology and molecular docking results suggested that Pra‐C affects the PI3K/AKT/GSK3β signaling pathway. Western blot analysis confirmed significant increases in phosphorylated PI3K, AKT, and GSK3β levels in vivo and in vitro upon Pra‐C administration. This study aimed to investigate the pathological effects of long-term postoperative endocrine medication on the endometrium in breast cancer patients.Methods: Data of 99 patients with primary breast cancer who underwent hysteroscopy and obtained endometrial biopsy from 1 June 2018 to 31 December 2021 at the Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University. Beijing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were prospectively collected.Results: Hysteroscopy was performed followed by endometrial histopathological examination in 99 breast cancer patients, including 44 taking tamoxifen (TAM), 26 taking other endocrine drugs, and 29 not taking endocrine drugs. The endometrial thickness in the TAM group was significantly higher than that in the other endocrine drug groups and the group not taking endocrine drugs (p=0.017). The receiver operating characteristic curves for the abnormal premenopausal endometrial thickening were plotted in this study; an endometrial thickness of 15.5 mm seen on ultrasound could be used as the most accurate ultrasound diagnostic threshold for the diagnosis of abnormal premenopausal endometrial hyperplasia, with an area under the curve of 0.888 (95% CI: 0.716, 1.000), a sensitivity of 100%, and a specificity of 75%, which was consistent with the results of our previous retrospective study. An endometrial thickness of ≥ 5 mm in postmenopausal women with breast cancer taking TAM was still used as the cut-off value for routine ultrasound diagnosis of abnormal postmenopausal endometrial hyperplasia.Conclusion: An ultrasound endometrial thickness (proliferative phase) of > 15 mm in premenopausal patients can be used as the most accurate ultrasound diagnostic threshold for the diagnosis of abnormal endometrial hyperplasia. After menopause, an ultrasound endometrial thickness of ≥ 5 mm is still used as the criterion for diagnosing abnormal endometrial hyperplasia. Chronic pain, along with comorbid psychiatric disorders, is a common problem worldwide. A growing number of studies have focused on non-opioid-based medicines, and billions of funds have been put into digging new analgesic mechanisms. Peripheral inflammation is one of the critical causes of chronic pain, and drugs with anti-inflammatory effects usually alleviate pain hypersensitivity. Sophoridine (SRI), one of the most abundant alkaloids in Chinese herbs, has been proved to exert antitumor, antivirus and anti-inflammation effects. Here, we evaluated the analgesic effect of SRI in an inflammatory pain mouse model induced by complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) injection. SRI treatment significantly decreased pro-inflammatory factors release after LPS stimuli in microglia. Three days of SRI treatment relieved CFA-induced mechanical hypersensitivity and anxiety-like behavior, and recovered abnormal neuroplasticity in the anterior cingulate cortex of mice. Therefore, SRI may be a candidate compound for the treatment of chronic inflammatory pain and may serve as a structural basis for the development of new drugs. Avascular necrosis of the femoral head with femoroacetabular impingement is a disabling disease. Without early treatment and intervention, its further development will even lead to hip osteoarthritis and hip dysfunction. This technical note aims to introduce a computer-assisted precise core decompression of the femoral head, followed by injection of platelet-rich plasma and bone marrow aspirate concentrate. Then, the autologous ipsilateral iliac bone is transplanted to the core decompression area. Thereafter, under hip arthroscopy, the injured glenoid lip of the hip joint is repaired, and the cam deformity of the femoral head/neck junction is polished and formed. The advantages of this technique include accurately locating the core decompression area, combined with autologous cells and bone transplantation, being able to delay the process of avascular necrosis of the femoral head, and evaluating articular cartilage injury, subchondral collapse, and guidance during reaming and curettage. Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is one of the most common psychiatric diseases, which is characterized by the typical symptoms such as re-experience, avoidance, and hyperarousal. However, there are few drugs for PTSD treatment. In this study, conditioned fear and single-prolonged stress were employed to establish PTSD mouse model, and we investigated the effects of Tanshinone IIA (TanIIA), a natural product isolated from traditional Chinese herbal Salvia miltiorrhiza, as well as the underlying mechanisms in mice. The results showed that the double stress exposure induced obvious PTSD-like symptoms, and TanIIA administration significantly decreased freezing time in contextual fear test and relieved anxiety-like behavior in open field and elevated plus maze tests. Moreover, TanIIA increased the spine density and upregulated synaptic plasticity-related proteins as well as activated CREB/BDNF/TrkB signaling pathway in the hippocampus. Blockage of CREB remarkably abolished the effects of TanIIA in PTSD model mice and reversed the upregulations of p-CREB, BDNF, TrkB, and synaptic plasticity-related protein induced by TanIIA. The molecular docking simulation indicated that TanIIA could interact with the CREB-binding protein. These findings indicate that TanIIA ameliorates PTSD-like behaviors in mice by activating the CREB/BDNF/TrkB pathway, which provides a basis for PTSD treatment. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Bony changes such as glenoid bone defects and Hill-Sachs lesions are responsible for recurrent anterior shoulder dislocations. With the development of arthroscopic techniques as well as arthroscopic surgical instruments, arthroscopic repair of bony structures has become an important surgical procedure for the treatment of recurrent shoulder dislocation. In this Technical Note, we used screws to fill Hill-Sachs lesions and autologous iliac bone grafts combined with soft tissue to repair the glenoid bone defects. In the surgical procedures within the shoulder, all operations are done arthroscopically, are minimally invasive, and achieve the goal of repairing composite shoulder injuries. Software defects are problems in software that destroy normal operation ability and reflect the quality of the software. Software fault can be predicted by the software reliability model. In this paper, the hybrid algorithm is applied to parameter estimation in software defect prediction. As a biological heuristic algorithm, BAS (Beetle Antennae Search Algorithm) has fast convergence speed and is easy to implement. ABC (Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm) is better in optimization and has strong robustness. In this paper, the BAS-ABC hybrid algorithm is proposed by mixing the two algorithms and the goal of the proposed method is to improve the convergence and stability of the algorithm. Five datasets were used to carry out the experiments, and the data results showed that the hybrid algorithm was more accurate than the single algorithm, with stronger convergence and stability, so it was more suitable for parameter estimation of the software reliability model. Meanwhile, this paper implemented the comparison between hybrid BAS + ABC and hybrid PSO + SSA, and the result shows that BAS + ABC has better performance both in convergence and stability.
