Purpose: Understanding patient's preferences is important to delivering good quality services. Patients' feedback provides healthcare providers with valuable information about the services provided. The increasing number of international students enrolling in Hungarian Universities raises the need to ensure the quality of services meets international students' requirements, which includes healthcare. This study aimed to assess service quality in the University Health Center (UHC) from the international student's point of view to be used to improve the quality of services. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted at the university health center. We used a mixed methods approach to collect both quantitative and qualitative data. We used the importance-performance analysis (IPA) for quantitative analysis to understand expectations and perceptions in service research. The qualitative analysis was conducted from responses to reflection questions. The qualitative data were then analyzed using thematic analysis. Results: 437 international students participated in the study, but only 402 (91.99%) were analysed. The gaps between the importance and performance of service quality were negative in all dimensions (P-value < 0.001). This suggests that there is an unmet need for student expectations and university health center performance. From the Importance factor, the highest and lowest were related to safety (4.54 ± 0.56) and efficiency (4.31 ± 0.66) dimensions. The Performance factor's highest and lowest mean scores were also related to safety (4.22 ± 0.72) and efficiency (3.91 ± 0.87), respectively. From qualitative analysis, there are two major themes several secondary themes from the thematic analysis of free-text responses were identified. Conclusion: The importance and performance analysis could provide useful information to university policymakers about university health center service quality. There is a need for improvement and obviating the importance-performance gaps, especially in the efficiency dimension. Decision-makers can use the IPA analysis results to allocate limited resources more effectively, giving special attention to possible organizational weaknesses for further direction. Background: This study aimed to investigate gender differences in social environmental factors of psychological distress among Indonesian adolescents.Methods: This was a cross-sectional study using the data from the 2015 Indonesia Global School-based Student Health Survey. Binary logistic regression was used to assess the influences of main independent variables - social environmental factors (i.e., peer support, having close friends, bullying victimisation, physical fight, physical attack, parental supervision, connectedness, bonding), demographic characteristics, and health-related behaviours on the measures of psychological distress (loneliness, anxiety-induced sleep disturbance, and a combination of both measures as psychological distress).Results: The prevalence of psychological distress measured as loneliness, anxiety-induced sleep disturbance, and combined psychological distress was 6.12%, 4.52%, and 8.04%, respectively. Findings from multivariate analyses indicated that bullying victimisation, physical attack, experience of hunger (a proxy of socioeconomic status), and sedentary behaviour were associated with all measures of psychological distress. Meanwhile, age, gender, drug use, parental connectedness and bonding, and having no close friends were correlates of one or two measures of psychological distress. Based on gender-stratified analyses, experience of hunger, sedentary behaviour, bullying victimisation, and having no close friends were consistently associated with measures of psychological distress among both girls and boys. In addition, the influence of some social environmental factors, such as parental connectedness, peer support, and physical attack, were more salient among girls.Conclusions: The findings suggest that social environmental factors, demographic characteristics, and health-related behaviours were associated with psychological distress, and the associations appeared to differ by gender. Interventions that include improving positive social environmental factors (e.g., reducing interpersonal violence, encouraging positive relationships with parents and peers) and promoting healthy behaviours (e.g., less sedentary behaviour, preventing substance use) might help reduce the risk of psychological distress among Indonesian adolescents. The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is the first pandemic in history where technologies and social media are used on a large scale to make people safe, informed, productive, and connected. At the same time, these technologies enabled the rise of the infodemic, which endangered pandemic control. This study aimed to assess COVID-19 information exposure in the community, the efforts to find related information in online media, and COVID-19 preventive behavior. A cross-sectional study was conducted with 909 participants in Indonesia using the consecutive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed through social media (WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook) and analyzed using univariate analysis, bivariate analysis (Chi-square test), and multivariate analysis (multiple logistic regression). The results showed that about 838 (92.2%) participants said they often or always obtain information about COVID-19 online, 662 (72.8%) participants stated that information from online sources increased their knowledge of the disease, and 728 (80.1%) said that online information enabled them to make preventive efforts. Marital status (AOR = 1.81, p-value = 0.002) and perceived susceptibility (AOR = 1.42, p-value = 0.011) were the most influential factors for COVID-19 preventive behaviors. Information sources and channels frequently accessed by the community must be professionally managed by the government as valuable tools for mitigating an epidemic or pandemic. Background: The key tool that can be employed in the process of disseminating information is communication medium. According to the findings of the focus group discussion, digitalization of all elements of services has started to be implemented in Sidakarya Village, Denpasar, but there has not yet been any special digitalization in the village's health sector. The village community also requires access to accurate and current information on health issues, as well as posyandu activity schedules. Objective: In order to raise the general public's awareness of health issues, this project is expected to digitize the Sidakarya Village Health Information Media (MIK), which is user-friendly and focused on health information. Method: The duration of this activity is approximately 2 weeks. The initial activity is carried out by conducting a focus group discussion regarding the needs of the village and is continued by designing health information media that is easy to use and outreach to the community. Results: This activity creates products in the form of digitized health information media on the internet that may be linked to Instagram, which is currently widely accessible to the general public. Background: The challenges in overcoming the rabies epidemic include the public's lack of knowledge and attitudes regarding the control and first aid in dog bites. Sibangkaja is one of the villages in Badung Regency, which is an endemic area for rabies. Purpose: This study aimed to describe the knowledge, attitudes, and factors influencing the behavior of the residents of Sibangkaja Village, Badung, regarding rabies. Methods: This descriptive observational study was carried out using a cross-sectional design. The samples were 250 residents of Sibangkaja Village, taken by convenience sampling. Data were collected from February to March 2020 through interviews using the digital questionnaire. The variables were knowledge and community attitudes toward rabies vaccination in the village. Results: The results showed that the respondents' knowledge was good, but 34% did not know the symptoms of rabies. It was discovered that attitudes toward rabies prevention and management are significantly more in favor of vaccination than eliminating dogs. Furthermore, there is an association between knowledge and dog ownership on people's attitudes (pvalue= 0.01). Conclusion: Information and education about the symptoms of rabies is needed for residents to exercise caution and pay more attention to themselves and the surrounding dogs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The COVID-19 pandemic disrupts rabies control activities in the community. A new approach is needed to control rabies during the COVID-19 pandemic through digital health interventions by conducting digital surveillance and education. This study aimed to determine key attitude indicators in controlling rabies during the COVID-19 pandemic. A cross-sectional study on 166 participants in Denpasar City with a total of 31 indicators measuring five variables: perceptions of the benefits of rabies control (6 indicators), perceptions of rabies risk (6 indicators), perceptions of obstacles to rabies control (5 indicators), perceptions of the need for technology (7 indicators), and attitudes toward rabies control (7 indicators) were analyzed using partial least square-structural equation modeling. The results revealed that 80.7% of participants owned a dog, and sources of rabies information were from social media (45%), the internet (33.7%), and rabies volunteers (33.1%). The model explained that perception of the benefits of rabies control and the need for technology had a direct effect on attitudes toward rabies control (p-value<0.001 and 0.015). The number of married women and men who no longer want children in Bali Province is consistent with a relatively high contraceptive prevalence rate (CPR) of 67%, higher than the national average of 64%. The large proportion of couples of reproductive age (CRA) who no longer want children either at the national or provincial level in Bali is an interesting thing to be analyzed further to see the factors that influence it. This study investigated secondary data of the 2017 Indonesia Demography and Health Survey (IDHS) in Bali Province. The variables studied included socio-demographics and desire to have children. The sample size was 271 married women (15-49 years). We found that the age of women of reproductive age (WRA), occupation of WRA, number of children alive, and ideal number of children are the four significant factors that influence the desire to have no more children in married couples. Bali Province has the lowest unmet need achievement, namely 8.1%, meaning that it has a lowvalue gap between the availability of contraceptive services and the needs of the community. This study analyzed the factors that influence the incidence of unintended pregnancy among childbearing-age women in Bali. This research is a secondary data analysis from the Program Performance and Accountability Survey (PPAS) of the National Population and Family Planning Board in 2019. The variables studied were selected from the PPAS's Women data, with 1,214 samples of married fertile women aged 15-59 years in Bali. Multivariate analysis in the form of a logistic regression test is carried out to estimate factors that affect unintended pregnancy incidence in childbearing-age women in Bali. Factors influencing unintended pregnancy are age and having heard of family planning, understanding birth control, understanding population issues, and having listened to adolescent reproductive health. The multivariate analysis shown that age and having heard of family planning are two factors that significantly influence unintended pregnancy. Two factors that influence unintended pregnancy in Bali are age and having heard about family planning. Therefore, cross-sector engagement is required to provide a family planning program to the targeted fertile women's age found in this research to improve women's exposure to the program. Introduction: Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)/acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) epidemic in most Asian countries is concentrated among at-risk populations, such as female sex workers (FSWs). In Indonesia, Bali's FSWs have a high-rate of HIV infection. This study investigates the predictors of HIV testing among indirect female sex workers (IFSWs) in Denpasar, Bali. Material and methods: The researchers conducted an analysis of secondary data from a survey performed among IFSWs in Denpasar Bali in 2017. There were 200 IFSWs participating in the survey using random cluster sampling. The dependent variables examined in this study was HIV testing, while the independent variables included: 1) respondent's demographics (age, education level, marital status, work location, and length of work), 2) peer support, and 3) access to information about HIV prevention. The association between independent and dependent variables were analyzed using multiple logistic regression models. Results: The results showed that 70.0% of IFSWs in Denpasar have accessed HIV testing in the last 6 months and received their test results. Also, 56.5% of the study's respondents reported a lack of peer support in relation to HIV/AIDS, and 63.5% reported having adequate access to information about HIV testing. The logistic multiple regression results revealed that two factors were significant pre- dictors of HIV testing among IFSWs, such as adequate access to information about HIV testing and prevention (OR = 2.21; 95% CI: 1.15-4.30), and peer support (OR = 2.29; 95% CI: 1.21-4.34). Conclusions: Efforts to improve the provision of information about HIV testing and prevention as well as peer support related to HIV/AIDS are required to increase the numbers of IFSWs accessing HIV testing.
