The paper reviews the existing state of fishing worldwide and in Bulgaria. Then the scheme is determined, according to which the live fish moves from the water basins in which it is raised and lives until it is sent to the store network and the end customers. As a result of the studies conducted, two-week points in the transitional warehouses have been identified. They are characterized by four main indexes: oxygen, temperature, Ph acidity and water level in the container. It these four are not within the determined allowances, it is possible the quality of the environment for storing the live fish to be deteriorated, which can lead to premature death of the fish. In this respect, a regression model with the four main indexes that are to be monitored and maintained within the allowance values has been created for achieving high quality of the storage environment. For the regression model has been determined a coefficient of determination R = 0.9131, and a Fisher’s criterion, which is 5.0143 compared to the one in the Table - 2.5802, which shows that the model is adequate and can be used for further calculations. For the practical solution of the problem, it has been proposed to introduce an intelligent information system in the transitional warehouses for storing live fish before the end processing. The system proposed will be used to monitor and control the four main indexes and to improve the conditions for storing live fish when it is moved along the chain of fish farms to the warehouses for end processing.

Given the uncertainty of the navigating conditions on the Danube River, the hydrological situation on the Bulgarian leg of the river is predicted using ARIMA methods. The forecast is based on statistical daily hydrological data for a period of five years. A mathematical routing model is developed under the condition that it is not possible for a self-propelled vessel to continue its voyage due to draft limitation. Options including waiting for navigation opening, partial lightening on a barge, and a complete or partial modal shift to rail or road transport through an alternative port are considered. Flash memory devices--that is, non-volatile computer storage media that can be electrically erased and reprogrammed--are vital for portable electronics, but the scaling down of metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) flash memory to sizes of below ten nanometres per data cell presents challenges. Molecules have been proposed to replace MOS flash memory (1), but they suffer from low electrical conductivity, high resistance, low device yield, and finite thermal stability, limiting their integration into current MOS technologies. Although great advances have been made in the pursuit of molecule-based flash memory (2), there are a number of significant barriers to the realization of devices using conventional MOS technologies (3-7). Here we show that core-shell polyoxometalate (POM) molecules (8) can act as candidate storage nodes for MOS flash memory. Realistic, industry-standard device simulations validate our approach at the nanometre scale, where the device performance is determined mainly by the number of molecules in the storage media and not by their position. To exploit the nature of the core-shell POM clusters, we show, at both the molecular and device level, that embedding [[[(Se(IV)[O.sub.3]).sub.2]].sup.4-] as an oxidizable dopant in the cluster core allows the oxidation of the molecule to a [[Se[(V).sub.2][O.sub.6]].sup.2-] moiety containing a {Se(v)-Se(v)} bond (where curly brackets indicate a moiety, not a molecule) and reveals a new 51 oxidation state for selenium. This new oxidation state can be observed at the device level, resulting in a new type of memory, which we call 'write-once-erase'. Taken together, these results show that POMs have the potential to be used as a realistic nanoscale flash memory. Also, the configuration of the doped POM core may lead to new types of electrical behaviour (9-11). ZnO/Ag/ZnO nanolaminate structures were deposited by consecutive RF sputtering at room temperature.The optical transparency, sheet resistance, and figure of merit are determined in relation to the deposition time of Ag and to the film thickness of the ZnO top layer. An improved transmittance has been found in the visible spectral range of the ZnO/Ag/ZnO structure compared to ZnO multilayers without Ag. High transmittance of 98% at 550 nm, sheet resistance of 8 Ω/sq, and figure of merit (FOM) of 111.01 × 10−3 Ω−1are achieved for an optimized ZnO/Ag/ZnO nanolaminate structure. It is suggested that the good optical and electrical properties are due to the deposition of the discontinuous Ag layer. The electrical metallic type conductivity is caused by planar located silver metal granules. The deposition of a discrete layer of Ag nano-granules is confirmed by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and cross-section high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) observations. Currently, many European cities have severely exceeded the EU air quality standards and are struggling with high concentrations of fine particulate matter PM10 and PM2.5 in the air, with road transport often being one of the major polluters. One of the forms for correction of the problem that many cities in the EU are currently using is the construction of low-emission zones. For the prediction of PM10 and PM2.5, a modified numerical method for a system of ordinary differential equations has been proposed. In the right part of this system, in addition to the main trend and the periodicity of PM10 and PM2.5, their correlation is taken into account. Against the background of the best solution obtained, a forecast is made for the emission levels in a period of one week in the town of Ruse. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The Glasgow 'atomistic' simulator was used to perform the 3-D statistical simulations of random-dopant-induced threshold voltage variation in state-of-the-art 35- and 13-nm bulk MOSFETs consisting of statistical samples of [10.sup.5] or more microscopically different transistors. The results showed that the random-dopant-induced threshold voltage distribution is positively skewed with increasing asymmetry as the channel length of the device reduced.

The impact of random discrete dopants in the source/drain (S/D) leads on the current variability of a gate-all-around Si nanowire transistor is analyzed. A full 3-dimensional (3-D) real-space nonequilibrium Green's function (NEGF) formalism is used for estimating the variability in the [I.sub.D]-[V.sub.G] characteristics of a future-generation Si nanowire transistor induced by random dopants (RDs) in the source/drain (S/D) extensions.

Vaccination with mRNA vaccines against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has been associated with a risk of developing myocarditis and pericarditis, with an estimated standardized incidence ratio of myocarditis being 5.34 (95% CI, 4.48 to 6.40) as compared to the expected incidence based on historical data according to a large national study in Israel. Most cases of myocarditis in vaccine recipients occur in young males, particularly following the second dose, and the presentation is usually mild. Recently, the third (booster) dose has been shown to reduce confirmed infections and severe illness even against common variants of the virus. In Israel, over 4.4 million citizens (more than 45% of the population) have been vaccinated with the third dose of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine BNT162b2. A comprehensive simulation study of random-dopant-induced drain current variability is presented for a series of well-scaled n-channel MOSFETs representative of the 90-, 65-, 45-, 35-, and 22-nm technology nodes. The results from the comparison of the drift diffusion and Monte Carlo results provide insight into the relative significance of electrostatic and transport-induced variability at different drain bias conditions.

The performance of n-type implant-free (IF) III-V nanoMOSFETs with an [In.sub.0.75][Ga.sub.0.25]As channel is analyzed by using finite-element heterostructure Monte Carlo (MC) and parallel 3-D drift-diffusion (D-D) simulations. The benchmarking study is based on the calibration of the MC simulator against the transport data obtained from relevant [delta]-doped heterostructures with a high-k gate dielectric.

The effect of polysilicon gate granularity on the threshold voltage variability in decananometer MOSFETs with conventional architecture is examined with the help of three-dimensional statistical simulation methodology. Findings reveal an increase in the impact of the surface potential pining at the poly-Si gate grain boundaries with further reduction of the gate oxide.

A full 3-D real-space quantum-transport simulator based on the Green's function formalism developed to study nonperturbative effects in ballistic nanotransistors is presented.

The intrinsic parameter fluctuations introduced by random discrete dopants, line edge roughness (LER), and oxide-thickness variation in realistic bulk MOSFETs scaled to 25, 18, 13, and 9 nm are studied using three-dimensional statistical numerical simulations. The scaling is based on a 35 nm MOSFET developed by Toshiba, which is also used for the calibration of the atomistic device simulator.
