The purpose of this research is to see whether there is a link between academic production and institutional ranking in India, as measured by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF). NIRF parameters will also be analyzed and compared to those of prominent international university rankings in this paper. Web content analysis was used to gather data for the research. The data was gathered from the NIRF official websites. In this study, only nine medical institutions from the Karnataka State ranked chose the top 50 in the NIRF ranking framework released in 2021 for the research. The research discovered that the factors used by NIRF to evaluate Karnataka medical institutes are comparable to all the. One of the critical elements of university rating methods is an institution's scholarly output. In the NIRF, Indian institutions with excellent research production came out on top. Private medical institutes do well in the NIRF, and there is a strong link between academic production and institutional ranking. Several research has looked at the relationship between h-index and educational production. This is the first study to examine the association between intellectual production and university rankings in India using the NIRF system. When deciding on research subjects or analyzing technological trends, researchers should gather and evaluate information from thousands of papers, patents, and technical reports. Information extraction methods from books may assist in speeding up the process. Furthermore, appropriate searching algorithms for the retrieved information are required. While studies into information extraction have been widespread, research into searching and browsing techniques for the retrieved information has not been as appealing. The available published data is enormous; therefore, choosing the appropriate articles, knowledge, and relevant literature related to your field of study is an art. This work proposes an intelligent searching system that includes multiple analytical tools, alternative resources, and paper credibility. We anticipate that researchers will uncover and generate novel research outputs using the suggested searching system.

This paper aims to evaluate the research productivity and citations received by the BLDEA’s professional institutions established in Vijayapura, Karnataka State, India under the banner of BLDE Association's based on their publications and citations as reflected in the Scopus Citation Database for the period of ten years from 2011 to 2020. A total of 910 research publications and citations with all metadata have been downloaded and analyzed as per the objectives of the current study. These three professional institutions received four thousand two hundred forty-seven citations. Background:Novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) was initially detected in China a short time ago, and ultimately developed a most important global health nervousness due to its nature and extensive spreading everywhere in this world. Despite a rising awareness in COVID-19 among the people, little is understood about the present state of data on COVID-19, which may describe what proportion is understood about this difficulty. This bibliometric analysis assessed the present-day scientific information to measure the growth of literature available on COVID-19, recognise the leading research stakeholders, and explore the same. Methods:Bibliometric records on Coronavirus Disease – 19 reported studies published till April 1, 2020, were recovered from the leading database such as SCOPUS. Further, collected suitable data were analysed with the help of MS-Excel. Results:A total of 541 publications and 11251citations were taken for this study, comprising of journal articles, reviews, letters, and other publications. The average number of authors and citations per document was 2.45 and 70.76 correspondingly. Also, the best ten articles, authors, and journals were recognised built on the occurrence of publications. It is identified that Medicine, Immunology and Microbiology and other pandemic related topics are associated with COVID - 19 are the major areas of study during the study period. The highest publications have appeared in PLOS One journal. The highest publications emerged from the USA.
