There are two stages of continuous professional growth for a physical education teacher: the stage of professional self-determination and development while studying in a higher education institution, and the stage of professional development during the post-graduation studies and advanced training. The success of the process of future physical education teachers’ training generally depends on the nature of professional and pedagogical interaction, as well as, the nature of the person. Furthermore, the interaction between the higher education instructor and the physical education teacher, as a part of the professional development process of the second one, creates a situation of partnership, mutual access to pedagogical resources, forms the basis for professional growth of all its participants. For the professional teacher's development, the interaction that appears during the communication between members of the group of teachers-listeners is important. The lecturer acts in several roles, including a facilitator and an advisor, and in each of them he organizes the interaction of participants in the training process. The main purpose of the article is to review the features of the facilitative approach as one of the fundamental principles in the process of continuous professional growth of physical education teachers. The methodological bases of the article are philosophical, psychological, pedagogical theories and regulations that reveal the conceptual approaches due to the studied issues. The scientific novelty lies in the study of the essence of the facilitative approach due to the process of continuous professional growth of physical education teachers. Conclusions. The pedagogical support in the professional development of a physical education teacher becomes very decisive in the process of continuous professional growth. The study is based primarily on understanding the potential opportunities for professional development of the personality, which are already inherent in it.

The object of this study is a change in the hazardous parameters of the gas environment when materials are ignited in the premises. The subject is the features of the average bicoherence of the frequencies of the spectra of changes in the hazardous parameters of the gas environment when materials are ignited. The importance of such studies is based on the fact that the examined features can be used for the early detection of fires. The value of the average bicoherence is proposed to be determined for each frequency, taking into account the average value of the cosine argument of the complex bispectrum for a given frequency interval. It was established that the values of the average bicoherence of the spectrum of changes in the temperature of the gaseous medium in the interval of no ignition of the materials, averaged by frequency in the range of 0–2Hz, lie in the range from ‒0.052 to ‒0.35. At the same time, the frequency-averaged values of mean bicoherence at the ignition interval of materials lie in the range of ‒0.128 to +0.155. Averaged in the frequency range of 0–2Hz, the value of the mean bicoherence of the spectrum of changes in smoke density in the interval of absence of ignition of materials lies in the range from ‒0.018 to +0.568. In the presence of fires, this value is in the range from –0.244 to +0.23. At the same time, the average value of the average bicoherence of the spectrum of changes in the concentration of carbon monoxide of the gas medium for test materials, averaged in the range from 0 to 2Hz, ranges from +0.016 to +0.109. In the case of ignition of materials, the average values range from +0.0007 to +0.053, except for ignition of wood (+0.117). In general, the revealed features of the average bicoherence of the frequency components of the spectra of changes in the hazardous parameters of the gas environment indicate the possibility of their use to identify fires and prevent fires

The object of this study is the dynamics of a characteristic sign of an increment in the state of the gaseous medium in the premises when a thermal source of fire appears. The subject of the study is the type of an empirical cumulative function of the distribution of dynamics of a characteristic sign of an increment in the state of the gaseous medium in the absence and appearance of a thermal source of fire in the premises. As a characteristic feature, the probability of non-recurrence of the increments of the vector of states of the gaseous medium was chosen. The results of the study make it possible to quickly identify thermal sources of fire under uncertain conditions. The methodology for studying the empirical cumulative function of the distribution of the dynamics of the probability of non-recurrence of the increments of the vector of the state of the gas medium has been substantiated. The technique includes the implementation of seven consecutive procedures and makes it possible to explore the specified function for arbitrary time intervals. The empirical cumulative distribution function for two fixed time intervals of equal duration before and after the appearance of test thermal sources of fire in the laboratory chamber was investigated. It was established that the features of the empirical cumulative functions of the distribution of the dynamics of the probability of non-recurrence of the increments of the vector of the state of the gas environment allow for early detection of fire. The main sign of detection is a decrease in the fixed values of the empirical cumulative distribution function. For test thermal sources, fixed values of the empirical cumulative distribution function are in the range of 0.15–0.44. These probabilities are determined by the different ignition rate of the test thermal sources. The research results indicate the possibility of using the identified features of empirical cumulative distribution functions of the dynamics of the probability of non-recurrence of increments of the vector of the state of the gas environment for the early detection of fires

The object of this study is the detection of fires in the premises. The problem that was solved is the development of tools to assess the reliability of detection of fires in the premises based on the recurrence of the vector of increases in dangerous parameters of the gas environment. The method includes the sequential implementation of five procedures related to the formation of the vector of current increases in dangerous parameters, determining the recurrence of the current vector and evaluating the empirical distribution function relative to the calculated current recurrence of the state vector. Features and distinctive attributes of the developed method are the use of empirical cumulative distribution function in relation to the current recurrence of the state of hazardous parameters of the gas environment in the premises during fires. This makes it possible to solve the task of developing tools for the numerical determining of the trust limit for the predefined level of significance (reliability) and the likelihood of detecting fires in the premises in real time. The scope and conditions for the practical use of the obtained results are the modern and promising means and fire protection systems of various types of premises in buildings and structures. The proposed method was tested on the example of igniting test materials in the laboratory chamber. It is established that for materials with a high combustion rate (alcohol and cellulose) with a probability of 0.95, there is a sharp decrease in the value of the empirical function assessment to zero values. For timber, the value of this estimate is 0.15, and for textiles, the minimum value of the estimate is 0.31. It is established that the boundaries of the confidence interval with the level of significance covering the obtained estimates are determined by the value of ±0.086. In general, the results of the test indicate the operability of the proposed method for determining the reliability of detection of fires in the premises on the basis of the current degree of recurrence of increases in dangerous parameters of the gas environment

This paper reports the rationale for the modification of Brown’s zero-order model, which ensures increased accuracy of the short-term fire forecast based on the use of the current measure of recurrence in the increments of the state of the air environment in the premises. A special feature of the proposed model modification is that the a priori model of the dynamics of the level of the time series of the measure of the current recurrence of increments in the air environment states determined by the dangerous factors of the fire has been modified. In this case, it is proposed that the new a priori model should take into consideration additionally the value of the current increments of the level of the studied time series. That makes it possible to negligibly reduce errors of the short-term forecast of fire in the premises without significantly complicating Brown’s zero-order model while retaining all its implementing advantages. The provided accuracy of the forecast for one step in advance on the basis of a time series of measures of the current recurrence of increments of the state of the air environment, determined from the experimental data during the ignition of alcohol and timber in a laboratory chamber, has been investigated. The considered quantitative indicators of forecast accuracy are the absolute and average errors exponentially smoothed with a parameter of 0.4. It has been established that for the proposed modification the value of the average absolute error does not exceed 0.02%. That means that an error of the short-term forecast of a fire in the premises based on the proposed modification is an order of magnitude less than that in the case of using known Brown’s model at the smoothing parameter from an unclustered set. The results from the ignition of alcohol and timber in the laboratory chamber, in general, indicate significant advantages of using the proposed modification of Brown’s zero-order model for a short-term forecast of a fire in the premises.

Inflammation, especially persistent chronic inflammation, can be an important pathophysiological component of many chronic diseases, including metabolic syndrome (MS). There is very little reliable scientific evidence of a possible decrease in the level of inflammatory markers, which is at the upper limits of normal values. However, it is the hyperproduction of proinflammatory cytokines that is observed in severe local inflammation or in the systemic nature of alteration that forms the systemic mechanisms of inflammation and plays a leading role in their metabolic provision. However, the chronic nature of systemic inflammation, especially in combination with dietary excess of energy substrates, causes a number of systemic disorders, including MS, type 2 diabetes mellitus (CD2), and atherosclerosis, which is a direct consequence of impaired functional and metabolic continuum (FMC) as the main condition for the energy supply of the function. Moreover, the organization of energy supply has its own characteristics in insulin-dependent and insulin-independent tissues. The main thing in the organization of energy supply is the achievement of the principle of compliance with the functional needs of the body, that is, the maintenance of the functional and metabolic continuum (FMC) We studied the metabolic parameters of FMC in healthy people and patients with type 2 DM and patients with hypertension against the background of type 2 DM according to the study of some indicators of blood plasma. The identified features, in our opinion, are one of the first manifestations of FMC disorder due to insulin resistance With the advent of insulin deficiency, there are increasing disturbances of energy metabolism, which are mainly caused by endothelial dysfunction and neuro-hormonal regulatory shifts of a stressful nature. The consequences or manifestations of these processes can probably be found in all environments of the body: blood, saliva, condensed air, that is, they have a systemic character. Summary. In recent years, the concept of systemic inflammation has emerged - as a typical, pathological process. The development of systemic inflammation as a form of response to systemic alteration is accompanied by functional activation of cells of the lymphoreticular system, which is ensured by changes in metabolism, which further causes the development of insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes mellitus (CD2), atherosclerosis resulting from impaired functional-metabolic continuum (FMC), the concept of which has been formulated in recent years, which indicates the relatively constant nature of metabolism and its parameters in the intercellular environment. Thus, in its turn, is closely connected to the functional activity of organs and cells, thus forming a single system – the continuum. It has been shown that along with the well-known systemic manifestations observed in classical inflammation, as a predominantly local process, there are phenomena inherent in the body that are inflammatory but not local but systemic. Regulatory systems provide energy homeostasis of insulin-dependent and insulin-independent tissues in different periods of body functioning: depending on food intake, fasting, stress, physical activity. Thus, the existing systems of energy homeostasis regulation provide adequate needs of the body depending on both the energy supply and the use of energy. Moreover, organization of energy supply has its own characteristics in insulin-dependent and insulin-independent tissues. The review analyzes the classical and contemporary literature data on the development of the general adaptive syndrome and its metabolic support. We pay attention to the fact that hormonal, and generally, systemic functional activation occurs due to adapted metabolism changes, first of all energetic. Previously, we have shown that between the changes in function and metabolism there is a close relationship, called the functional-metabolic continuum (FMC). The integral mechanism of metabolic function is intracellular energy metabolism. Thus, the general adaptive syndrome, especially the stage of activation and resistance, is accompanied by significant changes in FMC, reflecting the growth of the energy supply of functional systems that are involved in stress. Metabolic circadian rhythms are among the most important processes in the body. The paper analyzes the molecular and genetic aspects of the biological clock and its interrelation with lipid metabolism. The modern views on the biological rhythms of carbohydrate metabolism and its role in the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus have been summarized. The influence of circadian rhythms on the LPO parameters has been discussed. The paper focuses on the issues of desynchronosis, its causes and consequences. The imbalance of circadian rhythms, caused either by external or internal factors, may lead to the disruption of the body’s regulatory systems, which consists in the development of metabolic disorders. Gorbach2 1Ukrainian Research Institute for Medicine of Transport 2Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy, Poltava Abstract In our previous studies, we have shown that salivary parameters differ during the day when one compares the morning and evening samples. That is, the analysis of biochemical components in saliva can be used to monitor the general state of the body's health, which is especially important in metabolic disorders that occur in type 2 DM. It is possible to assume that the study of daily metabolic changes in patients with type 2 diabetes will help to determine the mechanisms of phenyl-butyric acid in this pathology. Patients with diabetes mellitus present with certain changes in saliva as compared to apparently healthy people. That is, although the daily rhythm of metabolism in saliva remains the same, the metabolic changes occur against this background. They are not significant, but their presence allows us to conclude that even in compensated type 2 DM, changes in metabolism are observed, and this can be explained by the disrupted carbohydrate metabolism with the mobilization of both lipid and protein metabolism. These changes can be observed in the parameters of metabolism in saliva and, especially in the form of a disrupted daily rhythm. Thus, even in compensated type 2 DM, there are changes in the energy metabolism, induced by hormonal regulation. These changes can be controlled using the daily saliva monitoring. CIRCADIAN RHYTHM OF METABOLISM INDICATORS IN HEALTHY PEOPLE ACCORDING TO SALIVA STUDY FINDINGS Yu. M. Hryshko, T. V. Gorbatch, A. I. Gozhenko State Enterprise Ukrainian Institute for Medicine of Transport of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Odesa Abstract In recent years, the concept of functional-metabolic continuum (FMС) has been formulated, which indicates the relatively constant nature of metabolism and its parameters in the intercellular environment. Thus, in its turn, is closely and adequately connected to the functional activity of organs and cells, thus forming a single system – the continuum. In addition, the functional activity of key low molecular weight antioxidants in the tissues and biological fluids of the body may, to a large extent, indicate the adaptive abilities and reactions at the level of the entire organism. One of the possible approaches to FMC study, depending on the physiological activity of the body, is to determine the parameters of metabolism and regulatory molecules relative to the daily rhythm, i.e., their comparison in the morning and in the evening, when the changes in the body over the day are observed, in other words, when there is an overall load. The aim of this research was to examine the circadian rhythm of FMC in healthy people according to saliva study findings. Thus, the obtained results, firstly, represent the existence of daily changes in FMC, and secondly, constitute a possible information channel that can be used to study these changes, to determine and compare indicators in the morning and evening about the functional activity of the body involving the regulatory systems. Hryshko Higher state educational institution of Ukraine "Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy", Poltava Summary In the review of the literature contemporary views on the problem are considered. Currently, the issue of metabolic syndrome is considered one of the main causes, leading to reduced life expectancy and poor quality. The main components of metabolic syndrome according to pathogenetic mechanisms are considered. The basis of the metabolic syndrome is insulin resistance or a disturbed biological response of the tissues of the body to the action of insulin, which is accompanied by a decrease in the consumption of glucose by tissues. Modern studies have established not only the close relationship between obesity and other components of the metabolic syndrome, but also the role of obesity as a factor that initiates the manifestation of metabolic syndrome. To date, there is no consensus about the root cause of metabolic disorders in the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome. It was revealed that hereditary predisposition to obesity in combination with low physical activity and excessive nutrition is determined by the development of obesity with subsequent formation of metabolic syndrome.
