Maintaining human body temperature under low temperature is crucial to human well‐being, thereby urgently requiring for high‐performance warmth retention materials. However, designing such materials with both mechanical robustness and warming up the human body under complex and changing outdoor environments remains challenging. Here, a dual‐network structured aerogel micro‐nanofiber/MXene sponge is directly synthesized by the synchronous occurrence of electrospinning and electrospraying. Tailoring phase inversion of the solution jet creates micro‐nanofibers with highly porous aerogel structures, which exhibit nanoscale aperture (30–60 nm) and high single fiber surface aera (56.5 m2 g−1). Under strong hydrogen bonding interaction, the dual‐network structures are constructed by chemical entanglement between aerogel micro‐nanofibers and self‐assembled MXene networks, achieving robust stretchable and compressible property. The nanopores of the single fiber cause the Knudsen effect to suppress the slippage of air molecules, thereby enhancing the unique capacity to block heat energy. Further integrating passive radiative heating and active heating performance of MXene networks, the as‐designed sponge offers an all‐day personal heating system to rise human skin temperature over 3.5 °C. Man‐made superhydrophobic membranes are of interest for various applications in energy, environment, and medical fields. However, simultaneously achieving durable superhydrophobicity, robust waterproofness, and high breathability of the membranes is still challenging. Herein, an efficient and powerful strategy is reported to create superhydrophobic membranes with perdurable liquid repellency and robust breathability via combining humidity‐induced electrospinning with coat‐crosslinking technology. The micro/nano rough structure is in situ constructed based on manipulating the phase separation of electrospun jets; meanwhile, the waterborne acrylic resins are bridged to the surface of nanofiber to endow the membranes with stable low surface energy via coating and crosslinking treatment. Eventually, the resultant membranes present superhydrophobicity with a water contact angle of ≈154°, good self‐cleaning and anti‐icing properties, robust waterproofness of 83.4 kPa, and high breathability of 3.71 kg m−2 d−1. More interestingly, the nanomaterials can maintain durable superhydrophobicity even after exposure to various severe conditions. The successful creation of high‐performance superhydrophobic membranes opens a new avenue for synthesizing advanced functional materials for application in a variety of fields. Water‐based secondary batteries with multivalent metals anode provide a promising option for energy storage with low cost and high security. However, the electrochemical performance of aqueous Zinc ion batteries (AZIBs) is mainly restricted by problems such as poor reversibility and hydrogen evolution. Herein, an "amphoteric polymer strategy" with buffer‐adsorption mechanism for AZIBs is proposed by introducing poly‐L‐Glutamic Acid (PGA) into the electrolyte. Amphoteric polymer enriched functional carboxyl and amino groups confer high compatibility of the Zn metal anodes as well as the relative stability of the bulk electrolyte pH simultaneously. Partial PGA molecules distributed in bulk electrolyte dynamically dissociate to stabilize pH and correspondingly slow down the generation of inert components, while others specifically adsorbed on zinc foil can relieve electrochemical corrosion and induce dendrite‐free uniform Zn deposition. Consequently, long‐term cycling stability (>1650 h) and high levels of reversibility (Coulombic efficiency>99.5%) of Zn anode are harvested in 2 m ZnSO4 electrolyte with only 0.5 wt% of PGA. In addition, when coupled with Zn0.25V2O5(ZVO) cathode, the full cell exhibits higher capacity retention and less pH fluctuation. Objective: Peroneus Longus Tendon (PLT), a viable anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) graft, shares similar biomechanics, making it suitable for reconstruction. Controversy exists over whether PLT transplants affects the donor ankle joint. The purpose of this study was to examine the recovery of knee joint function following arthroscopic ACL restoration using autologous PLT and its influence on the donor ankle joint. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 65 patients with ACL rupture who underwent PLT graft reconstruction in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2021. A three‐dimensional gait analysis of the bilateral knee and ankle joints was performed postoperatively using an Opti_Knee three‐dimensional motion measurement and analysis system—Yidong Medical Infrared Motion Gait Analyzer. Knee function scores and changes in the range of motion of the bilateral knee and ankle joints were collected. The analysis of preoperative and postoperative joint function scores, bilateral knee and ankle mobility was performed by t‐tests. Results: One year after surgery, the patients' International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) scores, Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Scores (KOOSs), and Lysholm scores were significantly improved compared to preoperative scores, with statistically significant differences (p < 0.05). There was no statistical difference in the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) score of the donor ankle joint before and after surgery (p > 0.05). During different gait cycles, there was no statistical difference in knee joint mobility between the affected and healthy sides (p > 0.05), but there was a statistical difference in the inversion and eversion angle of the donor ankle joint during the support phase (p < 0.05). Conclusion: ACL reconstruction using the PLT can yield satisfactory knee joint function. However, it does affect inversion and eversion in the donor ankle joint, necessitating postoperative exercises. Similar subjective function ratings for both operated and non‐operated feet, despite increased inversion‐eversion motion in the operated foot, may be influenced by the subjective nature and margin of error in the AOFAS Ankle‐hindfoot score, along with the relatively small variation in ankle inversion‐eversion angles. Spin‐gapless semiconductors (SGS) are highly attractive for spintronics applications due to their unique spin‐polarized band structure. In this study, the potential SGS candidate of Mn2CoGa alloy is focused on by growing thin films using magnetron sputtering on Si(001)/SiO2 substrates. By applying appropriate heat treatment, the Mn2CoGa thin films can crystallize into the expected Heusler structure, as confirmed by the dominant (220) peak observed in X‐ray diffraction. These films exhibit soft magnetized behavior, with a saturation magnetization of approximately 1.86 μBf.u.−1 at 10 K. This value deviates slightly from the theoretical prediction, indicating the presence of antisite disorder within the film. The resistivity curve shows a negative temperature coefficient, which is attributed to the strong electron–electron interaction that is also connected to the disorder. Despite the presence of disorder, positive variation and sign reversal of the magnetoresistance are observed, along with a nearly vanishing anomalous Hall effect, both of which are typical characteristics of SGS. Compared to bulk Mn2CoGa, the carrier concentration is larger and the mobility is lower in the film, while similar temperature dependences are observed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Ductal carcinoma in situ with microinvasion (DCISM) is a challenging subtype of breast cancer with controversial invasiveness and prognosis. Accurate diagnosis of DCISM from ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) is crucial for optimal treatment and improved clinical outcomes. However, there are often some suspicious small cancer nests in DCIS, and it is difficult to diagnose the presence of intact myoepithelium by conventional hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) stained images. Although a variety of biomarkers are available for immunohistochemical (IHC) staining of myoepithelial cells, no single biomarker is consistently sensitive to all tumor lesions. Here, we introduced a new diagnostic method that provides rapid and accurate diagnosis of DCISM using multiphoton microscopy (MPM). Suspicious foci in H&E‐stained images were labeled as regions of interest (ROIs), and the nuclei within these ROIs were segmented using a deep learning model. MPM was used to capture images of the ROIs in H&E‐stained sections. The intensity of two‐photon excitation fluorescence (TPEF) in the myoepithelium was significantly different from that in tumor parenchyma and tumor stroma. Through the use of MPM, the myoepithelium and basement membrane can be easily observed via TPEF and second‐harmonic generation (SHG), respectively. By fusing the nuclei in H&E‐stained images with MPM images, DCISM can be differentiated from suspicious small cancer clusters in DCIS. Pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PanIN) is the most common precursor lesion that has the potential to progress to invasive pancreatic cancer, and early and rapid detection may offer patients a chance for treatment before the development of invasive carcinoma. Therefore, the identification of PanIN holds significant clinical importance. In this study, we first used multiphoton microscopy (MPM) combining two‐photon excitation fluorescence and second‐harmonic generation imaging to label‐free detect PanIN and attempted to differentiate between normal pancreatic ducts and different grades of PanIN. Then, we also developed an automatic image processing strategy to extract eight morphological features of collagen fibers from MPM images to quantify the changes in collagen fibers surrounding the ducts. Experimental results demonstrate that the combination of MPM and quantitative information can accurately identify normal pancreatic ducts and different grades of PanIN. Background: The current radiobiological model employed for boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) treatment planning, which relies on microdosimetry, fails to provide an accurate representation the biological effects of BNCT. The precision in calculating the relative biological effectiveness (RBE) and compound biological effectiveness (CBE) plays a pivotal role in determining the therapeutic efficacy of BNCT. Therefore, this study focuses on how to improve the accuracy of the biological effects of BNCT. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose new radiation biology models based on nanodosimetry to accurately assess RBE and CBE for BNCT. Methods: Nanodosimetry, rooted in ionization cluster size distributions (ICSD), introduces a novel approach to characterize radiation quality by effectively delineating RBE through the ion track structure at the nanoscale. In the context of prior research, this study presents a computational model for the nanoscale assessment of RBE and CBE. We establish a simplified model of DNA chromatin fiber using the Monte Carlo code TOPAS‐nBio to evaluate the applicability of ICSD to BNCT and compute nanodosimetric parameters. Results: Our investigation reveals that both homogeneous and heterogeneous nanodosimetric parameters, as well as the corresponding biological model coefficients α and β, along with RBE values, exhibit variations in response to varying intracellular 10B concentrations. Notably, the nanodosimetric parameter M1C2$M_1^{{{\mathrm{C}}}_2}$ effectively captures the fluctuations in model coefficients α and RBE. Conclusion: Our model facilitates a nanoscale analysis of BNCT, enabling predictions of nanodosimetric quantities for secondary ions as well as RBE, CBE, and other essential biological metrics related to the distribution of boron. Aqueous zinc–halogen batteries (AZHBs) have emerged as promising candidates for energy storage applications due to their high security features and low cost. However, several challenges including natural subliming, sluggish reaction kinetics, and shuttle effect of halogens, as well as dendrite growth of the zinc (Zn) anode, have hindered their large‐scale commercialization. In this review, first the fundamental mechanisms and scientific issues associated with AZHBs are summarized. Then the research issues and progresses related to the cathode, separator, anode, and electrolyte are discussed. Additionally, emerging research opportunities in this field is explored. Finally, ideas and prospects for the future development of AZHBs are presented. The objective of this review is to stimulate further exploration, foster the advancement of AZHBs, and contribute to the diversified development of electrochemical energy storage. Aqueous zinc (Zn) ion batteries (AZIBs) have not yet fulfilled their talent of high safety and low cost since the anode/electrolyte interface (AEI) has long been impeded by hydrogen evolution, surface corrosion, dendritic growth, and by‐product accumulation. Here, the hydrolysis of solid buffers is elaborately proposed to comprehensively and enduringly handle these issues. Take 2D layered black phosphorus (BP) as a hydrolytic subject. It is reported that the phosphoric acid generated by hydrolysis in an aqueous electrolyte produces a zinc phosphate (ZPO) rich solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) layer, which largely inhibits the dendrite growth, surface corrosion, and hydrogen evolution. Meanwhile, the hydrolytic phosphoric acid stabilizes the pH value near AEI, avoiding the accumulation of alkaline by‐products. Notably, compared with the disposable ZPO engineerings of anodic SEI pre‐construction and electrolyte additive, the hydrolysis strategy of BP can realize a dramatically prolonged protective effect. As a result, these multiple merits endow BP modified separator to achieve improved stripping/plating stability toward Zn anode with more than ten times lifespan enhancement in Zn||Zn symmetrical cell. More encouragingly, when coupled with a V2O5·nH2O cathode with ultra‐high loadings (34.1 and 28.7 mg cm−2), the cumulative capacities are remarkably promoted for both coin and pouch cells. It is proven that Boson sampling is a much promising model of optical quantum computation, which is applied to designing quantum computer successfully, such as "Jiuzhang". However, the meaningful randomness of Boson sampling results has not been utilized or exploited. In this research, Boson sampling is applied to design a quantum random number generator (QRNG) by fully exploiting the randomness of Boson sampling results, and its prototype system is constructed with the programmable silicon photonic processor, which can generate unbiased random sequences and overcome the shortcomings of the existing discrete QRNGs such as source‐restricted, high demand for the photon number resolution capability of detector and slow self‐detection generator speed. Boson sampling is implemented as a random entropy source, and random bit strings with satisfactory randomness and uniformity can be obtained after post‐processing the sampling results. It is the first approach for applying the randomness of Boson sampling results to develop a practical prototype system for actual tasks, and the experiment results demonstrate that the designed Boson sampling‐based QRNG prototype system passes 15 tests of the NIST SP 800‐22 statistical test component, which proves that Boson sampling has great potential for practical applications with desirable performance besides quantum advantage. Objective: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients are at risk during the COVID‐19 pandemic, yet the underlying molecular mechanisms remain incompletely understood. This study sought to analyze the potential molecular connections between COVID‐19 and SLE, employing a bioinformatics approach to identify effective drugs for both conditions. Methods: The data sets GSE100163 and GSE183071 were utilized to determine share differentially expressed genes (DEGs). These DEGs were later analyzed by various bioinformatic methods, including functional enrichment, protein–protein interaction (PPI) network analysis, regulatory network construction, and gene–drug interaction construction. Results: A total of 50 common DEGs were found between COVID‐19 and SLE. Gene ontology (GO) functional annotation revealed that "immune response," "innate immune response," "plasma membrane," and "protein binding" were most enriched in. Additionally, the pathways that were enriched include "Th1 and Th2 cell differentiation." The study identified 48 genes/nodes enriched with 292 edges in the PPI network, of which the top 10 hub genes were CD4, IL7R, CD3E, CD5, CD247, KLRB1, CD40LG, CD7, CR2, and GZMK. Furthermore, the study found 48 transcription factors and 8 microRNAs regulating these hub genes. Finally, four drugs namely ibalizumab (targeted to CD4), blinatumomab (targeted to CD3E), muromonab‐CD3 (targeted to CD3E), and catumaxomab (targeted to CD3E) were found in gene–drug interaction. Objective: Direct revascularization remains an important tool in the treatment of patients with Moyamoya disease (MMD). The superficial temporal artery (STA) is the most commonly used donor vessel for direct bypass, and an STA graft has traditionally been considered a low‐flow graft for flow augmentation. This study aimed to quantitatively evaluate the blood flow of the STA after direct revascularization. Methods: All direct revascularization procedures performed between 2018 and 2021 by one experienced neurosurgeon were screened. Quantitative ultrasound was used to measure the flow data of the patient's bilateral parietal branch of the STA(STA‐PB), the bilateral frontal branch of the STA(STA‐FB), and the left radial artery. Data on the patients' basic information, Suzuki grade, Matsushima type, anastomosis type, and blood biochemical parameters were collected and analyzed using univariate and multivariate models. An MBC Scale scoring system was proposed to evaluate the recipient artery network of the middle cerebral artery (MCA) tree. The relationship between MBC Scale score and STA graft flow was statistically analyzed. Results: In total, 81 patients (43 males and 38 females) successfully underwent STA‐MCA bypass and were included in this study. The mean flow rates in the STA‐PB graft on 1 day preoperatively, 1 day postoperatively, 7 days postoperatively, and >6 months postoperatively (long‐term) were 10.81, 116.74, 118.44, and 56.20 mL/min respectively. Intraoperative graft patency was confirmed in all patients. Comparing the preoperative and all postoperative time points, the STA‐PB flow rates were statistically significant (p < 0.001). The MCA‐C score was significantly associated with postoperative flow rate on day 1 (p = 0.007). Conclusion: The STA is a useful donor artery for direct revascularization inpatients with MMD and can provide sufficient blood supply to the ischemic cerebral territory. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The expeditious growth of modern transportation and industrialization has given rise to serious noise pollution, which has brought disaster to the world economy and human health. Most existing sound‐absorber with single pore structures suffer from large weight and the incidence and dissipation of noise that are difficult to be enhanced simultaneously. Herein, gradient‐structured elastic ceramic nanofiber aerogels with cellulose nano‐nets are successfully structured through step‐by‐step directional freeze‐casting technology, which has a gradient structure of "larger pore‐middle pore‐smaller pore" in the propagation direction of sound waves and dual nanofiber networks perpendicular to the direction of sound waves. The integration of gradient pore structures and dual nanofiber networks effectively improves the acoustic contact area of aerogels while increasing the acoustic incidence. The noise reduction coefficient of the obtained lightweight gradient aerogels (average density only 9 mg cm−3) reaches 0.58, and the low‐frequency air compressor noise can be reduced by 23.1 dB. Besides, the silica sol with hydrophobic groups endows gradient aerogels with good mechanics (plastic deformation only 5.7% after 1000 compressions) and superhydrophobic properties (water contact angle of ≈150°). The malignant transformation of hepatic progenitor cells (HPCs) in the inflammatory microenvironment is the root cause of hepatocarcinogenesis. However, the potential molecular mechanisms are still elusive. The HPCs subgroup is identified by single‐cell RNA (scRNA) sequencing and the phenotype of HPCs is investigated in the primary HCC model. Bulk RNA sequencing (RNA‐seq) and proteomic analyses are also performed on HPC‐derived organoids. It is found that tumors are formed from HPCs in peritumor tissue at the 16th week in a HCC model. Furthermore, it is confirmed that the macrophage‐derived TWEAK/Fn14 promoted the expression of inhibitor of differentiation‐1 (ID1) in HPCs via NF‐κB signaling and a high level of ID1 induced aberrant differentiation of HPCs. Mechanistically, ID1 suppressed differentiation and promoted proliferation in HPCs through the inhibition of HNF4α and Rap1GAP transcriptions. Finally, scRNA sequencing of HCC patients and investigation of clinical specimens also verified that the expression of ID1 is correlated with aberrant differentiation of HPCs into cancer stem cells, patients with high levels of ID1 in HPCs showed a poorer prognosis. Anterior gradient‐2 (AGR2) is crucial to breast cancer progression. However, its role in the tumor immune microenvironment remains unclear. RNA sequencing expression profiles and associated clinical information were downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas and Gene Expression Omnibus databases, respectively. The AGR2 expression patterns were verified using clinical samples of breast cancer. Based on single‐cell transcriptomic data, AGR2 expression patterns were identified and cell communication analysis was carried out. Furthermore, the roles of AGR2 in breast tumor progression were explored by a series of functional experiments. We found that DNA methylation was an important mechanism for regulating the expression patterns of AGR2. Patients with AGR2 low expression displayed an immune "hot" and immunosuppressive phenotype characterized by high abundance of tumor immune cell infiltration and increased enrichment scores for transforming growth factor‐β (TGF‐β) and epithelial–mesenchymal transition pathways, whereas patients with AGR2 high expression showed an opposite immunologic feature with a lack of immune cell infiltration, suggestive of an immune "cold" and desert phenotype. Moreover, single‐cell analysis further revealed that AGR2 in malignant cells alters cell–cell interactions by coordinating cytokine–chemokine signaling and immune infiltration. Notably, two immunotherapy cohorts revealed that AGR2‐coexpressed genes could serve as prognostic indicators of patient survival. In conclusion, AGR2 could promote breast cancer progression by affecting the tumor immune microenvironment. Patients with AGR2 low expression could be suitable for combination treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitor agents and TGF‐β blockers. Due to strong learning ability, convolutional neural networks (CNNs) have been developed in image denoising. However, convolutional operations may change original distributions of noise in corrupted images, which may increase training difficulty in image denoising. Using relations of surrounding pixels can effectively resolve this problem. Inspired by that, we propose a robust deformed denoising CNN (RDDCNN) in this paper. The proposed RDDCNN contains three blocks: a deformable block (DB), an enhanced block (EB) and a residual block (RB). The DB can extract more representative noise features via a deformable learnable kernel and stacked convolutional architecture, according to relations of surrounding pixels. The EB can facilitate contextual interaction through a dilated convolution and a novel combination of convolutional layers, batch normalisation (BN) and ReLU, which can enhance the learning ability of the proposed RDDCNN. To address long‐term dependency problem, the RB is used to enhance the memory ability of shallow layer on deep layers and construct a clean image. Besides, we implement a blind denoising model. Experimental results demonstrate that our denoising model outperforms popular denoising methods in terms of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Neoadjuvant treatment is often considered in breast cancer patients with axillary lymph node involvement, but most of patients do not have a pathologic complete response to therapy. The detection of residual nodal disease has a significant impact on adjuvant therapy recommendations which may improve survival. Here, we investigate whether multiphoton microscopy (MPM) could identify the pathological changes of axillary lymphatic metastasis after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer. And furthermore, we find that there are obvious differences in seven collagen morphological features between normal node and residual axillary disease by combining with a semi‐automatic image processing method, and also find that there are significant differences in four collagen features between the effective and no‐response treatment groups. These research results indicate that MPM may help estimate axillary treatment response in the neoadjuvant setting and thereby tailor more appropriate and personalized adjuvant treatments for breast cancer patients. SnO2 is regarded as a prospective anode material candidate for high energy density lithium‐ion batteries (LIBs). However, rapid structural degradation and low conductivity always bring about poor cycling stability and electrochemical reversibility, becoming critical dilemmas toward its practical application. To address these issues, herein, a facile multi‐step in situ synthesis protocol is developed to tactfully achieve self‐standing 3D hollow nanoporous SnO2‐modified CuxO nanotubes with nanolamellar metallic Cu inwalls (3D‐HNP SnO2/CuxO@n‐Cu) via chemical dealloying, heat treatment, electrochemical replacement, and selective etching. The results show that the unique 3D‐HNP SnO2/CuxO@n‐Cu as a binder‐free integrated anode for LIBs exhibits superior Li storage properties with high initial reversible capacity of 3.34 mAh cm−2 and good cycling stability with 85.6% capacity retention and >99.4% coulombic efficiency after 200 cycles (capacity decay of only 0.002 mAh cm−2 per cycle). This is mainly attributed to the unique 3D hollow nanoporous configuration design composed of interlinked CuxO nanotubes modified by ultrafine SnO2 nanocrystals (4–10 nm) with two‐way mechanical strain cushion and nanolamellar metallic Cu inwalls with boosted electrical conductivity. 2D materials, with their extraordinary physical and chemical properties, have gained extensive interest for physical, chemical and biological sensing applications. However, 2D material‐based devices, such as field effect transistors (FETs) often show high contact resistance and low output signals, which severely affect their sensing performance. In this study, a new strategy is developed to combine metallic and semiconducting polymorphs of transition‐metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) to solve this critical issue. Such a phase engineering methodology to integrate large‐scale and spatially assembled multilayers of 2H MoTe2 FETs with coplanar metallic 1T′ MoTe2 contacts is applied. Such in‐plane heterophase‐based FETs exhibit an ohmic contact behavior with an extremely low contact resistance due to the coplanar and seamless connections between 2H and 1T′ phases of MoTe2. These 1T′/2H/1T′ based FETs are successfully demonstrated for detecting NH3 with high current outputs increased up to microamp levels without using any conventional interdigital electrodes, which is compatible with the current CMOS circuits for practical applications. Furthermore, the as‐fabricated sensors can detect NH3 gas concentrations down to 5 ppm at room temperature. Poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) based solid‐state electrolytes with good chemical stability against Li–metal, provide a promising solution for practical all solid‐state Li–metal batteries (ASSLMBs). However, the risk of short circuit using thin PEO under semi‐molten state and the oxidative decomposition of PEO by cathodes under high voltage hinder the practical application of PEO‐based ASSLMBs. Here, it is found that by readjusting the Li+ and e– conductivity at anode/cathode interface by introducing Nanodiamonds (NDs) into PEO electrolytes can greatly improve the electrochemical performance of PEO‐based batteries. Under the mediation of high modulus and insulative NDs, the lifespan of Li symmetric cells can increase by 30 times at 0.8 mA cm–2, and high‐voltage Li/LiCoO2 cells show excellent capacity retention under practical testing conditions (50 µm Li and 30 µm PEO electrolyte). Anthocyanins are common secondary metabolites in plants that impart red coloration to fruits and flowers. The important WRKY transcription factor family plays multifaceted roles in plant growth and development. In this study, we found a WRKY family gene, Pyrus bretschneideri WRKY75, that may be involved in anthocyanin synthesis in pear. Unlike Arabidopsis thaliana WRKY75, PbWRKY75 may be a positive regulator of anthocyanin synthesis. A transient expression assay indicated that PbWRKY75 promoted pear anthocyanin synthesis. The structural genes (PbANS, PbDFR, and PbUFGT) and positive regulators (PbMYB10 and PbMYB10b) of anthocyanin synthesis were significantly upregulated in the fruitlet skins of PbWRKY75‐overexpressing "Zaosu" pears. Subsequently, yeast one‐hybrid and dual‐luciferase assays indicated that PbWRKY75 promoted PbDFR, PbUFGT, and PbMYB10b expression by activating their promoters. These results revealed that PbWRKY75 may promote the expression of both PbMYB10b and anthocyanin late biosynthetic genes (PbDFR and PbUFGT) by activating their promoters, thereby inducing anthocyanin synthesis in pear. The theoretical specific capacity of tin oxide (SnO2) anode material is more than twice that of graphite material (782 vs 372 mAh g–1), whereas its potential usage is limited fatally by its huge volume expansion during lithiation. An effective solution is to encapsulate tin oxide into hollow structure such as yolk‐shell based on the principle of confinement. However, in light of the restricted space of active substance, this kind of hollow electrode always has the low capacity, severely limiting its commercial value. Herein, a peapod‐like Cu‐SnO2@copper foam (CF) as high area specific capacity anode based on the Kirkendall effect, in which the "pod and peas" in the peapod‐like structure are composed of SnO2 and Cu nanoparticles, respectively, is tactfully designed and constructed. Compared to other SnOx‐based electrodes with different hollow structure designs in published reports, the unique peapod‐like Cu‐SnO2@CF anode delivers a remarkably high first reversible capacity of 5.80 mAh cm‐2 as well as excellent cycle stability with 66.7% capacity retention and ≈100% coulombic efficiency after 200 cycles at a current density of 1 mA cm–2, indicative of its quite promising application toward high‐performance lithium‐ion batteries. Introduction and Aims: At present, the treatment for moyamoya disease (MMD) primarily consists of combined direct and indirect bypass surgery. Nevertheless, more than half of indirect bypass surgeries fail to develop good collaterals from the dura and temporal muscle. This study aimed to investigate whether microRNAs (miRNAs) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) could serve as biomarkers for the prediction of postoperative collateral formation. Methods: Moyamoya disease patients with indirect bypass surgery were divided into angiogenesis and non‐angiogenesis groups, CSF was obtained, and miRNA sequencing was performed using the CSF. Candidate miRNAs were filtered and subsequently verified through qRT‐PCR. The diagnostic utility of these differential miRNAs was investigated by using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. Finally, the potential biological processes and signaling pathways associated with candidate miRNAs were analyzed using R software. Results: The expression levels of four miRNAs (miR‐92a‐3p, miR‐486‐3p, miR‐25‐3p, and miR‐155‐5p) were significantly increased in the angiogenesis group. By combining these four miRNAs (area under the curve [AUC] =0.970), we established an accurate predictive model of collateral circulation after indirect bypass surgery in MMD patients. GO and KEGG analyses demonstrated a high correlation with biological processes and signaling pathways related to angiogenesis. Hydrogels that are both highly conductive and mechanically robust have demonstrated great potential in various applications ranging from healthcare to soft robotics; however, the creation of such materials remains an enormous challenge. This study presents an in situ synthesis strategy for developing bioinspired chemically integrated silica‐nanofiber‐reinforced hydrogels (SFRHs) with robust mechanical and electronic performance. The strategy is to synthesize soft hydrogel matrices from acrylamide monomers in the presence of well‐dispersed silica nanofibers and vinyl silane, which generates homogenous SFRHs with innovative interfacial chemical bonds. The resultant SFRHs exhibit excellent mechanical properties including high mechanical strength of 0.3 MPa at a fracture strain of 1400%, high Young's modulus of 0.11 MPa (comparable to human skin), and superelasticity over 1000 tensile cycles without plastic deformation, while maintaining high transmittance (≥83%). In parallel, the SFRHs show enhanced ionic conductivity (3.93 S m−1) and can monitor multiple stimuli (stretching, compressing, and bending) with high sensitivity (gauge factor of 2.67) and ultra‐durability (10 000 cycles). Drug delivery plays a vital role in medicine and health, but the on‐demand delivery of large‐sized drugs using stimuli‐triggered carriers is extremely challenging. Most present capsules consist of polymeric dense shells with nanosized pores (<10 nm), thus typically lack permeability for nano/microparticle drugs. Here, a pinecone‐inspired smart microcage with open network shells, assembled from cellulose nanofibrils (CNFs), is reported for nano/microparticle drug delivery. The approach allows the nanoarchitectured, functionalized CNFs to assemble into mechanically robust, haystack‐like network shells with tunable large‐through pores and polypeptide‐anchored points on a large scale. Such open network shells can intelligently open/close triggered by lesion stimuli, making the therapy "always on‐demand." The resulting pinecone‐inspired microcages exhibit integrated properties of superior structural stability, superhydrophilicity, and pH‐triggered, smart across‐shell transport of emerging antimicrobial silver nanoparticles and bioactive silicate nanoplatelets (sizes of >100 nm), which enable both extraordinary anti‐infection and bone regeneration. Rechargeable metal–SO2 batteries have drawn tremendous attention because it can accelerate SO2 fixation/utilization and offer high energy density. Herein, a rechargeable Na–SO2 battery based on an ether‐based liquid electrolyte with an ethylenediamine (EDA) additive is realized via the reversible formation/decomposition of Na2S2O4. Experimental investigations reveal that the EDA additive provides three benefits by simultaneously decreasing the overall electrode polarization, increasing the full discharge capacity, and improving battery cyclability. At a current density of 250 mA g−1, the full discharge capacity of the battery with the EDA additive is more than twice of a similar system in the absence of EDA. In addition to the significantly enhanced capacity, the as‐assembled Na–SO2 battery demonstrates excellent cyclic stability after 200 cycles, which is equivalent to a total duration of 1600 h. Moreover, the corrosion resistance of Na anode is strengthened with the aid of EDA in the SO2‐containing liquid electrolyte. Herein, the preparation and characterization of a novel sulfur‐based terpolymer via inverse vulcanization and dynamic covalent polymerizations using the raw materials of elemental sulfur, styrene, and peanut oil are reported. The sulfur content of this terpolymer is about 72 wt%. As it is viscous but flowable at room temperature, it can be mixed with conductive graphene without binders. Poly(sulfur–styrene–peanut oil) (poly(S–Sty–P)) terpolymer is further successfully utilized as the active cathode material in Li–S batteries. The initial specific capacity of this kind of battery reaches 1008 mAh g−1. After 100 cycles, the specific capacity keeps at 611 mAh g−1 with the capacity retention rate above 60% and coulombic efficiency close to 100%. Compared with the traditional sulfur cathode material, this terpolymer cathode material exhibits higher capacity, better cycle performance, and superior high‐rate performance. In addition, it can be directly coated on the aluminum foil collector without additional binders, which reduces the internal resistance effect from additional binders and simplifies the battery assembly process. Particulate matter (PM) pollution in air is thought to be an important mortality risk factor globally. Most existing air filters face the extreme challenge of effectively removing PM0.3, which has the most penetration particle size (MPPS) of ≈0.3 µm yet is particularly harmful. Here, an innovative in situ electret electrospinning/netting technique that can manipulate both solution phase separation and crystal phase transition is reported to develop self‐polarized polyvinylidene fluoride nanofiber/net membranes with 2D networks and superior surface adhesion. By combining the true nanoscale diameter (≈21 nm), small pore size (≈0.26 µm), and highly electret surface (6.8 kV potential) of the 2D nanonets, the synergistic effect of sieving and adhesion for MPPS PM0.3 is achieved. Such double capture characteristic enables the high‐efficiency (≈99.998%) capture of PM0.3 while maintaining low air resistance (≈0.1% atmosphere pressure). Moreover, the nanofiber/net filters show integrated properties of superhydrophobicity, desirable transparency (91%), and long‐term stability. The synthesis of such attractive nanomaterials presents a promising attempt toward the development of high‐performance filtration/separation materials for numerous applications.
