Despite the importance of a thriving workforce in sustaining organizational success, prior research pays little attention to how individualized human resource (HR) practices can help individual employees to thrive at work. Drawing on the theoretical underpinnings of conservation of resources theory, we investigate whether, how, and when development idiosyncratic deals (i‐deals) can contribute to individual thriving. We contend that possessing development i‐deals will motivate individuals to engage in approach job crafting, which in turn promotes their experience of thriving at work. We further contend that high‐quality leader–member exchange will enhance the function of development i‐deals in triggering approach job crafting and subsequent thriving experiences. Results from a two‐wave survey involving 278 managers in a pharmaceutical firm in China and a three‐wave survey among 178 managers working in various organizations in the UK support our hypotheses. This paper studies the downstream effect of expatriate managers' personal financial insecurity on team innovation. Building on resource allocation theory, we propose a moderated serial mediation model. Using four‐wave, multi‐source survey data from 99 R&D expatriate teams within large technology companies in emerging markets, we find that expatriate managers' personal financial insecurity is negatively related to team innovation first through a lower level of state learning goal orientation in the last month, and subsequently through a lower level of intellectual stimulation behavior. The negative effect of expatriate managers' personal financial insecurity on state learning goal orientation is weakened when professional identification is higher (vs. lower). ABSTRACT This study investigates the stress–strain behavior of AISI H13 hot work die steel under thermomechanical fatigue (TMF) conditions. An electromagnetic‐thermal‐mechanical coupled finite element model was established to analyze the temperature and stress evolution during TMF cycles. Experimental results reveal that as TMF cycles increase, the hysteresis loop areas expand, and maximum tensile and compressive stress values decrease, indicating cyclic softening of AISI H13 steel. After undergoing TMF, observations show martensitic lath recovery and carbide coarsening along boundaries. Numerical results indicate thermal cycles cause temperature field inhomogeneity along the axial direction, which leads to a non‐uniform distribution of internal stresses along the longitudinal axis. Besides, the TMF lifetime under numerical simulation is comparable to that obtained through experiments. Based on experimental and simulation data, four life prediction models are employed, with the Ostergren model showing the highest consistency with a reliability factor of 1.2. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Light‐driven dry reforming of methane is a promising and mild route to convert two greenhouse gas into valuable syngas. However, developing facile strategy to atomically‐precise regulate the active sites and realize balanced and stable syngas production is still challenging. Herein, we developed a spatial confinement approach to precisely control over platinum species on TiO2 surfaces, from single atoms to nanoclusters. The configuration comprising single atoms and sub‐nanoclusters engenders pronounced electronic metal‐support interactions, with resultant interfacial states prompting surface charge rearrangement. The unique geometric and electronic properties of these atom‐cluster assemblies facilitate effective activation of CH4 and CO2, accelerating intermediate coupling and minimizing side reactions. Our catalyst exhibits an outstanding syngas generation rate of 34.41 mol gPt−1 h−1 with superior durability, displaying high apparent quantum yield of 9.1 % at 365 nm and turnover frequency of 1289 h−1. Electrooxidation of biomass‐derived glycerol which is regarded as a main byproduct of industrial biodiesel production, is an innovative strategy to produce value‐added chemicals, but currently showcases slow kinetics, limited Faraday efficiency, and unclear catalytic mechanism. Herein, we report high‐efficiency electrooxidation of glycerol into formate via a Cu doped NiCo alloy catalyst supported on nickel foam (Cu−NiCo/NF) in a coupled system paired with nitrate reduction. The designed Cu−NiCo/NF delivers only 1.23 V vs. RHE at 10 mA cm−2, and a record Faraday efficiency of formate of 93.8 %. The superior performance is ascribed to the rapid generation of NiIII−OOH and CoIII−OOH species and favorable coupling of surface *O with reactive intermediates. Using Cu−NiCo/NF as a bifunctional catalyst, the coupled system synchronously produces NH3 and formate, showing 290 mV lower than the coupling of hydrogen evolution reaction, together with excellent long‐term stability for up to 144 h. Understanding and monitoring financial bubbles is critical, as they can lead to market instability, asset price crashes, and economic downturns with widespread consequences. This article explores the usefulness of quantile regression (QR) technique in detecting and surveilling financial bubbles, encompassing both global testing and real‐time monitoring. We demonstrate that the QR‐based quantile unit root test, coupled with an optimal quantile selection technique, serves as an effective tool for a global bubble test without necessitating additional recursive techniques. Moreover, we propose two QR‐based bubble monitoring techniques. We show that the monitoring statistics follow a random variate under the null hypothesis of no bubbles but diverge to positive infinity in the presence of a mildly explosive bubble, and hence consistently date the origination of a bubble. Monte Carlo simulations suggest that compared with their LS counterparts, in the presence of skewed distributions, the QR‐based global test delivers substantially greater power, while the QR‐based monitoring procedures offer higher bubble detection rate and more accurate dating of the bubble origination. Emerging reconfigurable metasurfaces offer various possibilities for programmatically manipulating electromagnetic waves across spatial, spectral, and temporal domains, showcasing great potential for enhancing terahertz applications. However, they are hindered by limited tunability, particularly evident in relatively small phase tuning over 270°, due to the design constraints with time‐intensive forward design methodologies. Here, a multi‐bit programmable metasurface is demonstrated capable of terahertz beam steering facilitated by a developed physics‐informed inverse design (PIID) approach. Through integrating a modified coupled mode theory (MCMT) into residual neural networks, the PIID algorithm not only significantly increases the design accuracy compared to conventional neural networks but also elucidates the intricate physical relations between the geometry and the modes. Without decreasing the reflection intensity, the method achieves the enhanced phase tuning as large as 300°. Additionally, the inverse‐designed programmable beam steering metasurface is experimentally validated, which is adaptable across 1‐bit, 2‐bit, and tri‐state coding schemes, yielding a deflection angle up to 68° and broadened steering coverage. The 2D Ti3C2Tx MXene has a large specific surface area, abundant functional groups, and low work function, which has potential in the field of photocatalytic materials. However, the manufacturing of controllable films with high photocatalytic properties and desirable transmittance is a challenging task. Herein, low‐cost, large‐scale, and rapid preparation of Ti3C2Tx/TiO2 flexible composite films have been successfully prepared by inkjet printing technology, which can be applied in complex and special environments, as well as in photoelectrically controllable places for photocatalytic performance. With the increase of the anatase TiO2, the transmittance of Ti3C2Tx/TiO2 films increases from 55.37% to 73.27% at 780 nm, corresponding to the square resistance of 1.112–206.496 kΩ sq−1 and the figure of merit of 0.48–0.005. When the amount of anatase TiO2 is 15%, the film has the best photocatalytic effect on methylene blue (MB) dye, reaching 68.94%. After five cycles of testing, the degradation efficiency of MB dye decreases by only 5.68%, showing that the film has good cycling stability. Soil microbes have long been recognized to substantially affect the coexistence of pairwise plant species across terrestrial ecosystems. However, projecting their impacts on the coexistence of multispecies plant systems remains a pressing challenge. To address this challenge, we conducted a greenhouse experiment with 540 seedlings of five tree species in a subtropical forest in China and evaluated microbial effects on multispecies coexistence using the structural method, which quantifies how the structure of species interactions influences the likelihood for multiple species to persist. Specifically, we grew seedlings alone or with competitors in different microbial contexts and fitted individual biomass to a population dynamic model to calculate intra‐ and interspecific interaction strength with and without soil microbes. We then used these interaction structures to calculate two metrics of multispecies coexistence, structural niche differences (which promote coexistence) and structural fitness differences (which drive exclusion), for all possible communities comprising two to five plant species. We found that soil microbes generally increased both the structural niche and fitness differences across all communities, with a much stronger effect on structural fitness differences. A further examination of functional traits between plant species pairs found that trait differences are stronger predictors of structural niche differences than of structural fitness differences, and that soil microbes have the potential to change trait‐mediated plant interactions. Our findings underscore that soil microbes strongly influence the coexistence of multispecies plant systems, and also add to the experimental evidence that the influence is more on fitness differences rather than on niche differences. Summary: A high voltage gain characteristic is required in fuel cell vehicles to achieve voltage matching between low voltage fuel cell and high voltage DC‐link bus. In this paper, a non‐isolated high step‐up dc‐dc converter based on switched‐capacitor (SC) and active‐interleaved‐network (AIN) is proposed. The main advantages of the converter are the high voltage gain without an extremely high duty cycle, automatic current sharing of inductors, reduced input current ripple, and lower device voltage stress when compared to the topologies with the same output voltage. Detailed descriptions of the converter including operation principle and dynamic response analysis are presented in this manuscript. BACKGROUND: Giant salamander protein peptide is a peptide with rich functional properties. Giant salamander protein peptide KGEYNK (KK‐6) is a peptide with both antioxidant and anti‐inflammatory properties. The antioxidant and anti‐inflammatory mechanisms of KK‐6 are still unclear. When we studied the functional mechanism of KK‐6, we found that the antioxidant property of KK‐6 has a synergistic and promoting effect on anti‐inflammatory properties. RESULTS: KK‐6 enhances cellular resistance to LPS via the MAPK/NF‐κB signaling pathway, leading to increased levels of inflammatory factors: interleukin‐1β (764.81 ng mL−1), interleukin‐6 (1.06 ng mL−1) and tumor necrosis factor‐α (4440.45 ng mL−1). KK‐6 demonstrates potent antioxidant properties by activating the Nrf2 signaling pathway, resulting in elevated levels of antioxidant enzymes (glutathione peroxidase: 0.03 μg mL−1; superoxide dismutase: 0.589 μg mL−1) and a reduction in the concentration of the oxidative product malondialdehyde (967.05 μg mL−1). CONCLUSION: Our findings highlight the great potential of KK‐6, a peptide extracted from giant salamander protein, as a remedy for intestinal inflammation. Through its dual role as an antioxidant and anti‐inflammatory agent, KK‐6 offers a promising avenue for alleviating inflammation‐related damage and oxidative stress. Comprehensive Summary: Previous studies have demonstrated linear polymers embedded with B←N units display efficient photocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance, but their limited structural tunability restricts photogenerated carrier dynamics modulation. Current researches mainly focus on linear polymers, while the study of B←N units in the field of two‐dimension conjugated polymers (2DCPs) photocatalytic hydrogen evolution remains an uncultivated ground. Herein, three 2DCPs containing B←N units were synthesized and their photocatalytic hydrogen production performance was investigated. Among them, the BN‐Tz exhibited the best property with a hydrogen production rate of 89.5 μmol·h–1, while BN‐Ph and BN‐TPB were only 26.4 and 8.5 μmol·h–1, respectively. Comprehensive analyses showed that the remarkable photocatalytic ability of BN‐Tz catalyst was mainly attributed to its superior transport and separation of photogenerated carriers, as well as the ability to construct a stronger built‐in electric field and better planarity. Meanwhile, it was found that the manipulation of the electronic properties of the structures connected to the B←N unit could effectively regulate the molecular polarity, thus achieving the control of the electronic structure of the materials. This work extends the application of materials containing B←N units in photocatalysis and lays a good foundation for the subsequent design of photocatalysts containing B←N units. Owing to their consistently emerging applications in modern photonics, highly sensitive and rapid mid‐infrared (MIR) photodetectors, operating at high temperatures, are of great significance. Herein, a novel PbTe/Ge heterostructure is introduced. Notably, the discovery of a 2D electron gas (2DEG) system on the surface of the PbTe layer is experimentally identified for the first time. A high‐performance PbTe/Ge heterostructure MIR photodetector utilizing a plasmonic photovoltaic effect is developed by employing asymmetric electrodes. The photodetecting device demonstrates an exceptionally high detectivity of 1.1 × 1011 Jones along with a short response time of 15 ns at room temperature. Additionally, the proposed plasmonic photovoltaic mechanism of the device is investigated and mainly ascribed to the propagating plasmons, generated by the coupling of the 2DEG with incident MIR photons. Moreover, a linear detector array (LDA) of PbTe/Ge is demonstrated for a thermal imaging application, which exhibits promising high‐quality real‐time imaging via the 2D photodetector arrays on Ge‐based integrated circuits. This paper researches the adaptive bipartite output containment control of heterogeneous multi‐agent systems (HMASs) against false data injection (FDI) attacks. The malicious adversaries could inject attacks on the actuator to maximize damage to the HMASs, which in turn causes the compromised followers to be unable to track the output states of the leaders. To address this issue, a resilient layer is introduced that prevents attack signals from affecting the states. Moreover, an adaptive compensator is ingeniously devised to counteract these attacks, thereby ensuring that both cooperative and antagonistic agents adhere to distinct convex hulls. Leveraging the output regulation approach, conducting Lyapunov stability analysis, and drawing upon other pertinent methodologies, we have systematically constructed a robust framework for the realization of bipartite output containment control. Background: AICyte has previously demonstrated a potential role in cervical cytology screening for reducing the workload by using a 50% negative cutoff value. The aim of the current study is to evaluate this hypothesis. Methods: The authors used the Ruiqian WSI‐2400 (with the registered trademark AICyte) to evaluate a collection of 163,848 original cervical cytology cases from 2018 to 2023 that were collected from four different hospital systems in China. A breakdown of cases included 46,060 from Shenzhen, 67,472 from Zhengzhou, 25,667 from Shijiazhuang, and 24,649 from Jinan. These collected cases were evaluated using the AICyte system, and the data collected were statistically compared with the original interpretative results. Results: In 98.80% of all artificial intelligence cases that were designated as not needing further review, the corresponding original diagnosis was also determined to be negative. For any cases that were designated atypical squamous cells, cannot exclude high‐grade squamous intraepithelial lesion or higher, the sensitivity and negative predictive value were 90.77% and 98.80%, respectively. The sensitivity and negative predictive value were greater in cases designated as low‐grade squamous intraepithelial lesion or higher at 98.92% and 99.94%, respectively. Of the 49 low‐grade squamous intraepithelial lesion or higher that were designed by AICyte as not needing further review, the cytohistologic correlation revealed eight cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia 1 and 18 negative cases; and the remaining cases were without histologic follow‐up. In practice, AICyte used at a 50% negative cutoff value could reduce the anticipated workload if a protocol were implemented to label cases that qualified within the negative cutoff value as not needing further review, thereby finalizing the case as negative for intraepithelial lesions and malignancy. Conclusions: For pathologic practices that do not have cytotechnologists or in which the workflow is sought to be optimized, the artificial intelligence system AICyte alone to be an independent screening tool by using a 50% negative cutoff value, which is a potential assistive method for cervical cancer screening. Background: POCD is a common complication among patients who underwent coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), it is linked to loss of independence and reduced quality of life. Aim: To examine the association between postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD), postoperative delirium (POD) and interleukin‐6 (IL‐6). Design: A prospective cohort study. Methods: Patients who underwent elective isolated CABG were enrolled. POCD was assessed by a set of cognitive function tools. Delirium was assessed using the CAM‐ICU. The logistic regression analyses were used to identify the predictive value of POD or IL‐6 on POCD. The path analysis was used to analyse the relationship among POD, IL‐6 and POCD. Results: A total of 212 patients were enrolled, with 25.0% of patients developing POD and 32.5% developing POCD. The multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that patients with POD had a four‐fold increased hazard of POCD (OR = 3.655), and patients with IL‐6 ≥ 830.50 pg/mL at the 6th hours after surgery had a 5‐fold increased risk of experiencing POCD (OR = 5.042). However, the mediation effect of POD between IL‐6 and POCD was not statistically significant (β = 0.059, p =.392). Conclusions: POD and IL‐6 at the 6th hour after surgery (≥830.50 pg/mL) are two potent predictors for POCD, while POD did not play a mediation effect between IL‐6 and POCD. Relevance to Clinical Practice: Early identification of risk factors (e.g., delirium assessment and testing for serum IL‐6 levels) by clinical nurses for POCD may contribute to the clinical practice for the targeted prevention nursing strategies. A liquid chromatography electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry method with amoxicillin‐d4 as the stable isotope‐labeled internal standard for simultaneous quick detection of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid in human plasma was developed and validated. Chromatographic separations were performed on a Hedera ODS‐2 column (2.1 × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phases for gradient elution were aqueous solution containing 0.2% acetic acid (AA) (mobile phase A) together with organic phase solution (acetonitrile and methanol mixed solution, mobile phase B). Mass spectrometry was performed using negative electrospray ionization in multiple reaction monitoring mode. The target fragment ion pairs of amoxicillin, clavulanic acid and amoxicillin‐d4 were m/z 364.1 → 223.1, 198.1 → 135.9 and 368.1 → 227.1, respectively. The linear ranges of this method were 40–5,000 ng/ml for amoxicillin and 30–2,500 ng/ml for clavulanic acid, with coefficient of determination > 0.9900. This method validation included selectivity, standard curve, lower limit of quantitation, accuracy, precision, recovery, matrix effect (hemolytic matrix and hyperlipidemic matrix), carryover, stability, dilution reliability and incurred sample reanalysis study. With the widespread use of lithium‐ion batteries in electric vehicles, energy storage, and mobile terminals, there is an urgent need to develop cathode materials with specific properties. However, existing material control synthesis routes based on repetitive experiments are often costly and inefficient, which is unsuitable for the broader application of novel materials. The development of machine learning and its combination with materials design offers a potential pathway for optimizing materials. Here, we present a design synthesis paradigm for developing high energy Ni‐rich cathodes with thermal/kinetic simulation and propose a coupled image‐morphology machine learning model. The paradigm can accurately predict the reaction conditions required for synthesizing cathode precursors with specific morphologies, helping to shorten the experimental duration and costs. After the model‐guided design synthesis, cathode materials with different morphological characteristics can be obtained, and the best shows a high discharge capacity of 206 mAh g−1 at 0.1C and 83% capacity retention after 200 cycles. This work provides guidance for designing cathode materials for lithium‐ion batteries, which may point the way to a fast and cost‐effective direction for controlling the morphology of all types of particles. Enhancing the lifetime of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is one of the essential challenges for their industrialization. Although the external encapsulation protects the perovskite device from the erosion of moisture and oxygen under various harsh conditions. However, the perovskite devices still undergo static and dynamic thermal stress during thermal and thermal cycling aging, respectively, resulting in irreversible damage to the morphology, component, and phase of stacked materials. Herein, the viscoelastic polymer polyvinyl butyral (PVB) material is designed onto the surface of perovskite films to form flexible interface encapsulation. After PVB interface encapsulation, the surface modulus of perovskite films decreases by nearly 50%, and the interface stress range under the dynamic temperature field (−40 to 85 °C) drops from −42.5 to 64.8 MPa to −14.8 to 5.0 MPa. Besides, PVB forms chemical interactions with FA+ cations and Pb2+, and the macroscopic residual stress is regulated and defects are reduced of the PVB encapsulated perovskite film. As a result, the optimized device's efficiency increases from 22.21% to 23.11%. Additionally, after 1500 h of thermal treatment (85 °C), 1000 h of damp heat test (85 °C & 85% RH), and 250 cycles of thermal cycling test (−40 to 85 °C), the devices maintain 92.6%, 85.8%, and 96.1% of their initial efficiencies, respectively. Biallelic pathogenic variants in CCN6 cause progressive pseudorheumatoid dysplasia (PPD), a rare skeletal dysplasia. The predominant features include noninflammatory progressive joint stiffness and enlargement, which are not unique to this condition. Nearly 100% of the reported variants are single nucleotide variants or small indels, and missing of a second variant has been reported. Genome sequencing (GS) covers various types of variants and deep phenotyping (DP) provides detailed and precise information facilitating genetic data interpretation. The combination of GS and DP improves diagnostic yield, especially in rare and undiagnosed diseases. We identified a novel compound heterozygote involving a disease‐causing copy number variant (g.112057664_112064205del) in trans with a single nucleotide variant (c.624dup(p.Cys209MetfsTer21)) in CCN6 in a pair of monozygotic twins, through the methods of GS and DP. The twins had received three nondiagnostic results before. The g.112057664_112064205del variant was missed by all the tests, and the recorded phenotypes were inaccurate or even misleading. The twins were diagnosed with PPD, ending a 13‐year diagnostic odyssey. There may be other patients with PPD experiencing underdiagnosis and misdiagnosis due to inadequate genetic testing or phenotyping methods. Fault diagnosis plays a vital role in ensuring the operation safety of blast furnaces and improving the quality of molten iron in the ironmaking and steelmaking industry. The blast furnace ironmaking process (BFIP) is intrinsically nonlinear. To address the nonlinearity issue of BFIP, a novel fault diagnosis approach that combines the randomized method, local structure information, and Fisher discriminant analysis is proposed in this paper. Using a randomized feature map, the process data is first mapped onto a randomized explicit low‐dimensional feature space. Compared to kernel methods, explicit low‐dimensional random Fourier features considerably reduce the computational cost, particularly for real‐time fault diagnosis for a large training dataset or a large‐scale process. Additionally, the local structure information contained in the randomized low‐dimensional feature space is extracted. The fault diagnosis performance is improved through the exploration of the local structure of random Fourier features. Finally, the blast furnace iron‐marking process state is determined using Bayesian inference. Comprehensive Summary: Previous studies have demonstrated linear polymers embedded with B←N units display efficient photocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance, but their limited structural tunability restricts photogenerated carrier dynamics modulation. Current researches mainly focus on linear polymers, while the study of B←N units in the field of two‐dimension conjugated polymers (2DCPs) photocatalytic hydrogen evolution remains an uncultivated ground. Herein, three 2DCPs containing B←N units were synthesized and their photocatalytic hydrogen production performance was investigated. Among them, the BN‐Tz exhibited the best property with a hydrogen production rate of 89.5 μmol·h–1, while BN‐Ph and BN‐TPB were only 26.4 and 8.5 μmol·h–1, respectively. Comprehensive analyses showed that the remarkable photocatalytic ability of BN‐Tz catalyst was mainly attributed to its superior transport and separation of photogenerated carriers, as well as the ability to construct a stronger built‐in electric field and better planarity. Meanwhile, it was found that the manipulation of the electronic properties of the structures connected to the B←N unit could effectively regulate the molecular polarity, thus achieving the control of the electronic structure of the materials. Anionic redox allows the direct formation of O─O bonds from lattice oxygens and provides higher catalytic in the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) than does the conventional metal ion mechanism. While previous theories have predicted and experiments have suggested the possible O─O bond, it has not yet been directly observed in the OER process. In this study, operando soft X‐ray absorption spectroscopy (sXAS) at the O K‐edge and the operando Raman spectra is performed on layered double CoFe hydroxides (LDHs) after intercalation with [Cr(C2O4)3]3−, and revealed a three‐step oxidation process, staring from Co2+ to Co3+, further to Co4+ (3d6L), and ultimately leading to the formation of O─O bonds and O2 evolution above a threshold voltage (1.4 V). In contrast, a gradual oxidation of Fe is observed in CoFe LDHs. The OER activity exhibits a significant enhancement, with the overpotential decreasing from 300 to 248 mV at 10 mA cm−2, following the intercalation of [Cr(C2O4)3]3− into CoFe LDHs, underscoring a crucial role of anionic redox in facilitating water splitting. The Geneva Sentimentality Scale (GSS) measures the experience of being moved and its effects on behavior. Despite the prevalence of this emotional response, it has not been extensively studied in China. This study aims to adapt and revise the GSS for Chinese college students to assess its cross‐cultural consistency. A sample of 1328 students aged 18–24 years participated in the study, with 127 randomly selected for retesting after an 8‐week interval. Exploratory factor analysis reveals that the Chinese version of the GSS includes three factors (emotional labels, tears of joy, and warm feelings in the chest), with a total of nine items. The internal consistency coefficients for the three factors and the overall scale are high, and the total score remains stable over time. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) shows that the three‐factor model has a good fit. Multigroup CFA indicates measurement invariance across genders. The results also demonstrate good discriminant and convergent validity for the scale. Capillary force self‐assembly (CFSA) technology unfolds great potential in the fabrication of functional micro/nanostructures. To date, most self‐assembly methods focus on monolithic microstructure manipulation yet it remains a challenge to achieve precise localized control over the CFSA process of micro/nanostructures. Herein, a light‐regulated CFSA is proposed to realize the localized precise control of microstructures, leveraging on the synergistic effect of photothermally‐responsive hydrogel and self‐assembly technique. The micropillars with asymmetric cross‐linking densities can readily prepare by applying a rationally designed laser and laser‐exposing dosage, thereby realizing the on‐demand steering of their bending directions. Significantly, owing to the giant capillary force deriving from the evaporating water, above micropillars can successfully assemble into highly‐ordered chiral structures. Simulation coupling with fundamental hydrodynamics enables to shed light on the light steering principle over pillar's actuations. Last, on the basis of vortical dichroism spectra analysis, the chiral characteristics of light‐regulated self‐assembly including the chiral as well as the achiral self‐assembled microstructures are successfully deployed. This strategy provides an avenue for fabricating the localized controllable self‐assembly at the microscale and will bloom the field over metamaterials, microsensors, chiral optics, and so on. Complex oxide heterointerfaces and heterostructures have demonstrated enormous emergent phenomena over the last decades, attributed to the reconstructions of mis‐matched crystalline structure, polarity, and spin ordering across the heterointerfaces. This work employs the heterostructures of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 and CaFeO2.5 as model system to demonstrate an interface‐specific oxygen migration/reconstruction across the interfaces due to the mismatched chemical potential, which dramatically influences the ferromagnetic and electronic states of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 layer. Specifically, the alternative stacking of octahedral (Oh) and tetrahedral (Td) layers in CaFeO2.5 are used to form two distinct heterointerfaces, namely the Oh‐Td and the Oh‐Oh interfaces with the adjacent La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 layer. Interestingly, the oxygen ion migrates toward opposite directions across the interface for these two cases, in which the CaFeO2.5 layer acts as an "oxygen pump" and manipulates the oxygen contents of its adjacent La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 layers. Such manipulation leads to a dramatically changed ferromagnetic transition temperature for the heterostructure with the Oh‐Td and Oh‐Oh interface. This work establishes a feasible and efficient strategy to control the oxygen ionic distribution through atomic‐scale interface design and opens up new opportunities to exploit emergent states at the complex oxide heterostructures through selective oxygen ion evolution. Low cost and high performance are key elements for the industrialization of organic solar cells (OSCs). In view of this, developing highly‐efficient organic photovoltaic molecules with simple chemical structure is one of the most effective countermeasures. Herein, three simple‐structure terpolymers PTQ12‐5, PTQ12‐10, and PTQ12‐15 are designed and synthesized, by embedding difluoro‐substituted bithiophene (2T‐2F) unit into the backbone of low‐cost and high‐efficiency polymer PTQ10. The synthesis of three terpolymers contains only two‐step synthetic routes and over 85% synthetic yields from cheap raw compounds, thus exhibiting distinctly low‐cost characteristic. Remarkably, PTQ12‐5 shows significantly higher absorbance coefficient and hole mobility than PTQ10. Consequently, PTQ12‐5‐based OSCs shows more efficient exciton dissociation and charge transfer, suppressed carrier recombination, tighter molecular π‐π stacking, and faster and more balanced charge transport, thus demonstrates a significantly improved efficiency of 18.77% than that of PTQ10‐based device (18.03%). Moreover, an outstanding efficiency of 19.36% is achieved in PTQ12‐5‐based ternary device by further modulating the energy level alignment and blending features of photoactive molecules, which is the highest efficiency of OSCs based on low‐cost polymers to date. The photoinduced physics always is a critical but controversial question for the new optoelectronic materials of halide perovskites. A high‐quality MAPbBr3 single crystal is grown and the lattice expansion induced by variable power X‐ray irradiation is investigated.A photoinduced deformation measurement system utilizing the off‐axis holography technique is developed and constructed to measure and illuminate the global photo‐induced deformation of MAPbBr3. Under a 473 nm laser with a power of 50 mW, MAPbBr3 exhibits an average maximum relative deformation of 1.27 × 10−3, demonstrating its remarkable photosensitivity and robust geometric response capabilities. Digital holography reveals photostriction as a localized phenomenon, reflecting the localization effect of the photogenerated carriers. The energetic and spatial transitions of those photogenerated carriers weaken the interatomic forces and in turn straighten the Pb─Br─Pb frameworks, expanding the lattice. This geometric change and the corresponding electronic impact are verified by Raman spectra, photoluminescence measurements, and first‐principle calculations. In light of the escalating demand for computing powers, wave‐based analog computers have emerged as a compelling study area due to their remarkable capacity for ultra‐fast operation. Here, a programmable wave‐based computer, based on programmable meta‐structures is proposed, which is also called as meta‐computer. The meta‐computer can perform various types of analog computations in real‐time in the electromagnetic (EM) wave space, including matrix‐vector multiplication, discrete Fourier transform, filtering, and solving complex matrix equations. Owing to the powerful capability of the programmable meta‐structures in manipulating the EM fields and waves in real‐time, the proposed meta‐computer exhibits the advantages of flexible re‐programmability, low complexity, and direct computation in the EM space. Two prototypes of the meta‐computer in the microwave frequency are designed and fabricated, and the computing capability is validated through both numerical simulations and experiments. However, the impact of organic solutes on relaxivity, particularly through alterations in water molecule dynamics, has not been thoroughly investigated. This research was aimed to explore how organic solutes affect the relaxivities of water and Gd‐based contrast agents (GBCAs), potentially revealing new aspects for the development of contrast agents.To investigate the effects of different proportions of water‐soluble organic solvents mixed with pure water and GBCA on T1 and T2 relaxivities.Ethanol, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), 1,4‐dioxane, glycerin, ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol (PEG) 200, and PEG 400 were mixed with ultrapure water in various ratios (100:0, 90:10, 80:20, 70:30, 60:40, 50:50, 40:60, 30:70, 20:80, 10:90, 0:100). GBCA was added to these mixtures at a concentration of 0.05 mmol/L. The mixtures underwent T1 and T2 mapping scans using a 3.0 Tesla MRI machine, and the relaxivities R1 (1/T1) and R2 (1/T2) were calculated and compared.The relaxivity R1 of ethanol, 1,4‐dioxane, and DMSO mixtures with water or GBCA, as well as R2 of DMSO mixtures with GBCA, initially increased and then decreased. Conversely, R1 and R2 increased significantly with higher proportions of diethylene glycol, PEG 200, and glycerin in the mixtures with GBCA. The increase in relaxivity R1 was correlated with greater viscosity. When the proportion of DMSO and diethylene glycol exceeded 20%, minimal variability in R2 was observed as the water content decreased.Adding organic solvents to water and paramagnetic relaxation reagents could alter T1 and T2 relaxivities, suggesting potential new directions for modifying current contrast agents. A short peptide termed NEMO‐binding domain (NBD) peptide has an inhibitory effect on nuclear factor kappa‐B (NF‐κB). Despite its efficacy in inhibiting inflammatory responses, the precise neuroprotective mechanisms of NBD peptide in spinal cord injury (SCI) remain unclear. This study aims to determine whether the pyroptosis‐related aspects involved in the neuroprotective effects of NBD peptide post‐SCI.Using RNA sequencing, the molecular mechanisms of NBD peptide in SCI are explored. The evaluation of functional recovery is performed using the Basso mouse scale, Nissl staining, footprint analysis, Masson's trichrome staining, and HE staining. Western blotting, enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assays, and immunofluorescence assays are used to examine pyroptosis, autophagy, lysosomal membrane permeabilization (LMP), acid sphingomyelinase (ASMase), and the NF‐κB/p38‐MAPK related signaling pathway.NBD peptide mitigated glial scar formation, reduced motor neuron death, and enhanced functional recovery in SCI mice. Additionally, NBD peptide inhibits pyroptosis, ameliorate LMP‐induced autophagy flux disorder in neuron post‐SCI. Mechanistically, NBD peptide alleviates LMP and subsequently enhances autophagy by inhibiting ASMase through the NF‐κB/p38‐MAPK/Elk‐1/Egr‐1 signaling cascade, thereby mitigating neuronal death. NBD peptide contributes to functional restoration by suppressing ASMase‐mediated LMP and autophagy depression, and inhibiting pyroptosis in neuron following SCI, which may have potential clinical application value. Spin‐orbit coupling (SOC) has significant effects on the superconductivity and magnetism of transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) at the 2D limit. Although 2D TMD samples possess many exotic properties different from those of bulk samples, experimental characterization in this field is still limited, especially for magnetism. Recent studies have revealed that bulk misfit layer compounds (MLCs) with (LaSe)1.14(NbSe2)n = 1,2 exhibit an Ising superconductivity similar to that of heavily electron‐doped NbSe2 monolayers. This offers an opportunity to study the effect of SOC on the magnetism of 2D TMDs. Here, the possible SOC effect in (LaSe)1.14(NbSe2) is investigated by measuring nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and electrical transport. It is found that the LaSe layer not only functions as a charge reservoir for transferring electrons into the NbSe2 layer but also remarkably influences the local electronic environment around the 93Nb nuclei. More importantly, the significant SOC induces both a weak antilocalization (WAL) effect and anisotropic spin fluctuations in noncentrosymmetric NbSe2 layers. The present work contributes to a deep understanding of the role of the SOC effect in 2D TMDs and supports MCLs as an intriguing platform for exploring exotic physical properties within the 2D limit. Accurate prediction of protein‐ligand binding affinities is an essential challenge in structure‐based drug design. Despite recent advances in data‐driven methods for affinity prediction, their accuracy is still limited, partially because they only take advantage of static crystal structures while the actual binding affinities are generally determined by the thermodynamic ensembles between proteins and ligands. One effective way to approximate such a thermodynamic ensemble is to use molecular dynamics (MD) simulation. Here, an MD dataset containing 3,218 different protein‐ligand complexes is curated, and Dynaformer, a graph‐based deep learning model is further developed to predict the binding affinities by learning the geometric characteristics of the protein‐ligand interactions from the MD trajectories. In silico experiments demonstrated that the model exhibits state‐of‐the‐art scoring and ranking power on the CASF‐2016 benchmark dataset, outperforming the methods hitherto reported. Moreover, in a virtual screening on heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) using Dynaformer, 20 candidates are identified and their binding affinities are further experimentally validated. Dynaformer displayed promising results in virtual drug screening, revealing 12 hit compounds (two are in the submicromolar range), including several novel scaffolds. Cell‐based microarrays are widely used in the fields of drug discovery and toxicology. Precise gradient generation and automated drug feeding are essential for high‐throughput screening of live cells in tiny droplets. However, most existing technologies either require sophisticated robotic equipment or cause mechanical/physiological interference with cells. Here, a heterogeneous organohydrogel is presented for automated gradient drug feeding, while ensuring minimal interference with cells. The heterogeneous organohydrogel comprises three crucial components. The bottom surface can automatically generate gradients functioning as a gradient generator, the organohydrogel bulk allows unidirectional transport of drugs without backflow, and the top surface with hydrophilic arrays can firmly anchor the cell‐based droplet array to evaluate the concentration‐dependent bioeffects of drugs accurately. Such a unique structure enables universal screening of different cell types and drugs dissolved in different solvents, requiring neither additional accessories nor arduous drug functionalization. Understanding the microenvironment structure‐activity relationship of singlet‐atom catalysts (SACs) is imperative for the development of high‐performance photocatalytic devices. However, the challenge remains to finely regulate the coordination microenvironment of SACs. Herein, single‐atom Nx─Cu─O4‐x (x = 1–4) photocatalysts with different coordination environments are successfully prepared based on pre‐design reticular supramolecular covalent organic frameworks (COFs) for direct photocatalytic 1O2 production from O2. The results show that the high activity of Cu SACs is closely related to the N,O‐coordination microenvironment, which is primarily ascribed to the different electrophilicity of the N, O atom. The electron configuration of N3‐Cu‐O1 endows photocatalyst enhanced charge transfer capability and the nearest D‐band center to the Fermi level. The "end‐on" type adsorption configuration of O2 at the N3─Cu─O1 active site can promote the breaking of Cu─O bonds rather than O─O bonds. As a result, the N3‐Cu‐O1@COF photocatalyst exhibits the most optimal formation and desorption energies for intermediates •OOH, which provides an advantageous reaction pathway with fewer steps and a lower barrier for 1O2 production. The conversion of CO2 into formate through electrochemical methods is emerging as an elegant approach for industrial‐scale CO2 utilization in the near future. Although Bismuth (Bi)‐based materials have shown promise thank to their excellent selectivity, their limited reactivity remains a challenge. Herein, this study demonstrates a significant enhancement in the CO2‐to‐formate efficiency of Bi by incorporating ruthenium (Ru) atomic species. Ru single atom doped Bi exhibited a nearly twofold higher partial current density compared with pure Bi and Ru clusters doped Bi, while over 95% Faradaic efficiency (FE) is maintained. Through comprehensive investigations using a combined approach of electrochemical techniques, operando spectroscopy, and theoretical calculations, this study elucidates that the presence of Ru single atom promotes H2O dissociation and H* migration to Bi sites for CO2‐to‐formate conversion by significantly reducing the energy barrier via a H* spillover path. Besides, it is constructed Ru–Bi bridge sites for efficient CO2 hydrogenation via a non‐spillover path, which served as the major mechanism for CO2‐to‐formate conversion in Ru single atom doped Bi. Central and systemic inflammation play pivotal roles in epileptogenesis and proepileptogenesis in temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE). The interplay between peripheral CD4+ T cells and central microglia orchestrates the "systemic‐central" immune response in TLE. However, the precise molecular mechanisms linking central and systemic inflammation in TLE remain unknown. This preliminary findings revealed an imbalance in Th1/Th2 subsets in the periphery，accompanied by related cytokines release in TLE patients. they proposed that this peripheral Th1/Th2 imbalance may influence central inflammation by mediating microglial state dynamics within epileptic foci and distant brain regions. In Li‐pilocarpine‐induced TLE rats, a peripheral Th1/Th2 imbalance and observed corresponding central and systemic responses is confirmed. Notably, CD4+ T cells infiltrated through the compromised blood‐brain barrierand are spatially close to microglia around epileptic foci. Intravenous depletion and reinfusion of CD4+ T cells modulated microglia state dynamics and altered neuroinflammatory cytokines secretion. Moreover, mRNA sequencing of the human hippocampus identified Notch1 as a key regulator of Th1/Th2 differentiation, CD4+ T cell recruitment to brain infiltration sites, and the regulation of microglial responses, seizure frequency, and cognition. Ethylene glycol electro‐oxidation reaction (EGOR) on nickel‐based hydroxides (Ni(OH)2) represents a promising strategy for generating value‐added chemicals, i.e. formate and glycolate, and coupling water‐electrolytic hydrogen production. The high product selectivity was one of the most significant area of polyols electro‐oxidation process. Yet, developing Ni(OH)2‐based EGOR electrocatalyst with highly selective product remains a challenge due to the unclear cognition about the EGOR mechanism. Herein, Mn‐doped Ni(OH)2 catalysts were utilized to investigate the EGOR mechanism. Experimental and calculation results reveal that the electronic states of eg* band play an important role in the catalytic performance and the product selectivity for EGOR. Broadening the eg* band could effectively enhance the adsorption capacity of glyoxal intermediates. On the other hand, this enhanced adsorption could lead to reduced side reactions associated with glycolate formation, simultaneously promoting the cleavage of C−C bonds. Consequently, the selectivity for formate was notably augmented by these enhancements. Anisotropy is crucial for birefringence (Δn) in optical materials, but optimizing it remains a formidable challenge (Δn >0.3). Supramolecular frameworks incorporating π‐conjugated components are promising for achieving enhanced birefringence because of their structural diversity and inherent anisotropy. Herein, we first synthesized (C6H6NO2)+Cl− (NAC) and then constructed a halogen‐bonded supramolecular framework I+(C6H4NO2)− (INA) by halogen aliovalent substitution of Cl− with I+. The organic moieties are protonated and deprotonated nicotinic acid (NA), respectively. The antiparallel arrangement of birefringent‐active units in NAC and INA leads to significant differences in the bonding characteristics between the interlayer and intralayer domains. Moreover, the [O⋅⋅⋅I+⋅⋅⋅N] halogen bond in 1D [I+(C6H4NO2)−] chain exhibits stronger interactions and stricter directionality, resulting in a more pronounced in‐plane anisotropy between the intrachain and interchain directions. Consequently, INA exhibits exceptional birefringent performance, with a value of 0.778 at 550 nm, twice that of NAC (0.363 at 550 nm). This value significantly exceeds those of commercial birefringent crystals, such as CaCO3 (0.172 at 546 nm), and is the highest reported value among ultraviolet birefringent crystals. As nitrogen analogues of iron‐oxo species, high‐valent iron‐imido species have attracted great interest in the past decades. FeV‐alkylimido species are generally considered to be key reaction intermediates in Fe(III)‐catalyzed C(sp3)─H bond aminations of alkyl azides but remain underexplored. Here, it is reported that iron‐corrole (Cor) complexes can catalyze a wide range of intramolecular C─H amination reactions of alkyl azides to afford a variety of 5‐, 6‐ and 7‐membered N‐heterocycles, including alkaloids and natural product derivatives, with up to 3880 turnover numbers (TONs) and excellent diastereoselectivity (>99:1 d.r.). Mechanistic studies including density functional theory (DFT) calculations and intermolecular hydrogen atom abstraction (HAA) reactions reveal key reactive FeV‐alkylimido intermediates. The [FeV(Cor)(NAd)] (Ad = adamantyl) complex is independently prepared and characterized through electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), resonance Raman (rR) measurement, and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). A novel strategy of urea enzymolysis‐induced ions replacement is proposed for one‐pot loading of Bi12O17Cl2@Bi48Al2O75 core–shell heterojunction onto porous Al2O3 nanorod (named as Al2O3‐Bi12O17Cl2@Bi48Al2O75). The clever combination of urea enzymolysis and precipitation reactions that consume the ions generated in urea enzymolysis can switch the “on‐off” of urease, and thus allow the precise controlling of the concentration and existence time of the ions, as well as ions replacement. It is the urea enzymolysis‐induced ions replacing strategy that can generate the unique structure of Al2O3‐Bi12O17Cl2@Bi48Al2O75, and it is the distinctive structure that can get the selectivity of 96% benzaldehyde with 90% benzyl alcohol (BA) conversion in the photocatalytic oxidation of BA. The ions replacement, the growth of Al2O3‐Bi12O17Cl2@Bi48Al2O75, and the photocatalytic mechanism are investigated in detail. This work highlights a novel and convenient strategy for one‐pot loading core–shell heterojunction onto porous nanorod support, unveils a fresh biosynthesis of nanomaterials with elaborate structure, and thus paves the way for wide application of elaborate nanomaterials. Covalent organic framework (COF) membranes feature with well‐developed 1D in‐plane pores and parallelly arranged 2D interlayer gallery, presenting promising platform for precise separations. However, it remains a formidable challenge to construct and regulate membrane channels at angstrom scale. Herein, pH‐sensitive dopamine is taken advantage to elaborately engineer the spatial size of 1D/2D channels in COF membranes for the separations of alkali metal ions. Acid treatment allows monomolecular dopamine to segment 1D in‐plane pores of COF membrane, achieving ultramicroporous regulation from 1.25 nm to 0.71 nm, which enables high selectivity of 18.7 for K+/Li+ separation. Molecular dynamics simulations reveal the higher dehydration degree, weaker channel‐cation interaction and faster diffusion coefficient of K+ than Li+. For alkaline treatment, dopamine self‐polymerizes to form nanoparticles between COF layers, which enlarges the 2D interlayer channels from 0.33 nm to 0.45 nm in COF membrane, enabling high‐permeance ion/molecule separations. The water permeance increases 86.7% to 404 L m−2 h−1 bar−1, without the sacrifice of membrane sieving ability. Both cation separation and ion/molecule separation performances outperform the current state‐of‐the‐art membranes. A unique bifunctional catalyst comprised of acid site containing, hierarchical ZSM‐5 (contains acid sites) supported RuCo bimetal, was synthesized using a facile incipient wetness impregnation method. The synergistic interaction between zeolite acid sites and bimetals of this bifunctional material significantly improves its performance as a catalyst of hydrogen producing, dehydrogenation of ammonia borane. A novel polarization‐sensitive artificial optoelectronic synapse based on β‐Ga2O3 single‐crystal is proposed in this work, featuring reconfigurable anisotropic vision. A series of polarization‐sensitive synaptic activities and polarization‐sensitive image recognition functions are successfully simulated using this device. The intriguing performance of this device, stems from the crystal anisotropy in β‐Ga2O3, which is confirmed through polarization Raman measurements and first‐principles theoretical calculations. Furthermore, a comprehensive analysis of the persistent photoelectric properties of the device unveils that the adaptability of the optoelectronic synapse device stems from the ionization and dissociation of oxygen vacancies. Ultimately, the device is utilized in the fields of image recognition and information encryption. A four‐layer artificial neural network with two hidden layers is constructed for recognizing handwritten digits. After training, the recognition accuracy reaches over 91.5% for both unpolarized and polarized light. Information encryption is achieved by controlling polarization states. The device enables data generation and encryption to be conducted on the same platform, mitigating exposure risks during transmission and significantly enhancing data security and confidentiality.
