The relationship between interfacial structure and thermal conductivity in epoxy resin/Al2O3 composite is important but is still elusive. Here, we illuminate this issue by investigating the role of four silane coupling agents in thermal conductivity for epoxy resin/Al2O3 composites. The results show that 3‐glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (KH560) is the best silane coupling agent to modify Al2O3, resulting in the lowest viscosity and the highest thermal conductivity of the epoxy resin/Al2O3‐KH560 composite compared with alternative systems. This is attributed to the strong interfacial interaction between Al2O3‐KH560 and epoxy resin, as confirmed by the Fowkes model and broadband dielectric spectroscopy. The interfacial thermal resistance between the epoxy resin and Al2O3 is also quantitatively measured via a photothermal radiometry technique. The epoxy resin/Al2O3‐KH560 also has the lowest interfacial thermal resistance (1.50 ± 0.02 × 10−6 m2 K W−1), compared with the other three systems. Background Purpose Methods Results Conclusion The landscape of prostate cancer (PCa) segmentation within multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (MP‐MRI) was fragmented, with a noticeable lack of consensus on incorporating background details, culminating in inconsistent segmentation outputs. Given the complex and heterogeneous nature of PCa, conventional imaging segmentation algorithms frequently fell short, prompting the need for specialized research and refinement.This study sought to dissect and compare various segmentation methods, emphasizing the role of background information and gland masks in achieving superior PCa segmentation. The goal was to systematically refine segmentation networks to ascertain the most efficacious approach.A cohort of 232 patients (ages 61–73 years old, prostate‐specific antigen: 3.4–45.6 ng/mL), who had undergone MP‐MRI followed by prostate biopsies, was analyzed. An advanced segmentation model, namely Attention‐Unet, which combines U‐Net with attention gates, was employed for training and validation. The model was further enhanced through a multiscale module and a composite loss function, culminating in the development of Matt‐Unet. Performance metrics included Dice Similarity Coefficient (DSC) and accuracy (ACC).The Matt‐Unet model, which integrated background information and gland masks, outperformed the baseline U‐Net model using raw images, yielding significant gains (DSC: 0.7215 vs. 0.6592; ACC: 0.8899 vs. 0.8601, p < 0.001).A targeted and practical PCa segmentation method was designed, which could significantly improve PCa segmentation on MP‐MRI by combining background information and gland masks. Semi‐additive process (SAP) is a pivotal technique for fabricating integrated circuit (IC) packaging substrates, achieving fine line/space resolution below 20 μm. The adhesion strength between the epoxy composite dielectric layer and electroplated copper is critical for ensuring the long‐term service reliability of high‐performance substrates. Herein, an epoxy composite film suitable for SAP is deposited with copper layer via electroless plating followed by electroplating. The effects of lamination and pre‐curing temperatures in SAP on the butter layer thickness, desmear weight, surface roughness (Ra), and adhesion strength of the plated copper are systematically investigated. The desmear weight decreases with the rising of lamination temperature attributed to the increased butter layer thickness. The lamination temperature is demonstrated to be one of the most influential factors in determining the adhesion strength between the plated copper and the epoxy composite. A high and stable peel strength exceeding 6.0 N cm−1 is achieved under the circumstance of a low Ra of merely 0.95 μm, indicating significant potential for these epoxy composite films in the fabrication of fine‐line and high‐density packaging substrates. New concept for the development of supramolecular assemblies from intricate interactions between different classes of biomacromolecules (polysaccharides, proteins and lipids) is yet to come, due to their intrinsic chemical and structural complexity and incompatibility. Herein, we report an interaction mechanism among multiple biomacromolecules, and the structural and digestive properties of their assemblies using amylose (AM), lauric acid (LA), and β‐lactoglobulin (βLG) as exemplars. AM, LA, and βLG interact to form a water‐soluble ternary complex through van der Waals forces between AM and LA and high affinity binding between AM and βLG, which can further assemble into uniform‐sized, semi‐crystalline nanospheres under certain thermodynamic conditions. These nanospheres are substantially resistant to amylolysis, thus can be well utilized by gut microbiota, including increasing short‐chain fatty acid levels and shaping bacterial communities. Illustrating the complexation of AM, LA, and βLG and their assemblies from disorder to order, this work offers potential rationale of assemblies for multiple biomacromolecules driven by non‐covalent interactions and substantial potentials for supramolecular biomaterials development. Background: Lung cancer (LC) is currently the number one malignancy death rate disease in China, and its disease burden is serious. The study aimed to analyze trends of LC and its risk factor attributable disease in China from 1990 to 2019 and predict the next 41 years. Methods: The average annual percentage change (AAPC) was used to analyze the trend of LC and its risk factor attributable incidence, deaths, and disability‐adjusted life years (DALYs) rate in China from 1990 to 2019, collected in the Global Burden of Disease 2019. Cochran–Armitage trends examine trends in lung cancer disease burden by sex, age, and attributable risk factor groups in China from 1990 to 2019. In addition, based on data on death and DALYs rate due to LC and its risk factors between 1990 and 2019, an autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model was developed to predict the change in the trend of burden of disease due to LC and its risk factors over the next 41 years, and the model was evaluated using the model parameters root mean square error, mean absolute error, and mean absolute percentage error. Results: From 1990 to 2019, the incidence, mortality and DALYs of LC were all increased. Among the eight risk factors associated with lung cancer, the DALYs rate and mortality rate of lung cancer risk factors for Chinese residents increased from 1990 to 2019, except for household air pollution from solid fuels and diet low in fruit, which showed a decrease; among them, the DALYs rate and mortality rate due to ambient particulate matter pollution showed the greatest increase with AAPC values of 2.880 and 3.310, respectively, while DALYs and mortality rates due to household air pollution from solid fuels showed the largest decreases, with AAPC values of −4.755 and −4.348, respectively. The results of the ARIMA model predictions show that both the mortality rate and the rate of DALYs for lung cancer are increasing yearly, and it is predicted that the rate of DALYs for lung cancer by 2060 will reach 740.095/100 000 and the mortality rate will reach 35.151/100 000. It is expected that by 2060, the top four risk factors for lung cancer in China will be, in order of DALYs rate and mortality rate, smoking, ambient particulate matter pollution, high fasting plasma glucose (HFPG), and secondhand smoke, with HFPG showing the greatest increase. Conclusions: The LC burden increased from 1990 to 2019 in China, the LC burden that could be attributed to HFPG will continue to increase in the next 40 years, and will be the third most factor by 2060. Elastomers are widely used for their large‐strain reversible stretchability, but their low thermal conductivity limits their applications in thermal management. Increasing the thermal conductivity of elastomers usually involves adding fillers, which deteriorate their stretchability and other desirable properties. Here, a supramolecular structure design strategy is proposed to enhance the thermal conductivity of amorphous elastomers without compromising their stretchability and self‐healing abilities. Supramolecular poly(thioctic acid‐N,N′‐methylenebis acrylamide) elastomers are designed with ordered hydrogen bonding interactions that improve the heat transfer efficiency and maintain excellent stretchability. The resulting elastomers exhibit a thermal conductivity of 0.72 W m−1 K−1, a remarkable stretchability of 427%, a low elastic modulus of 475 kPa, and self‐healing and reprocessing capabilities. With the popularization of 5G technology and artificial intelligence, thermally conductive epoxies with self‐healing ability will be widely used in flexible electronic materials. Although many compounds containing both performances have been synthesized, there is little systematic theory to explain the coordination mechanism. In this paper, alkyl chains of different lengths were introduced to epoxies to discuss the thermally conductive, the self‐healing performance, and the synergistic effect. A series of electronic‐grade biphenyl epoxies (4,4′‐bis(oxiran‐2‐ylmethoxy)‐1,1′‐biphenyl (1), 4,4′‐bis(2‐(oxiran‐2‐yl)ethoxy)‐1,1′‐biphenyl (2), 4,4′‐bis(3‐(oxiran‐2‐yl)propoxy)‐1,1′‐biphenyl (3), and 4,4′‐bis(4‐(oxiran‐2‐yl)butoxy)‐1,1′‐biphenyl (4) were synthesized and characterized. Furthermore, they were cured with decanedioic acid to produce polymers. Results showed that alkyl chains can both affect the two properties, and the epoxies suitable for specific application scenarios can be prepared by adjusting the length of alkyl chains. In terms of thermal conductivity, compound 1 was a most promising material. However, compound 4 was expected to be utilized in flexible electronic devices because of its acceptable thermal conductivity, self‐healing ability, transparency, and flexibility. 2D magnetic materials hold substantial promise in information storage and neuromorphic device applications. However, achieving a 2D material with high Curie temperature (TC), environmental stability, and multi‐level magnetic states remains a challenge. This is particularly relevant for spintronic devices, which require multi‐level resistance states to enhance memory density and fulfil low power consumption and multi‐functionality. Here, the synthesis of 2D non‐layered triangular and hexagonal magnetite (Fe3O4) nanosheets are proposed with high TC and environmental stability, and demonstrate that the ultrathin triangular nanosheets show broad antiphase boundaries (bAPBs) and sharp antiphase boundaries (sAPBs), which induce multiple spin precession modes and multi‐level resistance. Conversely, the hexagonal nanosheets display slip bands with sAPBs associated with pinning effects, resulting in magnetic‐field‐driven spin texture reversal reminiscent of "0" and "1" switching signals. In support of the micromagnetic simulation, direct explanation is offer to the variation in multi‐level resistance under a microwave field, which is ascribed to the multi‐spin texture magnetization structure and the randomly distributed APBs within the material. These novel 2D magnetite nanosheets with unique spin textures and spin dynamics provide an exciting platform for constructing real multi‐level storage devices catering to emerging information storage and neuromorphic computing requirements. A visible‐light‐induced strategy has been explored for the synthesis of naphtho[2,1‐d]thiazol‐2‐amines through ortho‐C−H sulfuration of 2‐isocyanonaphthalenes with elemental sulfur and amines under external photocatalyst‐free conditions. This three‐component reaction, which utilizes elemental sulfur as the odorless sulfur source, molecular oxygen as the clean oxidant, and visible light as the clean energy source, provides a mild and efficient approach to construct a series of naphtho[2,1‐d]thiazol‐2‐amines. Preliminary mechanistic studies indicated that visible‐light‐promoted photoexcitation of reaction intermediates consisting of thioureas and DBU might be involved in this transformation. Highly integrated and miniaturized electronic devices require advanced thermal management techniques to improve reliability and performance. Thanks to their high thermal conductivity and electrical insulation, boron nitride nanosheets (BNNSs) are commomly used as fillers to construct thermally conductive polymer composites for heat dissipation. However, the BNNS reinforced composites exhibit anisotropic thermal conductivity due to the anisotropic structure of BNNSs. Micro‐sized boron nitride spheres (BNSs) with isotropic thermal conductivity are considered one of the best solutions. Nevertheless, precisely measuring the thermal conductivity of BNSs remains a challenge, limiting the understanding of the thermal transport mechanism. Herein, we have successfully estimated the thermal conductivity of BNSs using the laser flash method. Factors influencing BNSs' thermal conductivity, including precursor, polymer binder and sintering temperature, are also investigated. Under optimized conditions, BNSs exhibit high, isotropic thermal conductivity of 37.2±2.5 W/(m ⋅ K), and the BNS pellet outperforms its h‐BN counterpart in heat dissipation for an LED light. This superiority is attributed to outstanding heat transfer performance in the cross‐plane direction, in addition to high in‐plane thermal conductivity. This study provides a feasible method to estimate the thermal conductivity of spherical materials and highlights promising boron nitride materials with isotropic thermal conductivity for heat dissipation in advanced electronics. Modeling and theoretical prediction of thermal expansion property of particulate reinforced polymer composite are important hot issues in composite science and engineering. In this article, the thermomechanical interaction between spherical particle and polymer matrix and its contribution to the thermal expansion behavior of spherical particle reinforced polymer composite have been studied theoretically. A mechanical interphase resulted from the thermomechanical interaction is observed in radial distribution of effective coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) around the particle with an isotropic assumption of the particle and polymer matrix, and with necessary simplification of the thermomechanical interference among particles, an analytical equation for predicting the CTE of the composite has been proposed. Compared with other models, good fits by this model with finite element (FE) simulated CTE value of particle reinforced composite and previously reported CTE data of particulate reinforced epoxy composites with particle size from micron to nanometer scale are observed. This study would deepen the understanding of the interphase in particle reinforced composites and be favorable for mechanism analysis of other physical properties of polymer composites. Polymeric ultralong organic phosphorescence (UOP) with persistent emission is of great importance in practical applications. However, achieving good water‐resistance for long‐term environmental stability is a formidable challenge. In this contribution, through tailoring the alkyl‐chain length of the hardeners and emitters, polymeric UOPs with varying crosslinking density and hydrophobic effect were obtained. Notably, all the polymers show no obvious decrease in UOP emission after high temperature‐humidity test (85°C/85% relative humidity for 7 days). Detailed investigations demonstrate that the rigid covalent crosslinking networks suppress the quenching of triplet excitons while the hydrophobic microenvironment affords good water/moisture‐resistance ability. Moreover, the polymers with superior processability are successfully applied as optical coatings, prepreg, and afterglow displays. BACKGROUND: Obesity induces insulin resistance and chronic inflammation, impacting human health. The relationship between obesity, gut microbiota, and regulatory mechanisms has been studied extensively. Dendrobium officinale polysaccharide (DOP), a traditional Chinese herbal medicine, potentially reduces insulin resistance. However, the mechanism through which DOP affects gut microbiota and alleviates obesity‐induced insulin resistance in rats requires further investigation. RESULTS: The current study aimed to assess the impact of DOP on gut microbiota and insulin resistance in rats on a high‐fat diet. The results revealed that DOP effectively reduced blood lipids, glucose disorders, oxidative stress, and inflammatory infiltration in the liver of obese Sprague Dawley rats. This was achieved by downregulating SOCS3 expression and upregulating insulin receptor substrate‐1 (IRS‐1) by regulating the JAK/STAT/SOCS3 signaling pathway. Notably, DOP intervention enhanced the abundance of beneficial gut microbiota and reduced harmful microbiota. Correlation analysis demonstrated significant associations among intestinal microbiota, SOCS3‐mediated IRS‐1 expression, and inflammatory factors. CONCLUSION: Dendrobium officinale polysaccharide regulated the gut microbiota, enhanced IRS‐1 expression, and mitigated liver injury and insulin resistance due to a high‐fat diet. Wide embankments with a width of tens or even hundreds of meters change the settlement distribution mode of soft ground. At the same time, the influence of embankment height on the stability and settlement of soft ground is quite significant. For the wide and high embankments, when the prefabricated vertical drain (PVD) is applied in the middle of the embankment and the cement‐soil mixing pile (CSMP) is implemented on both sides of the embankment, a novel determination approach of the reasonable proportion of the suitable treatment range of the PVD and the CSMP is proposed in this study. Combined with the engineering example of the Sanya Station yard of Hainan East Ring Railway, the Plaxis 2D finite element program is used to carry out the parameter analysis on the different proportions of PVD and CSMP in treatment ranges. It is confirmed that the proportion of the PVD and the CSMP in this project is between 2:3 and 4:1, which is consistent with the final design scheme provided by the design company. The electromigration (EM) behavior of graphene‐doped twinned copper composite (GC–Cu) and nanotwinned copper (NT–Cu) redistributed layers (RDLs) are investigated. Firstly, the GC–Cu has longer lifetimes under various test conditions. For example, the GC–Cu RDL took 291 h to reach a 20% resistance increase, while the NT–Cu RDL took 117 h under the same condition of 120 °C and 106 A cm−2. Secondly, thinner oxidation layer and slighter voiding phenomena are detected on GC–Cu RDLs. When the line width and spacing (L/S) of RDL decreased from 20/20 μm to 10/10 μm, new failure modes, i.e., fracture of oxide layer, separation between the oxide layer and copper matrix are also detected, demonstrating the increasing thermal mismatch. Combined with the finite element analysis (FEA), there is simultaneous current aggregation and stress concentration around the voids, which should further cause the degradation of RDL. In this work, an original Si/SiGe heterojunction tunneling field‐effect transistor which has a double‐stacked heterogeneous oxide gate (HfO2/Al2O3) structure (DSG–HJ–TFET) is designed and investigated by Sentaurus technology computer aided design (TCAD) simulation software. To ensure good interface quality, a stacked oxide gate dielectric of Al2O3 and HfO2 is proposed. The on‐state current (Ion) is increased though improving the carrier mobility degradation caused by the poor quality of interface between the high‐κ dielectric and semiconductor. Moreover, a heterojunction with SiGe (source)/Si (channel) and pocket layer which is inserted between the source region and the channel is adopted to reduce the tunneling barrier and improve the Ion. Therefore, the higher Ion is obtained by the proposed DSG–HJ–TFET. In the simulation results, it is shown that Ion of DSG–HJ–TFET is increased by three orders of magnitude compared with that of the conventional high‐κ gate dielectric TFET structure. In addition, the off‐state current (Ioff) of 4.91 × 10−11 μA μm−1, the minimum subthreshold swing of 14 mV dec−1, the Ion/Ioff ratio of 1.13 × 1012, transconductance of 260 μS μm−1, fT of 49.8 GHz, and gain bandwidth product (GBW) of 7.2 GHz are obtained. Aging is a major risk factor for most chronic disorders, for which cellular senescence is one of the central hallmarks. Senescent cells develop the pro‐inflammatory senescence‐associated secretory phenotype (SASP), which significantly contributes to organismal aging and age‐related disorders. Development of senotherapeutics, an emerging class of therapeutic agents to target senescent cells, allows to effectively delay aging and alleviate chronic pathologies. Here we report preliminary outputs from screening of a natural medicinal agent (NMA) library for senotherapeutic candidates and validated several agents with prominent potential as senomorphics. Rutin, a phytochemical constituent found in a number of plants, showed remarkable capacity in targeting senescent cells by dampening expression of the full spectrum SASP. Further analysis indicated that rutin restrains the acute stress‐associated phenotype (ASAP) by specifically interfering with the interactions of ATM with HIF1α, a master regulator of cellular and systemic homeostasis activated during senescence, and of ATM with TRAF6, part of a key signaling axis supporting the ASAP development toward the SASP. Conditioned media produced by senescent stromal cells enhanced the malignant phenotypes of prostate cancer cells, including in vitro proliferation, migration, invasion, and more importantly, chemoresistance, while rutin remarkably downregulated these gain‐of‐functions. Although classic chemotherapy reduced tumor progression, the treatment outcome was substantially improved upon combination of a chemotherapeutic agent with rutin. Our study provides a proof of concept for rutin as an emerging natural senomorphic agent, and presents an effective therapeutic avenue for alleviating age‐related pathologies including cancer. Three new two‐dimensional metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs), namely [Cu3(NDIC)3 ⋅ C2H5OH ⋅ 2H2O]n (1), [Co2(NDIC)2 ⋅ 2 C3H7NO ⋅ H2O]n ⋅ nC2H5OH (2) and [(Zn3O)2(Zn(H2O)4)(NDIC)6 ⋅ C3H7NO ⋅ C2H5OH ⋅ C2H5O ⋅ 7H2O]n (3) based on the ligand 5‐norbonene‐2,3‐dicarboximide isophthalic acid (H2NDIC) have been synthesized under solvothermal condition, which have been further characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD) elemental analysis, ICP, TG and FT‐IR spectroscopy. The ligand displayed distinctive coordination modes to connect mononuclear metal ion, binuclear and trinuclear metal clusters to generate different 2D layered structures in compound 1–3. Compound 1 shows KGM type network based on paddle‐wheel Cu2(COO)4 as secondary building units (SBUs). Compounds 2 and 3 have the undulating 2D (4, 4) SQL topology with the point symbol (44 ⋅ 62) based on Co2(COO)4 and Zn3(μ3‐O)(COO)4 as SBUs, respectively. As a typical organic phase change material, paraffin occupies the large phase‐transition latent heat, promising electronic insulation, excellent cycling and chemical stability as well as the low corrosivity, which is attractive in the thermal management. In the practical applications, the surface of paraffin should be protected by organic or inorganic layers to inhibit the leakage above the melting point. However, in the reported paraffin composites, the weak cycling stability and the low thermal conductivity restricts their applications. In this paper, the highly thermal conductive hexagonal boron nitride nanosheets (hBNNS) are used as the protective layer for wrapping the paraffin in a microemulsion method to form the hBN‐paraffin thermal management composite, which exhibits the large phase‐transition latent heat ~189 J g−1, the excellent cycling stability over 20 cycles and the high thermal conductivity ~1.2 W m−1 K−1. Inkless and erasable printing (IEP) based on chromic materials holds great promise to alleviate environmental and sustainable problems. Metal–organic polymers (MOPs) are bright platforms for constructing IEP materials. However, it is still challenging to design target MOPs with excellent specific functions rationally due to the intricate component‐structure‐property relationships. Herein, an effective strategy was proposed for the rational design IEP‐MOP materials. The stimuli‐responsive viologen moiety was introduced into the construction of MOPs to give it potential chromic behaviors and two different coordination models (i. e. bilateral coordination model, M1; unilateral coordinated model, M2) based on the same viologen ligand were designed. Aided by theoretical calculations, model M1 was recommended secondarily as a more suitable system for IEP materials. Along this line, two representative viologen‐ZnII MOPs 1 and 2 with models M1 and M2 were synthesized successfully. Experiments exhibit that 1 does have quicker stimuli response, stronger color contrast and longer radical lifetime compared to 2. Significantly, the obtained 1‐IEP media brightly inherits the excellent chromic characteristics of 1 and the flexibility of the paper at the same time, which achieves most daily printing requirements, as well as enough resolution and durability to be used in identification by smart device. Background: Alarm fatigue has significant negative impacts on nurses and patient safety. However, the relationship between alarm fatigue and burnout is still unclear. Aims: This study aimed to explore the relationship between alarm fatigue and burnout among critical care nurses. Study design: A descriptive‐analytical cross‐sectional study design was used. Data were collected from five hospitals in mainland China between January 2022 and March 2022. A general information questionnaire, the Chinese version of the Intensive Care Unit Nurse Alarm Fatigue Questionnaire, and the Chinese version of the Maslach Burnout Inventory were used. Results: A total of 236 critical care nurses were enrolled in this study. The mean score of alarm fatigue among critical care nurses was 21.11 ± 6.83. The results showed that critical care nurses experienced moderate alarm fatigue levels, and most nurses had moderate to high levels of burnout. The multiple linear regression analyses showed that alarm fatigue was independently associated with emotional exhaustion, depersonalization dimensions, and reduced personal accomplishment dimension. Conclusions: Alarm fatigue was associated with burnout among critical care nurses. Reducing critical care nurses' alarm fatigue may help to alleviate burnout. Relevance to clinical practice: Managers should provide comprehensive training for nurses and promote the application of artificial intelligence technology in alarm management to reduce alarm fatigue and improve burnout among critical care nurses. The utilization of accelerators has been a common approach to prepare low‐temperature curable polyimide (PI). However, the accelerators have gradually fallen out of favor because of their excessive dosages and negative effect on the properties of PI. In this work, a new strategy of introducing accelerators by grafting to eliminate these disadvantages is presented. A novel quinoline derivative named 6‐([1,1′‐biphenyl]−4‐yl)−4‐chloroquinoline (NQL) is designed for this purpose, and an ultralow dosage of only 2.5 mol% is sufficient to prepare low‐temperature curable PI. The favorable low‐temperature curing effect of NQL is attributed to its strong alkalinity (pKa = 18.47) and electron‐donating ability. At a curing temperature of 200 °C, the PI with 2.5 mol% NQL showed outstanding properties (Young's modulus of 5.73 GPa, elongation of 37.3%, tensile strength of 237 MPa, and coefficient of thermal expansion of 16 ppm K−1). In particular, NQL can even lower the curing temperature to 180 °C and the ultralow temperature curable PI film still retains excellent properties. These results demonstrate that introducing low‐temperature curable accelerators by partial grafting instead of blending is a promising way to furnish low‐temperature curable PI, and provide insights into the preparation of polyimide with high performance in advanced packaging. As a typical two‐dimensional (2D) transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) material with nonzero band gap, MoS2 has a wide range of potential applications as building blocks in the field of nanoelectronics. The stability and reliability of the corresponding nanoelectronic devices depend critically on the mechanical performance and cyclic reliability of 2D MoS2. Although an in situ technique has been used to analyze the mechanical properties of 2D materials, the cyclic mechanical behavior, that is, fatigue, remains a major challenge in the practical application of the devices. This study was aimed at analyzing the planar cyclic performance and deformation behavior of three‐layer MoS2 nanosheets (NSs) using an in situ transmission electron microscopy (TEM) variable‐amplitude uniaxial low‐frequency and cyclic loading–unloading tensile acceleration test. We also elucidated the strengthening effect of the natural overlaying affix fragments (other external NSs) or wrinkle folds (internal folds from the NS itself) on cycling performances and service life of MoS2 NSs by delaying the whole process of fatigue crack initiation, propagation, and fracture. The results have been confirmed by molecular dynamics (MDs) simulations. Manipulating the radical concentration to modulate the properties in solid multifunctional materials is an attractive topic in various frontier fields. Viologens have the unique redox capability to generate radical states through reversible electron transfer (ET) under external stimuli. Herein, taking the viologens as the model, two kinds of crystalline compounds with different molecule‐conjugated systems were designed and synthesized. By subjecting the specific model viologens to pressure, the cross‐conjugated 2‐X all exhibit much higher radical concentrations, along with more sensitive piezochromic behaviors, compared to the linear‐conjugated 1‐X. Unexpectedly, we find that the electrical resistance (R) of 1‐NO3 decreased by three orders of magnitude with the increasing pressure, while that in high‐radical‐concentration 2‐NO3 remained almost unchanged. To date, such unusual invariant conductivity has not been documented in molecular‐based materials under high pressure, breaking the conventional wisdom that the generations of radicals are beneficial to improve conductivity. Background: Breast cancer is a typically diagnosed and life‐threatening cancer in women. Thus, dynamic contrast‐enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE‐MRI) is increasingly used for breast lesion detection and diagnosis because of the high resolution of soft tissues. Moreover, supervised detection methods have been implemented for breast lesion detection. However, these methods require substantial time and specialized staff to develop the labeled training samples. Purpose: To investigate the potential of weakly supervised deep learning models for breast lesion detection. Methods: A total of 1003 breast DCE‐MRI studies were collected, including 603 abnormal cases with 770 breast lesions and 400 normal subjects. The proposed model was trained using breast DCE‐MRI considering only the image‐level labels (normal and abnormal) and optimized for classification and detection sub‐tasks simultaneously. Ablation experiments were performed to evaluate different convolutional neural network (CNN) backbones (VGG19 and ResNet50) as shared convolutional layers, as well as to evaluate the effect of the preprocessing methods. Results: Our weakly supervised model performed better with VGG19 than with ResNet50 (p < 0.05). The average precision (AP) of the classification sub‐task was 91.7% for abnormal cases and 88.0% for normal samples. The area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve (AUC) was 0.939 (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.920–0.941). The weakly supervised detection task AP was 85.7%, and the correct location (CorLoc) was 90.2%. A sensitivity of 84.0% at two‐false positives per image was assessed based on free‐response ROC (FROC) curve. Conclusions: The results confirm that a weakly supervised CNN based on self‐transfer learning is an effective and promising auxiliary tool for detecting breast lesions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

There is an increasing demand for polyimide (PI) with excellent mechanical properties, good heat resistance, and low dielectric constant in integrated circuits and advanced packaging. Based on this, we report a strategy of tailoring the PI via fluorinated nanofillers modification to improve its mechanical properties, heat resistance, hydrophobicity, and reduce its dielectric constant. Specifically, different fluorinated nanofiller, including fluorinated graphene (FG), fluorinated carbon nanotubes (FCNT), fluorinated carbon black (FCB), and fluorinated graphene quantum dots (FGQD) were introduced into PI matrix to prepared composite films by a simple method of in‐situ polymerization, and the effect of different nanofillers on the properties of polyimide was systematically investigated. The results showed that the introduction of fluorinated nanofillers significantly improved the comprehensive performance of the composite films, especially the FGQD. FGQD/PI composite film with 0.5 wt% FGQD exhibits superior tensile strength (145.8 MPa), Young's modulus (2.83 GPa) and elongation at break (45.4%) the best comprehensive performance which are 10.0%, 19.4%, and 32.0% of those of pure PI, respectively. Most importantly, the FGQD/PI composite film shows decreased dielectric constant (from 3.38 to 2.93) at 1 MHz improved hydrophobicity and excellent heat resistance. The FGQD/PI composite film exhibits excellent comprehensive performance, thereby showing the potential in the future development of advanced packaging and microelectronics industry. We report the "water‐in‐oil‐in‐water" preparation of kidney injury molecule‐1‐targeting supramolecular chemiluminescence (CL) reporters (PCCS), consisting of L‐serine‐modified poly(lactic‐co‐glycolic) acid (PLGA)‐encapsulated peroxyoxalate (CPPO), chlorin e6 (Ce6) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), for early diagnosis and amelioration of acute kidney injury (AKI). In this system, O2⋅−, a biomarker of AKI, triggers the oxidation of CPPO to 1,2‐dioxetanedione and subsequent CL emission via CL resonance energy transfer to Ce6. The L‐serine‐modified PLGA stabilizes CPPO and Ce6 via noncovalent interactions, promoting long‐lived CL (half‐lives: ≈1000 s). Transcriptomics analysis shows that PCCS reporters reduce the inflammatory response through glutathione metabolism and inhibition of the tumor necrosis factor signaling pathway. The reporters are able to non‐invasively detect AKI at least 12 h earlier than current assays, and their antioxidant properties allow simultaneous treatment of AKI. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

It has generally been believed that the reliability of BaTiO3‐based multilayered ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) is mainly contributed by hydroxyl (OH−), and the contribution of CO32− can be neglected. However, in this work, we demonstrated that the contributions of Ba/Ti ratio and CO32− play important roles in the delivering high reliability for BaTiO3‐based MLCCs. The structure and performance of MLCC devices and ceramic chips based on BaTiO3 powders prepared by different approaches were studied. It is found that the intracrystalline pores in ceramics or MLCCs are mainly derived from the decomposition of BaCO3 during sintering, which has been demonstrated by ceramic derived from hydrothermal method powder and its modified powders. The point defects of Ba and Ti vacancies mainly originating from nonstoichiometric Ba/Ti rather than thermally stimulated have substantial influence on the migration of grain boundary that determines the grain size and whether the pores can be annihilated from the bulk material. Particularly, the Ti vacancies have a strong pinning effect and inhibit the migration of grain boundary effectively, due to their shorter migration distance comparing to Ba vacancies. Silicone rubber is widely used in industry, dairy products, medical, defense support, and other fields due to its excellent comprehensive properties, which have become one of the most important research objects of high‐performance elastomer. Cationic‐π dynamic noncovalent bond has attracted more and more attention from material researchers due to its dynamic reversibility and design flexibility and has been applied to different material systems, giving new characteristics to traditional materials. Cationic‐π/covalently crosslinked silicone rubber was prepared by one‐step method with glycidol propyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane (DMS‐E21) as basic polymer, epoxy indole monomer (IN) as crosslinking structure modifier, Europium ion (Eu3+) as cation donor and triethylenetetramine (TETA) as a crosslinking agent. The influence of the reversibility of Eu3+‐π interaction on the static and dynamic mechanical behaviors of silicone rubber was studied. The results show that the elongation at break of cationic‐π/covalent hybrid crosslinked silicone rubber increases by more than 60% compared with pure covalent crosslinked silicone rubber when the breaking energy reaches the maximum, while the tensile strength increases by more than 100% and the introduction of Eu3+‐π dynamic bond can weaken the Mullins effect and the Payne effect on the high temperature of silicone rubber with obvious creep resistance. It shows an excellent mechanical strengthening effect with the characteristic of strengthening and toughening simultaneously and attractive nonlinear mechanical behavior on elastomers. The ever‐increasing computing power in modern electronics comes with significant heat waste that can't be ignored. For microchips to dissipate heat efficiently, thermal interface materials (TIMs) are the most critical components in semiconductor packaging. Soft elastomer composites are often used as TIMs due to their large‐strain reversible deformability with a small external force. For TIMs to cushion between the microchip and heat spreader, they must have high thermal conductivity and temperature‐tunable softness to reduce thermal resistance and relieve the warpage failure caused by thermal stress. However, thermal conductivity and softness are interrelated and restrict each other. To address this challenge, a radical strategy of introducing dynamic covalent bonds in the polyurethane/aluminum composite is used. The reversible and low energy of dynamic imine bonds along with the lengthening of the Khun segment in the crosslinking network imbues the material with temperature‐tunable softness function while maintaining high thermal conductivity. The resulting polyurethane elastomer (PUE) composite exhibits remarkable thermal conductivity (6.90 W m−1 K−1), low thermal resistance (0.13 K cm2 W−1), and excellent softness (elastic modulus 759.50 kPa, and stretchability 140.30%). Elastomeric composites are an important class of thermal interface materials as they are shape‐adaptive, which can fit uneven interfaces and achieve ideal interfacial heat transfer in electronic cooling. There is often a trade‐off between mechanical and thermal performances in highly filled composites. Here, the surface chemistry of Al powders via introducing dodecyltrimethoxysilane (DTS) upon different grafting densities is precisely controlled. The results show that the DTS grafting density of 0.24 molecule nm−2 endows the composites with optimized mechanical properties. The tensile stress, elongation at break, and Young's modulus are enhanced by 180%, 56%, and 94.4% after DTS grafting, respectively. Meanwhile, the composite possesses a high fracture energy of 356.2 J m−2 with an enhanced strain energy density of 37.6 kPa. The DTS grafting on Al also contributes to higher thermal conductivity (4.4 W mK−1) and lower contact thermal resistance (0.52 °C cm2 W−1) of the composites and significantly improves the stability of the composites upon high‐temperature storage. Guidance is provided here on methods and data references for optimizing the performance of elastomeric composites, which helps to expand their practical application in electronic cooling. Due to the advantages of non‐contact processing, high efficiency, high precision, and superior controllability, laser lift‐off (LLO) technologies exhibit excellent material applicability and process compatibility in the lift‐off of ultra‐thin electronic devices. This brings new opportunities for large‐scale manufacturing of emerging electronics that meet ultra‐thin, fragile, and poor high‐temperature resistance. However, this opportunity also comes with formidable challenges from the complex mechanisms of laser‐matter interactions, which hinder comprehensive exploration and fundamental understanding. By elaborating the laser‐material interactions, the photothermal effect, "cold" processing, shockwave effect, and cavitation effect in LLO process from multiple perspectives, this review is devoted to discussing the latest progress and sustainable application of LLO technologies in emerging electronics that are developing toward ultra‐thin, miniaturization, and integration, such as wafer level packaging, displays, energy harvesters, sensors, and memories. Finally, starting from the fundamental principles of material design, light field regulation, and intelligent control system, the challenges and new approaches faced by LLO technologies are explored and fully integrated with future innovative manufacturing concepts and device structures. MXenes with unique physicochemical properties have shown substantial potential in electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding. However, the chemical instability and mechanical fragility of MXenes has become a major hurdle for their application. Abundant strategies have been dedicated to improving the oxidation stability of colloidal solution or mechanical properties of films, which always come at the expense of electrical conductivity and chemical compatibility. Here, hydrogen bond (H‐bond) and coordination bond are employed to achieve chemical and colloidal stability of MXenes (0.1 mg mL−1) by occupying the reaction sites of Ti3C2Tx attacking of water and oxygen molecules. Compared to the Ti3C2Tx, the Ti3C2Tx modified with alanine via H‐bond shows significantly improved oxidation stability (at room temperature over 35 days), while the Ti3C2Tx modified with cysteine by synergy of H‐bond and coordination bond can be maintained even after 120 days. Simulation and experimental results verify the formation of H‐bond and Ti‐S bond by a Lewis acid‐base interaction between Ti3C2Tx and cysteine. Furthermore, the synergy strategy significantly improves the mechanical strength of the assembled film (up to 78.1 ± 7.9 MPa), corresponding the increment of 203% compared to untreated one, almost without compromising the electrical conductivity and EMI shielding performance. One challenge in the high‐performance dielectric material of polyimide (PI) is to obtain the excellent comprehensive properties at low curing temperature for advanced IC package. In this work, 6‐aminoquinoline (AQL) is introduced through covalent bonds for end capping to obtain a low‐temperature curable PI at first. The results demonstrate that with very limited introduce (2.76%) of AQL, the imidization index could reach as high as 1.01 at 200°C. Then, fluorinated nano carbon (FC) is further introduced resulting in the fluorinated nano carbon/polyimide (FCPI) composites, which effectively reduces the dielectric constant (1 wt%, 2.75 @ 1 MHz). Besides, the as‐prepared FCPIs also possess excellent thermal property of which FCPI‐0.3 exhibited the 5% weight loss temperature of 540°C and the glass transition temperature is also as high as 385°C. Furthermore, the tensile strength of the film is 127 MPa, the elongation at break is around 15.82%, and the Youngs' modulus is about 3.10 GPa proving the superior mechanical property. As a result, the successful preparation of the FCPI nanocomposites not only possess low‐temperature curing and low‐dielectric performance but also exhibit excellent thermal and mechanical properties, which shows a wide range of application prospects in the field of microelectronics for the advanced electronic package. High‐temperature dielectric polymers are in constant demand for the multitude of high‐power electronic devices employed in hybrid vehicles, grid‐connected photovoltaic and wind power generation, to name a few. There is still a lack, however, of dielectric polymers that can work at high temperature (> 150 °C). Herein, a series of all‐organic dielectric polymer composites have been fabricated by blending the n‐type molecular semiconductor 1,4,5,8‐naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydride (NTCDA) with polyetherimide (PEI). Electron traps are created by the introduction of trace amounts of n‐type small molecule semiconductor NTCDA into PEI, which effectively reduces the leakage current and improves the breakdown strength and energy storage properties of the composite at high temperature. Especially, excellent energy storage performance is achieved in 0.5 vol.% NTCDA/PEI at the high temperatures of 150 and 200 °C, e.g., ultrahigh discharge energy density of 5.1 J cm−3 at 150 °C and 3.2 J cm−3 at 200 °C with high discharge efficiency of 85–90%, which is superior to its state‐of‐the‐art counterparts. Soft gels with high toughness have drawn tremendous attention recently due to their potential applications in flexible electronic fields. The miniaturization and high‐power density of electronic devices require soft gels with both high toughness and low thermal resistance; however, it is difficult to achieve these properties simultaneously. Herein, a simple design strategy is reported for constructing soft (high stretchability of 6.91 and low Young's modulus of 340 kPa), tough (4741.48 J m−2) and thermal conductive (low thermal resistance of 0.14 cm2 K W−1, under 10 psi pressure) polydimethylsiloxane/aluminum composite gel. This is realized by precisely lengthening polymer strands between the chemical cross‐linked points and controlling the aluminum content in the composite gels. The symbiosis of this combination involves: lengthening the polymer strands facilitates its unfolding to increase the softness and intrinsic toughness; the thermally conductive spherical aluminum enables low thermal resistance and increases the intrinsic toughness and stress dissipation. By utilizing this gel as a thermal interface material, effective heat dissipation is demonstrated in electronic devices operating under high‐power conditions over numerous cycles. These results demonstrate the application potential of composite gels in meeting the performance maintenance and heat dissipation, which are needed for modern electronic devices. Ischemic stroke (IS) has become a cerebrovascular disease of widespread concern. Overexpression of circUCK2 alleviates neuronal damage in IS. However, the specific regulatory mechanisms of circUCK2 are not fully understood. In this study, we found that circUCK2 and HECT domain E3 ubiquitin ligase 1 (HECTD1) were downregulated in IS models in vitro and in vivo. Overexpression of circUCK2 or HECTD1 inhibited endothelial‐mesenchymal transition (EndoMT) and protected the blood–brain barrier (BBB) in transient middle cerebral artery occlusion mice from damage. It was further discovered that circUCK2 regulated HECTD1 expressions by interacting with fused in sarcoma (FUS). Moreover, FUS overexpression partially restored the effect of circUCK2 on EndoMT, and overexpression of HECTD1 weakened the effect of FUS on EndoMT. Collectively, circUCK2 upregulates the expression of HECTD1 by combining with FUS and inhibits EndoMT to alleviate BBB damage in IS both in vivo and in vitro. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Polymeric materials displaying ultralong organic phosphorescence (UOP) have drawn much attention in the fields of optoelectronics, bioimaging, and information encryption. However, it is challenging to realize polymeric UOP materials with variable mechanical strength, self‐healing, and superior processability. This work presents a low‐cost strategy to achieve polymeric UOP with full‐color‐emission (doping vitrimers with different phosphorescent emitters) by introducing exchangeable covalent cross‐linked bonds. These amorphous polymers show ultralong lifetimes up to 1.75 s under ambient conditions. Impressively, bright afterglow can be observed after soaking the different color films in water for 4 weeks. Furthermore, the polymeric UOP with exchangeable links exhibits self‐healable, recyclable, and shape memory features due to the dynamic covalent networks. Aligned carbon nanotube (CNT) films with outstanding thermal and mechanical properties are promising for thermal management in electronics and mechanical enhancement in composites. One main challenge toward aligned CNT films is the loose stacking and unsatisfactory orientation of individual CNTs within the macroscopic assemblies, resulting in unsatisfactory performance. In this study, a facile strategy to densify commercial aligned CNT films with nearly doubled stacking density increasing from 0.63 to 1.17 g·cm−3, where the densification process involves infiltration of ethanol, CNT protonation along with mechanical stretching, is proposed. The densification strategy makes CNTs compactly aligned at the macro level, and enables CNTs to undergo spatial reorganization at the microscopic level simultaneously, contributing to a 125.9% and 680% enhancement of in‐plane thermal conductivity (357.1 W·m−1·K−1) and tensile strength (281.7 MPa) in densified CNT films, respectively. The densified CNT films also exhibit synchronous temperature variations with the heat source and excellent reliability in harsh environments, showing great potential in thermal management applications. This study provides effective route for driving commercial CNT films in thermal management, and contributes new ideas for the performance regulation of other carbon‐based macroscopic assemblies.
