Academic research consistently emphasizes the significance of leadership style in driving performance outcomes within organizations. However, there remains a notable dearth of studies examining the association between servant leadership (SL) and employees' objective innovative performance. To bridge this research gap, this study adopts a dual theoretical lens, integrating the Conservation of Resource Theory and Social Exchange Theory, to explore the impact of SL on innovative performance specifically in the context of higher education institutions. In addition, this research endeavors to elucidate the mediating roles of subjective well‐being and knowledge sharing in the relationship between SL style and innovative performance. To this end, data were collected from employees and their peers in higher education institutions, and a partial least square (PLS)‐based structural equation modeling technique was used for analysis. The findings reveal a positive association between SL and employees' innovative performance. Furthermore, subjective well‐being significantly mediates the relationship between SL and innovative performance, while knowledge sharing has a trivial mediating effect. This study contributes to the literature by addressing the research gap in understanding the role of SL in enhancing innovative performance in higher education. Four new diorganotin(IV) complexes, including Me2SnL(1), Bu2SnL(2), Ph2SnL(3) and Oct2SnL(4), were synthesized by reacting R2SnCl2 (where R = Me, Bu, Ph, Oct) with N′‐(3,5‐dichloro‐2‐hydroxybenzylidene)‐2‐phenylacetohydrazide H2L. The synthesized ligand and complexes were structurally characterized by various techniques, including Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR), 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and mass spectrometry. The data suggested that tin–oxygen and tin–nitrogen bonds are formed during complex formation, confirming the coordination of ligand with dialkyltin(IV) moieties and the presence of penta‐coordinated structures. The single‐crystal X‐ray study was performed to confirm the molecular structure of complex 1, which revealed that the molecular structure is distorted towards square pyramidal geometry. The compound–DNA interaction was investigated via spectroscopic, electrochemical and molecular docking studies; the mode of interaction found in all cases was intercalative in nature. The complex 3 showed the highest binding ability with sodium salt of salmon sperm DNA (SS‐DNA) (1.93 × 105 M−1). The data obtained for DNA interaction studies from theoretical calculation via docking studies match well with those observed from spectroscopic and electrochemical analyses. Electrochemical and thermodynamic parameters, including diffusion coefficient, ∆H, ∆G and ∆S, were also calculated. The DPPH antioxidant results showed that complex 2 is an active antioxidant. This study utilizes Social Information Processing (SIP) theory to investigate the relationship between organizational preventive actions (substantive vs. symbolic), employee preventive behavior, the mediating role of conspiracy beliefs, and moderating role of leadership integrity in the context of Covid‐19. The study explains leadership integrity as a boundary condition to facilitate or hinder the mediated relationship between organizational actions and employee preventive behavior (EPB). The hypothesized model was tested using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS‐SEM) on two‐wave data collected from 281 respondents. The results revealed that substantive actions do not predict EPB directly but through conspiracy beliefs. Contrary to these, symbolic actions negatively predict EPB directly. Leadership integrity moderates the relationship between substantive actions and conspiracy beliefs, while the interaction effect with symbolic actions is not supported. The findings of this study caution managers to walk their talk because employees critically observe the most apparent actions, especially when management fails to practice them. The study contributes to social information processing theory by pointing to leadership integrity as a source of authenticity to curb the negative impact of symbolic actions and catalyst the effect of substantive actions on employee preventive behavior. About 19 spirooxindole analogs 8 a–s engrafted with pyrazole scaffolds were designed and constructed via [3+2] cycloaddition reaction (32CA) approach. The synthesized spirooxindole analogs was screened for anti‐cholinesterase against acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) and antioxidant potentials against DPPH. The compounds 8 h and 8 i showed the strongest acetylcholine esterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) inhibition with IC50 values of 30 μg/mL respectively. The highest anti‐oxidant potential was demonstrated by compounds 8 p with IC50 values of 240 μg/mL, respectively. Cancer therapies are associated with various challenges including the emergence of multidrug resistant tumors, toxicological issues, severe side effects, and economic burden. To counteract these effects, natural products as substitutes and adjuvant therapies have received considerable attention owing to their safety, efficacy, and economic aspects. Various preclinical and clinical studies revealed that natural products and their combinations with chemotherapeutics mediate their anticancer effects via modulation of various signaling pathways implicated in promoting apoptosis, inhibiting excessive cellular proliferation, and mobilizing the immune system. Several lead phytochemicals including curcumin, resveratrol, quercetin, and cannabinoids synergistically act with cancer chemotherapeutics reducing cell proliferation and inducing apoptosis and cell cycle arrest. However, clinical studies on the subject matter are limited and need further extensive studies. It has been observed that patients undergoing chemotherapy use alternative therapies to ameliorate the symptoms associated with the use of chemotherapeutic agents. Nevertheless, some of the patients inform their physicians regarding herbal medicine during chemotherapy while others do not, and even most of the patients do not know the composition of herbal medicine they consume during chemotherapy. Herbal interactions with chemotherapeutics are associated with both beneficial and harmful aspects, but the beneficial aspect overweighs the harmful ones in terms of controlling the symptoms associated with the chemotherapy. Nonetheless, a large number of herbal medicines have been demonstrated to have synergistic effect with chemotherapy and alleviate the side effects of chemotherapeutic agents. The concomitant use of the majority of herbal medicines with chemotherapy has been demonstrated to be beneficial in multiple malignant tumors like cancer of blood, lungs, kidneys, liver, skin, and gastrointestinal tract. However, herbal medicines which possess positive interaction and improve the quality of life of patients should be sorted out and integrated with the chemotherapy. There should be a quality control system for the appraisal of herbal medicine, and there should also be an appropriate system of patient-doctor communication to counsel the patients regarding the beneficial and deleterious effects of the herbal medicine in combination with chemotherapy. Requirement prioritisation and selection is an essential activity in modern‐day large software development. Optimal prioritisation process is critical for successful implementation and release planning in a software development project. Requirement prioritisation becomes more challenging in projects having large sets of requirements and stakeholders, having diverse perspectives resulting in irrelevancy and ambiguity during features extraction. This study aims to improve requirement prioritisation process using text mining and clustering techniques for accurate extraction of features and requirement prioritisation in multi‐stakeholder context. The proposed framework developed to avoid incompleteness in requirements and disagreement among development teams and stakeholders. Thus, the proposed framework compared with other requirement prioritisation techniques (i.e. Analytical Heretical Process, Commutative Voting and Wiegers) to highlight the significance of the proposed framework while conducting an experimental study. The results show that the proposed framework outperformed the traditional techniques and enhanced the prioritisation process with complete semantic information of extracted features and taking into account the diverse perspective of stakeholders. The harsh testing environments of underwater scenarios make it extremely hard to plan a reasonable routing protocol for Underwater Sensor Networks (UWSNs). The main challenge in UWSNs is energy confinement. It is needed to plan an energy effective scheme which increases the life span of the network and also reduces the energy usage in data transfer from supplier to sink. In this research, we present the design of a routing protocol known as Energy Harvesting in UWSN (EH-UWSN). EH-UWSN is a compact, energy efficient, and high throughput routing protocol, in which we present utilization of energy gaining with coordinating transfer of data packets through relay nodes. Through Energy Harvesting, the nodes are capable to recharge their batteries from the outside surrounding with the ultimate objective to improve the time span of network and proceed data through cooperation, along with restricting energy usage. At the sink node, the mixing plan applied is centered on Signal-to-Noise Ratio Combination (SNRC). Outcomes of EH-UWSN procedure reveal good results in terms of usage of energy, throughput, and network life span in comparing with our previous Cooperative Routing Scheme for UWSNs (Co-UWSN). Simulation results show that EH-UWSN has consumed considerably lesser energy when compared with Co-UWSN along with extending network lifetime and higher throughput at the destination. Intrusion detection is a prevailing area of research for several years, and numerous intrusion detection systems have been proposed for industrial control systems (ICS). In recent ages, the attacks like seismic net, duqu and flame against ICS infrastructures have instigated great harm to nuclear infrastructures and precarious facilities in several nations. The authors outline an approach to detect intrusions/anomalies in ICS. A method is presented to detect intrusions in real‐time and automatically. The existing techniques are normally designed for open systems and protocols, that lacks adequate generalisation and resistance to acclimate to other networks, and they have either short detection rate or tall rate of false positive. This Letter presents a network packet contents behaviour and bidirectional Gated Recurrent Units‐based method to detect intrusions in a timely and efficient manner. The method has proven a robust method of classifying intrusions/anomalies in a proficient way. Through extensive evaluation on an actual huge scale dataset spawned from SCADA‐based gas pipeline network, the proposed method shows significant performance enhancement and outclasses the standard state‐of‐the‐art methods with 98.68% rate of accuracy.
