Disseminated histoplasmosis with skin lesions and osteomyelitis in a patient from the Philippines. In the context of negative PCR tests and while waiting for culture results, Fontan and IHC stains may confirm the morphologic diagnosis of Histoplasma yeasts in decalcified bone biopsy specimens.
