Simultaneous phenomena of triboelectricity and mechanoluminescence (ML) acquire vital insights into the mechanics of charge separation and recombination, as well as the relationship between mechanical stress and light emission. In the present work, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and ZnS:Cu particle‐based composites are fabricated, which have good ML characteristics and can generate electricity via contact electrification. ML, in conjunction with a triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG), contributes by producing power from mechanical operations while also giving vital visual input in the form of light emission. This dual capability improves user awareness and efficiency in a variety of applications, making mechanical systems and wearable devices easier to monitor and optimize. To accomplish this, a single‐electrode mode silver (Ag) nanowires embedded PDMS‐ZnS: Cu‐based TENG device is developed and achieved an electrical output of 60 V, 395 nA, and 15 nC by using a linear motor. Furthermore, the combined ML and TENG device is employed in various cases of safety monitoring. This integration provides self‐powered devices that detect mechanical stress, delivering real‐time warnings and illumination signals for increased safety and communication in demanding conditions such as SOS signaling, underwater driving, deep mining, and sports. Smart textiles represent a revolutionary approach to wearable technology with applications ranging from healthcare to energy harvesting. This review paper explores the importance of textile technologies and highlights their potential to revolutionize consumer electronics. Conventional technologies are sometimes heavy, and lack comfort and flexibility, but smart textiles seamlessly integrate into everyday clothing, improving wearability and user experience. The article emphasizes the need for sustainable sourcing and environmentally friendly production methods, as well as responsible manufacturing and disposal practices. Manufacturing techniques such as wet spinning, melt spinning, electrostatic spinning, weaving, knitting, and printing are detailed and shed light on their role in incorporating electronics into textiles. Several applications of textile‐based devices are being explored, including biochemical sensing, temperature monitoring, energy harvesting, energy storage, and smart displays. Each application demonstrates the versatility and potential of smart textiles in different areas. Despite optimistic progress, challenges remain, from improving energy efficiency to protecting user privacy and data security. The review analyzes these problems and suggests future improvements, including interdisciplinary collaboration to find new solutions. Finally, an overview of the current state of smart textiles provides the future of this technology. It serves as an in‐depth reference for academics and readers interested in understanding recent advances and discoveries in textile technologies, highlighting the importance of this rapidly growing industry. The present research offers an innovative approach to enhance the safety and mobility of people with visual impairments by using a smart white cane sensor. Herein, an aluminum electrode, Kapton film, and an inexpensive PET substrate are employed to develop an origami‐shaped multilayered triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) device. The multilayered integration of three‐unit TENGs produces output with a high power of 51 μW at 50 MΩ, along with 155 V and 4.5 μA. Capacitor charging, low‐power electronics powering, and the integration of mechanoluminescent materials are demonstrated. The integration of mechanoluminescent materials enables efficient identification of visually impaired people in regions with poor lighting. A single‐electrode TENG is also implemented for successful surface material detection. To further enhance the sensor's capabilities, digital signal processing techniques are employed for obstacle recognition on their route. The intelligent white cane sensor effectively detects obstructions, offering the user instantaneous feedback and enabling more secure navigation in sophisticated environments. This study highlights the possibility of integrating TENG technologies to provide a complete solution for people with visual impairments. Color conversion, long-wavelength light emission by absorbing short-wavelength light, is an attractive approach for developing a broad-color expression technology and is widely used in solid-state lighting, dye-lasers, and colorful displays. Up to now, many papers have been published reporting various mechanoluminescent materials emitting color of ultraviolet, blue, green, orange, and red. However, the strategies of previous reports have focused on color-tuning of mechanoluminescent material itself through newly developing inorganic mechanoluminescent compounds. Here, a new strategy for the color manipulation of mechanoluminescence (ML) is introduced by physically combining fluorescent dyes with existing mechanoluminescent materials. An elastomeric zinc sulfide (ZnS) composite is prepared in a polydimethylsiloxane framework with spontaneously diffused 4-(dicyanomethylene)-2-t-butyl-6-(1,1,7,7-tetramethyljulolidyl-9-enyl)-4H-pyran (DCJTB), and red luminescence by complete color conversion via DCJTB is demonstrated, which fully absorbed green ML from ZnS. Based on this approach, color-tuning of ML from red to green is successfully achieved and color expression range is expanded by employing electroluminescence (EL). Various-color-emitting EL/ML electromechanical display is demonstrated using color discrepancy between DCJTB employed EL and ML. As the implementation is fairly straightforward, it is believed that present color conversion is a viable and common method to manipulate broader color expression for future ML applications. Jeong and co‐workers demonstrate on page 4848 the complete color conversion of mechanoluminescence (ML) from green to red using spontaneous fluorescent‐dye‐diffusion in zinc sulfide (ZnS) microparticles embedded in polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) framework. The red luminescence could be achieved by 4‐(dicyanomethylene)‐2‐t‐butyl‐6‐(1,1,7,7‐tetramethyljulolidyl‐9‐enyl)‐4H‐pyran (DCJTB) fully absorbing green mechanoluminescence (ML) from ZnS.
