Liothyronine (T3) is a thyroid hormone, which is frequently administered alongside thyroxine in the treatment of hypothyroidism. However, several market withdrawals have been called for due to persistent quality issues with liothyronine tablets. Given its narrow therapeutic index, maintaining optimal liothyronine levels is imperative, highlighting the criticality of ensuring quality both during manufacturing and at the patient's bedside. In this study, we introduce a pioneering electroanalytical biosensor designed for liothyronine estimation using molecularly imprinted poly‐pyrrole (MIP‐Ppy). Notably, the sensor demonstrates linear response within the concentration range of 50–300 pg/mL (r2 = 0.986) with a remarkable limit of detection (LOD) of 80 pg/mL. Interference studies were performed to validate the sensor's robustness, displaying negligible response alterations. This method was used for the assay of liothyronine tablets and was compared with the traditional HPLC method. The MIP‐Ppy biosensor showed 90.7% recovery with a minimal relative standard deviation of 0.093 whereas HPLC showed 91.2% recovery with RSD 0.052. These findings underscore the biosensor's potential as a cost‐effective alternative to sophisticated chromatographic methods for liothyronine estimation in pharmaceutical tablets. Stimuli responsive optical materials are attractive for many areas, from healthcare to art design. However, creating intricate color‐changing patterns for visual information is still a challenge. This work describes the preparation of mechanochromic structural colored intricate pictures imprinted in cholesteric liquid crystal elastomers by using a chiral isosorbide molecular photoswitch. The photoswitch contains a photoisomerizable cinnamate moiety and was incorporated in a main chain liquid crystal oligomer with photopolymerizable acrylate end groups. After coating, the structural colored film was irradiated with ultraviolet (UV) light in air causing E/Z isomerization of the cinnamate units leading to a redshift of the structural color of the film. A grayscale photomask was used to spatially control the photoisomerization reaction and imprint colorful pictures such as portraits and landscapes, in the cholesteric liquid crystal films with high resolution. Photopolymerization in a nitrogen atmosphere led to a mechanochromic cholesteric liquid crystal elastomer with striking structural colors that blueshift upon strain. The sharp details of the patterns were preserved even under deformation and the system returned to the initial state upon strain removal. A multi‐template molecularly imprinted photocatalyst based on Black TiO2 was used for selective and simultaneous adsorption and degradation of Non‐steroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) under LED irradiation from aqueous solutions. diclofenac (DCF) and ibuprofen (IBP) were chosen as the target chemicals and the performance of the Black TiO2‐MIP nanocomposite in removing these pollutants was investigated. The imprinting procedure was confirmed by characterization tests of the nanocomposite. The synthesized mesoporous nanocomposite exhibited excellent fit with the pseudo‐second‐order kinetic model (R2 ≥ 0.99). Moreover the experimental data demonstrated a good fit with the Langmuir isotherm model (R2 = 0.99). The findings imply that the binding sites are homogeneous and indicate monolayer chemical adsorption on the adsorbent. Toxicity assessment of targeted chemicals and their by‐products, worked out using the Ecological Structure–Activity Relationships (ECOSAR) program, revealed a significant decrease in the toxicity of the target compounds during photocatalytic degradation. In addition, the use of Black TiO2‐MIP nanocomposite in the cartridge structure led to notable removal efficiencies, 98.7% and 97.6% for DCF and IBP, respectively. The findings also provided evidence that the use of Black TiO2‐MIP in the cartridge structure not only facilitated the removal of target pollutants but also addressed challenges related to the collection and separation of the nanocomposite from the aqueous solution. The results implied that the integration of molecular imprinting and photocatalysis processes exhibits high effectiveness in the simultaneous and selective removal of contaminants. Molecularly imprinted silica nanoparticles (SP‐MIP) are synthesized for the real‐time optical detection of low‐molecular‐weight compounds. Azo‐initiator‐modified silica beads are functionalized through reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization, which leads to efficient control of the grafted layer. The copolymerization of methacrylic acid (MAA) and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) on azo initiator‐coated silica particles (≈100 nm) using chain transfer agent (2‐phenylprop‐2‐yl‐dithiobenzoate) is carried out in the presence of a target analyte molecule (l‐Boc‐phenylalanine anilide, l‐BFA). The chemical and morphological properties of SP‐MIP are characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller surface analysis, and thermogravimetric analysis. Finally, SP‐MIP is located on the gold surface to be used as a biorecognition layer on the surface plasmon resonance spectrometer (SPR). The sensitivity, response time, and selectivity of SP‐MIP are investigated by three similar analogous molecules (l‐Boc‐Tryptophan, l‐Boc‐Tyrosine, and l‐Boc‐Phenylalanine) and the imprinted particle surface showed excellent relative selectivity toward l‐Boc‐Phenylalanine (l‐BFA) (k = 61), while the sensitivity is recorded as limit of detection = 1.72 × 10−4 m. To achieve specific adsorption‐based sample preparation for the poorly soluble veterinary drug oxibendazole, this study employed 4‐vinylpyridine as the functional monomer and conducted radical polymerization on the surface of functionalized silica nanoparticles to synthesize a surface molecularly imprinted polymer (OBZMIP). This OBZMIP exhibited good adsorption capacity for oxibendazole within 30 min, with its adsorption behavior conforming to the pseudo–second‐order kinetic and Langmuir models, predicting a maximum adsorption capacity of 4.93 mg/g. After five adsorption–desorption cycles, the adsorption capacity remained unchanged, demonstrating excellent reusability. In a mixed system containing eight similar compounds, the selectivity coefficients ranged from 1.3 to 16.9, indicating outstanding specific recognition ability. Utilized as an adsorbent packing material for solid‐phase extraction, the prepared OBZMIP demonstrated significantly high recovery rates in the extraction of oxibendazole from four distinct meat samples. Comprehensive Summary: Regulating brain iron metabolism and reducing neuronal ferroptosis is proven to be a potential method for treating Alzheimer's disease (AD). However, gastric juice has a pH of 1.1—2.2 where a large number of interfering ions are dissociated from the food, which in turn causes traditional oral iron chelators to be saturated and inactivated. Herein, poly(4‐vinylbenzoic acid) polymer chains were introduced as guided by Fe3+ ion template into the porous network (TpPa‐1) via molecularly imprinted technology to obtain porous iron chelators, COOH@TpPa‐1. The COOH@TpPa‐1 maintains a multiple hydrogen bonding structure to block the channels in the stomach (pH ~1.1—2.2) with a strongly acidic environment, so just a small amount of active sites have been occupied. As COOH@TpPa‐1 enters the colon, the alkaline environment disrupts the original hydrogen‐bonded structure and forms anionic fragments, the bonding affinity for Fe3+ ions was ~4.0 times that in the stomach, and also gave a high selective coefficient 4.2 times higher than that of conventional iron chelators. These designable "on" and "off" states promote the effective enrichment of iron ions within the colon by the porous chelator and produce a favorable therapeutic effect on Alzheimer's symptoms caused by ferroptosis in mice. Micro pollutants pose a significant issue in water ecosystems. Particularly high concentrations of 17β‐estradiol (E2) have been identified in agricultural wastewater, which poses harmful effects on aquatic organisms and disrupts ecosystem balance. Therefore, effective determination of E2 from water sources is crucial. This study developed a biosensor capable of detecting E2 in wastewater using specific polymer nanoparticle synthesis through molecular imprinting. Est‐imp‐poly(multi‐walled carbon nanotubes‐glycidyl methacrylate [MWCNT‐GMA]) polymer nanoparticles were synthesized using a surfactant‐free emulsion polymerization method, and their characterization was conducted using FTIR and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) technologies. The Qmax value for Est‐imp‐poly(MWCNT‐GMA) nanoparticles in a 1 mg/mL E2 solution was determined to be 140 ppm. Comparing adsorption capacities, the molecularly imprinted nanoparticles (MIP) showed nearly five times higher E2 adsorption compared to non‐imprinted polymers (NIP). The Est‐imp‐poly(MWCNT‐GMA)‐Nafion/screen‐printed electrode (SPE) system was employed for analyzing wastewater samples. The current measurements taken at various concentrations in the wastewater consistently matched the E2 concentration calibration curve. The limit of detection (LoD) and limit of quantification (LoQ) were determined to be 0.042 and 0.12 μM, respectively. The biosensor demonstrated a linear working range from 0.12 to 50 μM, with a high correlation coefficient (R2 = 0.9927). Transition metal catalysts (TMCs) mediated bioorthogonal catalysis expand the chemical possibilities within cells. Developing synthetic TMCs tools that emulate the efficiency and specificity of natural metalloenzymes is a rewarding yet challenging endeavor. Here, we highlight the potential of molecularly imprinted enzyme mimics (MIEs) containing a Cu center and specific substrate binding domain, for conducing dimethylpropargyloxycarbonyl (DmProc) cleavage reactions within cells. Our studies reveal that the Cu‐MIEs act as highly specific guides, precisely catalyzing target substrates, even in glutathione (GSH)‐rich cellular environments. By adapting templates similar to the target substrates, we evolved Cu‐MIEs activity to a high level and provided a method to broaden its scope to other unique substrates. This system was applied to a thyroid hormone (T3)‐responsive gene switch model, inducing firefly luciferase expression by T3 in cells. This approach verifies that MIEs effectively rescue DmProc‐bearing T3 prodrugs and seamlessly integrating themself into cellular biocatalytic networks. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In medical diagnostics, variations in hemoglobin levels can reveal a variety of prevalent health conditions. Abnormal hemoglobin is known to be connected with diseases like anemia, diabetes, hematemesis, hematuria, and hemoglobinuria. Consequently, there is a significant demand for advanced detection technologies and precise methodologies to accurately track and assess hemoglobin levels. This study demonstrates the potential of a novel molecularly imprinted nanoparticle‐based sensor system to rapidly analyze hemoglobin levels without the need for a laboratory environment. Hemoglobin imprinted‐poly(acrylamide‐co‐vinyl imidazole) [Hb‐imp‐p(AAm‐co‐VIM)] nanoparticles with high affinity and selectivity for hemoglobin were synthesized and loaded onto the surface of a screen‐printed carbon electrode (SPCE) with a nafion nanofilm. Nafion has selective ion exchange properties and allows for the enhancement of the electrochemical signal. An increase in signal was observed in the presence of 0.5% Nafion. The Hb‐imp‐p(AAm‐co‐VIM)/Nafion‐SPCE system was employed as the sensor surface for the detection of hemoglobin levels in blood. The Hb‐imp‐p(AAm‐co‐VIM)/Nafion‐SPCE system was characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) measurements. The linear working range for hemoglobin was observed to be 0.73–15.54 μM (R2: 0.9934), with a calculated limit of detection (LoD) value of 0.24 μM (3.3 S/N). The sensor system exhibited high efficiency at the biological pH value of 7.4. Furthermore, percent recovery values for hemoglobin in blood samples were observed to be between 90.34% and 103.68%. To determine the selectivity of the Hb‐imp‐p(AAm‐co‐VIM)/Nafion‐SPCE electrode system, the current values of the system were investigated in the presence of ascorbic acid, cysteine, glucose, and IgG. The system exhibited high selectivity. Based on the data obtained, it is evident that the Hb‐imp‐p(AAm‐co‐VIM)/Nafion‐SPCE system can detect hemoglobin in biological environments and has the potential for use in disease monitoring systems. Porous liquids (PLs) are a novel material that combines the advantages of porous solids and liquid fluidity. In this study, we propose an imprinted porous liquid (IPL) with imprinted polymers as the porous framework and a mixture of TOP + FeCl3 as sterically hindered solvents. Quantum chemical computations and characterization results demonstrate the presence of unoccupied pore structure in IPLs. The prepared IPLs exhibit excellent selective adsorption and extraction performance for lithium extraction, achieving a Li/Mg separation factor of 1540 and a single‐stage Li+ extraction efficiency of 86%. The Li+ extraction efficiency remains above 84% even after eight cycles. Analytical characterization along with quantum chemical computations elucidates the mechanism underlying the coupling between extraction and adsorption in IPLs, enabling efficient lithium extraction. The increased level of CO2 in the atmosphere has led to global warming and climate change. To mitigate these problems, solid adsorbents have become attractive materials for capturing excess CO2 in the post‐combustion method. Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) can be applied to prepare highly selective adsorbents that could capture CO2 molecules. The MIP was prepared using the surface imprinted polymer technique in this preliminary work. Only two types of support materials were used (graphite and silica gel) to screen the best support material that could enhance the CO2 adsorption capacity of the resulting adsorbent, which was analyzed using a fixed‐bed column reactor. Graphite‐imprinted polymer (GMIP) was found to be a good potential for CO2 adsorption. The Avrami model best described the adsorption system, while the fixed‐bed curve data fit the Yoon–Nelson model well. The semi‐empirical method was used to assess the interaction mechanism of the molecularly imprinted polymer with CO2 during adsorption. This investigation involved testing four different ratios of the template complex to functional monomers. The ratio of 1:4 (CO2:Allylthiourea) demonstrated the highest binding energy, with a higher formation of hydrogen bonds. Film diffusion and intraparticle diffusion were the main rate‐limiting steps that played vital roles at different stages of CO2 adsorption. Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) are artificial receptors equipped with selective recognition sites for target molecules. One of the most promising strategies for protein MIPs relies on the exploitation of short surface‐exposed protein fragments, termed epitopes, as templates to imprint binding sites in a polymer scaffold for a desired protein. However, the lack of high‐resolution structural data of flexible surface‐exposed regions challenges the selection of suitable epitopes. Here, we addressed this drawback by developing a polyscopoletin‐based MIP that recognizes recombinant proteins via imprinting of the widely used Strep‐tag II affinity peptide (Strep‐MIP). Electrochemistry, surface‐sensitive IR spectroscopy, and molecular dynamics simulations were employed to ensure an utmost control of the Strep‐MIP electrosynthesis. The functionality of this novel platform was verified with two Strep‐tagged enzymes: an O2‐tolerant [NiFe]‐hydrogenase, and an alkaline phosphatase. The enzymes preserved their biocatalytic activities after multiple utilization confirming the efficiency of Strep‐MIP as a general biocompatible platform to confine recombinant proteins for exploitation in biotechnology. The alarming rise in atmospheric CO2 levels, primarily driven by fossil fuel combustion and industrial processes, has become a major contributor to global climate change. Effective CO2 capture technologies are urgently needed, particularly for the selective removal of CO2 from industrial gas streams, such as flue gas and biogas, which often contain impurities like N2 and CH4. In this study, we report the design and synthesis of novel molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) using 4‐vinylpyridine (4VP) and methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomers, and thiophene (Th) and formaldehyde (HC) as molecular templates. The MIPs were specifically engineered to create selective molecular cavities within a nanoporous polymer matrix for the efficient capture of CO2. By adjusting the molar ratios of the template to functional monomers, we optimized the molecular imprinting process to enhance CO2 selectivity over N2 and CH4. The resulting MIPs exhibited outstanding performance, with a maximum CO2/N2 selectivity of 153 at 25 bar and CO2/CH4 selectivity of 25.3 at 1 bar, significantly surpassing previously reported porous polymers and metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) under similar conditions. Furthermore, we conducted heat of adsorption studies, which revealed the strong and selective interaction of CO2 with the imprinted cavities, confirming the superior adsorption properties of the synthesized MIPs. The study demonstrates that molecular imprinting can effectively enhance both CO2 capture capacity and selectivity, providing a cost‐efficient and scalable solution for industrial CO2 separation and purification processes. The agro‐industry generates substantial waste, necessitating eco‐friendly solutions. This study introduces a novel molecularly imprinted polymer (MIPs) for the selective separation of D‐xylose from sugarcane residues. A non‐covalent imprinted polymer was synthesized via precipitation and optimized through D‐xylose adsorption assays. The polymer demonstrated an Imprinting Factor of 3.34, adsorption equilibrium within 30 min, notable reusability retaining over 95% of its adsorption capacity after three cycles, and high selectivity coefficients (α > 2.00) for all saccharides tested. The adsorption isotherm followed the Langmuir model. Characterization confirmed successful imprinting, with the imprinted polymer exhibiting a surface area of 69.4 m2/g and pore volume of 0.26 cm3/g, compared to 8.7 m2/g and 0.03 cm3/g for the non‐imprinted polymer. D‐xylose separation was tested using hemicellulosic hydrolysate from sugarcane straw and bagasse. The polymer applied as a sorbent in dispersive solid‐phase extraction with the hydrolysate achieved 90.29 ± 1.27% D‐xylose adsorption. Desorption in pure water recovered 81.48 ± 1.22% of the adsorbed D‐xylose. The small intestinal (SI) microbiota plays an important role in human health and disease. Current methods based on fecal analysis do not provide an accurate representation of the SI microbiome. This article introduces an ingestible sensor for the quantification of Escherichia coli (E. coli) in the SI by developing the fluorescent thread‐based ingestible pill analytical device (TPAD) using fluorescent gold nanoclusters (AuNCs) coupled with molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs). Quantitative detection lies in the change in fluorescence signal on thread as proportional to target bacteria concentrations using a smartphone. Utilizing a pH‐sensitive enteric coating, this device facilitates localized sampling of the SI microbiome. Hydrophilic beads are employed to autonomously seal the device after sampling, offering a self‐locking mechanism. The sensor demonstrates a linear range for E. coli detection between 2.0 × 103 and 14.0 × 103 CFU mL−1 with an R2 of 0.9975 and a detection limit (LOD) of 400.0 × 102 CFU mL−1. The sensor also shows remarkable precision and acceptable accuracy for monitoring E. coli levels in in vivo animal studies compared to commercially available test kits. The developed TPAD, therefore, offers a novel, low‐cost, and non‐invasive method for rapidly diagnosing gastrointestinal (GI)‐related medical conditions and studying host–microbiome interactions. The integration of advanced materials and photonic nanostructures can lead to enhanced biodetection capabilities, crucial in clinical scenarios and point‐of‐care diagnostics, where simplified strategies are essential. Herein, a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) photonic nanostructure is demonstrated, which selectively binding to transforming growth factor‐beta (TGF‐β), in which the sensing transduction is enhanced by bound states in the continuum (BICs). The MIP operating as a synthetic antibody matrix and coupled with BIC resonance, enhances the optical response to TGF‐β at imprinted sites, leading to an augmented detection capability, thoroughly evaluated through spectral shift and optical lever analogue readout. The validation underscores the MIP‐BIC sensor capability to detect TGF‐β in spiked saliva, achieving a limit of detection of 10 fM and a resolution of 0.5 pM at physiological concentrations, with a precision of two orders of magnitude above discrimination threshold in patients. The MIP tailored selectivity is highlighted by an imprinting factor of 52, showcasing the sensor resistance to interference from other analytes. The MIP‐BIC sensor architecture streamlines the detection process eliminating the need for complex sandwich immunoassays and demonstrates the potential for high‐precision quantification. In this study, we combined the imprinting technique, temperature‐sensitive polymer, and Pickering emulsion polymerization to prepare a temperature‐sensitive porous imprinted polymer. First, the temperature‐sensitive block polymer PDEA‐b‐P (DEA‐co‐AM) was prepared by reversible‐addition fragmentation chain transfer polymerization, and then a temperature‐sensitive porous ReO4− imprinted polymer (ReO4−‐TPIP) was prepared using the Pickering‐like polymerization technique, which was introduced to the preparation of the imprinted polymer. The structure and morphology of the polymer were characterized by FTIR, SEM‐EDS, and BET. The adsorption experiments showed that the maximum adsorption (Q), separation (R), and desorption (D) of ReO4−‐TPIP were 0.1568 mmol/g, 3.41, and 85.22%, respectively, and the adsorption equilibrium could be reached after 120 min, which decreased to 0.1212 mmol/g, 1.23, and 70.01% after repeated use for 11 times. These results indicate that ReO4−‐TPIP has good adsorption and reusability properties. The adsorption studies showed that ReO4−‐TPIP conformed to the zero‐level kinetic model in the pre‐adsorption stage, the quasi‐one‐level kinetic model in the late stage, and the isothermal adsorption process conformed more to the Langmuir model. In addition, in the secondary leach solution of high‐temperature alloys, the purity of rhenium in the solution increased from 35.4119% to 53.4812% after one adsorption/desorption cycle. The convergence of tumor epigenetics and molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) holds promise in early cancer diagnostics. To the best of knowledge, none of the studies has achieved DNA methylation detection yet using MIPs and the proposed research will pioneer the application of MIPs for detecting DNA methylation, introducing a novel approach to enhance early diagnostic precision. Molecular imprinting is an advanced technology in the fabrication of novel chemical sensors recently applied, enabling rapid responses and highly selective binding to specific molecules, thereby enabling efficient detection of material constituents. In this study, a new molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor (MIES) utilizing ferrocene‐functionalized carbon‐nanotubes (Fc‐CNTs) was developed for the determination of tryptophan (Trp). The formation of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) involves polymerization in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) using Trp, methacrylic acid (MAA) and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as the template molecules, functional monomers, and cross‐linking agents, respectively. Due to the modification of MIPs, the sensor achieves high performance. The sensor demonstrates a linear range from 1 to 45 μM and from 45 to 330 μM, with the limit of detection of 0.44 μM, exceeding that of the majority of sensors reported in the literature. Furthermore, the sensor can effectively detect Trp in real samples, including human serum and amino acid oral liquid. The recovery rate of Trp in human serum samples is 94.2 % to 105.30 %, and in amino acid oral liquid is 94.3 % to 101.68 %. Solid‐phase extraction (SPE) using a polyaniline molecularly imprinted polymer (PANI@MIP) is optimized for the extraction of benzophenone‐4 (BP4) from aqueous matrices. First, the three main variables influencing the washing step of the SPE method—type, composition, volume, and percolation flow rate of the washing solvent—were investigated. The optimal conditions for the washing step using the new PANI@MIP‐SPE for maximum retention of BP4 and elimination of interfering molecules (benzophenone‐3 [BP3] and benzophenone [BP]) were determined as follows: 1.25 mL acetonitrile/acetic acid/hexane (45/05/50 v/v/v) as wash solvent at a flow rate of 1 mL min−1. A multiple linear regression model was validated using Student's t‐test to identify the most significant variables affecting this step, including the type and volume of each eluent solvent and the volume of the ternary mixture solvents. The reliability of the model was further confirmed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Fisher's F‐test at α = 0.05. The extraction recoveries of the target analyte exceeded 92% over the range of concentrations (from 0.1 to 120 mg L−1), and the maximum retention capacity of PANI@MIP‐SPE was 600 µg g−1, in contrast to 50 µg g−1 for PANI@NIP‐SPE. Layered double hydroxide (LDH) is a special category of layered nanomaterials that has attracted keen interest towards fabrication of hybrid materials for efficient packaging application. In the present study, starch‐co‐poly(methyl methacrylate) (St‐co‐PMMA) copolymeric matrix is sandwiched within Mg‐Al layered double hydroxides (Mg‐Al LDH) along with silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) via surfactant free in situ polymerization of MMA. The imprintment of LDH and AgNPs within the copolymeric matrix of starch and their interactions are analyzed by the Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) study. The morphological analysis is carried out by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), which indicates the reduction of voids by the partial intercalation and exfoliation of LDH layers. This dispersive effect offered by the combination of LDH and AgNPs not only results in an eight‐fold increase in oxygen barrier properties, but also enhances the chemical resistance attributes of the St‐co‐PMMA@Ag/(Mg‐Al)LDH nanocomposite films (NFs) with increase in LDH loading. Antibacterial activity is rendered by the presence of AgNPs and is further accentuated by increasing the concentration of LDH in the nanocomposite films. In this study, novel materials combining palladium‐imprinted polymers (PdIP) with single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) were developed to modify screen‐printed electrodes (SPEs) and tested as sensors for detecting palladium ions. The arrangement of the SWCNTs‐PdIP network is crucial for the electrochemical performance of the material. Therefore, we compared two types of materials: one with covalent linkages and the other with non‐covalent linkages between the SWCNTs and the polymer. The materials were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, and porosimetry. Cyclic and differential pulse voltammetry demonstrated a significant improvement in the electrochemical properties of the material with covalent linkages between PdIP and SWCNTs. The results confirmed the performance of the proposed SWCNTs‐X/PdIP‐based electrochemical sensor for detecting palladium ions. They showed a linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.06–1.5 mmol L−1, and the estimated limit of detection (LOD) was 0.026159 mmol L−1 (S/N=3). The ineffectiveness of traditional wastewater treatment procedures to completely remove them results in their release into the environment. There is a pressing need to remove pharmaceuticals effectively using different methods. Using affordable technologies while maintaining standards for health and safety is one of the main problems in the wastewater treatment industry. In this study, a cost effective and highly selective molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) was combined with silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) capped with platanus acerifolia (PL) and moringa oleifera (MO) for selective removal of sulfamethoxazole, nevirapine and ibuprofen in wastewater. Moreover, the study focused on adsorption parameters, including temperature, pH, adsorbent dosage, adsorbate concentration, and contact time. The transmission electron microscopy revealed that MO/PL‐AgNPs and MO/PL‐nanoMIPs are nanosized and spherical. XRD confirmed the formation of AgNPs onto MO/PL‐AgNPs and MO/PL‐nanoMIPs surface. Adsorption isotherms for MO/PL‐AgNPs and MO/PL‐nanoMIPs fitted with the linear Langmuir model. However, high Qmax values were obtained for MO/PL‐nanoMIPs compared to MO/PL‐AgNPs. The linear pseudosecond order second‐order kinetic model best fitted on MO/PL‐nanoMIPs, while the thermodynamics revealed that the adsorption process was spontaneous and endothermic. As a widely occurring natural product, alkaloids have garnered increasing attention in drug research and development. The efficient, convenient, and environmentally friendly separation and detection of alkaloid compounds from diverse natural products has garnered increasing attention in recent research. Molecular imprinting technology (MIT) is recognized as an effective method for the selective extraction and separation of alkaloids from complex samples due to its capacity for specific recognition. To date, no comprehensive review has been published on the separation and purification of alkaloids using MIT, particularly regarding the sustainability aspects of this technology. In this paper, we review the general preparation methods of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for alkaloids, including bulk polymerization, precipitation polymerization, magnetic polymerization, and emulsion polymerization. Additionally, we summarize various applications of MIPs for alkaloids, such as different forms of MIP‐based solid phase extraction (MISPE) and MIP‐based sensors for alkaloids detection. Multi‐target detection is a notable development direction in the field of analytical methods, boasting significant potential for breakthroughs in complex sample detection. Herein, an extended gate field‐effect transistor (EGFET) sensor array for ultrasensitive and multi‐target detection of antibiotics is developed. To enhance the recognition ability for diverse antibiotics, a dual‐recognition strategy based on tailor‐made molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) and aptamer is adopted to fabricate the extended gate electrode (sensing electrode). The dual‐recognition strategy‐based EGFET exhibits superior sensitivity, selectivity, and stability compared to single recognition probes due to the synergistic effect of the affinities of MIP and specific aptamer. The developed sensor array can detect three types of antibiotics, including ampicillin, amoxicillin, and kanamycin, at the same time with record‐low detection limit (fM level) and a detection range spanning six orders of magnitude. The practical detection of antibiotics in various samples (tap water, river water, milk, honey, and artificial urine) further validates the feasibility of the sensor array in practical applications. The key advantages of flexibility, high sensitivity and selectivity, and multifunctionality demonstrate the high potential of EGFET sensor array for simultaneous detection of multiple target molecules. Folate (FT) is a suitable targeting ligand for folate receptors (FOLR) overexpressed on inflamed cells. Thus, FT‐loaded polymers can be used as FOLRs‐targeted immunotherapy to positively modulate the inflammatory process. A novel biodegradable imprinted polymer with a FT delivery mechanism driven by pH changes [PCL‐MIP@FT] is designed with molecularly imprinted technology. The pH mechanism is validated in vitro, demonstrating that an acidic environment accelerated and increased the release of FT for a period of 7 days (∼100 µg mL−1). For the first time, FT receptors (FOLR‐1 and FOLR‐3) are discovered and also overexpressed on activated human gingival fibroblasts, representing a favorable target in the oral environment. Although FT itself does not have antimicrobial effects, the nanomechanical properties of biofilm are changed after topical FT administration. In vivo systemic toxicity of PCL‐MIP@FT has been demonstrated to be a safe biomaterial (up to 1.3 mg kg−1). When the PCL‐MIP@FT is assessed in the subcutaneous tissue, it promoted an alleviating inflammation and may be able to stimulate tissue repair. The present findings have demonstrated the reliable in vitro and in vivo anti‐inflammatory actions of FT‐loaded polymer and support its use as a novel drug‐free therapeutic platform for modulating and mitigating inflammatory responses in dental implant‐related infections. To meet selective adsorption toward trifluralin, a novel molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was fabricated by the dummy template molecular imprinting technology. First, computational simulation was performed to select a suitable dummy template, 3,5‐dinitro‐4‐methylbenzoic acid (T1), based on the maximum basis set superposition error (BSSE)‐corrected binding interaction energy (ΔE) of the monomer N‐vinylpyrrolidone (NVP)‐T1 complex and its structural overlap with trifluralin. Then, the MIP was prepared via the bulk polymerization. The adsorption experiments showed the MIP exhibited a trifluralin adsorption capacity of 5.1 mg g−1, an imprinting factor (IF) of 2.2, and short adsorption equilibrium time of 5 min. The adsorption of trifluralin conformed to the Freundlich adsorption (R2 = 0.985) and pseudo‐second‐order model (R2 = 0.999). In addition, the MIP exhibited selectivity to trifluralin over other adsorbents, including structural analogs (pendimethalin and oryzalin), pesticide (carbendazim), and nitrocompounds (nitrofurantoin, furazolidone, and furaltadone), with the selectivity factor (β) in the range of 1.2–3.0, respectively. In trifluralin/oryzalin mixture, the IF toward oryzalin was still as high as 1.9. The removal rate of the MIP to trifluralin in environmental water samples ranged from 90.08% to 99.04%. A new sensor was fabricated for the determination of ketamine (Ket) in urine samples based on enhanced electrochemiluminescence (EECL) behavior of luminol on a carbon paste electrode (CPE) modified with the conductive molecularly imprinted polymer (CMIP) film. The FESEM technique was applied to demonstrate the rod shape morphology of CMIP. Unlike the common luminol system, EECL signal of luminol no need to addition of hydrogen peroxide and it might find application in efforts to avoid instability of hydrogen peroxide or its interference with the analytes of interest. The EECL emission has been optimized by an investigation of the applied potentials, electrochemical polymerization conditions, template and modifier concentrations, and the pH solution. Under the optimum conditions, the EECL signal depended linearly on the Ket concentration within a range from 0.1 to 1.25 μM with a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.08 μM. The sensor exhibited very good recovery percentages ranging from 92% to 101% in urine samples, while precisions were ≤3%. These results suggested that the proposed sensor would be applicable for analysis Ket in complex matrixes without interfering of other drugs (anesthetics) and thus has the potential to be used in clinical application. By coating the electrodes of a cochlear implant (CI) electrode array with a powdered form of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP), a straightforward process to functionalize existing electrodes to selectively detect histamine is demonstrated. Detection is based on non‐Faradaic impedance spectroscopy, omitting the need for a reference electrode or redox mediators, and fitting to a 5‐element equivalent electronic circuit. Proof‐of‐concept measurements on three functionalized cochlear implants in three human cadaveric cochleae indicate a level of detection of 200 nM of histamine in albumin‐based artificial perilymph following a sigmoid dose‐response trend up to 10 mM. This sensitivity enables quantized and localized analysis of histamine‐mediated inflammation immediately following the CI operation. The selectivity and adaptability of MIPs opens possibilities to detect a wide spectrum of inflammation markers inside the human cochlea and could be used for fast mid‐ or postoperative intervention to improve the medical implant's outcome. Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) are very suitable for extraction, drug delivery systems, and sensors due to their good selective adsorption ability, but the difficulty of eluting templates during synthesis and the limitation of application scenarios put higher demands on MIPs. Stimuli‐responsive MIPs (SR‐MIPs) can actively respond to changes in external conditions to realize various functions, which provides new ideas for the further development of MIPs. This paper reviews the multiple response modes of MIPs, including the common temperature, pH, photo, magnetic, redox‐responsive and rare gas, biomolecule, ion, and solvent‐responsive MIPs, and explains the mechanism, composition, and applications of such SR‐MIPs. Nanozymes‐involving colorimetry may represent an effective solution to tetracycline detection due to its affordability and simplicity. To improve the performance in selectivity, molecular imprinting technology has emerged as a promising approach to simulating the interaction between antibodies and receptors. Herein, Mn2V2O7, a form of nanozyme with oxidase‐mimicking activity, was synthesized. With tetracycline as the template, the cavities with unique dimensions were constructed through the self‐polymerization of dopamine (DA) on Mn2V2O7. In Mn2V2O7@MIP, polydopamine (PDA) acts as molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) and its cavities are compatible with tetracycline in dimension. It also exhibits oxidase‐mimicking activity. With the introduction of tetracycline, the cavity of PDA is blocked, which leads to obvious color fading, which enables precise tetracycline detection with colorimetry. The range of linear detection is from 10 to 100 μM, and the lower limit of detection is 0.82 μM. It is anticipated that the combination between nanozymes‐involving colorimetry and molecular imprinting technology would contribute to the accurate detection of organic pollutants in the aquatic environment. The presence of pharmaceuticals in water bodies has been reported to be mainly due to their incomplete removal by the conventional wastewater treatment processes, resulting to their release into the aquatic environment where they thratens to human health and aquatic life. Therefore, it is important to remove these pollutants from the aquatic environment using affordable highly efficient materials. The goal of this study was to incorporate silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) into MIPs for selective removal of sulfamethoxazole, nevirapine, and ibuprofen in wastewater. The AgNPs were synthesized using starch (St) and macadamia (MCD) as both reducing and stabilizing agents. Thermogravimetric analysis showed high stability for the St/MCD‐nanoMIPs. The ANOVA analysis revealed that the parameters affecting adsorption of St/MCD‐nanoMIPs have a significant difference (p<0.05). The St/MCD‐AgNPs experimental data fitted to both Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherms, however, the non‐linear Langmuir isotherm model yielded a better fit based on the higher R2 value (0.999). The non‐linear Freundlich model best fitted for the St/MCD‐nanoMIPs. The linear pseudo‐second order model shown best fit for St/MCD‐nanoMIPs, the thermodynamic results revealed that the adsorption process was spontaneous and endothermic. Integrating sweat biosensors into daily wear has the potential to effectively monitor personal lactate levels, offering the advantages of convenience, precision, and multi‐point detection. However, existing wearable fabric sweat biosensors have limitations in terms of long‐term repeatable detection and washability due to the difficulty of building a stable layer of recognition materials on the highly curved fiber surface. Here, a long‐term repeatable and washable electrochemical fabric biosensor is reported based on a fiber electrode with multi‐scaled aligned channels for efficient and reliable lactate detection. Through the functionalization of a molecularly imprinted polymer with redox‐sensitive nano reporters, the fabric biosensor exhibits impressive in situ long‐term repeatable detection for more than 400 times, washability, and stability under deformations. The multi‐scaled channels contribute to a desired electric field distribution and thus a reliable interface between the polymer and the fiber. Employing industrial sewing technology, a 20 m (L) × 0.5 m (W) sensing fabric is further produced. In this study, we look into how poly[(4‐styrenesulfonic acid)‐co‐(4‐vinylpyridine)] crosslinked with divinylbenzene can be used as a copolymeric material to effectively recognize l‐epinephrine (L‐EP) and chirally separate (±)‐EP. It was first possible to synthesize and analyze L‐EP‐styrene‐4‐sulfonamide (L‐EP‐SSA). The resulting chiral sulfonamide was used to copolymerize with a 4‐vinylpyridine–divinylbenzene mixture. The integrated L‐EP species were removed by heating the polymer materials under strong alkaline conditions to degrade the sulfonamide links, followed by acidification in HCl solution. The imprinted L‐EP‐IP materials were analyzed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The produced L‐EP‐IP displayed selectivity characteristics indicative of an affinity for L‐EP almost eleven times higher than that for d‐epinephrine (D‐EP). At a pH of 7, Langmuir adsorption experiments demonstrated a maximal capacity of 165 mg g−1. Following optical separation by means of a column method, enantiomeric excess levels of L‐ and D‐EP in the initial feeding and subsequent recovering solutions were calculated to be 93% and 80%, respectively. © 2024 Society of Industrial Chemistry. We describe a facile method to prepare water‐compatible molecularly imprinted polymer nanogels (MIP NGs) as synthetic antibodies against target glycans. Three different phenylboronic acid (PBA) derivatives were explored as monomers for the synthesis of MIP NGs targeting either α2,6‐ or α2,3‐sialyllactose, taken as oversimplified models of cancer‐related sT and sTn antigens. Starting from commercially available 3‐acrylamidophenylboronic acid, also its 2‐substituted isomer and the 5‐acrylamido‐2‐hydroxymethyl cyclic PBA monoester derivative were initially evaluated by NMR studies. Then, a small library of MIP NGs imprinted with the α2,6‐linked template was synthesized and tested by mobility shift Affinity Capillary Electrophoresis (msACE), to rapidly assess an affinity ranking. Finally, the best monomer 2‐acrylamido PBA was selected for the synthesis of polymers targeting both sialyllactoses. The resulting MIP NGs display an affinity constant≈106 M−1 and selectivity towards imprinted glycans. In this study, a selective sorbent was fabricated by combining a surface molecularly‐imprinted polymer and magnetic kaolin for reliable quantification of thiabendazole (TBZ) coupled with spectrofluorimetry. Several surface characterization methods were conducted to confirm the synthesis of TBZ‐imprinted magnetic kaolin with a polymer thickness of ~48 nm. The molecularly‐imprinted magnetic kaolin (MIP@MKLN) showed high adsorption capacity (8.7 mg/g), remarkable selectivity with an imprinting factor of 3.71 and excellent regeneration ability for up to 10 uses without significant change of its initial adsorption capacity for TBZ. The proposed method had linear range from 5 to 500 μg/mL TBZ concentration with a correlation coefficient of 0.995 and the limit of detection was 1.4 μg/mL. MIP@MKLN was used for selective separation and quantification of TBZ in orange and lemon samples. There were high recovery values ranging from 96.4% to 100.2% with lower relative standard deviations (less than 5%) in the spiked samples under optimized conditions. Overall, the proposed method based on MIP@MKLN as an excellent sorbent could produce a feasible, convenient, and promising method for rapid, selective, and sensitive quantification of TBZ in real samples. Molecularly imprinted materials based on imprinting dithizone‐Zn (II) (DTZ‐Zn (II)) complexes onto cotton fabric/silica, and the Color Grab application for the OPPO A54 smartphone, were proposed and applied for the first time to detect Zn (II) ions in water samples. The proposed materials were prepared by using cotton fabrics as cellulosic materials, tetraethoxysilane as silica sources and DTZ‐Zn (II) as template molecules. The initial concentration of DTZ and Zn (II), the volume of tetraethoxysilane and the reaction time were optimised to obtain the maximum adsorption of the DTZ‐Zn (II) complexes in the imprinted materials. The concentration of hydrochloric acid and the extraction time were optimised to obtain the maximum Zn (II) removal. The results found that 10 mL of a solution containing DTZ (0.20 mM) and Zn (II) (0.30 mM), 25 μL of tetraethoxysilane, with 10 minutes reaction time, exhibited the strongest binding of the template complexes. Zn (II) ions were selectively removed from the materials by using 0.1 M hydrochloric acid for 10 minutes. The morphology of the prepared materials was characterised by scanning electron microscopy–energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy and attenuated total reflectance–Fourier Transform‐infrared spectroscopy. The smartphone measurement based the cotton fabric/silica materials exhibited linear relationship between saturation (%) and Zn (II) concentrations in the range of 0.1 to 1.0 mg/L, with limit of detection of 0.02 mg/L and limit of quantification of 0.06 mg/L. The proposed method was successfully applied to determine Zn (II) in real‐water samples with the % recovery ranging from 98% to 115% and an acceptable relative standard deviation of less than 6 (n = 3). Background: The study focuses on developing a stable enantioselective matrix for the efficient chiral identification and enantioresolution of l‐DOPA and (±)‐DOPA. The matrix is derived from a copolymeric material made from poly[(vinylsulfonic acid)‐co‐(4‐vinylpyridine)] crosslinked with divinylbenzene. Results: l‐DOPA‐vinylsulfonamide was synthesized and characterized. This chiral sulfonamide was copolymerized with 4‐vinylpyridine in the presence of a divinylbenzene crosslinker, using azobisisobutyronitrile as a thermal initiator. Post‐polymerization, the polymeric particles were treated with NaOH and subsequently washed with acid to remove the integrated l‐DOPA species. Scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy confirmed the imprinted l‐DOPA‐IP particles. The manufactured l‐DOPA‐IP demonstrated a tenfold greater affinity for l‐DOPA compared to d‐DOPA. Langmuir adsorption experiments at pH 6 showed a maximum capacity of 162 mg g−1. Enantiomeric excess values for l‐ and d‐DOPA, determined through optical separation using a column approach, were 94% and 82%, respectively, in the loading and recovery solutions. Conclusion: The developed copolymeric material effectively served as an enantioselective matrix, exhibiting high selectivity and capacity for l‐DOPA. Asymmetric electrosynthesis provides an efficient and controllable route for chiral synthesis. In comparison to traditional symmetric synthesis methods, asymmetric electrosynthesis typically operates under milder conditions, reducing waste generation and energy consumption. This aligns with the current trend in green chemistry, contributing to the development of environmentally friendly synthetic pathways. Apart from reactions initiated with chiral substrates, introducing appropriate chiral factors during the electrochemical process is crucial. In this context, chiral electrodes have garnered significant attention due to their advantages such as high catalytic activity, enantioselectivity, and reusability. This concept aims to introduce the preparation of three main types of chiral electrodes over the past decade, including chiral modified electrodes, chiral immobilized electrodes and chiral imprinted electrodes, and their applications in asymmetric electrosynthesis. Tendon injuries and tendinopathies are increasingly prevalent health problems currently lacking effective treatments. Tissue engineering offers promising strategies to boost the low innate regenerative ability of tendons. Within this context, the simultaneous leveraging of both physical and biochemical cues by engineered scaffolding systems can be explored to promote a stronger tenogenic response from stem cells. Here, molecularly imprinted polymeric nanoparticles (MINPs) against transforming growth factor (TGF)‐β3 are combined with bioinspired anisotropic hydrogels to produce tenogenesis‐inductive constructs. MINPs are first solid phase‐imprinted against a TGF‐β3 epitope, achieving an affinity comparable to monoclonal antibodies. MINPs and magnetically‐responsive microfibers are then encapsulated together with adipose‐derived stem cells within gelatin‐based hydrogels, applying a magnetostatic field during gelation to align the microfibers. The created anisotropic microstructure guides cell growth and elongation unidirectionally, while MINPs act as artificial receptors for TGF‐β3, potentiating its paracrine action in the cellular microenvironment. The combination of both stimuli proves effective at increasing TGF‐β signaling, which promotes the expression of tendon‐associated genes and corresponding protein synthesis, suggesting that microstructural cues and biomolecule sequestration act in tandem to direct cell fate commitment. Organic mixed ionic‐electronic conductors (OMIECs) have emerged as promising materials for biological sensing, owing to their electrochemical activity, stability in an aqueous environment, and biocompatibility. Yet, OMIEC‐based sensors rely predominantly on the use of composite matrices to enable stimuli‐responsive functionality, which can exhibit issues with intercomponent interfacing. In this study, an approach is presented for non‐enzymatic glucose detection by harnessing a newly synthesized functionalized monomer, EDOT‐PBA. This monomer integrates electrically conducting and receptor moieties within a single organic component, obviating the need for complex composite preparation. By engineering the conditions for electrodeposition, two distinct polymer film architectures are developed: pristine PEDOT‐PBA and molecularly imprinted PEDOT‐PBA. Both architectures demonstrated proficient glucose binding and signal transduction capabilities. Notably, the molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) architecture demonstrated faster stabilization upon glucose uptake while it also enabled a lower limit of detection, lower standard deviation, and a broader linear range in the sensor output signal compared to its non‐imprinted counterpart. This material design not only provides a robust and efficient platform for glucose detection but also offers a blueprint for developing selective sensors for a diverse array of target molecules, by tuning the receptor units correspondingly. Herbal medicine (HM) is crucial in disease management and contains complex compounds with few active pharmacological ingredients, presenting challenges in quality control of raw materials and formulations. Effective separation, identification, and analysis of active components are vital for HM efficacy. Traditional methods like liquid‐liquid extraction and solid‐phase extraction are time‐consuming and environmentally concerning, with limitations such as sorbent issues, pressure, and clogging. Magnetic solid‐phase extraction uses magnetic sorbents for targeted analyte separation and enrichment, offering rapid, pressure‐free separation. However, inorganic magnetic particles' aggregation and oxidation, as well as lack of selectivity, have led to the use of various coatings and modifications to enhance specificity and selectivity for complex herbal samples. This review delves into magnetic composites in HM pretreatment, specifically focusing on encapsulated or modified magnetic nanoparticles and materials like silica, ionic liquids, graphene family derivatives, carbon nanotubes, metal‐organic frameworks, covalent organic frameworks, and molecularly imprinted polymers. Furosemide (FUR), banned in sports events by the World Anti‐Doping Agency, is a key target in drug tests, necessitating a pretreatment material capable of selectively, rapidly, and sufficiently separating/enriching analytes from complex matrices. Herein, a metal‐mediated magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer (mMIP) was rationally designed and synthesized for the specific capture of FUR. The preparations involved the utilization of chromium (III) as the binding pivot, (3‐aminopropyl)triethoxysilane as functional monomer, and Fe3O4 as core, all assembled via free radical polymerization. Both the morphologies and adsorptive properties of the mMIP were characterized using multiple methods. The resulting Cr(III)‐mediated mMIP (ChM‐mMIP) presented excellent selectivity and specificity toward FUR. Under optimized conditions, the adsorption capacity reached 128.50 mg/g within 10 min, and the imprinting factor was 10.41. Moreover, it was also successfully applied as a dispersive solid‐phase extraction material, enabling the detection of FUR concentration as low as 20 ng/mL in human urine samples when coupled with a high‐performance liquid chromatography/photodiode array. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is one of the most serious non‐communicable diseases affecting the population. In the early‐stages patients have no obvious symptoms, until it becomes life‐threatening leading end‐stage kidney failure. Therefore, it is important to early diagnose CKD to allow therapeutic interventions and progression monitoring. Here, a point‐of‐care (POC) sensing platform is reported for the simultaneous detection of three CKD biomarkers, namely creatinine, urea, and human serum albumin (HSA), using reduced graphene oxide/polydopamine‐molecularly imprinted polymer (rGO/PDA‐MIP) fabricated with novel surface‐molecularly imprinting technology. A multi‐channel electrochemical POC readout system with differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) function is developed, allowing the simultaneous detection of the three biomarkers, in combination with the surface‐MIP electrodes. This sensing platform achieves the record low limit‐of‐detection (LoD) at a femtomolar level for all three analytes, with wide detection ranges covering their physiological concentrations. Clinical validation is performed by measuring these analytes in serum and urine from healthy controls and patients with CKD. The average recovery rate is 81.8–119.1% compared to the results obtained from the hospital, while this platform is more cost‐effective, user‐friendly, and requires less sample‐to‐result time, showing the potential to be deployed in resource‐limited settings for the early diagnosis and tracking progression of CKD. The drug fenoprofen (FN) is available in two forms, R‐ and S‐enantiomers, which need to be separated for optimal therapeutic use. A novel poly(acrylonitrile‐co‐divinylbenzene) (PNB)‐based polymer sorbent designed specifically for S‐fenoprofen (S‐FN) enantioseparation was synthesized. This process began with creating low cross‐linked PNB microparticles through suspension polymerization. Next, hydrazine was introduced to react with the prevalent nitrile groups. The produced cationic hydrazidine‐functionalized polymer particles (HYD‐P) were then combined with anionic S‐FN. The imprinting of S‐FN was achieved by further cross‐linking with glutaraldehyde, which interacted with the NH2 groups. Subsequent acidic elution released the S‐FN enantiomers, leaving behind their specific receptor‐like cavities in the imprinted polymer particles (S‐FN‐P). The properties of the resulting polymers were analyzed using Fourier‐transform infrared (FTIR), 13C NMR, and x‐ray diffraction. Scanning electron microscopy was used to examine the surface structures of the sorbents. Under optimal conditions at pH 7, the sorbent showed an adsorption capacity of 240 mg/g for S‐FN. The chiral separation of the FN racemate achieved high enantiomeric excess (ee) levels, with 96% for R‐FN during loading and 94% for S‐FN during recovery. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Deep eutectic solvent (DES)‐based eutectogels, known for their superior ionic conductivity, non‐volatility, biocompatibility, and cost‐effectiveness, have emerged as promising materials for flexible devices. However, the development of tough and stretchable eutectogels remains a significant challenge. Herein, we introduce a one‐step in‐situ phase separation strategy to fabricate tough and stretchable P(MAA‐co‐AAm)/TEAC‐EG copolymer eutectogels through random copolymerization of methacrylic acid (MAA) and acrylamide (AAm) in a tetraethylammonium chloride‐ethylene glycol (TEAC‐EG) DES. The poor compatibility of PAAm segments with TEAC‐EG DES results in the formation of a polymer‐rich phase, leading to energy dissipation during loading. Simultaneously, PMAA segments exhibiting good compatibility with DES, form a solvent‐rich phase that distributes stress and facilitates ion migration. The synergy between these two phases imparts ultratoughness and excellent conductivity to the copolymer eutectogel. The resultant copolymer eutectogel exhibits high strength (2.40 MPa), toughness (22.90 MJ m−3), and remarkable stretchability of 1340%, while demonstrating excellent self‐recovery, self‐healing abilities, and adhesive performance. Notably, its ionic conductivity reaches 1.07 mS cm−1 at 20°C, rendering these eutectogels well‐suited for applications as strain sensors in human motion detection. This study presents a facile approach to tune eutectogel microstructure and properties, thereby expanding their potential applications in high‐performance flexible electronics. Lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) has significant potential as a biomarker for diagnosis of ovarian cancer in female patients because it is present throughout all phases of the illness. Regrettably, there is not a clinically useful test for this biomarker yet. In this work, an ultra‐detection of LPA molecule by Raman spectroscopy‐based molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) in serum samples is reported. β‐CD was synthesized to facilitate the collection of Raman spectroscopy and combined with MIP to denote it as β‐CD‐MIP for the adsorption of LPA with high sensitivity and selectivity. Linear regression model in serum samples shows peaks at 1100 and 1116 cm−1, respectively. A satisfactory linear fit was seen with LPA concentration log I = 3.7 log C + 1255.74 and with spiked serum log I = 4.6 log C + 327.22, respectively. The literature survey suggests the threshold LPA level in healthy person is 1.50 μM/L whereas the LPA level rises in patients with benign ovarian cancer tumor as 7.90 μM/L. This LPA level rises to 16.99 μM/L in ovarian cancer patients. On the basis of the band intensity, the limit of detection of the β‐CD‐MIP sensor for LPA was recorded as 0.003 μM/L. The binding constant of β‐CD‐MIP for LPA in serum was 0.031–0.003 μM/L, respectively. β‐CD‐MIP gel was optimized, characterized, and successfully applied on spiked serum samples. The findings of this research show that this substrate has a lot of potential for ultradetection of trace amounts of LPA molecule from the serum samples. Milk, as a widely consumed nutrient‐rich food, is crucial for bone health, growth, and overall nutrition. The persistent application of veterinary drugs for controlling diseases and heightening milk yield has imparted substantial repercussions on human health and environmental ecosystems. Due to the high demand, fresh consumption, complex composition of milk, and the potential adverse impacts of drug residues, advanced greener analytical methods are necessitated. Among them, functional materials‐based analytical methods attract wide concerns. The magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers (MMIPs), as a kind of typical functional material, possess excellent greenification characteristics and potencies, and they are easily integrated into various detection technologies, which have offered green approaches toward analytes such as veterinary drugs in milk. Despite their increasing applications and great potential, MMIPs' use in dairy matrices remains underexplored, especially regarding ecological sustainability. This work reviews recent advances in MMIPs' synthesis and application as efficient sorbents for veterinary drug extraction in milk followed by chromatographic analysis. The uniqueness and effectiveness of MMIPs in real milk samples are evaluated, current limitations are addressed, and greenification opportunities are proposed. In this paper, BSA surface‐imprinted magnetic Fe‐Ni bimetallic oxide shell nanorods (m‐FeNi@MIPs@PCBMA) were prepared with the assistance of poly(3‐[[2‐(methacryloyloxy)ethyl]dimethylammonium] propionate (PCBMA) in connection with the surface‐imprinting technique. The Fe‐Ni bimetallic oxide shell layer nanorods (m‐FeNi) with magnetic responsiveness simplified the separation and recovery process of adsorbed materials. The controlled introduction of PCBMA facilitated the reduction of protein non‐specific adsorption. At the optimal encapsulation ratio of 1:0.75 (Wm‐FeNi@MIPs: WCBMA), m‐FeNi@MIPs@PCBMA could adsorb 122.98 ± 5.00 mg/g of BSA within 80 min, and the value of the imprinting factor (IF) was also increased from 1.68 (m‐FeNi@MIPs) to 3.95. In the mixed protein adsorption and real sample separation experiments, m‐FeNi@MIPs@PCBMA could selectively separate BSA. Meanwhile, after seven adsorption–desorption experiments, the loss of BSA adsorption by the imprinted nanorods was only 15.9%, which had good reusability. Sulfamethymidine, a commonly employed sulfonamide, is introduced into the human body through the food chain, posing a threat to human health. Consequently, the development of a rapid and efficient detection technique is imperative. In this investigation, a photoresponsive sulfamethyridiazine‐imprinted polymer was synthesized to etch a silicon core, thereby effectively addressing the limitations encountered with conventional molecularly imprinted polymers including diminished binding capacity, restricted site accessibility and sluggish binding kinetics. The photosensitive monomer utilized in the molecularly imprinted polymers is 5[(4 (methylacryloxy) phenyl) diazene] isophthalic acid, which exhibits a stimulating reaction mechanism. The N=N bond undergoes photoisomerization, transitioning between trans and cis configurations. The adsorption experiment provides additional evidence that the hollow molecularly imprinted polymers exhibit a higher adsorption capacity, achieving a value of 0.192 mmol L−1. The experiments conducted to assess selectivity and repeatability confirm that the photoresponsive molecularly imprinted polymers exhibit a high level of selectivity and favorable repeatability. Following four cycles, the adsorption rate remains consistently at 64.3%. Additionally, the recoveries of the actual samples ranged from 95.6% to 99.7%.
