In response to a financial crisis, many organizations adjust their pay systems to reduce labor costs. In this research, we focus on the use of delayed pay (the postponement of employees' contractual compensation) and examine its effect on employee voluntary turnover outcomes. In a field study (Study 1) with data collected from the executive managers of 129 Chinese hotels experiencing a financial crisis caused by coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‐19), we find a positive relationship between delayed pay and the voluntary turnover rate at the organizational level. In addition, this relationship becomes weaker when delayed pay consists of a larger proportion of pay‐for‐performance (PFP). We then conduct an experiment (Study 2) to extend our theoretical framework to the individual level, establish causality, and examine the underlying mechanism. The results show that the perceived negative instrumentality of stay (i.e., expected economic losses associated with staying in an organization) explains why individuals intend to leave organizations adopting delayed base pay but not delayed PFP. Differences in the pore and fracture systems of four marcolithotypes (bright，semi‐bright, semi‐dull and dull) in coal reservoirs affect the quality of coalbed methane (CBM) and constrain exploration and development of CBM. In this paper, vitrinite reflectance (RO), maceral composition, proximate analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP), low‐field nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and high‐pressure isothermal adsorption experiments and the mathematical method of fractal dimension were carried out on high‐rank coal samples of different marcolithotypes from the Weizhou mining area in the western margin of Ordos Basin. The results show that from bright coal to dull coal, the RO and vitrinite content gradually decrease, while the mineral content and Aad gradually increase. SEM images show that the bright and semi‐bright coals develop open fractures, whereas semi‐dull and dull coals develop closed fractures. According to pore size distribution established by MIP and NMR, the proportion of seepage pores gradually increased from bright coal to dull coal, and MIP fractal dimension of seepage pores (DM2; 2.3352, 2.3532, 2.3755 and 2.4727, respectively) and NMR fractal dimension of seepage pores (DN2; 2.8767, 2.9142, 2.9297 and 2.9981, respectively) show that the structure of the seepage pore is progressively more complex from bright coal to dull coal. In addition, percentage of NMR adsorption pores progressively increases from bright coal to dull coal (64.96%, 76.64%, 82.04% and 89.67%, respectively), but total porosity of bright coal (6.74%) is much greater than that of dull coal (1.34%), which results in that bright coal also has the strongest CH4 adsorption capability (Langmuir volume is 22.898 cm3/g). Summary: Fusarium head blight (FHB) and the presence of mycotoxin deoxynivalenol (DON) pose serious threats to wheat production and food safety worldwide. DON, as a virulence factor, is crucial for the spread of FHB pathogens on plants. However, germplasm resources that are naturally resistant to DON and DON‐producing FHB pathogens are inadequate in plants. Here, detoxifying bacteria genes responsible for DON epimerization were used to enhance the resistance of wheat to mycotoxin DON and FHB pathogens. We characterized the complete pathway and molecular basis leading to the thorough detoxification of DON via epimerization through two sequential reactions in the detoxifying bacterium Devosia sp. D6‐9. Epimerization efficiently eliminates the phytotoxicity of DON and neutralizes the effects of DON as a virulence factor. Notably, co‐expressing of the genes encoding quinoprotein dehydrogenase (QDDH) for DON oxidation in the first reaction step, and aldo‐keto reductase AKR13B2 for 3‐keto‐DON reduction in the second reaction step significantly reduced the accumulation of DON as virulence factor in wheat after the infection of pathogenic Fusarium, and accordingly conferred increased disease resistance to FHB by restricting the spread of pathogenic Fusarium in the transgenic plants. Stable and improved resistance was observed in greenhouse and field conditions over multiple generations. This successful approach presents a promising avenue for enhancing FHB resistance in crops and reducing mycotoxin contents in grains through detoxification of the virulence factor DON by exogenous resistance genes from microbes. Since 2019, research into MXene derivatives has seen a dramatic rise; further progress requires a rational design for specific functionality. Herein, through a molecular design by selecting suitable functional groups in the MXene coating, we have implemented the dual N doping of the derivatives, nitrogen‐doped TiO2@nitrogen‐doped carbon nanosheets (N‐TiO2@NC), to strike a balance between the active anatase TiO2 at low temperatures, and carbon activation at high temperatures. The NH3 reduction environment generated at 400 °C as evidenced by the in situ pyrolysis SVUV‐PIMS process is crucial for concurrent phase engineering. With both electrical conductivity and surface Na+ availability, the N‐TiO2@NC achieves higher interface capacitive‐like sodium storage with long‐term stability. More than 100 mAh g−1 is achieved at 2 A g−1 after 5000 cycles. The proposed design may be extended to other MXenes and solidify the growing family of MXene derivatives for energy storage. Summary: Although thousands of genes have been identified or cloned in rice (Oryza sativa) in the last two decades, the majority of them have only been separately characterized in specific varieties or single‐gene modified backgrounds, thus limiting their practical application. We developed an optimized multiplex genome editing (MGE) toolbox that can efficiently assemble and stably express up to twelve sgRNA targets in a single plant expression vector. In this study, we established the MGE‐based Rapid Directional Improvement (MRDI) strategy for directional improvement of complex agronomic traits in one small‐scale rice transformation. This approach provides a rapid and practical procedure, encompassing sgRNA assembly, transgene‐free screening and the creation of promising germplasm, by combining the precision of gene editing with phenotype‐based field breeding. The MRDI strategy was used to generate the full diversity of twelve main agronomic genes in rice cultivar FXZ for the directional improvement of its growth duration and plant architecture. After applying the MRDI to FXZ, ideal plants with the desired traits of early heading date reduced plant height, and more effective panicles were generated without compromising yield, blast resistance and grain quality. Furthermore, the results of whole‐genome sequencing (WGS), including the analysis of structural variations (SVs) and single nucleotide variations (SNVs) in the MGE plants, confirmed the high specificity and low frequency of unwanted mutations associated with this strategy. In order to specifically demonstrate the improvement of photocatalytic activity attributed to the donor‐acceptor (D‐A) structure rather than other contributing factors, two highly comparable COFs incorporating porphyrin and thiophene species are synthesized in this work. The first COF, named BTDA‐Por, is composed of porphyrin (Por) as the donor unit and 2,2′‐bithiophene (BTDA) as the acceptor moiety. The second COF, referred to as TT‐Por, is constructed using Por and thieno[3,2‐b]thiophene (TT) units while lacking a D‐A structure. These synthesized COFs serve as effective models for investigating the role of D‐A structures in improving photocatalytic activity. Photoelectronic property studies and density function theory calculations indicate that the D‐A configuration can significantly enhance the efficiency of charge carrier generation, separation, and migration. Consequently, the D‐A type BTDA‐Por exhibits superior performance in photochemical reactions such as oxidative homocoupling of aromatic amine and reversible complexation‐mediated radical polymerization when compared to the non‐D‐A type TT‐Por. Objective: We aimed to investigate the relationships among nut consumption, gut microbiota, and body fat distribution. Methods: We studied 2255 Chinese adults in the Lanxi Cohort living in urban areas in Lanxi City, China. Fat distribution was assessed by dual‐energy x‐ray absorptiometry, and nut consumption was assessed using food frequency questionnaires. 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) sequencing was performed on stool samples from 1724 participants. Linear regression and Spearman correlation were used in all analyses. A validation study was performed using 1274 participants in the Lanxi Cohort living in rural areas. Results: Nut consumption was beneficially associated with regional fat accumulation. Gut microbial analysis suggested that a high intake of nuts was associated with greater microbial α diversity. Six genera were found to be associated with nut consumption, and the abundance of genera Anaerobutyricum, Anaerotaenia, and Fusobacterium was significantly associated with fat distribution. Favorable relationships between α diversity and fat distribution were also observed. Similar relationships between gut microbiota and fat distribution were obtained in the validation analysis. Conclusions: We have shown that nut consumption is beneficially associated with body fat distribution and gut microbiota diversity and taxonomy. Circularly polarized light (CPL) detection is of great significance in various applications such as drug identification, sensing and imaging. Atomically precise chiral metal nanoclusters with intense circular dichroism (CD) signals are promising candidates for CPL detection, which can further facilitate device miniaturization and integration. Herein, we report the preparation of a pair of optically active chiral silver nanoclusters [Ag7(R/S‐DMA)2(dpppy)3] (BF4)3 (R/S‐Ag7) for direct CPL detection. The crystal structure and molecular formula of R/S‐Ag7 clusters are confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and high‐resolution mass spectrometry. R/S‐Ag7 clusters exhibit strong CD spectra and CPL both in solution and solid states. When used as the photoactive materials in photodetectors, R/S‐Ag7 enables effective discrimination between left‐handed circularly polarized and right‐handed circularly polarized light at 520 nm with short response time, high responsivity and considerable discrimination ratio. The surge in lithium‐ion batteries has heightened concerns regarding metal resource depletion and the environmental impact of spent batteries. Battery recycling has become paramount globally, but conventional techniques, while effective at extracting transition metals like cobalt and nickel from cathodes, often overlook widely used spent LiFePO4 due to its abundant and low‐cost iron content. Direct regeneration, a promising approach for restoring deteriorated cathodes, is hindered by practicality and cost issues despite successful methods like solid‐state sintering. Hence, a smart prelithiation separator based on surface‐engineered sacrificial lithium agents is proposed. Benefiting from the synergistic anionic and cationic redox, the prelithiation separator can intelligently release or intake active lithium via voltage regulation. The staged lithium replenishment strategy was implemented, successfully restoring spent LiFePO4's capacity to 163.7 mAh g−1 and a doubled life. Simultaneously, the separator can absorb excess active lithium up to approximately 600 mAh g−1 below 2.5 V to prevent over‐lithiation of the cathode This innovative, straightforward, and cost‐effective strategy paves the way for the direct regeneration of spent batteries, expanding the possibilities in the realm of lithium‐ion battery recycling. BACKGROUND: Canonical biocontrol bacteria were considered to inhibit pathogenic bacteria mainly by secreting antibiotic metabolites or enzymes. Recent studies revealed that some biocontrol bacteria can inhibit pathogenic bacteria through contact‐dependent killing (CDK) mediated by contact‐dependent secretion systems. The CDK was independent of antibiotic metabolites and often ignored in normal biocontrol activity assay. RESULTS: In this study, we aimed to use a pathogen enrichment strategy to isolate non‐canonical bacteria with CDK ability. Rhizosphere soil samples from Chinese cabbage showing soft rot symptom were collected and Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. carotovorum (Pcc), the pathogen of cabbage soft rot, were added into these samples to enrich bacteria which attached on Pcc cells. By co‐culture with Pcc, four bacteria strains (named as PcE1, PcE8, PcE12 and PcE13) showing antibacterial activity were isolated from Chinese cabbage rhizosphere. These four bacteria strains showed CDK abilities to different pathogenic bacteria of horticultural plants. Among them, PcE1 was identified as Chryseobacterium cucumeris. Genome sequencing showed that PcE1 genome encoded a type VI secretion system (T6SS) gene cluster. By heterologous expression, four predicted T6SS effectors of PcE1 showed antibacterial activity to Escherichia coli. CONCLUSION: Overall, this study isolated four bacteria strains with CDK activity to various horticultural plant pathogens, and revealed possible involvement of T6SS of Chryseobacterium cucumeris in antibacterial activity. Porokeratotic adnexal ostial nevus (PAON) is a rare adnexal hamartoma characterized by keratotic papules following Blaschko's lines, typically located on the unilateral distal extremities. Cutaneous somatic GJB2 mutations have been linked to the pathogenesis of PAON. However, the genetic mechanism underlying bilateral or extended forms, which are less documented, remains unknown. In this study, we presented two cases of PAON with widespread cutaneous lesions and scalp involvement, and demonstrated the presence of GJB2 mosaic mutations in both patients. We further investigated the mosaic frequency in different tissues to gain insights into the mutation events contributing to the phenotype of widespread PAON. Our findings suggest that early postzygotic mutation causing mosaic GJB2 mutations may contribute to the widespread phenotype of PAON, thereby enriching the disease spectrum and mutation profile of PAON. The single‐unit monomer insertion (SUMI), derived from living/controlled polymerization, can be directly functionalized at the end or within the chain of polymers prepared by living/controlled polymerization, offering potential applications in the preparation of polymers with complex architectures. Many scenarios demand the simultaneous incorporation of monomers suitable for different polymerization methods into complex polymers. Therefore, it becomes imperative to utilize SUMI technologies with diverse mechanisms, especially those that are compatible with each other. Here, we reported the orthogonal SUMI technique, seamlessly combining radical and cationic SUMI approaches. Through the careful optimization of monomer and chain transfer agent pairs and adjustments to reaction conditions, we can efficiently execute both radical and cationic SUMI processes in one pot without mutual interference. The utilization of orthogonal SUMI pairs facilitates the integration of radical and cationic reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization in various configurations. This flexibility enables the synthesis of diblock, triblock, and star polymers that incorporate both cationically and radically polymerizable monomers. Moreover, we have successfully implemented a mixing mechanism of free radicals and cations in RAFT step‐growth polymerization, resulting in the creation of a side‐chain sequence‐controlled polymer brushes. Previous work shows that a maximal recovery strain of 8.4% after being bent at room temperature is realized in annealed cast polycrystalline Fe–Mn–Si‐based alloys because of the reduced annealing twin boundaries. Theoretically, higher recovery strains can be expected at cryogenic deformation by reducing thermal activation. To confirm this idea, martensitic transformation behaviors and the recovery strains after being bent at 77 K are investigated in the cast Fe–(20–26)Mn–5.5Si–8.5Cr–5Ni alloys. Herein, larger recovery strains as high as ≈10.0% are realized in an annealed cast Fe–23Mn–5.5Si–8.5Cr–5Ni alloy after being bent at 77 K. The reduced thermal activation together with suppressed formation of thermal‐induced martensite by optimizing Mn content can account for the larger recovery strain. In these results, a new avenue is opened up for further enhancement of the recovery strain in Fe–Mn–Si‐based shape memory alloys. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Noninvasive energy‐based device (NI‐EBD) aesthetic procedures has recently gained widespread usage for treating various skin conditions, enhancing skin texture and performing rejuvenation‐related procedures. However, practically all NI‐EBD procedures result in variable degrees of damage to the skin barrier, inducing pathological and physiological processes such as oxidative stress and inflammation, and only a small percentage of individuals possess the innate ability to restore it. Objective: To introduce the concept of integrated skincare and establish standardized operational procedures for perioperative integrated skincare, and furnish a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment performed by professional medical aestheticians. Methods: The author leveraged domestic and international guidelines, clinical practice expertise and evidence‐based research, adapting them to suit the specific circumstances in China. Results: The consensus were provided four parts, including concept and essence of integrated skincare, integrated skincare significance during the perioperative phase of NI‐EBD procedures, active ingredients and functions of effective skincare products, standardized perioperative skincare procedure for NI‐EBD procedures and precautions. For the standardized perioperative skincare procedure, four recommendations were listed according to different stages during NI‐EBD procedures. Conclusion: These recommendations create the 'Expert Consensus on Perioperative Integrated Skincare for Noninvasive Energy‐Based Device Aesthetic Procedures in Clinical Practice in China'. This paper demonstrates the on‐chip terahertz (THz) helical antenna based on metal self‐rolled‐up membrane (M‐SRuM) nanotechnology, which utilizes the residual stress in multilayer metal membrane deposited by electron beam (E‐beam) evaporation to provide the rolling force and to form the radiation body of the helical antenna. Precise design method is proposed based on multi‐physics modeling for mechanical and electrical analysis, and the two operating modes of on‐chip helical antenna are modeled and analyzed. The test results show that the normal mode of self‐rolled‐up THz helical antenna is able to operate at frequency as high as 0.223 THz with the corresponding impedance bandwidth of 13 GHz. The prosperity of the lithium‐ion battery market is inevitably accompanied by the depletion of corresponding resources and the accumulation of spent batteries in a dialectical manner. Spent lithium‐ion batteries are harboring the characteristics of hazardous waste and high‐value resources, so efficient recycling is of great significance. The cathode material is considered as an interesting target for repurposing. Despite some important reviews give commendable emphasis to recycling technologies, there is still a dearth of exploration of recycling mechanisms. This deficiency of awareness highlights the need for further research and development in this area. This review aims to systematically review and thoroughly discuss the reduction reaction mechanism of each method regarding different cathode materials. And systematically digest the selection of reducing agent and the effect of reduction reaction on material regeneration are systematically digested, as well as the impact of the reduction reaction on the regeneration of materials. This review emphasizes the importance of balancing efficiency, economic and environmental benefits in reuse technologies. Finally, the review proposes an outlook on the opportunities and challenges facing the reuse of key materials for next‐generation spent batteries aimed at promoting the green and sustainable development of lithium‐ion batteries, circular economy and ecological balance. Structured light can be encoded to carry information for free‐space optical communications with an extended degree of freedom to increase the capacity, however, the accuracy issue along with capacity increase is one of the biggest challenges that prevent practical applications. To achieve high accuracy with high capacity by a simple method, they propose the spatial nonlinear conversion of structured light into a communication network, especially, realizing an ultra‐high‐accuracy point‐to‐multipoint (PtoMP) information transmission link. A series of coherently superposed spatial modes and their spatial nonlinear conversion states are used as information carriers to replace the prior orbital angular momentum beams and greatly expand channel capacity within quite low spatial mode order. Through the spatial nonlinear conversion of simple dual‐mode superposition and a very basic neural network for machine learning‐based recognition, as high as 99.5% accuracy for more than 500 modes is obtained. By a combination of diffuse reflection screens and multiple CCDs, the large observation angle PtoMP information transmission is also proved to be feasible. Objective: We have developed explainable machine learning models to predict the overall survival (OS) of retroperitoneal liposarcoma (RLPS) patients. This approach aims to enhance the explainability and transparency of our modeling results. Methods: We collected clinicopathological information of RLPS patients from The Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database and allocated them into training and validation sets with a 7:3 ratio. Simultaneously, we obtained an external validation cohort from The First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University (Shanghai, China). We performed LASSO regression and multivariate Cox proportional hazards analysis to identify relevant risk factors, which were then combined to develop six machine learning (ML) models: Cox proportional hazards model (Coxph), random survival forest (RSF), ranger, gradient boosting with component‐wise linear models (GBM), decision trees, and boosting trees. The predictive performance of these ML models was evaluated using the concordance index (C‐index), the integrated cumulative/dynamic area under the curve (AUC), and the integrated Brier score, as well as the Cox–Snell residual plot. We also used time‐dependent variable importance, analysis of partial dependence survival plots, and the generation of aggregated survival SHapley Additive exPlanations (SurvSHAP) plots to provide a global explanation of the optimal model. Additionally, SurvSHAP (t) and survival local interpretable model‐agnostic explanations (SurvLIME) plots were used to provide a local explanation of the optimal model. Results: The final ML models are consisted of six factors: patient's age, gender, marital status, surgical history, as well as tumor's histopathological classification, histological grade, and SEER stage. Our prognostic model exhibits significant discriminative ability, particularly with the ranger model performing optimally. In the training set, validation set, and external validation set, the AUC for 1, 3, and 5 year OS are all above 0.83, and the integrated Brier scores are consistently below 0.15. The explainability analysis of the ranger model also indicates that histological grade, histopathological classification, and age are the most influential factors in predicting OS. Conclusions: The ranger ML prognostic model exhibits optimal performance and can be utilized to predict the OS of RLPS patients, offering valuable and crucial references for clinical physicians to make informed decisions in advance. Children's interpretations of parenting behaviors offer valuable insights into cultural meanings of parenting. This study examined how Chinese urban and rural children interpreted six different types of parental responses to children's negative emotions (PRCNE), which have traditionally been identified as supportive (e.g., emotion‐focused responses, problem‐focused responses, and expressive encouragement) versus nonsupportive ones (e.g., minimization, parental distress, punitive responses) in Western cultures. Based on surveyed samples of 976 children, demographically matched samples of 102 urban (Mage = 14.23 years) and 100 rural (Mage = 14.38 years) children were generated for analysis, using propensity score matching (PSM). Results revealed that compared with rural children, urban children rated problem‐focused responses as more normative, whereas parental distress and punitive responses as less normative. Additionally, urban children evaluated emotion‐focused responses, problem‐focused responses, expressive encouragement, and minimization as less negative, and parental distress as less positive than rural children. In urban communities, emotion‐focused responses, problem‐focused responses, and encouragement were evaluated most positively and least negatively, followed by minimization, and lastly parental distress and punitive responses. In rural communities, emotion‐focused responses and problem‐focused responses were evaluated most positively and least negatively, followed by encouragement and minimization, and lastly parental distress and punitive responses. Introduction: Regorafenib remains the standard and widely used second‐line strategy for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). There is still a lack of large‐scale multicenter real‐world evidence concerning the concurrent use of regorafenib with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI). This study aims to evaluate whether combining regorafenib with ICI provides greater clinical benefit than regorafenib monotherapy as second‐line therapy for advanced HCC under real‐world circumstances. Patients and Methods: The study included 208 patients from five medical facilities. One hundred forty‐three patients received regorafenib plus ICI combination therapy, while 65 patients received regorafenib monotherapy. Propensity score matching (PSM) analysis was employed. Results: The regorafenib plus ICI group demonstrated significantly higher objective response rate (24.3% vs. 10.3%, after PSM, p = 0.030) and disease control rate (79.4% vs. 50.0%, after PSM, p < 0.001) compared to the regorafenib monotherapy group based on mRECIST criteria. Median progression‐free survival (7.9 vs. 3.2 months, after PSM, p < 0.001) and overall survival (25.6 vs. 16.4 months, p = 0.010, after PSM) were also considerably longer in the regorafenib plus ICI group. The incidence of Grades 3–4 treatment‐related adverse events (TRAEs) was marginally greater in the regorafenib plus ICI group than in the regorafenib group (23.8% vs. 20.0%, p = 0.546). Notably, there were no instances of treatment‐related mortality or emergence of new TRAEs in any treatment group. Conclusion: The combination of regorafenib and ICI shows potential as a viable second‐line treatment for advanced HCC, exhibiting favorable efficacy while maintaining a tolerable safety profile in contrast to regorafenib monotherapy. This paper presents a highly maneuverable flapping‐wing flying robot (FWFR) capable of achieving high speeds and large roll angles. The airfoil of the wing is designed based on lift and drag generation mechanisms, and the wing is manufactured using the expanded polypropylene injection method. Drawing inspiration from the tail fin of natural falcons, the tail is designed and an aerodynamic model is established to guide the tail control surface's variation range. During the flight test, the FWFR demonstrates outstanding maneuverability. It achieves a rapid roll angle of 120∘ $12{0}^{\circ }$ within 1 s. Moreover, it exhibits a rapid descent, reaching a descent rate of 15 m in 2 s. Additionally, the FWFR attains a maximum speed of 20 m/s. The highly insulated solid discharge products in sodium‐oxygen (Na−O2) batteries induce large polarization and thus heavily threaten their cycle life. Controlment of discharge products taking efficient catalyst is a best way to solve this problem. Here, Mo‐doped BiVO4 as the catalyst produces large amounts of carrier, thus boosting the battery reaction and reducing the overpotential under the light assistance. Compared with the BiVO4 without Mo doping, the doped one has a lower recombination of photogenerated carriers, thus benefiting a large polarization suppression and Na−O2 batteries running for over 270 cycles under 3.65 V as well as a fine rate performance. Besides, Mo doping reduces the size of BiVO4, beneficial for the carrier transportation and more reactions due to the large specific surface area. Experiment combined with theoretical calculation shows that Mo doping is advantageous to enhancing catalytic activity of BiVO4 due to a lower work function for easier electron extraction, thus enhancing Na2O2 decomposition capability. This work undoubtedly inspires photocatalysts′ use for solving the insulated solid discharge products decomposition in metal‐O2 batteries and provides a guide for other photocatalysts possibilities. Upscaling flux tower measurements based on machine learning (ML) algorithms is an essential approach for large‐scale net ecosystem CO2 exchange (NEE) estimation, but existing ML upscaling methods face some challenges, particularly in capturing NEE interannual variations (IAVs) that may relate to lagged effects. With the capacity to characterize temporal memory effects, the Long Short‐Term Memory (LSTM) networks are expected to help solve this problem. Here we explored the potential of LSTM for predicting NEE across various ecosystems using flux tower data over 82 sites in North America. The LSTM model with differentiated plant function types (PFTs) demonstrates the capability to explain 79.19% (R2 = 0.79) of the monthly variations in NEE within the testing set, with RMSE and Mean Absolute Error values of 0.89 and 0.57 g C m−2 d−1 respectively (r = 0.89, p < 0.001). Moreover, the LSTM model performed robustly in predicting cross‐site variability, with 67.19% of the sites that can be predicted by both LSTM models with and without distinguished PFTs showing improved predictive ability. Most importantly, the IAV of predicted NEE highly correlated with that in flux observations (r = 0.81, p < 0.001), clearly outperforming that by the random forest model (r = −0.21, p = 0.011). Among all nine PFTs, solar‐induced chlorophyll fluorescence, downward shortwave radiation, and leaf area index are the most important variables for explaining NEE variations, collectively accounting for approximately 54.01% in total. This study highlights the great potential of LSTM for improving carbon flux upscaling with multi‐source remote sensing data. Future industrialization of organic photovoltaics (OPVs) requires OPVs' processing to be more energy‐efficient and streamlined. Currently, only MoO3 and PEDOT:PSS are commonly used as the anode interface layer (AIL). The processing of MoO3 typically involves vacuum thermal evaporation with stringent thickness requirements. PEDOT:PSS necessitates separate processing and thermal annealing at temperatures exceeding 100 °C to eliminate moisture. This work utilized 3,4,5‐trichlorobenzoic acid (3CBA) as the AIL material. The distinct advantage of 3CBA over PEDOT:PSS and MoO3 is the in situ self‐assembly of 3CBA eliminates the need for separate solution processing, thermal evaporation, or thermal annealing. Remarkably, OPV devices incorporating PM6, BTP‐eC9, and the 3CBA AIL exhibited a superior efficiency of 18.2% compared to those with PEDOT:PSS (17.7%). By using nonhalogenated solvent, o‐xylene, to meet industrialization requirements, the devices achieved an exceptional efficiency of 18.8%, the highest reported value among devices with in situ self‐assembled interface layers. Furthermore, semi‐transparent devices with 3CBA displayed higher PCE and AVT values (13.1% and 25.7%) than their PEDOT: PSS counterparts, due to the weak absorption of the 3CBA AIL. Mangiferin (MGN) is primarily found in the fruits, leaves, and bark of plants of the Anacardiaceae family, including mangoes. MGN exhibits various pharmacological effects, such as protection of the liver and gallbladder, anti-lipid peroxidation, and cancer prevention. This study aimed to investigate the effects of MGN supplementation during in vitro culture (IVC) on the antioxidant capacity of early porcine embryos and the underlying mechanisms involved. Porcine parthenotes in the IVC medium were exposed to different concentrations of MGN (0, 0.01, 0.1, and 1 µM). The addition of 0.1 µM MGN significantly increased the blastocyst formation rate of porcine embryos while reducing the apoptotic index and autophagy. Furthermore, the expression of antioxidation-related (SOD2, GPX1, NRF2, UCHL1), cell pluripotency (SOX2, NANOG), and mitochondria-related (TFAM, PGC1a) genes was upregulated. In contrast, the expression of apoptosis-related (CAS3, BAX) and autophagy-related (LC3B, ATG5) genes decreased after MGN supplementation. BACKGROUND: The maternal diet during gestation and lactation affects the health of the offspring. Konjac glucomannan (KGM) is a significantly functional polysaccharide in food research, possessing both antioxidant and prebiotic properties. However, the mechanisms of how KGM regulates maternal nutrition remain insufficient and limited. This study aimed to investigate maternal supplementation with KGM during late gestation and lactation to benefit both maternal and offspring generations. RESULTS: Our findings indicate that KGM improves serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL‐C) and antioxidant capacity. Furthermore, the KGM group displayed a significant increase in the feed intake‐related hormones neuropeptide tyrosine (NPY), Ghrelin, and adenosine monophosphate‐activated kinase (AMPK) levels. KGM modified the relative abundance of Clostridium, Candidatus Saccharimonas, unclassified Firmicutes, and unclassified Christensenellaceae in sow feces. Acetate, valerate, and isobutyrate were also improved in the feces of sows in the KGM group. These are potential target bacterial genera that may modulate the host's health. Furthermore, Spearman's correlation analysis unveiled significant correlations between the altered bacteria genus and feed intake‐related hormones. More importantly, KGM reduced interleukin‐6 (IL‐6) levels in milk, further improved IL‐10 levels, and reduced zonulin levels in the serum of offspring. Background: Malformations of cortical development (MCD) are a group of congenital disorders characterized by structural abnormalities in the brain cortex. The clinical manifestations include refractory epilepsy, mental retardation, and cognitive impairment. Genetic factors play a key role in the etiology of MCD. Currently, there is no curative treatment for MCD. Phenotypes such as epilepsy and cerebral palsy cannot be observed in the fetus. Therefore, the diagnosis of MCD is typically based on fetal brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, or genetic testing. The recent advances in neuroimaging have enabled the in‐utero diagnosis of MCD using fetal ultrasound or MRI. Methods: The present study retrospectively reviewed 32 cases of fetal MCD diagnosed by ultrasound or MRI. Then, the chromosome karyotype analysis, single nucleotide polymorphism array or copy number variation sequencing, and whole‐exome sequencing (WES) findings were presented. Results: Pathogenic copy number variants (CNVs) or single‐nucleotide variants (SNVs) were detected in 22 fetuses (three pathogenic CNVs [9.4%, 3/32] and 19 SNVs [59.4%, 19/32]), corresponding to a total detection rate of 68.8% (22/32). Conclusion: The results suggest that genetic testing, especially WES, should be performed for fetal MCD, in order to evaluate the outcomes and prognosis, and predict the risk of recurrence in future pregnancies. Focusing on a new kind of solid propellants, which takes the ammonium dinitramide (ADN) as the high‐energetic oxidant, and 3,3‐bis(azidomethyl)oxetane and tetrahydrofuran copolymers (PBT) as the high‐energetic fuel binder, the burning rates and the theoretical performance of the propellant were measured under different ADN contents, ADN sizes and pressures. The burning rates increased from 7.9 mm/s to 117.4 mm/s and 49.1 mm/s to 74.2 mm/s when the pressure increased from 0.1 MPa to 10 MPa and from 12 MPa to 20 MPa separately, with a singularity in the pressure dependence of the burning rate at around 10 MPa. In terms of the effect of the ADN content, under the experiment pressures from 0.5 MPa to 5.0 MPa, the burning rates of the propellant were promoted by the increase of the oxidizer loading in a range of 50 wt% to 75 wt%, with a transition from a kinetically‐controlled reaction to a diffusion‐controlled one. Within the condition scope of this study, no obvious effect of the ADN sizes on the propellant combustion properties was observed. The utilization of alloyed 2D transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) has become a pivotal approach for addressing challenges in material applications. The judicious selection of dopant constituents offers a potent means to finely modulate the materials' bandgap, consequently broadening the potential applications of 2D materials. In the context of an investigation, Mo1−x−yRexWyS2 is successfully synthesized using chemical vapor deposition. In this work, an original Si/SiGe heterojunction tunneling field‐effect transistor which has a double‐stacked heterogeneous oxide gate (HfO2/Al2O3) structure (DSG–HJ–TFET) is designed and investigated by Sentaurus technology computer aided design (TCAD) simulation software. To ensure good interface quality, a stacked oxide gate dielectric of Al2O3 and HfO2 is proposed. The on‐state current (Ion) is increased though improving the carrier mobility degradation caused by the poor quality of interface between the high‐κ dielectric and semiconductor. Moreover, a heterojunction with SiGe (source)/Si (channel) and pocket layer which is inserted between the source region and the channel is adopted to reduce the tunneling barrier and improve the Ion. Therefore, the higher Ion is obtained by the proposed DSG–HJ–TFET. In the simulation results, it is shown that Ion of DSG–HJ–TFET is increased by three orders of magnitude compared with that of the conventional high‐κ gate dielectric TFET structure. In addition, the off‐state current (Ioff) of 4.91 × 10−11 μA μm−1, the minimum subthreshold swing of 14 mV dec−1, the Ion/Ioff ratio of 1.13 × 1012, transconductance of 260 μS μm−1, fT of 49.8 GHz, and gain bandwidth product (GBW) of 7.2 GHz are obtained. This paper addressed the challenges associated with the complexity, numerous parameters, computational resource demands, and slow processing speed of transformer fault identification models based on deep learning technologies. Sparse convolutional neural network (CNN) approach is proposed for identifying faults related to dissolved gases in oil. Leveraging an improved Gramian angular field, one‐dimensional fault samples are converted into two‐dimensional feature images and data augmentation is implemented to meet the input requirements of deep learning models. Building upon visual geometry group (VGG)19 and residual networks (ResNet)50 networks for fault diagnosis, sparsity techniques are introduced through pruning, the fusion of convolution layers and batch normalization layers, and parameter quantization. Numerical experiments and performance evaluations on dissolved gas in transformer oil fault data demonstrate that the proposed method effectively reduced model complexity, minimized parameter count, conserved computational resources, and improved processing speed while maintaining a considerable level of fault identification accuracy. The mini‐outburst of black hole X‐ray binaries (BHXBs) is a re‐bright event of light curve, which is often detected in BHXBs with the low orbital period, such as XTE J1650‐500 (Porb≈7.69±0.02hr$$ {P}_{\mathrm{orb}}\approx 7.69\pm 0.02\kern0.22em \mathrm{hr} $$), GRO J0422+32 (Porb≈5.091850±0.000005hr$$ {P}_{\mathrm{orb}}\approx 5.091850\pm 0.000005\kern0.22em \mathrm{hr} $$) and Swift J1753.5‐0127 (Porb≈3.244±0.001hr$$ {P}_{\mathrm{orb}}\approx 3.244\pm 0.001\kern0.22em \mathrm{hr} $$). Because of its low X‐ray luminosity, the physics properties of mini‐outburst is still unclear. GX 339‐4 is a famous BHXBs with the orbital period Porb=16.9hr$$ {P}_{\mathrm{orb}}=16.9\kern0.22em \mathrm{hr} $$ and present many normal outburst and failed outburst over the past decades. However, the mini‐outburst is not still detected in GX 339‐4. In this work, using the Rossi X‐ray Timing Explorer (RXTE) observations, we investigated the energy spectrum properties of the GX 339‐4 outburst in 2004 and confirmed that the outburst in 2004 is a mini‐outburst. It is very interest that the mini‐outburst has been through a whole state transition from Low/Hard state to High/Soft state. We also give a comparison between the normal outburst in 2002 and the mini‐outburst in 2004. And we find that the two outburst present a similar Hardness‐Intensity diagram and spectral properties, which suggest that the normal outburst and mini‐outburst have a similar physics. One normal outburst and three mini‐outbursts have been detected by Rossi X‐ray Timing Explorer (RXTE) satellite after 2000 in the well‐known black hole X‐ray binary XTE J1550‐564. In our work, we explored the energy spectral properties of the four outbursts and the three mini‐outbursts retained in the Low/Hard state. The results show that the X‐ray spectra of the three mini‐outbursts are harder than that of normal outburst and have no disk component. In the correlation analysis, the Γ−LX/LEdd$$ \Gamma -{L}_{\mathrm{X}}/{L}_{\mathrm{Edd}} $$ anti‐relationship of the three mini‐outbursts suggested that it may be a result of the incomplete evolutionary success of Shakura‐Sunyaev disk. The whole X‐ray spectral correlation evolution shows well the state transition from the Shakura‐Sunyaev disk to the advection‐dominated accretion flow. The presence of protein aggregates in numerous human diseases underscores the significance of detecting these aggregates to comprehend disease mechanisms and develop novel therapeutic approaches for combating these disorders. Despite the development of various biosensors and fluorescent probes that selectively target amyloid fibers or amorphous aggregates, there is still a lack of tools capable of simultaneously detecting both types of aggregates. Herein, we demonstrate the quantitative discernment of amorphous aggregates by QM‐FN‐SO3, an aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) probe initially designed for detecting amyloid fibers. This probe easily penetrates the membranes of the widely‐used prokaryotic model organism Escherichia coli, enabling the visualization of both amorphous aggregates and amyloid fibers through near‐infrared fluorescence. Notably, the probe exhibits sensitivity in distinguishing the varying aggregation propensities of proteins, regardless of whether they form amorphous aggregates or amyloid fibers in vivo. These properties contribute to the successful application of the QM‐FN‐SO3 probe in the subsequent investigation of the antiaggregation activities of two outer membrane protein (OMP) chaperones, both in vitro and in their physiological environment. Overall, our work introduces a near‐infrared fluorescent chemical probe that can quantitatively detect amyloid fibers and amorphous aggregates with high sensitivity in vitro and in vivo. Using their own triazine groups as natural receptors, the introduction of various donor units to construct donor‐receptor configuration in covalent triazine frameworks (CTFs) has been shown to be an effective strategy to improve photocatalytic activity. In this work, the effect of donor unit content (D‐content) on the photoelectric properties and photocatalytic activity of CTFs was thoroughly investigated. Four analogous CTFs with different D‐content have been rationally designed and synthesized, in which the bithiophene (Btp) as the donor unit and triazine as the acceptor unit. And CTF‐Btp with the highest D‐content showed the best photocatalytic activity. The experimental and theoretical results indicated this improvement is attributed to stronger visible light absorption capacity and higher photoinduced charge carrier separation efficiency. This study elucidates the relationship between the structural features of CTFs with varying D‐content and their photocatalytic activity, offering a promising strategy for developing efficient photocatalysts. Previous studies have shown that the tropical instability waves (TIWs) in the Equatorial Pacific are enhanced during La Niña and suppressed during El Niño. Unlike El Niño which tends to decay quickly, La Niña often persists through the subsequent one or 2 years, becoming a multiyear La Niña. Using a time‐dependent and space‐localized energetics formalism and a suite of observational and reanalysis data, we found that the eddy kinetic energy (EKE) associated with TIWs only peaks during the first‐year La Niña and decreases significantly during the second‐year La Niña. This is caused, to the first order, by the weaker equatorial cold tongue near the equator and anomalous cooling in the off‐equator regions during the second‐year La Niña, as compared to the first‐year La Niña, which leads to a significant decrease in meridional density shear, and thus a reduction in baroclinic instability. Meanwhile, the weakened South Equatorial Current during the second‐year La Niña also contribute to EKE decrease by transferring less kinetic energy to the TIWs via barotropic instability. The meridionally broad spatial pattern of negative temperature anomalies during the second‐year La Niña is the major reason for the weakened TIW activity. An energetics analysis reveals that baroclinic instability, a dominant energy source of the TIWs, is significantly weakened during the second‐year La Niña. Meanwhile, the strength of barotropic instability (another major energy source of the TIWs) is also reduced. Our study indicates the importance of both baroclinic and barotropic instabilities in shaping the interannual evolution of TIWs during the multiyear La Niña. Wide‐bandgap (WBG) perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are acknowledged as promising candidates for tandem solar cells and building photovoltaics. It is well known that cesium‐based all‐inorganic halide WBG perovskites possess the comparable optoelectronic properties as the organic–inorganic counterparts, but exhibit superior thermal stability. Among them, CsPbIBr2 is considered a feasible material for tandem solar cells after balancing the bandgap and stability of the inorganic perovskite. However, CsPbIBr2 PSCs are often subjected to drastic interfacial charge recombination especially in carbon‐based device structure derived from the chemical bonding defects (i.e., uncoordinated Pb2+) naked on CsPbIBr2 soft lattice, which dramatically limits overall efficiency of CsPbIBr2 WBG PSCs. Herein, a trimethyl ammonium salt hexyltrimethylammonium bromide is presented for CsPbIBr2/carbon interfacial modification. Benefiting from the −N+(CH3)3 passivation effect and −C6H13 hydrophobic alkyl chain, the optimal device with highly smooth morphology and sufficient charge extraction exhibits a champion power conversion efficiency of 11.24% and improved long‐term stability with 99.7% and 79.7% efficiency retention under dry air atmosphere and continuous 85 °C thermal stress, indicating the valuable potential application of the lattice solidified CsPbIBr2 WBG PSCs. The extant literature has generated inconclusive findings concerning the effect of pay for individual performance (PFIP) on creativity. Supplementing self‐determination theory with compensation‐activation theory, we theorized and tested the moderating roles of individual cultural values of vertical and horizontal collectivist orientations on the relationship between PFIP and employee creativity as mediated by intrinsic motivation. The empirical results of two field studies provided convergent support for the intrinsic motivation mechanism underlying the positive relationship between PFIP and employee creativity among individuals with high vertical (but not horizontal) collectivist orientations. Achieving robust yet reversible adhesion between hydrogels and diverse substrates is of great importance and technically challenging. A family of phase‐segregated hydrogel adhesives with cooperative energy dissipation is reported. The resultant hydrogels display abundant nano‐aggregates comprising hydrophobic clusters and hydrogen‐bonded nanocrystals for efficient dissipation, and accumulated interfacial physical bonding like hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interactions for intrinsic adhesion work, thus synergistically leading to super tough yet reversible adhesion. Additionally, the size of nano‐aggregates can be well‐tuned by varying time of solvent exchange followed by dry‐annealing and swelling, thus enabling switchable mechanical robustness and water content as well as unprecedented interfacial toughness exceeding 3300 J m−2 on the polyhydric surfaces. Perovskite light‐emitting diodes (PeLEDs) have shown great potential for low‐cost display and lighting technologies, and all‐inorganic blue PeLEDs are recognized as a promising substitute for blue fluorescent/phosphorescent organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) owing to their superior color purity and great stability potential. However, confined by the solution fabrication process, depositing multi‐layered white PeLEDs remains a challenge. Here, a newly designed hybrid perovskite/organic tandem white LED (POTWLED), integrated with a bottom blue PeLED unit and a top orange/(orange + red) OLED unit, to prevent damage to the underlying perovskite layer caused by the deposition of the top emitting layers, is reported. To optimize the performance of POTWLEDs, a conductive passivator of 2,8‐bis(diphenylphosphoryl)dibenzo[b,d] thiophene, with a strong surface binding group of P═O, is introduced to passivate perovskite defects, which promotes a maximum external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 17.3% for blue PeLEDs with an emission peak at 488 nm. As a result, based on the optimized blue PeLED units, a maximum EQE of 23.9% with a low color temperature of 2522 K is obtained for POTWLEDs, which is the highest efficiency for perovskite‐based WLEDs, illustrating the great potential of the hybrid tandem device in fabricating high‐performance perovskite‐based WLEDs.
