Abstract

The article discusses psychiatric and behavioural adverse drug reactions (ADRs) to glucocorticoids in children and adolescents. A study using data from the French Pharmacovigilance Database (FBD) found that high doses of glucocorticoids increase the risk of ADRs in children and adolescents. The most frequent ADRS were agitation, excitation, and sleep disturbances.
