In order to provide more comfortable living space for the elderly, this paper proposes an interior design method of aging housing based on intelligent home system of Internet of things sensors. Taking the residential area as the background environment, create the living space and environment for the elderly through intelligent means. There is a close relationship between the intelligent system in the room and the management center of the residential area and other users in the residential area. Firstly, through the theoretical research on the concepts of home-based elderly care and intelligent elderly care, the development process of intelligent elderly care is described. Finally, in the "people-oriented" concept, summarize and analyze the design methods of intelligent elderly care housing. The application results show that the interior form of the residence, the entrance of the lobby, the bedroom, and the kitchen should be designed for aging and intellectualization, respectively. For example, the clear width of the main passage of the bedroom should be greater than 900 mm, and its direction should be to the long side leading to the bed. With the development of wireless communication technology, video and multimedia have become an integral part of visual communication design. Designers want higher interactivity, diversity, humanization, and plurality of attributes in the process of visual communication. To address the problem of transmitting HD video in a heterogeneous wireless network with multiple concurrent streams to improve the transmission rate and thus enhance the user experience, with the optimization goal of minimizing the system transmission delay and the delay difference between paths, the video sender and receiver are jointly considered, and the video transmission rate and the cache size at the receiver are adaptively adjusted to improve the user experience, and a cooperative wireless communication video transmission based on the control model for video transmission based on cooperative wireless communication is established, and video streams with self-similarity and long correlation are studied based on Pareto distribution and P / P / l queuing theory, based on which an adaptive streaming decision method for video streams in heterogeneous wireless networks is proposed. With this backdrop, policymakers and consumer educators need retirement financial service providers to play the crucial role of helping consumers make economic decisions with regard to retirement plans and ultimately build retirement assets. This research of how retirement financial services advertising attempted to inform, communicate and persuade investors during the past four years (2006-2009) includes two crucial events in the US retirement marketplace-the Pension Protection Act of 2006 and the 2007/2008 US financial crisis. A content analysis examined the type of information, the communication strategies and the judgmental heuristic cues presented in a total of 1,430 retirement financial service advertisements in six national US business-finance magazines from 2006 to 2009.
