The article reports on the high Helicobacter pylori resistance rates for clarithromycin in the past 20 years in Australia and H. pylori resistance rates being 21.4% for clarithromycin in Europe. Focuses on the Emerging parameters relevant to the management of antimicrobial-resistant Helicobacter pylori infection.
