The article presents a case study of a 20-year-old man with large right-sided scrotal and abdominal swelling in hypogastric region associated with severe abdominal pain. He was subjected to catheterization and swellings revealed positive transillumination examination. Ultrasonography showed bilocular cystic swellings in right ingual canal. The article discusses Hydroecele-en-bisac commonly kown as abdominoscrotal hydrocele (ASH), which one the most uncommon condition encountered by surgeons.
