This research explores how green social media influencers affect consumers' electronic word‐of‐mouth behaviour regarding green products by developing cohesive relationships. Grounded in social capital theory and relational cohesion theory, this study aims to understand how green social media influencers can build cohesive relationships with their followers and the subsequent effects of these relationships using a mixed‐method research design. The quantitative study (Study 1) uses a sample of 471 social media users who follow and interact with at least one green social media influencer and employs partial least squares structural equation modelling to analyse the data. The results show that green social media influencers' cognitive capital and relational capital significantly trigger social interaction frequency, which, in turn, evokes positive mood and reduces uncertainty. This process fosters cohesive relationships and drives electronic word‐of‐mouth behaviour about green products. The study also examines how gender moderates the impact of cognitive and relational capital on social interaction frequency and its subsequent effects on relational cohesion and electronic word‐of‐mouth behaviours. The subsequent qualitative study (Study 2) corroborates the quantitative results and provides complementary findings, enhancing the understanding of how green social media influencers can use their social capital to develop cohesive relationships with consumers and drive electronic word‐of‐mouth behaviours. Background: Current guidelines recommend adrenal venous sampling (AVS) for subtyping primary aldosteronism (PA). However, bilateral adrenal cannulation failure is common especially at low‐volume centers. The role of unilateral‐cannulating AVS in selecting patients for unilateral adrenalectomy is unclear. Methods: Fifty consecutive patients underwent AVS between 2009 and 2023 and thirty‐three (66%) underwent unilateral adrenalectomy. We defined unilateral PA (uPA) by the normalized plasma aldosterone and the aldosterone–renin ratio following unilateral adrenalectomy. We examined the effectiveness of unilateral‐cannulating AVS in identifying uPA. Results: 88%, 50%, and 48% of patients had the left, right, and bilateral adrenal veins successfully cannulated, respectively. Among patients with bilateral successful cannulation, a lateralization index (LI) > 4 provided a sensitivity of 100% and a positive predictive value (PPV) of 86.7% for uPA. Thresholds for the contralateral suppression index (CSI) and relative aldosterone secretion index (RASI) were derived from this subgroup and applied to the entire cohort. CSI <0.5 demonstrated a sensitivity of 76.5% and PPV of 92.9% for uPA, whereas RASI >2.4 showed a sensitivity of 85.0% and PPV of 94.4% for uPA. With CSI <0.5 or RASI >2.4 combined, a higher PPV (95.5%) was achieved when compared to computed tomography and iodocholesterol scintigraphy (86.2% and 62.5%, respectively). Conclusion: Despite unsuccessful bilateral cannulation, our study confirms that unilateral‐cannulating AVS can effectively select patients for unilateral adrenalectomy based on a combination of CSI or RASI criteria. Loneliness has become a significant public health issue among community‐dwelling older adults particularly those with multimorbidity. Family caregivers are crucial care resources for dependent older adults living in the community before transitioning to institutional services. However, understanding of their perceptions in supporting older adults with multimorbidity to cope with loneliness is limited. This qualitative study aimed to elucidate on the experiences of caring and explore the experiences and perceptions of family caregivers in supporting older community‐dwelling adults with multimorbidity to cope with loneliness. Eleven family caregivers, aged 51–93 years old, with at least 2 years of caregiving experience were purposively recruited and interviewed individually. The Consolidated Criteria for Reporting Qualitative Research (COREQ) checklist was utilised to report the study. Three key themes were generated from the inductive analysis: (1) recognising older adults' loneliness through the expression of unusual emotions, behaviour/s, social network alteration and speech; (2) variations in perceptions and responses to loneliness among different family caregiving relationships; and (3) challenges in addressing loneliness. Positive feedback from cared‐for older adults was appreciated by their family caregivers which in turn motivated further actions to alleviate loneliness. The findings emphasised the importance of developing specific patients and family caregivers centred interventions, such as communication skills training to enhance effective communications. Cultural values and norms of individuals should be respected in those interventions, ensuring that emotional expression is facilitated in a comfortable way for both older patients and family caregivers. We present a rare case of tracheal schwannoma, the first reported in Hong Kong, emphasizing the diagnostic challenges and treatment outcomes. A 54‐year‐old woman with respiratory symptoms underwent evaluations revealing a tracheal mass causing luminal narrowing. Emergency operation with rigid bronchoscopy and cryoablation successfully removed the tumor. Follow‐up bronchoscopies showed a gradual reduction in residual tumor size, with no evidence of recurrence after 3.5 years postoperation. Tracheal schwannomas are exceedingly rare, often resulting in delayed diagnosis. Clinicians should maintain a high suspicion of tracheal tumors in patients with unexplained respiratory symptoms. Spirometry and flow volume loop analysis aid in identifying upper airway obstruction. Rigid bronchoscopy is preferred for diagnosis and treatment, ensuring airway stability and obtaining tissue samples. Surgical resection remains the mainstay, but observation after endoscopic resection may be considered. This case highlights the successful management of tracheal schwannoma through endoscopic resection and cryoablation, emphasizing the need for further studies and case reports on this rare entity. Introduction Patients with advanced ovarian cancer often require radical cytoreductive surgery and chemotherapy, with or without targeted therapy. Return to intended oncological therapy after surgery is a crucial metric, as delay can worsen survival. The concept of return to intended oncological therapy is important because it highlights the need for not just successful surgical outcomes, but also the ability to continue with the comprehensive cancer treatment plan. Methods A comprehensive review of the literature was conducted to identify relevant English language studies published from January 2010 to September 2024. Results Delayed return to intended oncological therapy after surgery was associated with poor survival outcomes in ovarian cancer. This narrative review investigates how pre-operative counselling and education; optimisation of the patient's medical condition; meticulous surgical planning and execution; early recognition of complications; and comprehensive postoperative care influence return to intended therapy in gynaecological surgery. Effective multidisciplinary care involving anaesthetists; nurses; physiotherapists; dietitians; psychologists; and the patient's relatives or friends, can prevent complications and ensure timely return to intended oncological therapy. Discussion Awareness and management of factors affecting return to intended oncological therapy are essential for improving outcomes in patients with advanced ovarian cancer. We highlight the importance of multidisciplinary care (including enhanced recovery after surgery programmes) and the factors affecting these including age; nutrition; and occurrence of postoperative complications. Aims: Both pioglitazone and glucagon‐like peptide 1 receptor agonists (GLP1RA) alone improve metabolic dysfunction‐associated steatohepatitis (MASH) in randomized clinical trials, whereas preclinical studies suggested MASH benefits with sodium glucose co‐transporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT2i). In the real world, patients with type 2 diabetes often require multiple agents for glycaemic control. Here, we investigated the benefits of combining these agents on risks of MASH. Materials and Methods: Longitudinal changes in FibroScan‐aspartate aminotransferase (FAST) score were measured in 888 patients with type 2 diabetes. Use of pioglitazone, GLP1RA and/or SGLT2i was defined as continuous prescriptions of ≥180 days prior to their last reassessment FibroScan. Multivariable logistic regression analysis was conducted to evaluate the associations between use of these agents and FAST score changes. Results: Over a median follow‐up of 3.9 years, the increasing number of these agents used was significantly associated with more reductions in FAST score (p for trend <0.01). Dual combination was independently associated with a higher likelihood of achieving low FAST score at reassessment than single use of any of these agents (odds ratio [OR] 2.84, p = 0.01). Among the different drug combinations, using SGLT2i and pioglitazone (median dose 15 mg daily) together, as compared to not using any of these three agents, was associated with a higher likelihood of both low FAST score at reassessment (OR 6.51, p = 0.008) and FAST score regression (OR 12.52, p = 0.009), after adjusting for changes in glycaemic control and body weight during the study. Disorders of developmental delay can occur from pathogenic variants in genes responsible for epigenetic regulation. Heterozygous and biallelic pathogenic variants in TET3 have recently been described in TET3‐related Beck–Fahrner syndrome (TET3‐BEFAHRS), representing an autosomal dominant disorder with variable expressivity. Typical features include intellectual disability and developmental delay. Patients can also present with facial dysmorphism, seizure disorder, ophthalmic findings, and other neurobehavioral features. As the condition has recently been described and few patients have been reported in literature, the full scope of the phenotypic spectrum and approaches to identify them are still emerging. We report an individual meeting the criteria for TET3‐BEFAHRS confirmed through clinical, genetic, and DNA methylation episignature analysis, who uniquely presents with bilateral chorioretinal and unilateral right iris colobomata. This case suggests a broader ophthalmic phenotype to TET3‐BEFAHRS and demonstrates the utility of episignatures for the diagnosis of Mendelian disorders of epigenetic machinery. Summary: Photoperiod is an environmental signal that varies predictably across the year. Therefore, the duration of sunlight available for photosynthesis and in turn the ability of plants to accumulate carbon resources also fluctuates across the year. To adapt to these variations in photoperiod, the metabolic daylength measurement (MDLM) system measures the photosynthetic period rather than the absolute photoperiod, translating it into seasonal gene expression changes linked to photoperiodic growth. In this Tansley Insight, we briefly summarize the current understanding of the MDLM system and highlight gaps in our knowledge. Given the system's critical role in seasonal growth, understanding the MDLM system is essential for enhancing plant adaptation to different photoperiods and optimizing agricultural production. Sodium‐ion batteries (SIBs), recognized for their abundant resource availability, are emerging as a viable alternative to conventional batteries. Nevertheless, sluggish electrons/ions kinetics impedes further advancement in SIBs technology. Herein, a novel microcrystalline‐MoSe2/amorphous‐MoSexOy (C‐MoSe2/A‐MoSexOy) is developed through in situ low‐temperature oxidation of crystalline MoSe2. The microcrystalline MoSe2 acts as a robust framework, while the amorphous MoSexOy phase fills the interstitial spaces. This anode material is characterized by an optimized microcrystalline‐amorphous heterointerface. The resultant charge self‐regulation effect can be exploited to modulate active electron states, thereby ensuring high‐speed and stable sodium storage performance. The heterointerface demonstrates an ultrahigh specific capacity (641.0 mAh g−1 at 0.5 A g−1) and maintains splendid rate performances up to 100 A g−1 (324.2 mAh g−1). Detailed theoretical and experimental researches indicate that the enhanced performance results from the production of active electronic states, which are initiated by the charge self‐regulation effect at the microcrystalline‐amorphous heterointerface in C‐MoSe2/A‐MoSexOy, featuring active Mo─Se bonds, which regulates the interfacial charge redistribution and facilitate electron transfer across the active interface between the microcrystalline and amorphous phases. The findings suggest that the charge self‐regulation effect, prompted by the heterointerface network, inherently accelerates electron/ion transport, offering a promising electrode design strategy for fast‐charging batteries. Usher syndrome (USH) is the most common cause of deafblindness. USH is autosomal recessively inherited and characterized by rod‐cone dystrophy or retinitis pigmentosa (RP), often accompanied by sensorineural hearing loss. Variants in >15 genes have been identified as causative for clinically and genetically distinct subtypes. Among the ultra‐rare and recently discovered genes is ARSG, coding for the lysosomal sulfatase Arylsulfatase G. This subtype was assigned as "USH IV" with a late onset of RP and usually late‐onset progressive SNHL without vestibular involvement. Here, we describe nine new subjects and the clinical description of four cases with the USH IV phenotype bearing seven novel and two known pathogenic variants. Functional experiments indicated the complete loss of sulfatase enzymatic activity upon ectopic expression of mutated ARSG cDNA. Interestingly, we identified a homozygous missense variant, p.(Arg99His), previously described in dogs with neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis. Our study expands the genetic landscape of ARSG‐USH IV and the number of known subjects by more than 30%. These findings highlight that USH IV likely has been underdiagnosed and emphasize the need to test molecularly unresolved subjects with deafblindness syndrome. A semi‐analytical method for the near‐field antiplane wave propagation analysis in the layered fluid‐saturated porous media (FSPM) is proposed based on the Biot u–U dynamic formulation. The wave propagation equations of the FSPM are decoupled by the variable‐separating method. The thin‐layer element method (TLEM) is applied to discretize the infinite domain and construct the consistent artificial boundary condition. The finite element method (FEM) is adopted for the space discretization of the finite domain and the numerical solution of the dynamic response. The proposed method is validated by the comparison of the numerical results of this method with those in the published references and acquired from the remote artificial boundary. Subsequently, this method is applied to investigate typical near‐field antiplane wave propagation problems in the FSPM. Parametric sensitivity investigations are also executed to explore the impact of mechanical parameters, including permeability coefficients, porosity, and shear modulus of the solid phase, on the dynamic response of the FSPM. Exploring advanced electrolysis techniques for attaining scene‐adaptive and on‐site green H2 production is an imperative matter of utmost practical significance but grand challenge remains. Herein, drawn inspiration from a spontaneous hydrazine‒H2O galvanic cell configured on a low‐valence Ru single atoms‐loaded Mo2C electrode (RuSA/v‐Mo2C), an alternative H2 energy solution utilizing self‐powered electrochemical hydrazine splitting (N2H4 → 2H2 + N2) instead of the stereotyped electricity‐consumed water splitting for green H2 production is proposed. This solution highlights a pH‐decoupled hydrazine‒H2O primary battery with notable open‐circuit voltage of 1.37 V and energy density up to 358 Wh gN2H4−1, which powerfully propels an alkaline hydrazine splitting cell, leading to bilateral H2 harvest with a remarkable rate of 18 mol h−1 m−2, i.e., 403.2 L h−1 m−2, setting a new record for the self‐sustaining electricity‐powered H2 production systems. The success of RuSA/v‐Mo2C for this solution is further decoded by tandem theoretical and in situ spectroscopic studies, cross‐verifying a Ru‒Mo dual‐site synergy in streamlining the overall energy barriers, thereby enhancing the kinetics of electrode reactions. This pioneering work, showcasing electrochemical H2 production free from both external energy and feedstock inputs, opens up a new horizon on way of the ultimate H2 energy solution. Constructing structurally robust and catalytically active metal nanoclusters for catalyzing multi‐component reactions is an interesting while challenging task. Inspired by Lewis acid and Lewis base catalysis, we realized the combination of both Lewis acid and Lewis base sites on the surface of a stable gold nanocluster Au35Cd2. The catalytic potential of Au35Cd2 in four‐component Ugi reaction was explored, demonstrating high activity and exceptional recyclability. In‐depth mechanism studies indicate that the catalytic synergy of the Lewis acid/base pair is crucial for the high efficiency of Au35Cd2‐catalyzed Ugi reaction. Bearing the stable structure, multiple activation sites and hierarchical chirality, Au35Cd2 is expected to display further interesting catalytic performance such as asymmetric catalysis. Smart materials enabling emission intensity or wavelength tuning by light stimulus have attracted attention in cutting‐edge fields. However, due to the general limitation of the dense molecular stacking (in solid states, especially in crystals) on photoresponsivity, constructing rapidly phototunable solid‐state luminescent systems remains challenging. Herein, we present a new luminophore that serves as both a photoresponsive and a luminous group with enhanced conformational freedom to attain this goal, namely, relying on photoexcitation‐induced molecular conformational change of an ionized persulfurated arene based on weak intermolecular aliphatic C−H⋅⋅⋅π interaction. Together with the phosphorescence characteristic of the molecule itself, rapidly enhanced phosphorescence upon irradiation can be observed in a series of phase states, like solution state, crystal, and amorphous state, especially with a high photoresponsive rate of 0.033 s−1 in crystal state that is superior to the relevant reported cases. Moreover, a rapidly phototunable afterglow effect is achieved by extending this molecule into some polymer‐based doping systems, endowing the system with unique dynamic imaging and fast photopatterning capabilities. This single‐luminophore molecular engineering and underlying mechanism have implications for building other condensed functional materials, principally for those with stimuli responses in solid states. Background: Cardiac computed tomography (CT) exams are some of the most complex CT exams due to the need to carefully time the scan when the heart chambers are near the peak contrast concentration. With current "bolus tracking" and "timing bolus" techniques, after contrast medium is injected, a target vessel or chamber is scanned periodically, and images are reconstructed to monitor the opacification. Both techniques have opportunities for improvement, such as reducing the contrast medium volume, the exam time, the number of manual steps, and improving the robustness of correctly timing the peak opacification. Purpose: The objective of our study is to (1) develop a novel autonomous cardiac CT clinical workflow to track contrast bolus dynamics directly from pulsed x‐ray projections, (2) develop a new five‐dimensional virtual cardiac CT data generation tool with programmable cardiac profiles and bolus dynamics, and (3) demonstrate the feasibility of projection‐domain prospective bolus tracking using a neural network trained and tested with the virtual data to find the contrast peak. Methods: In our proposed workflow, pulsed mode projections (PMPs) are acquired with a wide‐open collimator under sparse view conditions (monitoring phase). Each time a new PMP is acquired, the neural network is used to estimate the contrast enhancement inside the target chambers. To train such a network, we introduce a new approach to generate clinically realistic virtual scan data based on a five‐dimensional cardiac model, by synthesizing user‐defined contrast bolus dynamics and patient electrocardiogram profiles. In this study, we investigated a scenario with one single PMP per rotation. To find the optimal PMP view angle, 20 angles were explored. For each angle, 300 virtual exams were generated from 115 human subject datasets and divided into training, validation, and testing groups. Twenty neural networks were trained and evaluated in total to find the optimal network. Finally, a simple bolus peak time estimation algorithm was developed and evaluated by comparing to the ground truth bolus peak time. Results: To evaluate the accuracy of a bolus time‐intensity curve estimated by the network, the cosine similarity between the estimation and the ground truth was computed. The cosine similarity was larger than 0.97 for all projection angles. A view angle corresponding to the x‐ray tube at 30 degrees from vertical (left‐anterior of subject) showed the lowest errors. The amplitude of the estimated bolus curves (in Hounsfield Units) was not always correctly predicted, but the shape was accurately predicted. This resulted in an RMSE of 1.23 s for the left chambers and 0.78 s for the right chambers in the contrast peak time estimation. Conclusion: In this study, we proposed an innovative real‐time way to predict the contrast bolus peak in cardiac CT as well as an innovative approach to train a neural network using virtual but clinically realistic data. Our trained network successfully estimated the shape of the time‐intensity curve for the target chambers, which led to accurate bolus peak time estimation. Objective: Otolaryngologists are at a significantly greater risk of being sued than most other physicians. To date, there is a lack of studies characterizing trends in otolaryngology malpractice claims. To assess these trends and risk variables, this study examined malpractice claims against otolaryngologists. Study Design: Retrospective database review. Setting: LexisNexis Jury Verdicts and Settlements. Methods: The LexisNexis legal database was used to locate jury verdicts and settlements related to medical malpractice in otolaryngology, from 2018 to 2024. The study did not include any claims covered by the Social Security Disability Insurance, Workers' Compensation, Healthcare Law, or Criminal Law and Procedure categories. Temporal trends were evaluated, and logistic regression was used to identify independent risk factors. Results: Out of 903 items, 79 reported malpractice cases were included (mean age 44.5; 60.3% female). The most sued subspecialty was head and neck oncology (32.5%). Negligence (93.7%) was the primary cause of action. Of cases sent to the jury, 87.7% of them resulted in a verdict in favor of the defendant. The mean plaintiff verdict payout was $7,432,508.06 and the mean identified settlement amount was $1,562,500.00. Physical injury (62.0%) was the highest type of harm. Regional analysis indicated a higher percentage of cases from New York favored the defendant (21.1% vs 13.6%; P =.034). Conclusion: This study highlights key trends in otolaryngology malpractice claims, emphasizing the prevalence in cases of head and neck surgery, primarily attributed to negligence. Objective: Pediatric obesity is associated with insulin resistance, which, in turn, impacts glucose and lipid metabolism. This study sought to assess how glucose variability relates to intrahepatic fat content, β cell insulin sensitivity, and glycolysis in youth with obesity. Methods: A total of 27 youth with obesity (11 girls, BMI percentile, median [25th–75th percentiles]: 99.0 [97.9–99.0]) wore a continuous glucose monitoring device for 10 days and underwent a 3‐h oral glucose tolerance test. β cell function was assessed using the oral minimal model, and liver proton density fat fraction was measured by magnetic resonance imaging. Results: Average sensor‐derived glucose and glucose standard deviation (STDEV) and coefficient of variation (CV) were associated with liver proton density fat fraction (p = 0.0130, p = 0.0005, and p = 0.0028, respectively). First‐phase insulin secretion, basal insulin secretion, and insulin sensitivity were associated with STDEV (p = 0.0344, p = 0.0091, and p = 0.0031, respectively) and CV (p = 0.0128, p = 0.0012, and p = 0.0022, respectively). STDEV and CV were also associated with 2‐h glucose (p = 0.0067 and p = 0.0324, respectively) and plasma lactate (p = 0.0030 and p = 0.0123, respectively). Conclusions: Daily glucose variability is associated with the degree of intrahepatic fat content, postprandial glucose, and plasma lactate concentrations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

TAVO101 is a humanized anti‐human thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) monoclonal antibody under clinical development for the treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD) and other allergic inflammatory conditions. The crystallizable fragment region of the antibody was engineered for half‐life extension and attenuated effector functions. This Phase 1, double‐blinded, randomized, placebo‐controlled study assessed the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and immunogenicity of TAVO101 in healthy adult subjects in seven ascending dose cohorts. Subjects received a single intravenous administration of TAVO101 or placebo with a 195‐day follow‐up. TAVO101 was safe and well tolerated. The incidences and severities of treatment‐emergent adverse events were mostly mild and comparable between the active and placebo groups, with no trends of dose relationship. There were no severe adverse events, deaths, or treatment‐related withdrawals. TAVO101 exhibited a linear pharmacokinetic profile, low clearance, and a median elimination half‐life of 67 days in healthy subjects. All TAVO101‐treated subjects tested negative for anti‐drug antibodies. To support development in AD, TAVO101 was studied in an oxazolone‐induced AD model in hTSLP transgenic mice and demonstrated efficacy. This long‐acting anti‐TSLP antibody has the potential for stronger and sustained allergic inflammatory disease control. Aims: To evaluate the effectiveness of mobile smoking cessation (SC) treatment with 1‐week nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) sampling on recruitment and quitting outcomes. Design: Two‐arm cluster RCT (1:1 ratio), single‐blinded, at 244 recruitment sessions in Hong Kong outdoor smoking hotspots from October 2018–December 2019. Setting: Participant were recruited by ambassadors and treated at the mobile SC truck. Participants: 834 adult (≥18 years, male 81.3%) daily smokers, Chinese‐speaking, non‐NRT users in the past month, consented after nurse‐led intervention in mobile SC truck were randomized to the experimental (n = 482 male 79.5%) and the control group (n = 352, male 83.8%). Intervention and comparator: The experimental group received a 1‐week free NRT sample, an NRT instruction card, and mobile SC treatment including onsite nurse‐led brief medication advice (about 15 minutes) and referral to SC clinics. The control group received the same mobile SC treatment. Measurements Primary outcome was self‐reported quit attempts at 1‐month follow‐up. Secondary outcomes included SC service use at 1 month, and biochemically validated abstinence (exhaled carbon monoxide < 4 ppm; or saliva cotinine < 10 ng/ml) at 6‐month follow‐up. Additionally, a post‐hoc cost analysis was conducted. Findings By intention‐to‐treat, the two groups showed similar prevalence of quit attempts (44·4% versus 43·5%, risk ratio (RR) = 1·04, 95% confidence interval (CI) = 0·79–1·37, P = 0·79). Compared with the control group, the experimental group showed lower SC service use at clinics (32·4% versus 44·9%, RR = 0·72, 95%CI = 0·57–0·91, P = 0·006), but no significant difference in validated abstinence (4·6% versus 2·8%, RR = 1·64, 95%CI = 0·76–3·50, P = 0·21). The experimental recruitment sessions recruited more smokers for onsite medication advice than the control session (mean 6·7 vs 5·0, adjusted incident rate ratio = 1·30, 95%CI = 1·08–1·56, P = 0·005). Conclusions: Mobile smoking cessation treatment with 1‐week nicotine replacement therapy sampling did not increase quit attempts or abstinence outcomes among recruited daily smokers in Hong Kong. Uniform octahedral Ag2O nanoparticles were in situ synthesized within natural bacterial cellulose (BC) films without any inorganic alkali. The morphological transformation of Ag2O from nanoparticles and small nanoplates to an octahedral structure was well controlled by varying the UV exposure time. To reduce and anchor Ag2O nanoparticles, abundant hydroxyl groups on the surface of natural BC fibers ensured an ideal environment for the mild redox reaction between Ag+ and –OH groups. The structural features and structure–activity relationship of Ag2O/BC films were confirmed through TEM, energy dispersive spectroscopy assisted SEM analysis, Fourier transform IR, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, TGA and XRD. The structure–antibacterial activity relationship of the Ag2O/BC films was proved against both Gram‐positive (Staphylococcus aureus) and Gram‐negative (Escherichia coli) bacteria. They also showed excellent performance in the photocatalytic degradation of organic dyes. Summary: Terpene synthases (TPSs) are key enzymes in terpenoids synthesis of plants and play crucial roles in regulating plant defence against pests and diseases. Here, we report the functional characterization of OsTPS19 and OsTPS20, which were upregulated by the attack of brown planthopper (BPH). BPH female adults performed concentration‐dependent behavioural responses to (S)‐limonene showing preference behaviour at low concentrations and avoidance behaviour at high concentrations. Overexpression lines of OsTPS19 and OsTPS20, which emitted higher amounts of the monoterpene (S)‐limonene, decreased the hatching rate of BPH eggs, reduced the lesion length of sheath blight caused by Rhizoctonia solani and bacterial blight caused by Xanthomonas oryzae. While knockout lines of OsTPS19 and OsTPS20, which emitted lower amounts of (S)‐limonene, were more susceptible to these pathogens. Overexpression of OsTPS19 and OsTPS20 in rice plants had adverse effects on the incidence of BPH, rice blast, and sheath blight in the field and had no significant impacts on rice yield traits. OsTPS19 and OsTPS20 were found to be involved in fine‐tuning the emission of (S)‐limonene in rice plants and play an important role in defence against both BPH and rice pathogens. Aims: Roux‐en‐Y gastric bypass (RYGB) surgery alters postprandial glucose profiles, causing post‐bariatric hypoglycaemia (PBH) in some individuals. Due to the liver's central role in glucose homeostasis, hepatic glucose handling might differ in RYGB‐operated patients with PBH compared to non‐operated healthy controls (HC). Materials and Methods: We enrolled RYGB‐operated adults with PBH and HCs (n = 10 each). Participants ingested 60 g of [6,6′‐2H2]‐glucose (d‐glucose) after an overnight fast. Deuterium metabolic imaging (DMI) with interleaved 13C magnetic resonance spectroscopy was performed before and until 150 min post‐d‐glucose intake, with frequent blood sampling to quantify glucose enrichment and gluco‐regulatory hormones until 180 min. Glucose fluxes were assessed by mathematical modelling. Outcome trajectories were described using generalized additive models. Results: In RYGB subjects, the hepatic d‐glucose signal increased early, followed by a decrease, whereas HCs exhibited a gradual increase and consecutive stabilization. Postprandial hepatic glycogen accumulation and the suppression of endogenous glucose production were lower in RYGB patients than in HCs, despite higher insulin exposure, indicating lower hepatic insulin sensitivity. The systemic rate of ingested d‐glucose was faster in RYGB, leading to a higher, earlier plasma glucose peak and increased insulin secretion. Postprandial glucose disposal increased in RYGB patients, without between‐group differences in peripheral insulin sensitivity. Conclusions: Exploiting DMI with stable isotope flux analysis, we observed distinct postprandial hepatic glucose trajectories and parameters of glucose–insulin homeostasis in RYGB patients with PBH versus HCs. Despite altered postprandial glucose kinetics and higher insulin exposure, there was no evidence of impaired hepatic glucose uptake or output predisposing to PBH in RYGB patients. ABSTRACT Background Methods Results Conclusion Relapsed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and high‐risk myelodysplastic syndrome (HR‐MDS) are associated with a poor prognosis. It is unknown which re‐induction therapy provides the highest chance of durable remission. Commonly used therapies are high dose cytarabine (HiDAC) and triple therapy consisting of fludarabine, cytarabine, and idarubicin combined with granulocyte colony‐stimulating factor (FLAG‐IDA).Two patient cohorts with relapsed AML or HR‐MDS treated with HiDAC or FLAG‐IDA between October 2015 and December 2021 in two academic hospitals in the Netherlands were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were treated with either HiDAC (n=22) or FLAG‐IDA (n=25). Rates of CR (71% vs. 74%, P=0.85), 1‐year OS (47% vs. 51%, P=0.99) and EFS (38% vs. 35%, P=0.71) were comparable between HiDAC and FLAG‐IDA. Durations of neutropenia (median 24 days (IQR 20‐26) vs. 30 days (IQR 22‐39), P=0.014) and thrombocytopenia (22 days (IQR 17‐26) vs. 36 days (IQR 26‐53)) were significantly shorter in the HiDAC group than in the FLAG‐IDA group.While remission rates and survival outcomes were similar, FLAG‐IDA was associated with longer periods of myelosuppression and transfusion dependency compared to HiDAC in these two cohorts. Dust heterogeneous chemistry substantially influences the atmosphere and has profound impacts on our environment and climate. Gas‐particle partitioning on dust not only modifies species' chemical evolutions but also influences their deposition velocity. However, how does dust heterogeneous chemistry impacts acid deposition remains unexplored. In this research, we integrated dust photocatalytic mechanism into GEOS‐Chem to assess its impact on sulfur removal across various regions and time spans in China. We find the photocatalytic mechanism enhances simulation performances of acid deposition. Observational validation demonstrates significant reductions in modeling bias for sulfur dioxide (SO2) dry deposition and sulfate (SO4) total deposition. Additionally, the improved model captures the declining trend of SO4 deposition over 2006–2020. We further identified two key impacts of photocatalytic chemistry: firstly, our findings indicate it enhances sulfur removal more efficiently in near‐desert areas like North China Plain (NCP) than in downwind areas like Yunnan‐Guizhou‐Chongqing region (YGY). Lifetimes of total sulfur reduced from 3.29 to 2.46 days in NCP, and from 2.46 to 1.95 days in YGY. This discrepancy results from faster conversion of SO2 to dust‐phase SO4 and larger proportions of coarse‐mode particles in NCP, resulting in accelerated SO4 deposition velocity. Secondly, our results indicate that because dust photocatalytic chemistry amplifies removal of sulfur through SO4 formation and deposition, decreased dust emission resulted in enhanced sulfur lifetimes over 2006–2014. Sensitivity experiments further show higher dust concentrations accelerate pollutants' removal. These findings underscore the importance of dust heterogeneous chemistry in influencing sulfur deposition, providing scientific insights for mitigating acid deposition in China. ABSTRACT We report the successful application of single pass albumin dialysis (SPAD) and hemoadsorption (HA) in two teenagers with amlodipine poisoning. A 16‐year‐old girl with amlodipine overdose developed refractory shock and lactic acidosis despite multiple inotropes, calcium, insulin, and glucagon infusion. SPAD was initiated 18 h after the incident for 21 h. She improved dramatically and was able to wean off all inotropes 54 h after admission. Another 16‐year‐old girl required extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support after deliberate consumption of 1100‐mg amlodipine. SPAD was initiated 13 h after the incident for 38 h, followed by two more sessions of HA using the Cytosorb column. All inotropes were stopped 18 h after terminating the HA, and ECMO was weaned off 28 h later. There were no major complications during the therapy. Our cases demonstrated that early extracorporeal removal can be considered as an adjunctive therapy in children with life‐threatening amlodipine overdose. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Realizing efficient and durable non‐precious metal‐based electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) still remains a great challenge. Here, a multi‐component composite of Co2P2O7‐MoN/NC containing pyrophosphate, nitride, and nitrogen‐doped carbon is successfully prepared via a facile two‐step synthesis method. Combining the structural regulation between the active metal‐ and non‐metal‐based species, Co2P2O7‐MoN/NC demonstrates superior activity and durability for OER, requiring an overpotential of 278 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm−2, a Tafel slope of 83.3 mV dec−1, and long‐term stability over 100 h in an alkaline solution. Post‐characterizations reveal that synergistic effect among stable Co2P2O7, partially dissolved MoN, N‐doped carbon, and new‐formed CoOOH nanosheets enable structural reconstruction, fast charge transfer, and formation of oxygen‐containing intermediates, promoting the OER performance significantly. Background Methods Results Conclusions Attention‐deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is commonly attributed to neuro‐cognitive deficits of genetic and/or prenatal/perinatal environmental origins. Sonuga‐Barke proposed an alternative formulation, suggesting that ADHD behaviors are functional expressions of delay aversion—a strong motivational disposition to avoid or escape negative affective states evoked by delay. It is hypothesized that the strength of this disposition, though neuro‐biologically rooted, is exacerbated by early negative social interactions during waiting‐related encounters. This paper reports findings from an initial proof‐of‐concept study that specifically tests this hypothesis in a nonclinical sample.Preschoolers (n = 112; mean age = 46.2 months) and their parents from London, UK, and Hong Kong participated in a longitudinal study. The Parent–Child Delay Frustration Task (PC‐DeFT) and two nonwaiting control tasks were administered at baseline. Children's performance, behavioral and emotional responses, and parents' reactions were observed. Teachers rated children's ADHD behaviors and delay aversion at baseline and follow‐up (12–18 months later).At baseline, children's maladaptive performance and parental negative reactions during the PC‐DeFT were correlated with each other and with teacher ratings of ADHD and delay aversion. Negative parental reactions during the PC‐DeFT at baseline predicted an increase in teacher‐rated ADHD behaviors at follow‐up, but similar associations were not observed for baseline parental responses in the nonwaiting tasks. The increase in child ADHD symptoms associated with negative parental reactions at baseline was statistically mediated by delay aversion. These longitudinal effects were consistent across the UK and HK samples.The findings provide the first evidence that parent's negative reactions to preschooler's attempts to manage delay are associated with increases in ADHD behaviors overtime, and linked to delay aversion increases. They underscore the potential significance of the early social environment as a contributor to developmental trajectory of ADHD behaviors. Gallbladder cancer (GBC) is a highly aggressive malignancy lacking clinically available targeted therapeutic agents. Super‐enhancers (SEs) are crucial epigenetic cis‐regulatory elements whose extensive reprogramming drives aberrant transcription in cancers. To study SE in GBC, the genomic distribution of H3K27ac is profiled in multiple GBC tissue and cell line samples to establish the SE landscape and its associated core regulatory circuitry (CRC). The biliary lineage factor SOX9 and Wnt pathway effector TCF7L2, two master transcription factor (TF) candidates identified by CRC analysis, are verified to co‐occupy each other's SE region, forming a mutually autoregulatory loop to drive oncogenic SE reprogramming in a subset of GBC. The SOX9/TCF7L2 double‐high GBC cells are highly dependent on the two TFs and enriched of SE‐associated gene signatures related to stemness, ErbB and Wnt pathways. Patients with more such GBC cells exhibited significantly worse prognosis. Furthermore, SOX9/TCF7L2 double‐high GBC preclinical models are found to be susceptible to SE‐targeted CDK7 inhibition therapy in vitro and in vivo. Together, this study provides novel insights into the epigenetic mechanisms underlying the oncogenesis of a subset of GBCs with poorer prognosis and illustrates promising prognostic stratification and therapeutic strategies for treating those GBC patients in future clinical trials. This study presents the impact of the side chains in 1‐n‐alkylimidazolium ionomers with varying side chain lengths (CnH2n+1 where n = 1, 4, 10, 16) on Cu‐catalyzed electrochemical CO2 reduction reaction (CO2RR). Longer side chains suppress the H2 and CH4 formation, with the n‐hexadecyl ionomer (n = 16) showing the greatest reduction in kinetics by up to 56.5% and 60.0%, respectively. On the other hand, C2H4 production demonstrates optimal Faradaic efficiency with the n‐decyl ionomer (n = 10), a substantial increase of 59.9% compared to its methyl analog (n = 1). Through a combination of density functional theory calculations and material characterization, it is revealed that the engineering of the side chains effectively modulates the thermodynamic stability of key intermediates, thus influencing the selectivity of both CO2RR and hydrogen evolution reaction. Moreover, ionomer engineering enables industrially relevant partial current density of –209.5 mA cm−2 and a Faradaic efficiency of 52.4% for C2H4 production at 3.95 V, even with a moderately active Cu catalyst, outperforming previous benchmarks and allowing for further improvement through catalyst engineering. To develop next‐generation metal‐based drugs and dual‐drug combination therapy for cancer, we proposed to develop a copper (Cu) complex that exerts anticancer function by integrating chemotherapy, immunotherapy and catalyzes a click reaction for the in situ synthesis of a chemotherapeutic agent, thereby achieving targeted dual‐agent combination therapy. We designed and synthesized a tetranuclear Cu(I) complex (Cu4) with remarkable cytotoxicity and notable catalytic ability for the in situ synthesis of a chemotherapeutic agent via Cu(I)‐catalyzed azide‐alkyne 1,3‐cycloaddition (CuAAC). We also constructed an apoferritin (AFt)‐Cu4 nanoparticles (NPs) delivery system. Aft‐Cu4 NPs not only showed an enhanced performance of tumor growth inhibition, but also improved the targeting ability and reduced the systemic toxicity of Cu4 in vivo. Importantly, the anticancer effect was enhanced by combining the Aft‐Cu4 NPs with the resveratrol analogue obtained from the CuAAC reaction in situ. Integrating Fenton chemistry and nanomedicine into cancer therapy has significantly promoted the development of chemodynamic therapy (CDT). Nanoscale polyoxometalates (POMs), with their reversible redox properties, exhibit promising potential in developing outstanding CDT drugs by exploring their Fenton‐like catalytic reactivity in tumor environments. However, such research is still in its infancy due to the challenges of acquiring POMs that are both easily prepared and possess ideal therapeutic effects, physiological solubility, biocompatibility and safety. In this work, we report the synthesis of a new crystalline antimonotungstate {Dy2Sb2W7O23(OH)(DMF)2(SbW9O33)2} (1, DMF=N, N‐dimethylformamide) with gram‐scale high yield via a facile “one‐pot” solvothermal reaction. 1 exhibits not only a soluble and water‐stable POM nanocluster, but also excellent catalytic activity for hydroxyl radical‐generating Fenton‐like reactions. Further biomedical studies reveal that 1 can trigger cell apoptosis and promote lipid peroxidation, exhibiting high cytotoxicity and selectivity towards B16‐F10 mouse melanoma cancer cells with an IC50 value of 4.75 μM. Especially, 1 can inhibit melanoma growth in vivo with favorable biosafety, achieving a 5.2‐fold reduction in tumor volume and a weight loss of 76.0 % at the dose of 70 μg/kg. This research not only demonstrates the immense potential of antimonotungstates in CDT drug development for the first time but also provides new insights and directions for the development of novel anticancer drugs. In this paper, the foamed polylactic acid (PLA) composites with different ratios of titanium dioxide (TiO2) and lignin (Lg) are prepared. Molecular dynamics simulation analysis indicates that the fillers enhance the mechanical properties of the composites. The optimal foaming temperatures for PLA/Lg and PLA/TiO2 composites are found to be 110 and 100°C, respectively. The supercritical carbon dioxide foaming process is applied to get the foamed composites, and their mechanical and thermal properties are analyzed. The results show that the addition of TiO2 improves the melting point and compression properties of the PLA composites. The aberrant metabolic activities of tumor cells not only facilitate tumor proliferation but also impair immune cell function and cause an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME). Thus, reshaping the metabolic TME while activating innate immunity is highly desirable but challenging. Herein, a multifunctional immunomodulator is engineered for near‐infrared light (NIR)‐triggered photodynamic‐metal‐metabolic immunotherapy via the "internal trouble and outside aggression" strategy. Specifically, an endogenous and exogenous stimuli‐responsive nanoagent is prepared consisting of photosensitizer chlorin e6 (Ce6) modified dense silica‐coated rare earth‐doped nanoparticles (ReNPs@SiO2(Ce6)), with in situ grown ZIF‐8 on the surface for loading glucose transporter‐1 (GLUT‐1) inhibitor Fasentin and glutaminase‐1 inhibitor bis‐2‐(5‐phenylacetamido‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐yl)ethyl sulfide (BPTES). The as‐obtained final product is denoted as ReSZ(FB). ReSZ(FB) induces‐ mitochondrial damage and releases mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) via NIR‐mediated PDT. Subsequently, Zn2+ from ZIF‐8 collaborates with mtDNA to activate the cGAS‐STING pathway, initiating a robust tumor‐specific immune response. Concurrently, Fasentin and BPTES triggeres energy deprivation by blocking glucose uptake and inhibiting glutamine decomposition, thereby reprogramming the metabolic TME, and alleviating immunosuppression. Tumor cells are damaged and trapped into "internal trouble" by combining PDT and energy deprivation, while the sharply enhanced immune cell lethality exposes cancer cells to "outside aggression". Architected fibrous electrodes with hierarchically porous, stable interface coupling, and good biocompatibility that accelerates charge transfer and storage are vital to realize high‐performance fiber‐shaped supercapacitors (FSCs) toward wearable and implantable systems. Here, a hierarchically porous and hetero‐structured black phosphorus/Ti3C2TX MXene aerogel (A‐BP/Ti3C2TX) fiber based on electrostatic self‐assembly and microfluidic spinning methods is reported. The as‐prepared A‐BP/Ti3C2TX fiber with interconnected porous networks, high conductive skeleton, and substantial interfacial building exhibits a low diffusion energy barrier of H+, the large adsorption energy of H+, fast interfacial electron conduction, and excellent structural stability by density functional theory calculations and in situ/ex situ characteristics. As a result, the A‐BP/Ti3C2TX fiber presents boosted electrolyte ion diffusion kinetic and capacitance of 369 F g−1. Furthermore, the asymmetric FSCs deliver good energy density of 6.39 Wh kg−1 and long cycling stability of 20 000 cycles, thereby successfully powering wearable devices. More importantly, by combining the hydrogel adhesion agent, the implantable FSCs that can firmly adhere to the tissues show significant bending stability (88.52% capacitance retention after 5000 cycles), impressively adhesive capability in tissue fluid or wetted tissue surface, and considerably no cell toxic. Sport concussion receives substantial attention as a public health concern. Conversely, performing artists, including dancers, sustain concussions, but these aesthetic athletes do not receive the same level of consideration nor care for this injury as that offered to traditional athletes. The concussion literature pertaining to dance is sparse, and, to our knowledge, no recommendations exist for the crucial aspect of care related to returning to dance following a concussion. The purpose of this article is to assimilate the current knowledge about post‐concussion return to activity management in sport—the closest analog of the physical demands required in dance—as a means to delineate a framework for returning to dance following a concussion. Specific guidance is provided based on a review of evidence‐based practice so clinicians can ensure that dancers return safely to both their dance activity and any academic work they are required to undertake. Concussion in dance is not an infrequent occurrence and dancers and healthcare practitioners alike will benefit from dance‐specific guidance for returning to dance post‐concussion. A series of phosphine oxide‐containing gold(III) complexes with tunable emission colors spanning from sky‐blue to near‐infrared region is reported. This is accomplished by the switching of the excited state characters from intraligand to ligand‐to‐ligand charge transfer through the replacement of the auxiliary ligand from aryl to nitrogen‐based ligands. In addition to high photoluminescence quantum yields in both solution and solid‐state thin films, these complexes exhibit large radiative decay rate constants of the order of 106 s−1, much larger than those commonly found for other gold(III) complexes. The origin of such enhanced performance is believed to be arising from the occurrence of both thermally activated delayed fluorescence and thermally stimulated delayed phosphorescence processes within the emitters. This is probed by ns‐ and fs‐transient absorption spectroscopy, time‐resolved, and temperature‐dependent emission spectroscopy. In particular, the direct observation of the upconversion processes and the determination of the activation barriers are achieved in the variable‐temperature fs‐transient absorption spectroscopic studies. Solution‐processed organic light‐emitting devices with satisfactory external quantum efficiencies of up to 15.2% are achieved, which could be ascribed to the presence of thermally activated delayed fluorescence and/or thermally stimulated delayed phosphorescence processes. Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), commonly known as plexiglass, is widely used in the areas of aircraft, automobile, construction and transplants, due to its high mechanical strength, good corrosion resistance, and excellent compatibility with human tissue. With the increase in production and usage of PMMA, the vast accumulation of PMMA waste has posed a challenge to the recycling of PMMA waste. However, at present, only less than 10 % of PMMA is recycled each year. The cost‐effective chemical recovery of PMMA into monomer with high efficiency has attracted wide attention and has become one of the hot research subjects. The chemical recovery of PMMA into monomer are realized mainly via two approaches, including the pyrolysis of common PMMA at high temperature and the depolymerization of end‐functionalized PMMA under mild conditions. The second approach has emerged and achieved significant progresses in the past several years. Herein, we provide a review about the researches of chemical recovery of PMMA into monomer. Firstly, the pyrolysis of general PMMA at high temperature is illustrated by typical research works. Subsequently, the depolymerization of end‐functionalized PMMA under mild conditions is highlighted and discussed, as this approach is more in line with the green and sustainable development of polymer chemistry. Bainite steels with high strength, high toughness, and excellent wear resistance are gradually used in railway crossing, rail and wind power bearing, and other fields. The rapid development of modern industry has made the service environment of bainite steel in the heavy industry more and more harsh, which requires not only good overall performance of bainite steel matrix but also excellent surface properties. A lot of research work has been carried out to improve the properties of the bainite steel matrix and surface. In this review, the development of heat treatment technology of high‐strength bainite steels is introduced, including austempering above and below martensite starting temperature, continuous cooling, and multistep austempering processes. Afterward, the surface modification technology of high‐strength bainite steel is summarized emphatically, including carburizing, surface alloying, laser cladding, and integrated strengthening technology. The city of Philadelphia has seen an increase in homelessness and substance use disorders, often associated with xylazine‐contaminated opiates. Here, we report the first two cases of wound infection and bacteremia associated with the Gram‐negative rod Ignatzschineria species. Both cases were associated with maggot colonization in chronic lower extremity wounds from fentanyl/xylazine injections. Poor living conditions and lack of wound care are central to both case presentations. We believe this organism to be an emerging medical threat associated with injection drug use, xylazine‐associated wounds, and homelessness which may impact future treatment options in this patient population. This report underscores the emergence of Ignatzschineria bacteremia in individuals with a history of xylazine‐associated wounds and substance use disorder. The development of effective dispersants for nanoparticle suspensions is crucial for enhancing the performance and stability of various functional materials. In this study, we investigated a series of comb‐like block copolymers with well‐defined structures, including both categories of block copolymers and uniformly composed random copolymers, as dispersants for cerium oxide (CeO2) suspensions. Acrylic acid (AA) units were used for anchoring and electrostatic repulsion, while methoxy polyethylene glycol acrylate (MPEGA) units provided additional steric hindrance and solubility. We explored stabilization mechanisms involving polymer topologies, chain lengths, compositions, and molecular interactions from kinetic and thermodynamic perspectives. The results demonstrate significant improvements in dispersion stability with both categories of well‐controlled copolymers, especially with uniformly composed random copolymers due to their uniformly distributed multi‐point anchoring and balanced electrostatic and steric stabilization. This research not only enhances the fundamental understanding of polymer‐nanoparticle interactions and polymer dispersants, but also provides valuable guidance for the tailored design of dispersants for specific industrial and scientific needs. The cyclization of heteroatom‐functionalized alkynes induced by d6‐transition‐metal centers has traditionally been associated with the vinylidene pathway. However, recent evidence suggests that d6‐transition‐metal centers can also activate alkynes through non‐vinylidene pathways. In this study, we conducted a comprehensive experimental and theoretical investigation into the reactions between the Ru(II) complex [Ru([9]aneS3)(bpy)(OH2)]2+ and 2‐alkynylanilines. Our study revealed that the selectivity between the vinylidene and non‐vinylidene pathways can be tuned by reaction temperature, substrate, and solvent polarity. This strategic control allows for the preferential formation of either C2‐ or C3‐metalated indole zwitterion complexes. Additionally, we identified a rare decyclization mechanism that enables the conversion of C2‐metalated indoles to C3‐metalated indoles, underscoring the significance of product stability in these pathways. Overall, this work demonstrates practical approaches to control the preference between vinylidene and non‐vinylidene pathways, which is crucial for the design of new catalysts and metalated heterocyclic complexes. Presently described is a sliding‐kernel computation‐in‐memory (SKCIM) architecture conceptually involving two overlapping layers of functional arrays, one containing memory elements and artificial synapses for neuromorphic computation, the other is used for storing and sliding convolutional kernel matrices. A low‐temperature metal‐oxide thin‐film transistor (TFT) technology capable of monolithically integrating single‐gate TFTs, dual‐gate TFTs, and memory capacitors is deployed for the construction of a physical SKCIM system. Exhibiting an 88% reduction in memory access operations compared to state‐of‐the‐art systems, a 32 × 32 SKCIM system is applied to execute common convolution tasks. A more involved demonstration is the application of a 5‐layer, SKCIM‐based convolutional neural network to the classification of the modified national institute of standards and technology (MNIST) dataset of handwritten numerals, achieving an accuracy rate of over 95%.
