Purpose: The management of blepharitis continues to challenge clinicians due to the poorly understood aetiology of the condition. We recently identified the family of intracellular plakin proteins as essential driving forces underlying anterior blepharitis. A large‐scale protein analysis was used to study if a topical dexamethasone/tobramycin solution could be used to reverse the expression of plakin proteins. Methods: Tear film samples from treatment naïve patients with anterior blepharitis (n = 15) were collected with Schirmer filtration paper. A subgroup of the patients (n = 10) received treatment with a dexamethasone/tobramycin 1 + 3 mg/mL ophthalmic suspension (Tobradex®) for 3 weeks and collection of tear film samples was repeated. The samples were analysed with label‐free quantification nano liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry requiring quantification in at least 70% of the samples in each group. Proteins were considered differentially expressed if p < 0.05. Results: Following Tobradex® intervention, 27 proteins were upregulated while 61 proteins were downregulated. Regulated proteins after Tobradex® treatment were involved in intermediate filament cytoskeleton organization including downregulation of the plakin proteins envoplakin, epiplakin and periplakin. Plectin, a protein of the plakin family, remained unchanged after Tobradex® therapy. Tobradex® treatment resulted in the regulation of proteins involved in translation including a cluster of downregulated ribosomal proteins. Tobradex® intervention was associated with the regulation of proteins involved in fructose metabolism and glycolytic processes including fructose‐1.6‐bisphosphatase 1, fructose‐bisphosphate aldolases A and B, pyruvate kinase PKM and transketolase. Ig lambda chain V‐I region, prominin‐1, and protein Niban were upregulated after Tobradex® treatment. Conclusions: Tobradex treatment reversed the expression of plakin proteins in anterior blepharitis. Topical solutions which inhibit the expression of plakin proteins may have the potential to restore the ocular surface integrity in anterior blepharitis and should be explored further. Recently, Finnish forest industries shifted from sectoral collective bargaining to firm‐level bargaining, and the IT services industry shifted to a hybrid of sector‐ and firm‐level bargaining. Using administrative data on monthly wages and the synthetic difference‐in‐differences method, I study the causal effects of collective bargaining decentralization on the level and dispersion of wages. Despite the substantial change in the level of collective bargaining, I generally find muted effects on the level and dispersion of wages. I find positive and economically and statistically significant effects on wage levels and within‐firm wage dispersion only for blue‐collar workers in the paper industry. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Chemical absorption is currently the most mature carbon capture technology, but it has high energy consumption. Phase change absorbents have great potential for reducing energy consumption. In this paper, an attempt is made to combine the commonly used organic phase splitter and physical phase splitter to explore the comprehensive performance of the absorber under the joint action of the two. Hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine (AEEA) was used as the active amine, N,N‐diethylethanolamine (DEEA) as the organic phase splitter, and sulfolane as the physical phase splitter. Different molar ratios of the three reagents were carried out to screen out the combinations with superior split‐phase effects, and the absorption and desorption characteristics of the combination of AEEA/DEEA/sulfolane were investigated in terms of absorption performance, desorption performance, cycling performance, and physical parameters. The results showed that the combination of 2 M AEEA/1 M DEEA/4 M sulfolane was the most advantageous, with an absorption load up to 2.17 mol/L, a volume of the rich phase accounting for about 64%, an initial absorption rate up to 0.1756 mol · L−1 · min−1, a desorption rate of 75.5% at the desorption temperature of 393.15 K, and the rich‐phase viscosity had a great advantage over the other molar ratio combinations. The changes of the components before and after phase separation were analyzed by 13C NMR to investigate the phase separation mechanism, and the five repeated cycle tests showed that the absorption load was stable, the desorption capacity was strong, and the phase separation performance was good. The rising amount of greenhouse gases has been contributing to global warming and, subsequently, climate change. Industries such as refineries and power plants emit a significant amount of CO2 into the atmosphere. It is imperative to curb anthropogenic CO2 emissions, and hence, in this effort, we explore the utilization of a refinery emission stream to produce value‐added chemicals. The chosen emission stream for the said purpose is a typical flue gas stream from refineries. Following the capture step, this CO2 stream has been leveraged for subsequent valorization processes. Two strategies have been proposed in this paper to valorize the captured carbon dioxide. The first strategy employs the tri‐reforming process with a refinery‐specific fuel gas stream as the co‐reactant. The resulting syngas from tri‐reforming has been converted to chemicals such as methanol (MET) and ethanol. Furthermore, to improve the amount of CO2 valorized, another approach with green hydrogen has been considered. The second strategy aims at direct hydrogenation of the captured CO2 stream to produce MET and ethanol. The proposed strategies analyze the feasibility of valorizing captured CO2 from flue gas to MET and ethanol in terms of gross margin per feed and percentage of CO2 valorization. The performance assessment and analysis of the proposed processes have been carried out using simulations in Aspen Plus® that exhibited up to 74% valorization of CO2 into valuable chemicals. In recent years, the excellent cleaning‐oil capacity of nanofluid has attracted extensive attention and it has been widely used in oilfields as an imbibition agent. To solve the poor dispersion stability of nanoparticles in high‐temperature and high‐salt reservoir, this paper has prepared a hyper‐dispersed nanoparticle, polymer grafted nanosilica (PNS) that is anti‐salt monomer and anti‐temperature monomer simultaneously grafting on the surface of nanosilica via in‐situ polymerization reaction. Its imbibition performance has been discussed. Results show that (1) The two monomers are all successfully grafted on the surface of nanosilica via optimization of in‐situ polymerization reaction conditions. This hyper‐dispersed nanoparticle has 14.5% final grafting rate, approximately 18 nm in particle size, and −41.2 mV of zeta potential; (2) PNS fluid has excellent dispersion stability and its grain size has no obvious change in 20 wt.% of NaCl or 4 wt.% of CaCl2 fluids at room temperature (25°C), as well as in 18 wt.% of NaCl or 4 wt.% of CaCl2 fluids at 130°C after 1 week; (3) Crude oil–water interface tension can be decreased and the hydrophilicity is significantly boosted by this PNS fluid. Meanwhile, the 10−3 mN/m of interface tension can be obtained and the contact angle of water phase is decreased to 12.8° by surfactant erucamide propyl hydroxysulfobetaine (EHSB) synergizing with PNS fluid; (4) Oil recovery efficiency replaced by PNS in surfactant fluid has reached 39.3%. There is an urgent need to develop green catalytic transesterification technology to reduce liquid waste and instrument corrosion. Ionic liquids with controlled activity, easy recovery, and corrosion resistance have great potential as catalysts for transesterification reactions. In this paper, a series of ionic liquids were prepared using imidazole and ammonium compounds as cations, and sulphuric acid, p‐toluenesulfonate, and bistrifluoromethanesulfonate anions as anions. In comparison, the ionic liquid made from imidazole with H2SO4 (IMIHS) was found to be the best catalyst for the esterification reaction with high speed, high activity, low corrosion, and high stability, and its catalytic performance was superior to that of sulphuric acid. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of ethanol to acetic acid was 1:1, the catalyst amount was 5 wt.%, the reaction temperature was 80°C, and the reaction time was 120 min. The maximum yield of ethyl acetate was 66.2% under the optimum reaction conditions. The catalytic activity was not declined obviously by reusing six times. Identification and controlling of non‐linear and complex dynamical systems have been a major concern and a serious topic of study in the field of adaptive control systems. Various techniques based on artificial intelligence have been used for this purpose. For modelling and control of plants, it is essential to optimize the values of the parameters associated with the respective technique. Searching the right or optimum value of the associated parameters is known as optimization. The intelligent water drop (IWD) algorithm is an optimization algorithm derived from the natural intelligence of water drop, which always chooses the shortest possible path while travelling from rivers and lakes towards oceans and seas. This paper introduces a new way of visualizing and understanding the IWD algorithm and presents its respective application in the field of modelling and controlling of non‐linear dynamic systems with the help of illustrative examples. Fuzzy type‐1 and recurrent fuzzy systems have been optimized using this algorithm. Its learning ability is compared with that of the grasshopper algorithm, a particle swarm optimization (PSO) based algorithm and the gradient descent method. In this paper, we present a novel paradigm for disease detection. We build an artificial intelligence based system where various biomedical data are retrieved from distributed and homogeneous sensors. We use different deep learning architectures (VGG16, RESNET, and DenseNet) with ensemble learning and attention mechanisms to study the interactions between different biomedical data to detect and diagnose diseases. We conduct extensive testing on biomedical data. The results show the benefits of using deep learning technologies in the field of artificial intelligence of medical things to diagnose diseases in the healthcare decision‐making process. There exist numerous multi‐path signals with impulsive noise (IN) in a multi‐path propagation environment. The direction‐of‐arrival (DOA) is highly challenging to be assessed because of the strong IN. For various military along with civilian applications, DOA estimation has turned into a hopeful technology. But, estimating DOA for multipath signals with IN environments is extremely complicated. A desirable output is not attained by several existent techniques, namely subspace‐centric approaches, maximum likelihood techniques, along with sparse representation‐centric methods, for DOA assessment. Therefore, an effective satin bowerbird optimization‐based deep learning neural network centered DOA estimation upon single snapshots is proposed in this paper for attaining robust and precise DOA estimation in multipath and IN environments. An arbitrary array configuration is employed by utilizing the proposed work as an input signal for establishing the received signal's model. Pre‐processing, time‐frequency domain conversion, feature extraction, feature reduction and DOA estimation are the proposed method's 5 disparate stages. To evince the proposed model's efficacy, its outcomes are analogized with other prevailing techniques regarding some performance metrics. The proposed model attains the root mean square error of 0.6484366‐AZ and 0.6484366‐EA, root mean squared percentage error (RMPSE) of 4.636107‐AZ and 5.628599‐EA and probability of resolution of 0.967999‐AZ and 0.962841‐EA, which are extremely less when compared to the prevailing methods; thus, depicting the superiority of the proposed model for an effective DOA estimation. The airport line plays an important role in the airport landside traffic connection, which greatly relieves the urban road pressure. Studying the characteristics and laws of the time and space distribution of the airport line passenger flow will provide basic support for the airport line's capacity configuration, passenger flow control, and air‐track coordinated operation, and will also provide quantitative basis for the layout of urban terminal buildings. This paper proposes a method to analyse the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of airport line passenger flow based on AFC card swiping data. By mining and extracting the travel behaviour data of subway airport line air passengers, the distribution characteristics of airport line passenger flow are analysed and visualized from two aspects of passenger travel time and space. Finally, a case study is carried out based on the actual data of Daxing airport express. The results show that: (1) the travel time of departure and return passengers is concentrated in 60–90 min; (2) The departure and arrival points of passengers are concentrated within the Fourth Ring Road, and a large number of air passenger flows are gathered and evacuated at hubs such as Beijing South Railway Station and Beijing West Railway Station. Using Hybrid optimization algorithms for nonlinear systems analysis is a novel approach. It is a powerful technique that uses the exploitation ability of one algorithm and the exploration ability of another algorithm, to find the best solution. Literature survey reveals that hybrid algorithms not only show quality response but also give faster convergence of error for nonlinear systems. In this paper, hybrid optimization techniques based proportional integral derivative (PID) controller is used for benchmark problems: Continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR), Inverted pendulum and blood glucose system. Two recent hybrid algorithms: Particle swarm optimization‐Gravitational search algorithm (PSO‐GSA) and Particle swarm optimization‐Grey wolf algorithm (PSO‐GWO) are implemented to control the temperature and concentration of CSTR, pendulum angle of inverted pendulum, glucose concentration and insulin level of blood glucose system. In PID and PSOGWO algorithms, the exploration abilities of GSA and GWO combined with the exploitation ability of PSO have been used. The performance of these algorithms is then compared with individual PSO, GSA, and GWO algorithms proving their superiority. Stability is ensured using the Lyapunov approach while the robustness of the systems is checked using the parameter perturbation technique. Simulation results show substantial improvement in the performance of these systems by using these meta‐heuristic hybrid optimization techniques. This paper combines artificial intelligence deep learning technology to optimize the wine making process of mango wine. Moreover, in view of the shortcomings of traditional electronic nose data processing methods, a deep learning method based on SSAE‐BPNN is proposed for electronic nose data processing. In addition, according to the characteristics of automatic learning features, this paper uses a deep learning method based on SSAE‐BPNN to simplify the process of traditional data processing methods. Finally, this paper constructs an electronic nose system that can be used to identify mango wine making characteristics, and enhances the effect of electronic nose recognition through deep learning. During the software development process, numerous bugs are reported daily in the software bug repositories. Bug triage assigned these bugs to the most relevant and expert developer for resolution. Moreover, assigning bugs to an incompetent or an over‐engaged developer causes repeated reassignment to other developers until it is resolved. This problem can be solved by devising a triage process that assigns bugs to not only expert developers but also to those who are either under‐engaged or reasonably engaged but are not over‐engaged in work. This paper has designed and implemented work engagement sensitive bug triage that resolves the issue of assigning bugs to developers considering their due work engagement, expertise as well as the current state of activity. For this purpose, a developer profile is built by using metrics to generate three types of scores: technical skill, work engagement and work experience. Metadata features like developer‐name, email, developer‐work‐experience in bug resolution, last and present‐work‐activity, timestamp, component and priority are used for it. A multi‐criteria‐based Henry–Garret technique is used to generate a single ranked list of developers from three ranked lists. The performance of the proposed approach is evaluated on four large OOS projects: Mozilla, Eclipse, Netbeans, and Open Office covering 895,439 bug reports accumulated for 33 years of development. The overall system accuracy of the proposed triage using all four datasets is 91.96 ± 0.05% which is 5.87% better than previously published work. The proposed method is achieved up to 90.30 ± 0.05 and 97.1 ± 0.05 MRR and accuracy of reassignment respectively that indicates how significantly it re‐assigns the bug to the relevant developers. To improve the effect of web page information extraction, this paper proposes an improved information extraction method of mixed text density grids. Under various power constraints of the relay node itself, this paper proposes a design scheme of joint beamforming and artificial noise based on safety and rate maximisation. Furthermore, with the help of semidefinite relaxation techniques and first‐order approximations, it can be approximated as a semidefinite programming problem that is easy to solve. In addition, this paper uses an iterative algorithm based on a continuous convex approximation to process data to improve the accuracy of web page data extraction. The investigation of fatigue behavior typically involves time‐consuming tests, leading some researchers to explore methodologies based on self‐heating tests to reduce the process. For composite materials, the conventional approach involves piecewise linear approximations of the self‐heating curve and the stress transition between the first and second regimes is arbitrarily associated with a fatigue lifetime equal to 106 cycles. This paper proposes a novel methodology to address these simplifications. First, a non‐linear viscoelastic model is used to describe the self‐heating curve. Based on the mechanisms established in the literature, a link is proposed between the dissipation and the fatigue limit. The load leading to a significant contribution of non‐linear mechanisms is associated with an infinite life time. It allows the identification of an S– N curve and prediction of fatigue behavior through a minimal number of tests. The comparison with fatigue results is satisfactory. This paper presents a novel high‐resolution direct analysis of mating AA7050‐T7451 fracture surfaces at crack lengths from 0.1 to 1.3 mm (Kmax of 4.51 to 16.39 MPa√m) for the purpose of analyzing the fatigue growth mechanisms. The various fractographic features observed at these crack lengths were then compared to the known accelerative effects of an applied loading sequence that contained underloads at regular intervals. A correlation was found between some of the observed features and the local fatigue crack growth rate. This study provides new insight into the prominent mechanisms that dictate crack growth rate and ultimately should assist with developing crack growth prediction methods that more accurately represent the physics of the fatigue crack growth mechanisms. In this paper, the SWT model was improved by incorporating the Walker equation into the strain–life curve. The established model takes into account the material's sensitivity to mean stress by introducing the Walker exponent, w. Under uniaxial loading condition, the proposed model can reduce to the SWT model, Manson‐Coffin equation, and Walker model for w values of 0.5, 1, and 0, respectively. Under multiaxial symmetric loading, when w = 0.5, the proposed model can be simplified as another SWT correction model (CXH) proposed by Chen et al. The prediction accuracy of the established model was validated using about 200 data points collected from literature. These data points were obtained from tests conducted on eight different kinds of metals under various multiaxial loading paths. The verification results indicate that 96.8% and 97.9% of the data points fall within the factor‐of‐three boundary for the loading paths without and with mean stresses, respectively. A highly accurate iteration of the Liu & Zenner multiaxial fatigue criterion is presented and validated against the FatLim dataset. The proposed criterion modifies the mean stress parameters of the original criterion while keeping the amplitude parameters unchanged. The investigation of the best‐performing stress amplitude parameters revealed that existing multiaxial fatigue criteria that rely on dimensional weight parameters exhibit a notable prediction bias. This bias leads to inaccurate fatigue assessments. The paper sheds light on the extent of this bias and its implications for common engineering practices. By introducing the refined criterion, the study addresses these limitations and provides a more reliable framework for multiaxial fatigue analysis. The comprehensive validation against the FatLim dataset demonstrates the superiority of the proposed criterion in accurately predicting fatigue behavior under diverse loading conditions. In this paper, the creep‐fatigue responses of the nickel‐based superalloy Inconel 718 have been investigated by conducting hybrid stress–strain‐controlled creep‐fatigue interaction (HCFI) loading experiments at 650°C with different dwell stresses and dwell periods. Deformation responses demonstrate that stress dwell leads to complex cyclic responses, such as an increase in softening rate and changes in inelastic strain rate. Then, a novel creep equivalent stress determination method is proposed based on stress relaxed characteristics. After modifying the continuum damage mechanics (CDM) model with this method, accurate prediction results of the creep‐fatigue cyclic life under strain‐controlled creep‐fatigue loading and HCFI loading can be obtained. Finally, the damage evolutions of Inconel 718 under HCFI loading are analyzed by CDM model. The results of damage evolution indicate that the trend of damage accumulation under different test conditions is consistent with the trend of inelastic strain in the material. This paper proposes a novel method based on continuum damage mechanics (CDM) and machine learning (ML) models to evaluate the vibration fatigue behavior of W1‐type railway fastener clips subjected to high‐frequency vibration. Firstly, static and fatigue tests are conducted on 60Si2Mn spring steel to acquire elastic modulus, tensile strength, and P‐S‐N curves. Subsequently, a CDM model is established, and numerical simulations are performed under various working conditions to obtain the fatigue characteristics of the clips. Finally, the ML model is trained using numerical simulation results, thereby establishing a mapping model between the working conditions and fatigue characteristics. The developed ML model demonstrates high accuracy in predicting the vibration fatigue life of the clips. Moreover, the Shapley Additive Explanations (SHAP) algorithm is employed to elucidate the ML model, revealing that the vibration frequency has a greater impact on the fatigue life of the clips compared to the vibration displacement. This document is a correction notice for an article titled "Down regulation of membrane-bound Neu3 constitutes a new potential marker for childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia and induces apoptosis suppression of neoplastic cells." The correction addresses concerns raised about Figure 2c, which suggested that the Neu3 and β-actin bands were cropped and placed next to each other on the same gel. The authors admitted to cropping the bands but were unable to find the original image. They provided an experimental replicate of the gel with the bands separated by a marker ladder. The authors state that this error does not affect the experimental results or conclusions of the paper and apologize for the mistake. Providing flexibility at work is the most pervasive tool for organizations to help employees manage the work–family (WF) interface. Extant research, however, indicates that flexibility does not consistently reduce WF conflict. This paper reports on two studies that contribute to our understanding of how, and for whom, perceived work flexibility improves these outcomes. We extend work on the mechanisms by which flexibility influences outcomes and extend conservation of resources theory using choice overload theory to understand the boundaries of flexibility as a positive resource, specifically, in the form of procrastination. In Study 1, we found that perceived work flexibility was negatively related to subjective work demand for those low on procrastination. In Study 2, we replicate these effects and extend them by finding that effects of flexibility on WF conflict were mediated by its influence on subjective work demand. In this paper, two new ternary layered MAX phase ceramics, Sc2GaC and Sc2InC, were successfully synthesized by spark plasma sintering. The crystal structures of two new compounds were determined by X‐ray diffraction. The lattice parameters were a = 3.3609(0) Å and c = 14.5849(9) Å for Sc2GaC, and a = 3.3453(6) Å and c = 15.2236(3) Å for Sc2InC, wherein the Sc atoms were located at (1/3, 2/3, 0.07330[Ga]/0.08268[In]), the A atoms were located at (1/3, 2/3, 3/4), and the C atoms were located at (0, 0, 0). With the emergence of 5G–6G communication technology, the miniaturization and integration of electronic components are crucial. Ba3Ti4Nb4O21 (BTN) ceramics with hexagonal structures have attracted special attention due to their high dielectric constant, which shows greater application potential in communication base stations and dielectric resonators. However, its high sintering temperature and low‐quality factors also greatly limit the application field. In this paper, boric acid (H3BO3) as a dopant, was used to investigate the influence on the structure, microstructure, Raman spectrum, and microwave properties for Ba2.92Cu0.08(Zn1/3Nb2/3)2Ti2Nb4O21 (BCZTN)‐xHB (0.25≤x≤1.25 wt%) ceramics. The results reflected that H3BO3 was an effective additive, which could promote ceramic densification, accelerate grain growth and uniform distribution, and enhance its microwave performance. Among them, high densification was 93.92 ± 0.35%, and the Q × f value ∼16981 ± 340 GHz at x = 0.75, was more than 2∼3 times higher than other BTN‐based ceramics. Superior microwave dielectric properties were achieved for 0.75 wt% H3BO3‐doped BCZTN ceramic sintered at 900°C: εr∼42.35 ± 0.48, Q×f∼16981 ± 340 GHz, and τf∼40.02 ± 1.43 ppm/°C. More encouragingly, BCZTN‐0.75HB ceramic did not chemically react with Ag, which suggested that it had the potential to be a candidate material for low‐temperature co‐fired ceramics base station communication devices. As a luminescent center ion in materials for deep red and near‐infrared light, Cr3+ has been extensively studied in octahedral host materials. In this study, using zinc aluminate (ZnAl2O4) and magnesium aluminate (MgAl2O4) spinels with abundant octahedra as substrates, a series of Zn1−xMgxAl2O4:0.5%Cr3+ (x = 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, and 1) fluorescent powders were first prepared via a high‐temperature solid‐state method. The influence of different Mg/Zn ratios on (Zn/Mg)Al2O4:0.5%Cr3+ optical properties was thoroughly explored. Experimental results show that an increase in the Mg/Zn ratio reduces the crystal field strength (Dq) and leads to distortion of the [AlO6] octahedra, resulting in broadening of the photoluminescence emission spectrum. Furthermore, the addition of Mg gradually reduces the formation of inverse spinel. An appropriate Mg/Zn ratio can improve luminescent intensity and quantum efficiency. In summary, this paper, through bandgap engineering by adjusting the Mg/Zn ratio, provides a detailed account of the changes in optical properties and the underlying mechanisms during the transition from ZnAl2O4:0.5%Cr3+ to MgAl2O4:0.5%Cr3+ spinels. In this paper, X‐ray‐activated super long persistent ultraviolet A luminescence from Ca3(PO4)2: Ce3+ has been observed. The crystal structure analysis has shown that the as‐prepared samples are pure β‐Ca3(PO4)2 phases with rhombohedral structure and R3c space group. The photoluminescent spectra of the samples all consist of a broad band in 340–400 nm UVA1 region, which is assigned to the 5d1–4f1 electronic transition of Ce3+ ions. More important, under the 3 min X‐ray irradiation, Ca3(PO4)2: Ce3+ show super long persistent luminescence in the UVA1 region, which can persist for more than 16 h. And its afterglow intensity after 16 h decay is still 4.10 times stronger of the back ground intensity. Furthermore, only 10 s X‐ray irradiation can induce excellent long persistent UVA luminescence of Ca3(PO4)2: 0.08Ce3+, which can persist for more than 5 h and afterglow emission intensity is about 3.03 times of the background intensity. The trap analysis has confirmed that the different X‐ray irradiation time do not create new traps and there is the same trap with 0.75 eV trap depth existing even under the extremely low X‐ray dose (10 s X‐ray irradiation). Furthermore, under 10 s X‐ray irradiation, the thermoluminescence (TL) intensity of Ca3(PO4)2: 0.08Ce3+ still reaches 0.32 times of the initial TL intensity even after 120 min, which thus leads to the super long persistent luminescence. Thus, the large amounts of trapped electrons induced by the high energy X‐ray irradiation are the principal cause for super long persistent UVA luminescence of Ca3(PO4)2: Ce3+. A 3D reconstruction enables an effective geometric representation to support various applications. Recently, learning‐based multi‐view stereo (MVS) algorithms have emerged, replacing conventional hand‐crafted features with convolutional neural network‐encoded deep representation to reduce feature matching ambiguity, leading to a more complete scene recovery from imagery data. However, the state‐of‐the‐art architectures are not designed for an indoor environment with abundant weakly textured or textureless objects. This paper proposes AttentionSPP‐PatchmatchNet, a deep learning‐based MVS algorithm designed for indoor 3D reconstruction. The algorithm integrates multi‐scale feature sampling to produce global‐context‐aware feature maps and recalibrates the weight of essential features to tackle challenges posed by indoor environments. A new dataset designed exclusively for indoor environments is presented to verify the performance of the proposed network. Experimental results show that AttentionSPP‐PatchmatchNet outperforms state‐of‐the‐art algorithms with relative 132.87% and 163.55% improvements at the 10 and 2 mm threshold, respectively, making it suitable for accurate and complete indoor 3D reconstruction. The inverse analysis of the deformation moduli of high arch dams based on displacement monitoring data is essential for structural safety assessment. In traditional inverse analysis methods, the deformation moduli are identified based on the single‐objective optimization and the hydrostatic component derived from the statistical model. This type of method has two main shortcomings: First, it treats the essential multi‐objective optimization problem as a single‐objective problem; second, the extracted hydrostatic component may be biased due to the multicollinearity of variables in the statistical model. This paper presents a methodology for the inverse analysis of the deformation moduli of high arch dams under a multi‐objective optimization strategy. The methodology employs empirical mode decomposition to extract the aging component from displacement monitoring data. Then, thermomechanical analysis is used to reconstruct the remaining hydrostatic and temperature components, thereby avoiding the biases encountered in solving the statistical model. The adaptive polynomial chaos expansion method is embedded in the NSGA‐III algorithm to establish and solve multi‐objective functions in the inverse analysis. Additionally, a composite decision index considering errors and test information is proposed to determine acceptable deformation moduli from the Pareto solution set. A high arch dam is selected to illustrate this methodology with static and dynamic monitoring data. The results show that the identified deformation moduli have errors of 3.8% and 7.2% in displacement and acceleration, respectively. Digitizing existing structures is essential for applying digital methods in architecture, engineering, and construction. However, the adoption of data‐driven techniques for transforming point cloud data into useful digital models faces challenges, particularly in the industrial domain, where ground truth datasets for training are scarce. This paper investigates a solution leveraging synthetic data to train data‐driven models effectively. In the investigated industrial domain, the complex geometry of building elements often leads to occlusions, limiting the effectiveness of conventional sampling‐based synthetic data generation methods. Our approach proposes the automatic generation of realistic and semantically enriched ground truth data using surface‐based sampling methods and laser scan simulation on industry‐standard 3D models. In the presented experiments, we use a neural network for point cloud semantic segmentation to demonstrate that compared to sampling‐based alternatives, simulation‐based synthetic data significantly improve mean class intersection over union performance on real point cloud data, achieving up to 7% absolute increase. Robotic technologies have shown their potential to improve efficiency, precision, and safety for construction tasks. In this paper, the concept of design for robotic construction (DfRC) is introduced, and robotic collaborative systems are developed for the construction of load‐carrying structures. An automated structural assembly was achieved and demonstrated through robotics with a preference for reciprocal frame (RF) structures. Key innovations include the use of magnetic temporary connections to minimize offsets of mobile robots and linear actuators as temporary supports during construction. Furthermore, specific procedures are formulated to navigate the robots and to target and install the components using a fiducial marker system and simultaneous localization and mapping packages, with consideration of structural deformation during construction due to self‐weight. The successful assembly of a 4.5‐m span RF structure demonstrates the potential of DfRC and the proposed robotic collaborative system in the automated construction of load‐carrying structures. Reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) can provide unprecedented spectral efficiency gains and excellent ability to manipulate electromagnetic waves. This article considered a RIS‐assisted multiuser multiple‐input multiple‐output (MIMO) downlink system, where the beamforming at the base station and RIS are jointly designed to maximize the sum‐rate. For the large dimension scenario and high‐rank beamforming matrix, the accurate deterministic approximations from random matrix theory are then utilized to simplify the RIS‐assisted MIMO systems. The asymptotical signal‐to‐interference‐plus‐noise ratio values obtained through random matrix theory is infinitely close to the theoretical limits calculated by accurately iteration. And the performance of the proposed algorithm computed via the sharing second‐order channel statistics matches that of the RIS algorithm with sharing full channel state information asymptotically. The deterministic approximations are instrumental to get improvement into the structure of the optimal beamforming and to reduce the implementation complexity in large‐scale MIMO system. Numerical simulations results are provided to evaluate and verify the accuracy of the asymptotic results obtained from the proposed algorithm in the finite system regime. With the complex operation process of large dimension matrix reducing to the deterministic approximations, a lower computational complexity can be obtained compared with other methods. Communication security has become particularly crucial with the rapid development of the Internet of Things (IoT). Frequency hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) technology, a prevalent method in wireless communication, has a wide range of applications in the Internet of Things. Enhancing the security of frequency hopping sequences is an essential means to improve the security of frequency hopping communication in the Internet of Things, as the performance of frequency hopping sequences plays a crucial role in frequency hopping systems. This paper proposes constructing secure adaptive frequency hopping sequence sets based on the advanced encryption standard (AES) algorithm. As a block cipher algorithm with superior security, the AES algorithm can provide a fundamental guarantee for the security of the proposed frequency hopping sequences. The mapping methods from ciphertext sequences to frequency hopping sequences proposed in this paper can achieve the construction of frequency hopping sequences of any frequency set size to meet the requirements of adaptive frequency hopping. In addition, we also model and analyse the problem of overlapping spectrum band of the IoT groups in the industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) band, aiming to achieve better packet transmission performance by adjusting the frequency set size. In unmanned aerial vehicle ad‐hoc network (UANET), the node speed of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) may reach up to 400 km/h. The fast or slow movement of UAV nodes leads to different speeds of topology change of the nodes. Traditional optimized link state routing (OLSR) protocol cannot adaptively adjust the routing update period when the network topology changes, which may lead to the nodes calculating incorrect routing tables. This increases the average end‐to‐end delay and packet loss rate for packet transmission. To enhance the adaptability of OLSR routing protocol to network topology changes, this paper proposes a multi‐agent independent deep deterministic policy gradient‐OLSR (MA‐IDDPG‐OLSR) routing protocol based on distributed multi‐agent reinforcement learning. The protocol deploys DDPG algorithm on each UAV node, and each UAV node adaptively adjusts the Hello and TC message sending intervals, according to the one‐hop neighbouring nodes as well as its own state. Simulation results show that the proposed protocol is able to improve the throughput and reduce the packet loss rate as compared to traditional AODV, GRP, OLSR, and distributed multiple‐agent independent proximal policy optimization‐OLSR (MA‐IPPO‐OLSR), distributed multiple‐agent independent twin delayed deep deterministic policy gradient‐OLSR (MA‐ITD3‐OLSR) routing protocols. Since MA‐IDDPG‐OLSR relies only on local information, there is a minor performance degradation in MA‐IDDPG‐OLSR compared to centralized single‐agent DQN‐OLSR routing protocol. In order to solve the network congestion problem caused by burst service flows in heterogeneous cognitive radio networks (Het‐CRN), a two‐stage dual‐threshold random early detection (TD‐RED) control mechanism is proposed here. Meanwhile, a three‐state Markov modulated Poisson process (MMPP‐3) is used to model the burst service to analyze its arrival in depth. Moreover, a performance evaluation system (PES) is proposed to quantify the interference of burst services to different classes of services and their quality of service, which can comprehensively evaluate the performance enhancement of the TD‐RED control mechanism for each service. The system examines performance metrics such as packet loss rate, average delay, average captain etc. PES simulation results show that TD‐RED significantly reduces the packet rejection rate and transmission delay compared to the no congestion control (NCC) and random early detection (RED) methods, thus providing superior quality of service to all services. thereby providing a superior quality of service to cognitive users. By analyzing the two factors (i.e. time‐varying delays and uncertainties) on the synchronization performance of stochastic uncertain complex dynamic networks, a new inverse optimal adaptive control is proposed. The analysis tool developed in this paper is based on Lyapunov technique, algebraic graph theory and inverse optimality, which does not need to solve Hamilton‐Jacobi‐Bellman equation.
