Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zástavbou nejmodernějšího vstřikovacího systému Common-Rail na čtyřválcový traktorový vznětový motor. Následující aplikace je přestavbou ze zastaralého systému s řadovými vstřikovacími čerpadly. Protože výdaje za tuto přestavbu musí být co nejmenší, je snaha o minimální zásahy do konstrukce motoru. Diplomová práce se tedy nejprve věnuje teorii vstřikovacích systémů vznětových motorů a věcí s nimi související a poté ukazuje konstrukční řešení přestavby podpořené analytickými výpočty a analýzou MKP u nově navržených součástí., This master’s thesis deals with building the most modern injection systém Common-Rail for four-cylinder tractor diesel engine. The following application is a conversion from a obsolete system with inline injection pumps. Because the costs for this conversion must be minimized, that it is effort of minimal intervention in engine design. First this master’s thesis focuses on the theory of injection systems of diesel engines and related things and then the thesis shows the design conversion supported analytical calculations and FEM analysis of newly designed components.

První část práce je zaměřena na složení výfukových plynů, kde jsou rozebrány jednotlivé prvky a následně jsou zde uvedeny evropské emisní limity. The technology was created as a result of introduction of strict emission limits which manufacturers with this technology reach. First part of this thesis deal with the composition of the exhaust gases, where are dismembered the various elements, and then are given here the European emission limits.Then is thesis focused on ways of reducing emissions of diesel engines which describes the function of exhaust gas recirculation and a function of selective catalytic reduction. Emphasis is placed on the description of biomass as a fuel, the ways of using biomass for energy purposes, alterations of biomass, production and properties of alternative pellets, automatic boilers and burners for combustion of specific fuel types. The end of the theoretical part is focused on standards and regulations for boiler operation. The practical part verifies the formation of emission on small sources of pollution and determines the concentration of solid and gaseous pollutants. The end of the practical part pursues with comparison of results with legislative requirements and calculation of boiler efficiency.

Předmětem této diplomové práce je optimalizace proudění výfukových plynů ve filtru pevných částic s použitím CFD simulací. První část práce je zaměřena na problematiku emisí vznětových motorů a systémy snižování emisí se zaměřením na filtry pevných částic. V další části práce je provedena analýza současného stavu zadaného filtru pevných částic pomocí CFD simulací a jejich vyhodnocení. Následuje nový konstrukční návrh pro usměrnění proudění, jeho analýza a konečné vyhodnocení., The subject of this thesis is to optimize the flow of exhaust gases in the particle filter using CFD simulations. The first part is focused on the emissions of diesel engines and emissions reduction systems with a focus on particulate filters. The next section is an analysis of the current state of the specified particle filter using CFD simulation and evaluation following with a proposal of new construction for better flow distribution.
