The aim of this paper is to point out, what information we come into daily contact, their quality, credibility, and how or what criteria to evaluate these properties. It focuses mainly on information sources that are presented via the Internet. The work consists of four chapters, two of which are considered crucial. These are the chapters entitled "Ethics in information resources" and "Evaluation of quality of information sources." In the first of the chapters are named as the duties and powers of the parties to work with information that impacts on information ethics violations, etc. The main benefit of chapters dealing with the evaluation of the performance criteria which would allow us to facilitate the evaluation of the quality of information sources on the Internet. In conclusion, this work indicated the evaluation survey, which aimed to find out how the public is familiar with the topics of the chapters.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to capture the Middle East conflict from a new perspective. In this regard, the conflict analysis works with two new factors: lack of water resources in the region and the effect this situation has on the regional actors to initiate an open war conflict. As an introduction to the topic, the first chapter discusses water resources in the context of international relations. The general findings of the first chapter are then applied to the specific situation in the Middle East region. In particular, the second chapter depicts the role of water resources throughout Arab-Israeli conflicts that later serves as a basis for the analysis of the conflicts at the end of the chapter. Finally, the last chapter seeks to pinpoint some actual conditions and technological capabilities that could secure the efficient and regular supply of water resources in the region.

This thesis assesses the information sources available for management. It focuses on business informations from internal systems (accounting, finance, marketing, management, human resources). Partly also discusses options of Competitive Intelligence as an additional source of informations for management. It compares the technologies available and likely future developments.

Práce podává přehled o tom, co jsou elektronické knihy a jaké jsou jejich výhody oproti klasické knize. Dále přináší výčet nejběžnějších formátů a zdrojů e-knih. Zároveň popisuje na jakých zařízeních a za pomoci jakého softwaru lze elektronické knihy číst a vytvářet.

Práce se zabývá kritickou analýzou personální práce v oblasti maloobchodu, hledá cesty k aplikaci moderních principů řízení lidských zdrojů v podmínkách konkrétním podniku i odvětví.

Práce se zabývá problematikou alternativních zdrojů energie, jejich potenciály a možnostmi přispění k řešení energetické závislosti EU a ČR. V první části uvádí energetické zdroje a dovozní závislost EU i ČR. V druhé části se zaměřuje na obecné definice alternativních zdrojů, stav jejich využití, budoucí potenciál a způsoby podpory v obou útvarech. Ve třetí části se zaměřuje konkrétněji na energii větru a její výhledy.
