This thesis focuses on valuation of companies and enterprises. The value of the firm is useful not only during mergers and acquisitions but can be also a metric how to evaluate company's strategic and financial plans. The impact of strategic and financial decisions can be projected into a firm's value. The thesis contains theoretical part where all the basic models and concepts are presented and practical part which includes valuation of private owned company Jindřichohradecké místní dráhy a.s.

This work deals with an analysis of ways to create webpages optimized for mobile devices. Issues concerning current state of mobile market along with theoretical foundations of mobile industry are described in the beginning of the thesis. The main part examines methods of creating webpages for mobiles devices. The imlementation part describes a prototype of a webpage, which is based on analyzed methods.

Graduate work uses decisions methods of management for decisions of individual options for financing the fleet. The result is a simple formula that can be used by small businesses to choice of financing a vehicle intended for business. Evaluation of options, using the real calculations are: financial leasing, operational leasing and loan.
