[ES] In this project, the automation of a circuit for dextrose centrifugation is to be carried out to reduce its relative humidity by means of a turbine with a capacity to produce 25 tons/day of product. The centrifugal circuit also includes the bucket for the turbine latch with hot and freezing water, as well as the tubes that leave the water from the centrifuge of the turbine. Having a hot water bucket also includes a water heating circuit with an interchange. The previous study will be carried out to know the necessary hardware that will be used and the development of the necessary programs for the autonomous operation of the circuit. Firstly, an analysis will be made of both the circuit and the dextrose turbine to know the elements necessary for the installation, such as wiring and the communication and input / output modules and using PLC S7-417. Subsequently, the hardware installed in the development software will be configured and the necessary programs will be developed to automate the circuit, taking into account the production demands of the factory and above all guaranteeing all the necessary security conditions.
