Staycation has been growing and continuously gaining popularity in Indonesia during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to identify segments of staycation tourists/staycationers in Jakarta, one of Indonesia's most popular staycation destinations. Using quantitative methods, this study implements a proportional sampling design based on accommodation types with a total of 130 valid and reliable online questionnaire surveys. This study identifies factors and clusters using lifestyle variables from Activity, Interest, and Opinion (AIO) Model and examines their correlation with demographic, geographic, and behaviour segmentation. Data were analysed by descriptive statistics, including factor analysis, cluster analysis, discriminant analysis, and cross-tabulation analysis. The findings revealed four types of staycationers in Jakarta: (1) I-want-everything staycationers, (2) independent and attention seekers, (3) indulgent shopaholics, and (4) culture and local adventurers. Profiles and characters of each staycationer segment were analysed, giving significant knowledge about staycation market, particularly in Jakarta. Thus, this study offers valuable information for tourism and hospitality businesses to focus on the most potential market segment. Jimbaran Beach has various potentials that should be developed optimally, along with the increasing activities that take place at this coastal line. Fishing communities and tourism sector activities have proliferated for the last two decades. This, in consequence, requires both the provision of new infrastructures and the improvement of the inadequate existing infrastructures. This research aims to assess a list of prioritized infrastructures required by the fishing community and tourists of Jimbaran Beach. It uses a rationalistic quantitative approach and engages the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) technique. The study result shows that the following is a series of the most concerned infrastructures required by the Jimbaran Coastal Zone, including artificial tourist attractions, waste management, road network, culinary tourism, cultural tourism attractions, transportation facilities, parking lots, and pedestrian paths. Kondisi ini mensyaratkan pengadaan infrastruktur baru dan peningkatan kualitas infrastruktur yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kebutuhan infrastruktur prioritas yang dibutuhkan, baik oleh masyarakat nelayan maupun wisatawan Pantai Jimbaran. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif rasionalistik, dengan teknik analisis Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil studi menunjukan daftar infrastruktur yang perlu diperhatikan kebutuhannya, termasuk atraksi wisata buatan, pengelolaan limbah sampah, jaringan jalan, wisata kuliner, atraksi wisata budaya, fasilitas transportasi, tempat parkir, dan jalur pedestrian. The general election directly conducted to vote for the regent and vice regent (Pemilihan Kepala Daerah, abbreviated to Pilkada) by the people in Badung Regency in 2005 was the first one. The people’s direct involvement in the local political life moved highly dynamically. The struggle for power by various strengths affected various dimensions of the people’s lives; therefore, it is interesting to investigate the local political dynamics in the Pilkada directly conducted in Badung Regency in 2005 in the perspective of cultural studies. There are three problems formulated in this study. They are (1) what was the dynamics of the Pilkada directly conducted in Badung Regency in 2005 like?; (2) how the relation of strengths affected the local political dynamics in the Pilkada directly conducted in Badung Regency in 2005?; (3) what were the implications and meanings of the local political dynamics of the Pilkada directly conducted in Badung Regency in 2005? The results of the study show that fluctuative changes took place continuously with regard to the form and functions of societal structure. Culturally, the people’s ideology changed from being mono centric into being multi centric. The relation of strengths became segmented into three main strengths forming a new formation of strength referred to as trisula. This led to an institutional configuration, differentiation of power and locality sedimentation, and provided meanings to competition and tolerance, emancipatory, political comodification, adaptive leadership and local democratic cultural strengthening. The nutritional and safe content of pathogenic bacteria in animal feed is something that must be considered ca- refully when looking for alternative feed sources. Potency and laboratory tests to determine the nutritional content and microbial profile must be carried out before being given to livestock. The by-product of the broiler farming bu- siness is broiler farming waste or “LPB”, which has the potential to be a source of animal feed concentrate. The aim of this research is to determine the nutritional content and microbial profile of broiler farm waste so that it can and is safely used as a source of animal feed. The research used field observation methods, proximate testing (to deter- mine the nutritional content of ingredients), followed by comparative methods (comparing the results of proximate testing of ingredients with the nutritional content of commercial concentrates). Research results, proximate anal- ysis of the nutritional content of LPB flour: crude protein: 36.98%, gross energy: 4,422 Kcal/gram. LPB microbial profile was declared negative for Eschericia coli and Salmonella shigella, Coliform < 3.0 CFU/g, mold 200 CFU/g. It can be suggested that the nutritional content and microbial profile of broiler farm waste flour can and is safely used as an alternative feed source.

This study aims to evaluate litter size of different ages males with different parent parity in smallholder pig far- ming, used 3 males of different ages (P1, P2, P3) and 18 sows of parity 1 – 4 (I1, I2, I3 and I4) with a 3 x 4 factorial RAL experimental design and unequal number of replications. The variables observed were litter size, weaning litter size, mortality and percentage of weaning litter size. Data were analyzed using a analyse of variant with the general linear model procedure. The results showed that the average litter size based on males P1, P2, P3 was 8.38; 9.13 and 10.38 (P>0.05) and based on parental parity I1, I2, I3 and I4 respectively 8.00; 8.83; 9.66 and 10.66 (P0.05) and from parent parity respec- tively 23.54%; 23.21%; 15.74%; and 19.94% (P>0.05). Weaning litter size percentage of each male was 68.17; 82.50; 87.61 (P>0.05) and from parental parity 76.63; 76.78; 84.26 and 80.05 (P>0.05). Older males and fourth parity of parent produced better litter size, weaning litter size and weaning litter percentage with lower mortality. There was no interaction between the use of males of different ages and parents of different parity on the observed variables.

Aim: To know prevalence and clinico-pathological characteristic of penile cancer patients at Sanglah General Hospital Denpasar between 2013 until 2020 or for 7 years periode. Methods: A cross-sectional study to collect retrospective data of penile cancer patients at Sanglah Genaral Hospital from medical records between August 2013 until August 2020. Demographics data consisted of age group and patient’s origin, meanwhile histopathological data included pathological staging, histological subtype, grading, and lymphovascular invasion. Results: 96 penile cancer patients were collected for 7 years. The highest incidence was in 2020. Mean age was 57.60 ± 12.28 years old which dominantly in 60–69 years old groups. Most of patients origin from the rural area. The highest proportions were T3 stage (41,7%), N0 stage (38,5%), M0 stage (94,7%), SCC subtype (89,6%), G2 grade (71,9%), and LVI negative (65,4%). Conclusion: The prevalence of penile cancer patients are fluctuating but tended to increase since 2017. The peak incidence was in 60-69 years old group and from the rural area. Based on TNM staging system, the highest proportion was T3, N0, M0 and G2.

This research article explores the branding strategy of Undisan Rural Tourism in Bangli Regency, with a focus on its success in winning the 3rd Places of Tourism Village Award through an eco-experience. The study utilizes a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis to identify and evaluate key factors that contribute to the village's branding strategy. Undisan Rural Tourism embodies a unique blend of natural beauty, cultural heritage, and sustainable practices, making it an exemplary case study for rural tourism development. The research methodology involves qualitative approaches. Primary data is collected through interviews, surveys, and participant observations, while secondary data is gathered from relevant literature, reports, and online sources. The SWOT analysis framework is applied to assess the internal and external factors that influence the branding strategy of Undisan Rural Tourism. The findings of the study reveal several strengths that have contributed to the success of Undisan Rural Tourism. These include its pristine environment, rich cultural heritage, authentic local experiences, and strong community engagement. Additionally, the village has capitalized on opportunities such as increasing demand for sustainable and eco-friendly tourism experiences. However, the research also identifies certain weaknesses and threats that need to be addressed, including limited infrastructure, inadequate marketing efforts, and competition from neighboring tourism destinations. Based on the SWOT analysis, this article proposes strategic recommendations to further enhance the branding strategy of Undisan Rural Tourism. These include improving infrastructure and facilities, expanding marketing efforts through digital platforms, fostering partnerships with local stakeholders, and implementing sustainable practices to preserve the environment. The study concludes that Undisan Rural Tourism's success in winning the 3rd Places of Tourism Village Award can be attributed to its unique branding strategy, which highlights the village's distinctive characteristics and eco-experiences. By addressing the identified weaknesses and capitalizing on existing strengths and opportunities, Undisan Rural Tourism can continue to thrive as a leading destination for sustainable rural tourism, setting an example for other tourism villages in the region

Wellness tourism allows a person to maintain their personal wellbeing, maintaining health and quality of life. People are more conscious of their wellness during the trip. Spa industry which is part of the wellness tourism are growing rapidly in Bali. The research aimed: i) to analyze characteristics of spa treatment in Bali and preferences of spa treatment by customers, ii) to identify products and services provided by traditional and Thalasso Spa in Bali. Research was conducted in Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Nusa Dua and Ubud as the center of spa treatment in Bali. Data was collected on January to April 2023 through interviewing 38 spa industries by using interview guides. Likert Scale was used to analyze the data in 1–5 scale. Data was analyzed by using qualitative approach. The results show that traditional spa treatments in Bali provide variety of products such as scrub, cream and lotion from herbs and natural ingredients from agriculture. Type of services available are traditional massage, aromatherapy, Thai massage, reflexology, hot stone massage and hot oil massage. Meanwhile, Thalasso is a therapy that is carried out using ingredients derived from the sea such as sea water, algae, seaweed, sand and sea mud and offers a wide range of spa treatments using technological spa equipment with excellent services. This therapy has only been found at the Grand Mirage Bali Resort since 1985 featuring an aqua medic pool with heated seaweed and sea water supported by 16 uniquely designed treatment rooms. The results also show that traditional massage is preferred by customers. Price competitiveness is one of the reasons why people choose traditional spa. The purpose of this research is to find out the perceptions of domestic tourists towards 4A (attraction, amenity, accessibility, ancillary) at Embung Kledung. This research is located in Embung Kledung, precisely on Jalan Raya Parakan - Wonosobo No. km. 12, Rice Field Area, Kledung, Kledung District, Temanggung Regency, Central Java, 56264. Data collection techniques used in this study included observation, distribution of questionnaires, interviews, literature study and documentation. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to domestic tourists who had visited the Embung Kledung tourist attraction. The number of respondents in this study were 100 people/respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is a mixed methods analysis technique consisting of quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results obtained from this study are the perceptions of domestic tourists towards attractions that have an average score of 3.35 and are in the very agree category. Domestic tourists' perception of amenities has an average score of 2.764 and is in the agree category. Domestic tourists' perception of accessibility has an average score of 2.543 and is in the agree category. Domestic tourists' perception of ancillary service has an average score of 2.746 and is in the agree category. However, there are several indicators that are in the category of strongly disagreeing, such as the variety of accommodations provided and the condition of the road leading to the Embung Kledung tourist attraction.

The survey aims to knowing the appropriate strategy in developing the tourist attraction of Serang Beach as a location for family leisure and recreation in Blitar Regency.Dalam this researchusing mix methods, namely descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The next step is to analyze the internal environment of Serang Beach tourist attraction, which is analyzed based on tourism potential 4A, while the external environment is based on PEST. Then analyze the internal environment and external environment using IFAS and EFAS matrices. The internal environment gets a total score of 3.13 which is greater than the total score of external factors, which is 0.03. So based on these results, the tourist attraction of Serang Beach as a location for family leisure and recreation activities is included in quadrant I, which means the appropriate strategy is grow and build. Next, formulate a development strategy using the SWOT matrix to produce SO, WO, ST, and SO strategies. and WT. based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS weighting scores, in the internal environment the highest total score is on strengths, while external factors are on opportunities, so the strategy that can be applied in the short term is SO.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji apakah kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja, organizational citizenship behavior mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya akan menggunakan semua karyawan di PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung yaitu sebanyak 35 karyawan yang terbagi atas karyawan tetap dan karyawan kontrak. Teknik Non-Probability Sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sampelnya dengan metode sampling jenuh, di mana semua populasinya digunakan menjadi sampel yang jumlahnya adalah 35 karyawan. Teknik analisis datanya dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Hasil penelitiannya memperlihatkan jika secara positif dan signifikan Kepemimpinan Transformasional, kepuasan kerja dan Organizational Citizenship behaviour mempengaruhi Kinerja karyawan di PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung, Sehingga dapat disimpulkan jika variabel bebas yang digunakan mengalami peningkatan maka akan membuat meningkatnya kinerja karyawan. A livable street is expected to accommodate the various needs of street users, including pedestrians, motorcyclists, cyclists, and those with physical impairments. The balance in fulfilling the needs of each of these users should be consciously maintained. Kamboja Street, located in the Denpasar education center, is a corridor with relatively complex functions. It is surrounded by GOR Ngurah Rai, Kereneng Market, and various government facilities. Changes in how this corridor has been used have affected its livability. Many street vendors have used this corridor as business venues; likewise, motorcyclists have used it as a parking area. The purpose of this study is to map the conditions in which various uses take place, the level of accessibility, and the environmental quality of the corridor, to achieve the expected livability level of this corridor and its capacity to accommodate the users’ needs. It applies a qualitative method with a rationalistic approach. It focuses on three livability elements: a) functions and social activities; b) accessibility & safety; and c) environmental quality. The results show that Segment 2 has livability-grade A, which means a high livable quality; Segment 1 has livability-grade B, which means a moderate livable quality; and Segment 3 has livability-grade C, which means the lowest livable quality of the three segments’ corridor. Keseimbangan antara pemenuhan kepentingan dari masing-masing group pengguna harus secara sadar diperhatikan. Jalan Kamboja yang berada di kawasan pusat pendidikan Denpasar merupakan koridor dengan fungsi cukup kompleks. Terdapat fasilitas olahraga - GOR Ngurah Rai, Pasar Kreneng dan beragam fasilitas pemerintahan. Perubahan bagaimana koridor ini dimanfaatkan telah berpengaruh terhadap tingkat livabilitasnya. Banyak pedagang kaki lima (PKL) telah memanfaatkan koridor ini sebagai tempat berjualan dan banyak banyak para pengendara motor yang memanfaatkannya sebagai tempat parkir. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kondisi aktivitas, aksesibilitas, dan kualitas lingkungan sehingga kedepannya pada koridor Jalan Kamboja mampu diwujudkan livabilitas yang dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan pengguna koridor termasuk penyandang disabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan rasionalistik dengan tiga elemen livabilitas koridor jalan: a) fungsi dan aktivitas sosial; b) aksesibilitas dan keselamatan; c) kualitas lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada Segmen 2 memiliki kondisi livabilitas A, yang berarti kualitas livable yang tinggi, Segmen 1 memiliki kondisi livabilitas B, yang berarti kualitas livable yang sedang, dan Segmen 3 memiliki kondisi livabilitas C, yang berarti kualitas livable yang paling rendah dari dari ketiga segmen koridor. Sibetan Tourism Village is a unique destination based on natural tourism attractions in Bali. The beauty of natural scenery and Salak Agrotourism are excellent tourist attractions for visitors. The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on changes in visitor behavior when traveling. The competitiveness of tourist villages and the unknown reasons for visitors to travel to Sibetan Tourism Village becomes an important to carry out a research related to visitors’ behavior analysis. This research aimed to analyze the behavior of visitors who traveled to Sibetan Tourism Village based on six correlation between latent variables. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondent taken collected with accidental sampling method. The data analysis techniques included structural equation modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.3.5 Student Version analysis tool and qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of the analysis of visitors’ behavior to Sibetan Tourism Village in this study indicates that (1) visitor motivation has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction; (2) service quality has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction; (3) visitor satisfaction has a significant effect on the image of the destination; (4) the image of the destination has a significant effect on the intention to revisit; (5) visitor motivation has a significant effect on the intention to revisit; and (6) service quality has no significant effect on the intention to revisit.

Tourists flock to travel to relieve boredom after the government quarantine or known as revenge tourism. Mount Bromo is a tourist attraction that attracts domestic tourists. Knowing the motivation of tourists will help in tourism marketing planning and benchmarks for the quality of a tourist attraction can be known based on tourist perceptions. To determine the perceptions and motivations of domestic tourists in this study used descriptive quantitative and qualitative descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. In determining the respondents, the researchers used accidental sampling. The results obtained state that the perception of domestic tourists visiting Mount Bromo on the 4A component (attraction, ancillary, accesibility & amenity) is overall good, with the attraction component getting the highest score and the accessibility component getting the lowest score. The motivation for tourists to visit Mount Bromo during the pandemic is dominated by the desire to escape from routine indicator, which means that tourists travel on tourist trips to get out of the tedious daily routine after being quarantined due to COVID-19. Meanwhile, the motivation that attracts domestic tourists visiting Mount Bromo is the Marketed image of the destination or Mount Bromo which is widely known by the public for its beauty.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and facilities on the satisfaction of domestic tourists in the tourist attraction of the "Eka Karya" Botanical Gardens in Bali. The sampling technique in this study was taken by accidental sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents, the respondents of this research were tourists who were visiting or had visited the tourist attraction of the "Eka Karya" Botanical Gardens in Bali. Meanwhile, this research is quantitative in nature by using the method of multiple linear regression analysis as a data analysis technique. In this study using data collection techniques, namely library research, interviews, observations and distributing questionnaires to obtain data. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis based on the delta test of the coefficient of determination resulted in an R Square of 0.709, meaning that 70.9% of tourist satisfaction can be explained by the variables of service quality and facilities. While 29.1% of tourist satisfaction is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model. This means that the quality of services and facilities affects the satisfaction of tourists visiting the tourist attraction of the Bali "Eka Karya" Botanical Gardens, the better the quality of services and facilities, the higher the level of satisfaction of visiting tourists.

The COVID-19 pandemic has given a negative impact on Sanur tourism, therefore a strategy for handling the impact of COVID-19 pandemic is needed for the restoration of Sanur tourism. This study aims to determine the strategies of tourism actors in handling the impact of COVID-19. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research strategy. The method used is observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The theory used is perception theory to identify visitor perceptions and sustainable tourism theory to analyze the effectiveness of implementing strategies for Sanur tourism actors. The results show that the visitor's perception of the image of the Sanur destination is very good, it can be seen from the information received by visitors from Sanur tourism actors is clear, and the end understands the risks and threats when visiting so that visitors do not want to change their travel plans to Sanur. The strategies carried out by Sanur tourism actors are Reduction, Readiness, Response and Recovery. The effectiveness of implementing the strategy is seen from the environmental aspect, namely improving and rejuvenating the environment, the economic aspect of increasing tourist visits and the social aspect of growing awareness (awareness) of tourism actors and the community in the Sanur destination of the risks caused by disasters. The government and tourism actors need synergy in dealing with the impact of disasters on tourism so that they can help and speed up the handling process and minimize the negative impacts that arise. The COVID-19 Pandemic that occurred around the world had an impact on the decrease in people's income which has implications for changing behavior in choosing tourist destinations. This study aims to: 1) analyze the relative importance attribute from Indonesian tourists who came to Bali during the COVID - 19 Pandemic 2.) Get the most optimal combination of tourist destination products choice based on the preferences of Indonesian tourists during the COVID – 19 Pandemic. The research was conducted at Benoa Harbour, I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport and Kuta Beach from January to April 2021 through the dissemination of questionnaires to 160 Indonesian tourists by accidental sampling. Data analysis by conjoin method and analyzed with SPSS 2.0 program. The results showed that the relative importance attribute sorted from the highest value to the lowest value is cleanliness, price, attractiveness, service, recommendations, security, and promotion. Tourists' preference is the willingness of hygiene facilities, the price of > Rp.50.000, flexible artificial tour booking, friends/family, low case rates and discounts on airline tickets. Persaingan dalam bisnis membuat pelaku bisnis harus memiliki kemampuan untuk memahami situasi ekonomi dengan cepat dan mengetahui apa yang dibutuhkan pembeli. Penurunan kinerja pada UKM ukiran kayu lapis terjadi karena kesulitan yang dialami para pengrajin untuk mendapatkan bahan baku dan harga bahan baku terbilang cukup mahal serta munculnya produk ukiran cetakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran variabel kemampuan inovasi memediasi pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja produk usaha ukiran kayu lapis di Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini diujikan terhadap usaha ukiran kayu lapis di Kabupaten Badung. Ukuran sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 usaha ukiran kayu lapis dengan metode accidental sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan pelaku usaha kerajinan ukiran kayu lapis di Kabupaten Badung mampu lebih mengembangkan orientasi kewirausahaan dan kemampuan inovasi dengan melakukan riset pasar dan berusaha memahami kebutuhan pelanggan untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja produk dari usaha tersebut. Women in Bali are the group most affected by Covid-19 in the economic sector. They have to think seriously and work hard for the basic daily needs families, as experienced by women in Antap Village, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province. The study aims to reveal the roles and constraints of women in Antap Village on contributing to the household economy sector during the Covid-19 period. The research applies ethnographic methods sourced from interviews with informants by applying health protocols, observations, and literature review that are analyzed and presented descriptively. The article reveals that women in Antap Village have a double burden in maintaining the household economy, especially when the husband experiences layoffs during the Covid-19 period. Meanwhile, women’s constraints in Antap Village to contributing to the household economy are internal and external.

This article is written based on a research conducted as part of a series of community engagement done by Lecturers of Tourism Destination Program of Bali Tourism Polytechnic for the community of Gelagahlinggah Customary Village. The village is located at Kintamani of Bangli Regency, and is part of buffer zone for Batur UNESCO Global Geopark. The aim of the research was to evaluate the tourism potential of the pines forest of Gelagahlinggah, and to produce strategies to develop those potentials. The research implemented quantitative and qualitative approach, utilizing survey as the method for collecting primary data. To increase the validity of the data, the sample was determined purposively. Therefore, the respondents should understand the existing condition of the pines forest of Gelagahlinggah Village, and able to evaluate its tourism potentials. The questionnaire was developed on Google form to allows for practicality. A sample of 100 respondents were collected, based on which a dataset was then prepared for analysis. The analysis using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) to extract factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats indicating the tourism potentials of the pine forest of Gelagahlinggah. The tourism potentials were then processed in a SWOT Matrix to develop strategies for those tourism potentials. The research result reveals some tourism potentials of the pine forest of Gelagahlinggah, and strategies suitable to develop those potentials. This study aims to find out the effect of marination time with cinnamon powder (Cinnamomum burmannii) on the total plate count and physical quality of bali beef. This research was conducted in October - November 2020 at the Laboratory of Animal Product Technology and Microbiology, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana Univer- sity. The research was conducted using a Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications. The four treatments were: beef marinated using cinnamon powder for 0 hours (P0), beef marinated using cinna- mon powder for 4 hours (P1), beef marinated using cinnamon powder for 8 hours (P2), and beef marinated using cinnamon powder for 12 hours (P3). The variables observed were total plate count and physical quality of meat (pH, water holding capacity, cooking loss, drip loss, and color). The results showed beef marinated using cinnamon powder as much as 5% with a marination duration of 0, 4, 8, and 12 hours obtained from a total plate count of 1,2 × 106 cfu/g – 1,9 × 106 cfu/g; pH 4.74 - 4.46; colors 3.00 - 1.50; WHC 26.49% - 21.91%; cooking loss 36.13% - 40.22%; drip loss 3.85% - 5.38%. Long marination time using cinnamon powder has not been able to reduce the TPC of bali beef. The exact length of marinade seen from the physical quality was 4 hours because the physical quality of the meat has not decreased significantly. The 12 hour marination time could decrease the physical quality of bali beef when viewed from the pH, cooking loss, drip loss, and color.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan pelanggan dalam memediasi pengaruh perceived value terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Pengambilan sampel m enggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan sebanyak 100 responden yang sudah pernah mengunjungi Warung Kopi Bhineka lebih dari satu kali. Metode analisis da ta yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain analisis statistik deskriptif , analisis ja lur dan uji sobel. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima. Perceived Value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan, Variabel Perceived Value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pela nggan, va riabel Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan, serta variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan mampu memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh Perceived Value terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yakni memberikan saran dan masukkan kepada pihak pengelola Warung Kopi Bhineka agar selalu memberikan Perceived Value yang baik dan Kepuasan kepada para konsumen sehingga konsumen nantinya mempunyai sikap Loyal terhadap Warung Kopi Bhineka. Objective: To determine the predictive factors that influence the outcome of Double “J” (DJ) stent placement in stage IIIB cervical cancer patients with hydronephrosis complications. Methods: An analytical observational study with a historical cohort was performed. Patients included in this study was patient with stage IIIB cervical cancer with hydronephrosis complication at Sanglah hospital. We analyzed the influence of time range since diagnosis until DJ stent placement, degree of hydronephrosis, and glomerular filtration rate on the outcomes of DJ stent placement namely: Lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), quality of life (QoL), and glomerular filtration rate changes (GFR). Data were tabulated and statistically analyzed using SPSS 25. Results: Of the 44 samples, the mean age of the patients was 51,93 (±7.672) years. The purpose of this study was to identify body dimensions that influenced the growth of goats reared in Bugis Village, Serangan Village, Denpasar, Bali. Data were obtained through direct observations, formal goat farmer in- terviews and key informant interviews that were conducted from April to July 2018. Two of the remaining three farmers who still kept rearing goats in Serangan Village were involved in this study. Each farmer housed his goats with a colony housing system and fed forages 10% of total body weight/day (control). One farmer supplemented ad- ditional feed of dwarf elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) silage (treatment). The variables observed: body weights, chest circumferences, body lengths, height of withers, and rump heights. This result showed that the body weight of 8 control goats was 30.67 ± 239 kg, which was significantly heavier than those of 29 treatment goats 20.65 ± 1.28 kg (P5 years 38.73 ± 1.09 kg was significan- tly heavier than 33.33 ± 209 kg of those of the control goats (P

The Bali Provincial Government together with the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in the recovery of tourism in the new normal era, by implementing the certification of cleanliness, health, safety and environmental sustainability also known as CHSE in the management of tourism business including homestay business in Ubud Tourism Area. This research aims to evaluate homestay business management during Covid-19 pandemic and to evaluate tourism recovery efforts in Ubud Tourism Area. The research was conducted by observing 30 homestays in the Ubud Tourism Area. Data analysis technique was using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed homestay business management in the Ubud Tourism Area has already a good implementation of CHSE management. Tourism recovery efforts in Ubud Tourism Area were ‘We Love Bali’ campaign, the establishment of a green zone and socialization for strengthening the destination organization management-governance destination that have been well implemented.

Market driven is one of the aspect of tourism development strategy approaches. The purpose of this research is intended to formulate development strategies for Gajah Mada Denpasar Heritage Area as an urban heritage tourism destination based on the level of visitors’ satisfaction. This research is based on descriptive quantitative method. The data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data that obtained through literature study, observation, interviews and questionnaires to 100 respondents who had experienced on visiting Gajah Mada Heritage Area before the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and supported by descriptive analysis methods. The results showed that the development strategy needs to be emphasized on intensify the bad performance of the tourism destination elements in quadrant I and maintain the good performance of the tourism destination elements which are the part of quadrant II, based on the Cartesian quadrant’s result.

Brahminy kite (Haliastur indus) is one of bird of prey species that occupy position as top predator. Many brahminy kite was captured and was kept as pet which caused those birds lose their ability to hunt as a result of being caged for too long and for not to be trained to hunt. In Bali Wildlife Rescue Centre, the confiscated brahminy kite showed begging behavior in which the birds “whine” every time a human approach. This kind of behaviour affect their readiness to be released in the wild. The purpose of this study was to determine the daily activity and the frequency of begging behaviour of confiscated brahminy kite in Bali Wildlife Rescue Centre. This study was conducted in January 2020. This study found that the brahminy kite at the Bali Wildlife Rescue Centre spent the most of their time for perching. The second highest activity was preening, whereas the least activities were feeding and moving. The highest percentage to beg in brahminy kite was recorded in the morning, whereas the lowest percentage was in the midday. The results of this study indicate that the confiscated brahminy kite at the Bali Wildlife Rescue Centre still needs more time to be rehabilitated prior released ack into the wild.

This research aims to determine the effect of traditional aging meat on the physical quality of beef and the opti- mal time of traditional withering to obtain good quality beef. The research material used was beef on the LD muscle (Longisimus dorsi). The design used was completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replicati- ons, namely P0 = fresh meat without aging, P1 aging beef for 6 hours, P2 aging beef for 8 hours and P3 aging beef for 10 hours at room temperature 28-29oC. The variables observed in this study were pH, color, water holding capacity, cooking losses, and weep lose. The results showed that statistically traditional aging beef was significantly different (P0.05) on the value of water holding capacity and cooking loss. It can be concluded that the length time of aging beef could affect beef physical quality and the optimal time to produce the best quality physic of the beef is 6 hours.

Marapu is the indigenous religion of community in Tarung Village and Sumba Island in general. Marapu adherents experience hegemony including state discrimination and the spread of religion by the church elite. This study aims to reveal the hegemony process experienced and the survive strategies and struggles of Marapu adherents. Data were analyzed using hegemony theory and practice with qualitative research methods. The results showed Marapu adherents experience state hegemony in the aspect of their religious legality. This condition was used by church elite to spread their religion. The people of Tarung Village accept Christian/Catholicism, but still maintain the Marapu ideology as their religion, so that the reality that occurs in the local community is the practice of religious dualism as strategy of survive and negotiation. The struggle of Marapu followers continues after the Decision of Constitutional Court Number 97/PUU-XIV/2016 by trying to obtain a determination as Marapu customary law community. Jalan Pahlawan is the main road of Tabanan City, the center for government offices of Tabanan Regency in Bali. This road used to be dominated by buildings dedicated to offices. Over time, however, this is no longer the case. It has been decorated with other building types that eventually change its visual character. This study aims to analyze the visual character of 2 segments of the Jalan Pahlawan corridor. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method by applying the townscape theory, namely serial vision (place and content). The study limits its research by only investigating the first layer of buildings that exist on both sides of the Jalan Pahlawan. This study shows that 3 segments have focal points while the other segment does not. This is due to the low visual diversity created by building sited in this corridor. The largest viscosity is found in the Tabanan Regent's Office which has a 35-meter border of undeveloped area. Sidewalks for pedestrians are found on both the northern and southern parts of the corridor which are also well decorated by thick vegetation. Vegetation is important in creating shade, but it should be wisely selected so it will not omit visual character potentially created by a series of unique buildings that exist along the corridor. Seiring berjalannya waktu, dominasi bangunan perkantoran mulai berkurang dengan munculnya berbagai jenis bangunan lain. Hal tersebut menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan karakter visual. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakter visual dari 2 segmen di sepanjang koridor Jalan Pahlawan untuk mengetahui perubahan karakter visual di sepanjang koridor tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menerapkan teori townscape, yaitu serial vision (place dan content). Batas penelitian berupa satu lapis deret bangunan yang saling berhadapan di sepanjang koridor Jalan Pahlawan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 3 segmen memiliki focal point dan 1 segmen tidak punya. Ini disebabkan rendahnya keragaman visual pada wajah bangunan di koridor ini. Viscosity terbesar ditemukan pada Kantor Bupati Tabanan yang memiliki garis sempadan 35 meter. Trotoar untuk pejalan kaki ditemukan di bagian utara dan selatan dari koridor ini yang juga dipenuhi dengan pepohonan yang lebat. Vegetasi berperan penting dalam menciptakan keteduhan, namun harus dipilih secara bijaksana sehingga keberadaannya tidak menghilangkan visual karakter yang dimunculkan oleh bangunan-bangunan yang unik yang berada di sepanjang koridor. Guest satisfaction and loyalty become an indicator of the success of a hotel. Service quality and brand attributes are two components that related the satisfaction and loyalty of guests who stay at the hotel. The purposes of this study were 1) To analyse the relationship of service quality and brand attributes to the satisfaction of guests staying at the Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran hotel, 2) To analyse the relationships of service quality and brand attributes to the loyalty of guests staying at the Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran hotel, 3) To analyse the satisfaction of the guests staying at the Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran hotel. This research used quantitative method involving 100 guests who stayed overnight as the respondents. Sampling was done by accidental sampling and analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that 1) Service quality had a significant effect on satisfaction, 2) Service quality had no significant effect on loyalty, 3) Brand attributes had a significant effect on satisfaction, 4) Brand attributes had significant influence on loyalty, and 5) Satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty. Suggestions that can be made in this study that hotel should support loyalty, maintain and pay close attention to brand attributes that need to be improved and guest mindset influence, as well as the should find other aspects that can support and increase guest loyalty.

Mask, often known by Balinese as “Tapel”, is made of pule wood. It depicts the representation of characters in the “badbad” or legend. Bali has many types of mask dances that are often performed, which makes tourists interested in visiting Bali. Unfortunately, many tourists do not know the information contained in Balinese masks. The most important information contained in the character of the Balinese masks. The characters of each mask are different even though they have the same type. As mask art is also a cultural heritage from generation to generation, it needs to be preserved. It is necessary to have information in the form of technology that can distinguish the characters from Balinese masks. In this study, bag of visual word method in the classification process of Balinese mask characters is used, where in this method, there are several algorithms used, namely SURF as feature detection, K-Means as a clustering process to get the value of feature quantization, and SVM as a classification of Balinese mask character. The result of the accuracy level obtained from the testing process is 80%.

Tourists who travel to a tourism village certainly have different characteristics, motivations, and perceptions. These three things are very important to be identified, because they can become a reference material for the local community and the government related to self-improvements, facilities-improvements, infrastructure, management, and services in Trunyan Tourism Village that can affect the tourist and the returning of them, and are able to provide excellent service in accordance with the tourists expectations. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics, motivations, and perceptions of the foreign tourists who travel to Trunyan Tourism Village. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, unstructured interviews, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. Accidental sampling techniques used to take a sample of 100 people. Data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive qualitative data analysis technique. The results show that the most foreign tourists who travel to Trunyan Tourism Village are 33% from United States, 40% with an age range of 15-30 years old, 55% males, 29% working as employees, and 39% of master-educated. A total of 61% tourist state that the purpose of the travel is to travel/recreation, 65% state that the arrangement of the travel is arranged by the travel agency, 100% are first timers, 49% receive the information about Trunyan Tourism Village through the travel agency, 54% spend $39-$54, and 85% are accompanied by friends/family. The motivation that push foreign tourists to travel to Trunyan Tourism Village is novelty and knowledge seeking of 4.10, while the motivation that pull foreign tourists to travel to Trunyan Tourism Village is safety, cleanliness, and variety attraction of 3.71. The foreign tourists who travel to Trunyan Tourism Village have good perceptions/agree with the average total score of 3,60.

Performance testing of water-cooled chiller integrated with a heat recovery system has been carried out at a hotel in Bali. After commissioning, testing is carried out for 2 days to determine the readiness of the components in operation. The coefficient of performance which is the reference in this study is used to determine the performance of the system with a capacity of 275 tons of refrigeration which is divided into the coefficient of performance of the refrigeration system and the coefficient of performance of the total integrated system. Data was collected with 8 hour intervals starting at 06.00, 14.00, and 22.00 Wita every day. This condition is based on the prediction of the cycle of changes in energy use in the hotel, which includes breakfast, hotel check-in and bedtime. From the research results, it was found that with the condition and situation of the hotel were not measured properly and the occupancy rate of the hotel which was not yet maximal resulted in a greater refrigeration capacity on the second day, but this was also followed by a large demand for compressor power. Although in the end the coefficient of performance was slightly larger than day 1. It was also found that the greatest need for heat transfer rate is required at 22.00 Wita during the 2-day test. This is possibly due to the need for hot water for hotel guests to shower at night. In general, an increase in the coefficient of performance is still possible if there is an increase in hotel occupancy rates.

The positive perception of tourists about tourist attraction will give satisfaction to tourists which in turn will create intention to revisit. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation (intrinsic and extrinsic) on the tourists’ satisfaction of Alas Harum Agrotourism, and analyze the effect of tourist satisfaction to revisit intention. The purpose of this study is also to evaluate the contribution of Alas Harum Agrotourism to the welfare of the community and surrounding farming families. The research data was processed in quantitative data using the Smart-PLS version 3.0 program and qualitative data was processed with descriptive analysis. The number of respondents in this study was 50 respondents. The results showed that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation had a significant effect on tourist satisfaction (P = 0,000). Tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on revisit intention (P = 0,000). The results also showed that Alas Harum Agrotourism contributed both to the community and surrounding farmers. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that Alas Harum Agro tourism can improve the quality of services and be able to maintain the beauty of nature to increase the motivation of tourists, that are having good results already. Agrotourism attraction of Ceking Rice Field Terrace Village is a natural panorama of rice fields terrace has been recognized as heritage that should be preserved. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of destination brands on the interest of foreign tourists in Ceking Rice Field Terrace Agrotourism and the obstacles faced in building destination brands in Ceking Rice Field Terrace tourist destinations. The independent variables of this research are part of the brand destination, namely brand awareness, brand image and brand association. The dependent variables are customer satisfaction and revisit intention. Research was design based on structural equation model. Data was analyzed by using Smart-PLS version 3.0. Brand awareness, brand image and brand association had a significant and positive influence on the satisfaction of foreign tourists and their revisit intention. The results also showed that the constraints faced by Agrotourism Rice Field Terrace in building a destination brand area, the name of Agrotourism Ceking Rice Field Terrace has not been known as a name of attractive tourist destination and the lack of handicrafts that have the characteristics of the Agrotourism. Marketing mix and service quality are two important aspects that need to be considered by a tourist attraction in order to provide satisfaction to tourists. Tourist satisfaction can be achieved if the products sold are supported by good quality and price of products and services. Satisfaction can also affect the intention of tourists to revisit these tourist attractions. The problem that occurs in educational tourism in Kampung Coklat, Blitar Regency is that some tourists are not satisfied with the elements of the marketing mix and the quality of the services offered. This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing mix and service quality on tourist satisfaction in Kampung Coklat, Blitar Regency, to analyze the effect of marketing mix and service quality on revisit intention to Kampung Coklat, Blitar Regency and to analyze the effect of tourist satisfaction on revisit intention to Kampung Coklat, Blitar Regency. The number of respondents in this study were 100 people who were chosen deliberately with the criteria being at least 17 years old and visiting Kampung Coklat for the first time. The analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The results showed that marketing mix and service quality had a significant effect on tourist satisfaction, marketing mix and service quality had a significant effect on revisit intention, and tourist satisfaction had a significant effect on revisit intention. Low back pain has become a central issue of physiological health. Almost all the discussion of musculoskeletal complaints places more emphasis on the need to pay attention to the importance of health in the lower back. One of the causes of workers' complaints on the lower back is a less natural posture when on the move. The impact that is most easily observed as a result of the emergence of low back pain is the emergence of fatigue and decreased work motivation. Observation of the impact of low back pain on workers was examined using the same subject design. The subject are 11 people who work as wood carving artists. In period 1 the subjects worked in conventional working conditions, while in period 2 the subjects were given treatment, namely anticipation of complaints of low back pain, working in ergo-anthropometric working conditions, ie given ergonomic work tables and chairs with additional nutrition intake, active rest and work uniform. The fatigue variable was measured using a 30 items rating scale questionnaire and crafters' motivation was measured by a questionnaire on 4 Likert scales. Data analysis begins with descriptive analysis and normality test data with ShapiroWilk. Data with normal distribution are used t-paired analysis and data with abnormal distribution use Wilcoxon test. In this study it was found that ergo-anthropometric working conditions can reduce fatigue by 27.34% and increase work motivation by 20.39%. It can be concluded that efforts to anticipate complaints of low back pain can reduce fatigue and maintain work motivation of carving craftsmen.

Inseminasi Buatan (IB) adalah salah satu teknologi reproduksi yang telah berhasil meningkatkan mutu genetik ternak, dan dalam waktu pendek dapat menghasilkan anak dengan kualitas baik dalam jumlah yang besar dengan memanfaatkan pejantan unggul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penampilan pedet sapi bali hasil inseminasi buatan dari pejantan yang berbeda. Penelitian menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data sekunder berupa catatan berat lahir sapi hasil inseminasi buatan dan data primer merupakan pengukuran berat dan dimensi tubuh anak-anak sapi hasil inseminasi buatan dari pejantan berbeda. Statistik deskriptif digunakan untuk membantu memaparkan keadaan yang sebenarnya dari potensi produksi pejantan yang dipakai sebagai sumber semen sehingga diperoleh data dasar tentang potensi produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan bobot lahir pedet sapi dari pejantan berbeda, demikian juga terhadap bobot dan dimensi tubuh pedet sapi pra sapih hasil inseminasi buatan dari pejantan berbeda. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa pejantan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mempunyai kualitas yang sama.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan locus of control sebagai variabel moderasi memiliki pengaruh role stress terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan accounting Hotel Melia Bali. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan metode Likert Summated Ratings (LSR). Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner karyawan accounting Hotel Melia Bali. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan moderated regression analysis dan uji kelayakan model. Hasil moderated regression analysis dan uji kelayakan model menunjukan bahwa variabel locus of control sebagai variabel moderasi pengaruh role stress terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan accounting Hotel Melia Bali. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi role stress yang dirasakan karyawan accounting Hotel Melia Bali maka kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan karyawan akan semakin menurun. The Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia has developed strategies to attract millennial tourists who are estimated to dominate the world tourism market, where Bali is ranked as the fourth most desirable destination for millennials around the world. One of the important factors for tourists in making a visit decision is motivation. Motivation can affect tourists' satisfaction that is triggered by evaluations through their experiences during a visit and it can affect their revisit intention. Decision making for revisit intention to a destination is actually the behavior of satisfied tourists. This research is a quantitative study with samples of millennial tourists visiting the areas of Ubud, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu and Uluwatu. Research results were analyzed by Structural Equations Modelling (SEM) analysis usings SmartPLS software 3.0 version. The results showed that motivation consisting of push and pull factors has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction. Tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on the revisit intention. The push factor has a positive but not significant effect on the revisit intention while the pull factor has a significant effect on the revisit intention. Another result showed that 69% of millennial tourists make use of social media as a source of information about Bali. This is also the reason for the facts that 91% of millennial tourists prefer to arrange their own trips. Keyword : Bali, motivation, satisfaction, revisit intention, millennial tourist.
