Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan mengetahui kesalahan dan kesulitan mahasiswa pendidikan matematika Unismuh dalam menegasikan definisi limit fungsi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dua orang berkemampuan logika matematika tinggi, mahasiswa Semester II Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika Unismuh Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi metodologi untuk mengecek keabsahan data, yaitu metode pemberian tes dan wawancara. Oleh karena itu, ada dua instrumen pendukung dalam penelitian ini, yaitu tes, berupa Tes Kemampuan Logika Matematika yang digunakan untuk menjaring subjek penelitian, dan Tes Kemampuan Menegasikan Definisi Limit Fungsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dua subjek memiliki kesamaan dan perbedaan. Salah satunya mengalami semua jenis kesalahan dalam prosedur Newman, dan satu yang lain tidak mengalami Transformation Error saja. Kedua subjek penelitian mengalami kesulitan yang sama dalam menghadapi pernyataan berkuantor majemuk. Mereka kesulitan menjustifikasi kuantor dan maknanya, kesulitan menentukan fungsi pernyataannya, dan kesulitan menentukan bagian yang ingin dinegasikan. This is a qualitative research aimedat uncovering the mistakes and difficulties of mathematics education students of Unismuh in negating the definition of limit of function. The research subjects were two students of the second semester of the mathematics education study program of Unismuh with high ability in mathematical logic. This study used a methodological triangulation technique to check the validity of the data. It was to provide the subjects with tests and interviews. There were two supporting instruments in this study, namely, a test such a mathematical logic ability test which was used to select the students to be the research subjects, and a test for investigating their ability to negate the definition of limit of function. The results show that the two subjects have similarities and differences. One of them experiences all the types of Newman errors, and the other one has no transformation error type only. The two subjects experience the same difficulty in dealing with statements with multiple quantifiers. They have difficulty in justifying the quantifier and its meaning. Also, difficulty in finding the function of the statement and justifying the part to negate. Keywords: error,difficulty, negation, definition of limit of function.

Performance is the result of work and work behavior that has been achieved in completing the assigned tasks and responsibilities within a certain period. The purposes of this study are: 1) To find out the description of office layout at the Barombong District Office, 2) To find out how the performance of employees at the Barombong District Office, 3) To find out whether there is an influence of office layout on employee performance at the Barombong District Office. Data collection used primary data obtained from employees of the Barombong sub-district office who were then used as respondents using a saturated sample where all members of the population were used as samples from the results of primary data collected through distributing questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that partially good office layout had a positive and significant effect on employee performance so that the proposed hypothesis was accepted. This study has a strong influence between the two variables compared to previous studies which only had a moderate effect.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesulitan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal persamaan garis lurus ditinjau dari kecemasan belajar matematika pada kelas VIII SMP. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Ada tiga orang siswa yang menjadi subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu satu siswa kecemasan tinggi, satu siswa kecemasan sedang, dan satu siswa kecemasan rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek kecemasan tinggi (SKT) lebih banyak mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal serta membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama dalam menyelesaikan soal. Subjek kecemasan sedang (SKS) mengalami sedikit kesulitan dalam menerapkan konsep dan lebih banyak kesulitan dalam menerapkan prinsip dan kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal verbal serta membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam menyelesaikan soal. Subjek kecemasan rendah (SKR), tidak kesulitan dalam memahami konsep, menerapkan prinsip, dan tidak kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal verbal tetapi membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama dalam menyelesaikan soal. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan dan meminimalisir kesulitan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal persamaan garis lurus. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative research. There are three students who are the subject of this study, namely one student with high anxiety, one student with moderate anxiety, and one student with low anxiety. The results showed that subjects with high anxiety (SKT) had more difficulty in solving questions and needed a relatively long time to solve problems. Subjects of moderate anxiety (SKS) had little difficulty in applying concepts and more difficulties in applying principles and difficulties in solving verbal problems and took a long time to solve problems. The subject of low anxiety (SKR), has no difficulty in understanding concepts, applying principles, and has no difficulty in solving verbal problems but requires a relatively long time in solving questions. Artikel ini bermaksud mengemukakan solusi atas masalah guru SD di Kec. Tinggi Moncong, Kab. Gowa terkait desain pembelajaran dan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Realisasi metode yang ditawarkan atas masalah tersebut adalah pelatihan dengan mengadaptasi direct instruction model oleh Richard I. Arends. Aktivitas inti dalam pelatihan ini adalah penyajian konsep desain pembelajaran dan PTK, PTK sebagai basis desain pembelajaran, dan implementasi desain pembelajaran berbasis PTK, serta mendampingi peserta secara intensif untuk melakukan praktik desain pembelajaran berbasis PTK dan membuka ruang diskusi bagi peserta yang mengalami kesulitan. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman konseptual guru tentang desain pembelajaran berbasis PTK, serta meningkatkan kemampuan praksis guru dalam desain pembelajaran berbasis PTK. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan perlunya kegiatan serupa dengan cakupan peserta yang lebih luas yang berasal dari komponen guru-guru yang berasal dari Kabupaten/Kota lainnya. Dengan demikian, peserta akan mengalami recharging solusi alternatif terhadap masalah pembelajaran yang mereka hadapi di kelas.

Archives have a role as a memory center, as a source of information, and as an indispensable monitoring tool in every organization. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of archive management at the Office of the Education Quality Assurance Agency/Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve this goal, the researchers set 5 (five) informants with the type of research and the approach used was descriptive qualitative. The data collection used was through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the Archives Management at the Office of the Education Quality Assurance Institution/Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) of South Sulawesi Province, was in the effective category, in terms of several indicators of archive management, namely the creation of archives where archives can be created both externally and internally, archive storage is carried out manually using a numbering system and is also carried out digitally, archive maintenance where archives are placed in archival cabinets and archive shrinkage. The results of this study are expected to be used as reference material at the Provincial level institutions because previous research has focused on Regency level institutions

Pengabdian adalah pelatihan pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika non-tatap muka di era new normal. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan bagi guru kabupaten Bantaeng pada tingkatan SD, SMP, dan SMA/SMK. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran matematika di era new normal akibat dari pandemi covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian materi dan pembimbingan. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 28 guru di berbagai tingkatan. Evaluasi berupa angket respon peserta terhadap pengabdian ini diberikan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peserta memberikan respon yang baik terhadap pelaksanaan pengabdian ini. Kata Kunci: Covid-19, matematika, new normal, pelatihan guru.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik guru fisika SMAN di Kota. Sampel penelitian dipilih secara acak sebanyak 8 orang guru yang berasal dari 8 sekolah yang ditentukan secara cluster random sampling berdasarkan akreditasi sekolah, guru yang telah bersertifikasi dari Tahun 2007 sampai dengan 2014, guru yang telah mengikuti tes uji kompetensi pedagogik Tahun 2015 dan 2017, dan guru yang telah mengikuti pelatihan Kurikulum 2013 lebih dari tiga kali. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara pemberian kuesioner dan observasi untuk mengukur kompetensi pedagogik guru dan pengkajian dokumentasi RPP untuk mengukur indikator pengembangan kurikulum, selanjutnya dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan indikator (1) penguasaan karakteristik peserta didik memperoleh nilai rata-rata 75,47 dengan kategori cukup, (2) penguasaan teori belajar dan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran yang mendidik memperoleh nilai rata-rata 76,41 dengan kategori baik, (3) penguasaan pengembangan memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 67,19 dengan kategori cukup, (4) penguasaan melaksanakan kegiatan yang mendidik memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 75,00 dengan kategori baik, Secara keseluruhan dalam penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik guru fisika SMAN di kota Makassar dalam kategori baik.Kata kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogik, Kurikulum 2013, Guru Fisika. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach that aims to analyze the mastery of the pedagogical competence of the physics teacher of SMAN in Makassar. The sample of the study was randomly selected as many as 8 teachers from eight schools determined by cluster random sampling based on school accreditation, teachers who have been certified from 2007 to 2014, teachers who have taken the pedagogical competency test in 2015 and 2017, and teachers who have attended the 2013 Curriculum training more than three times. Data were collected by giving questionnaires and observations to measureStudent Assessment of Lecturer Performance, Learning Motivation, And Attitudes Towards teacher's pedagogical competencies and reviewing lesson plans to measure indicators of curriculum development, then analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results of the analysis of the data show the indicators (1) the mastery of the characteristics of students gained an average value of 75,47 with a sufficient category, (2) mastery of learning theory and principles of learning that educate an average score of 76,41 with a good category, ( 3) mastery of development obtains an average value of 67,19 with a sufficient category, (4) mastery of carrying out educational activities obtaining an average value of 75,00 with a good category. Overall in mastering the pedagogical competence of high school physics teachers in Makassar in the good category.Keywords: Pedagogical competence, Curriculum 2013, Physics teacher.

The implementation of online learning during covid-19 is a learning model that is now applied throughout Indonesia, as a form of government policy in an effort to reduce the chain of transmission of covid-19 in the country. This research was carried out with the aim of determining the level of effectiveness of the implementation of online learning during covid-19 (Study in the Department of Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, State Universitas Negeri Makassar). This research uses a quantitative research approach with a descriptive type of research. The population in this study was students of the Department of Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences, State University of Makassar, class of 2018 – 2020 with a total of 1,050 people. The total sample was 15%, which was 157 people. Data collection is carried out with various techniques including observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is percentage analysis. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of the implementation of online learning during Covid-19 (Study in the Department of Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Universitas Negeri Makassar) is classified as effective in terms of indicators of the presence of content or learning materials relevant to learning objectives, using appropriate learning methods, using learning media in various formats such as texts, visual, video, multimedia, etc., and can occur synchronously or asynchronously.

To achieve this goal, the researcher determined 5 (five) informants with the type of research and the approach used was descriptive qualitative. Collecting data through interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results showed that, the leadership of PT. Fajar Makassar Televisi (FAJAR TV) has implemented its situational leadership well, with the involvement of the leader in determining and assigning tasks to employees that have been running optimally, implementing relationship behavior with employees well, and the attitude of the leadership in responding to the readiness of followers effectively. So the application of the leadership of the PT. Fajar Makassar Televisi (FAJAR TV) has been running effectively.

Adanya Perubahan Program Studi Manajemen Kepariwisataan menjadi Program Studi Destinasi Pariwisata sesuai aturan DIKTI dan skaligus mendukung program Kementerian Pariwisata yang telah menetapkan Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar sebagai Centre of Excelence Wisata Maritim, membutuhkan penyesuain kurikulum yang akan dijalankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui kurikulum yang diterapkan dalam menjalankan Program Studi Destinasi Pariwisata untuk mendukung Program Kementerian Pariwisata yang menetapkan Politeknik Pariwisata sebagai Center of Excellence Wisata Maritim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Informan ahli sebanyak tujuh orang untuk menentukan kriteria dan alternative data. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analitical Networking Proces (ANP) dengan menggunakan software Super Decision. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil penentuan kriteria dan alternatif pelaksanaan kurikulum Program Studi Destinasi Pariwisata menggunakan kurikulum alam bahari, budaya bahari dan bahari buatan, dengan basis kurikulum yang lebih menekankan pada pendekatan teknis sebagai dasar dari pelaksanaan kurikulum vokasional

Administrative services by Fees for Acquisition of Land and Building Rights at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency office have resulted in a good performance. The purpose of this research is to describe the effectiveness of administrative services of acquisition duties on land and building rights at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency office. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The results showed: shows that the effectiveness of administrative services for land and building rights in the office of the Regional Revenue Agency of Makassar City with the effective category of timeliness which is categorized as effective is 94.61%, the accuracy of services categorized as effective is 71.38%, politeness and friendly categorized as effective 94%, ease of getting services that were categorized as effective 94.46%, and comfort in getting services that were categorized as quite effective 54.30%. This proves that the administrative service of acquisition fees on land and building rights (BPHTB) at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency office has been able to carry out its duties and responsibilities and can implement an administrative service system properly.

Motivation to develop a new business is required not only by self-confidence in its ability to succeed, but also by its ability to access information about entrepreneurial opportunities. This study aims to determine how the motivation to entrepreneurship street vendors in Seruni Beach, Bantaeng Regency. Data collection used through observation, interview and documentation techniques. Informants in the study were seven informants with the type of research and the approach used was a qualitative description. Data collection used through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the motivation of the street vendors on Seruni Beach, Bantaeng Regency in terms of each indicator, starting from the entrepreneurial spirit indicator displayed by the street vendors, the results showed that there was indeed enthusiasm in a trader, an indicator of creativity whose results showed the traders had creativity, an innovative indicator whose results show that traders have innovative, risk-taking indicators of courage, the results show that traders are brave enough to take all kinds of risks in entrepreneurship.

This study aims to determine the independence of students in conducting off-campus learning activities without the physical presence of faculty but using information technology tools in different rooms and locations. The variables for independent learning and online-based learning were limited during the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). The secondary data needed comes from student responses to online-based learning that are linked to aspects of independent learning activities for students. The population in this study was all undergraduate students in Educational Technology, Universitas Pejuang RI. Macassar. The sample was collected using a dedicated sampling method that focused only on students enrolled in the Education Communication System course. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, online-based learning was implemented. The data was collected through online questionnaires and in-depth interviews with several students in order to obtain more detailed information. The data analysis technique used in this study is percentage description analysis, which consists of data acquisition, data reduction, data presentation and final drawing. The results of this study show that the activities of students in online-based learning in the subject of educational communication systems show a positive correlation with learning independence, with details of the aspects being assessed. The ability to ask and answer questions about the material being taught is (61.12%) and can provide immediate feedback on the faculty of the instructor's questions (60.14%) on the aspect of the ability to do tasks appropriately and the content of the Material processed with references gives solid and integrated course material (50.22%). The conclusion is behind online learning and its problems. However, positive data are obtained from the independent attitude of students to learning. This is because online learning in college can improve the ability to ask questions on the fly, provide feedback according to the originality of their thoughts, and process course materials with other supportive materials of the initiative. alone. Community participation is the main asset in achieving the government's program goals. This study aims to determine community participation in development at Baringeng Village, Soppeng regency. Therefore, to find out the objectives of this study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were (7 peoples) using data collection techniques that were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that community participation in development at Baringeng village, Soppeng regency was in the high category. This can be viewed from several indicators, including thought participation, energy participation, property participation, skills participation, and social participation.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah menelaah Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Make A Match Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Pre Experimental Design dengan tipe One-Shot Case Study dimana peneliti hanya mengadakan treatment satu kali yang diperkirakan sudah mempunyai pengaruh. Kemudian diadakan post test . Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SDN 149 Tungke dengan sampel kelas VA sebagai Kelas Eksperimen dan VB sebagai Kelas Kontrol. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari Uji Normalitas, Uji Homogenitas dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Make A Match pada mata pelajaran matematika memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang meningkat sehingga memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang kewirausahaan suatu usaha pertambangan sumber daya mineral pasir kuarsa yang berwawasan lingkungan. Lokasi penelitian di daerah Kading Kecamatan Tanete Riaja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara survey dan pemetaan. Pembangunan usaha pertambangan yang berwawasan lingkungan mensyaratkan adanya pengelolaan sumber daya yang bijaksana. Di sisi lain usaha pertambangan tersebut memberikan resiko terhadap kerusakan lingkungan. Olehnya tindakan pengendalian lingkungan adalah upaya yang harus diperhitungkan dalam perencanaan pertambangan yang berwawasan lingkungan. Berdasakan hasil penelitian endapan pasir kuarsa yang terdapat di daerah penelitian menunjukkan kadar SiO2 = (85 – 90) %, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan semen di Pabrik Semen Bosowa dan Pabrik Semen Tonasa. Pasir kuarsa tersebut menyebar pada daerah seluas 30 ha, mempunyai cadangan terukur 5.175.000 ton, mining recovery 90 % sehingga cadangan layak tambang adalah 4.657.500 ton. Penambangan yang cocok diterapkan di wilayah penelitian adalah tambang terbuka dengan system teras-teras, penggalian dilakukan dengan metode back filling. Peralatan tambang yang diperlukan adalah excavator dan dump truck. Rencana produksi 120.000 ton/tahun, sehingga umur tambang 38,81 tahun. Rencana pemasaran PT Semen Tonasa Pangkep dan PT Semen Bosowa Maros untuk bahan baku pengoreksi industri semen, harga jual Rp 100.000 per ton logo gudang pabrik semen.

Teacher teaching skills are needed so that teachers can implement and implement various learning strategies in process management so that learning can run effectively and efficiently. This study aim to describe the effectiveness of the application of teacher teaching skills to Office Administration Skills Competencies at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population in this study is 317 students, while the number of samples is 47 people. Data collection is through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data collected is analyzed through frequency tables and processed through frequency tables and through score calculation techniques to obtain the percentage value of each indicator. Employee motivation at each company becomes very important, with regard to this , nowadays employees in a every company need to improve work productivity both in quantitiy and quality. This study aim to know the description of the level of work motivation of PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch. This research is a descriptive study designed to describe carefully, clearly and objectively about employee work motivation. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The result showed that employee work motivation at PT Sulselbar Makassar main branch can be categorized as good, this can be seen in each indicators, which is in the good category, the awards in the the good category, the challenges in the quite good category, responsibilities in the poor category, developments is in a good category, involvement is in a good category and opportinities in the good category

Motivasi kerja pegawai pada setiap perusahaan menjadi sangat penting artinya, berkaitan dengan hal tersebut maka sekarang ini segenap pegawai di setiap perusahaan harus meningkatkan produktivitas kerjanya baik dalam arti volume maupun kualitas dari pekerjaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat motivasi kerja pegawai PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Utama Makassar. Penelitian ini tergolong jenis penelitian deskriptif yang dirancang untuk menggambarkan secara cermat, jelas dan obyektif mengenai motivasi kerja pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, dokumentasi, angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja pegawai pada Bank Sulselbar cabang utama Makassar dapat dikategorikan sudah baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari masing-masing setiap hasil indikator yaitu prestasi yang hasilnya dapat dikategorikan baik, penghargaan yang hasilnya dikategorikan baik, tantangan yang hasilnya dikategorikan cukup baik, tanggung jawab yang hasilnya dikategorikan kurang baik, pengembangan yang hasilnya dikategorikan baik, keterlibatan hasilnya dikategorikan baik, dan kesempatan yang hasilnya dikategorikan baik.

This study uses a qualitative approach and type of classroom action research. The formulation of the problem from this study is whether the application of the Community Technology Science approach to water cycle material can improve the learning outcomes of class VI SD Inpres 3/77 Bukaka and how the process of applying the Community Technology Science approach to water cycle material in improving learning outcomes of grade VI SD Inpres students 3/77 Bukaka. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of class VI SD Inpres 3/77 Bukaka on water cycle material through the application of the Community Technoogy Science approach, as well as improving the learning process / water cycle material through the application of the Science Technology Society class VI approach at SD Inpres 3/77 Bukaka . The object of this research is the sixth grade students of SD Inpres 3/77 Bukaka. Data collection techniques used are teacher and student observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis and evaluation at the reflection stage, the results of the study show that the application of the Community Technology Science approach effectively improves the process / activity and learning outcomes in the Water Recycling material in each cycle of action.
