In addition, evidence suggests that certain psychological characteristics of workers would vary positively or negatively influence the magnitude of the resources on the links with work and on well-being. Based on this evidence this study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational justice (distributive, procedures and interactional) and psychological capital on engagement at work and subjective well-being (emotional balance and life satisfaction). From the main goal, four hypotheses have been proposed: perception of organizational justice increases engagement at work (H1) and subjective well-being (H2); psychological capital was moderator of the relationship between organizational justice and subjective well-being (H3) and the relationship between organizational justice and engagement (H4), and that high levels of psychological capital would strengthen relations. The design was a cross-sectional quantitative, descriptive and non-probability sampling. From a sample of 293 workers with an average age of 38.3 (SD = 10.7) years, of which slightly more than half were women (56.3pc), coming from all regions of Brazil, predominantly in the Southeast (65.2pc) was measured with valid and accurate scales, through an online questionnaire, the organizational justice levels, psychological capital, engagement at work and subjective well-being. Two sets of multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypotheses were performed. In the first set of analyzes, the results of standard multiple linear regressions indicated that organizational justice influenced the levels of engagement at work and subjective well-being, and, in relation to engagement and emotional balance, only the interactional dimension of justice was significant predictor while distributive justice was the only significant predictor of life satisfaction. In the second set of analyzes, the hierarchical multiple linear regressions for each dimension of organizational justice, along with psychological capital and interaction term upon engagement at work and subjective well-being, they indicated that psychological capital moderated the relations of procedural justice and interactional justice on engagement at work. It was concluded from the results that the perception of being adequately remunerated for their efforts at work, participate in decisions that affect the work and be treated with respect and sincerity can influence the levels of pride and inspiration at work, engagement features, and may increase the subjective well-being levels, contributing to the prevailing experience of positive affect and positive satisfaction ratings with life. Moreover, although it is not possible to say that workers with higher levels of belief in their ability to perform their tasks and with good prospects for the future, can do without fair environments to engage in work, the results showed that these workers can suffer less influence of interactional and procedural justice to establish that bond with their work, demonstrating that these personal characteristics would act as shock absorbers given the lack of environmental resources. Há indicativos de que recursos sociais do ambiente de trabalho, entre eles justiça organizacional, poderiam influenciar vínculos com o trabalho, além de impactarem os níveis de bem-estar dos trabalhadores. Além disso, evidências apontam que certas características psicológicas dos trabalhadores fariam variar positiva ou negativamente a magnitude da influência dos recursos sobre os vínculos com o trabalho e sobre bem-estar. Com base nessas evidências esse estudo teve como objetivo principal analisar a influência de justiça organizacional (distributiva, procedimentos e interacional) e capital psicológico sobre engajamento no trabalho e bem-estar subjetivo (balanço emocional e satisfação com a vida). A partir do objetivo principal, foram propostas quatro hipóteses: percepção de justiça organizacional aumenta o engajamento no trabalho (H1) e bem-estar subjetivo (H2); capital psicológico seria moderador da relação entre justiça organizacional e bem-estar subjetivo (H3) e da relação entre justiça organizacional e engajamento (H4), sendo que, níveis altos de capital psicológico fortaleceriam as relações. O delineamento utilizado foi de natureza quantitativa transversal, descritiva e com amostragem não probabilística. A partir de uma amostra composta por 293 trabalhadores com média de idade de 38,3 (DP=10,7) anos, dos quais um pouco mais da metade era composta por mulheres (56,3pc), oriundos de todas as regiões do Brasil, com predomínio da região Sudeste (65,2pc), mediu-se com escalas válidas e precisas, por meio de um questionário online, os níveis de justiça organizacional, capital psicológico, engajamento no trabalho e bem-estar subjetivo. Foram realizados dois conjuntos de análises de regressão linear múltipla para teste das hipóteses. No primeiro conjunto de análises, os resultados das regressões lineares múltiplas padrão indicaram que justiça organizacional influenciou os níveis de engajamento no trabalho e bem-estar subjetivo, sendo que, em relação a engajamento e balanço emocional, apenas a dimensão interacional da justiça foi preditora significativa, enquanto justiça distributiva foi a única preditora significativa de satisfação com a vida. No segundo conjunto de análises, as regressões lineares múltiplas hierárquicas de cada dimensão de justiça organizacional, juntamente com capital psicológico e termo de interação sobre engajamento no trabalho e sobre bem-estar subjetivo, indicaram que capital psicológico moderou as relações entre justiça de procedimentos e justiça interacional com engajamento no trabalho. Concluiu-se a partir dos resultados que a percepção de ser remunerado adequadamente pelos esforços no trabalho, participar das decisões que afetam o trabalho e ser tratado com respeito e sinceridade pode influenciar os níveis de orgulho e inspiração no trabalho, características de engajamento, além de poder aumentar os níveis de bem-estar subjetivo, contribuindo para a vivência predominante de afetos positivos e de avaliações positivas da satisfação com a vida. Além disso, apesar de não ser possível afirmar que trabalhadores com maiores níveis de crenças em sua capacidade para executar suas tarefas e com perspectivas positivas em relação ao futuro, possam prescindir de ambientes justos para se engajarem no trabalho, os resultados demonstraram que esses trabalhadores podem sofrer menos influência de justiça de procedimentos e interacional para estabelecerem esse vínculo com seu trabalho, demonstrando que essas características pessoais funcionariam como amortecedores diante da falta de recursos do ambiente.

The vulnerability brought by this phase can motivate the use of alcohol and other drugs, and a recurring pattern found in university. The subjective well-being (SWB) and self-efficacy (SE) are examples of protective factors that can influence the behavior and attitudes of young people in situations such as alcohol consumption. Thus, the aim of this study was to analyze the explanatory power of subjective well-being and self-efficacy on alcohol consumption in university. The study sample consisted of 405 university students courses in the area of health in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, with an average age of 21.69 (SD = 5.49), mostly female (81.5), attending the first or second half, both mornings as the night. Data analysis was performed using SPSS, version 20.0 for Windows to perform descriptive and exploratory calculations: mean, standard deviation, correlation, standard regression analysis, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Students t test. The study results revealed that the university had a low level of subjective well-being, self-efficacy above average and low alcohol consumption, being classified mostly as abstinent. Evidence that subjective well-being and self-efficacy predict, albeit in a limited way were observed, alcohol consumption, especially with higher predictive ability negative affect, self-efficacy in proactive actions and self-efficacy in social interaction. Additionally, correlation analysis (Pearsons r) revealed that SE and SWB are related to each other, having positive and significant levels. Were also found significant and negative correlations between alcohol consumption, general self-efficacy and their factors, as well as significant and positive correlations between alcohol consumption and negative affects. Additionally, it is possible to conclude that, in the study group, among young people who consumed alcohol, male students showed a higher consumption of the drink than women. O período de transição para a universidade constitui-se um desafio para os estudantes devido à quantidade e à diversidade de mudanças originadas por um novo contexto pessoal e social que exige o desenvolvimento de recursos adaptativos. A vulnerabilidade trazida por essa fase pode motivar o uso de álcool e outras drogas, sendo um padrão recorrente encontrado em universitários. O bem-estar subjetivo (BES) e a autoeficácia (AE) são exemplos de fatores de proteção capazes de influenciar os comportamentos e atitudes dos jovens diante de situações como o consumo de bebidas alcoólicas. Sendo assim, o objetivo geral deste estudo foi analisar a capacidade explicativa do bem-estar subjetivo e da autoeficácia sobre o consumo de álcool em universitários. A amostra pesquisada foi constituída por 405 estudantes universitários de cursos da área da saúde da região metropolitana de São Paulo, com uma idade média de 21,69 (DP= 5,49), sendo a maioria do sexo feminino (81,5%), cursando o primeiro ou o segundo semestre, tanto do período matutino quanto do noturno. A análise dos dados foi realizada utilizando-se o programa SPSS, versão 20.0 para Windows para a realização de cálculos descritivos e exploratórios: média, desvio-padrão, correlações, análise de regressão múltipla, análises de variância (ANOVA) e teste t de Student. Os resultados do estudo revelaram que os universitários apresentaram um baixo nível de bem-estar subjetivo, autoeficácia acima da média e baixo consumo de álcool, sendo classificados na sua maioria como abstinentes. Foram observados indícios de que o bem-estar subjetivo e a autoeficácia predizem, ainda que de forma limitada, o consumo de álcool, destacando-se com maior capacidade preditiva os afetos negativos, a autoeficácia em ações pró-ativas e a autoeficácia em interação social. Além disso, a análise de correlação (r de Pearson) revelou que BES e AE guardam relação entre si, apresentando índices positivos e significativos. Também foram verificadas correlações significativas e negativas entre o consumo de álcool, a autoeficácia total e seus fatores, assim como correlações significativas e positivas entre o consumo de álcool e afetos negativos. Adicionalmente, é possível concluir que, no grupo estudado, dentre os jovens que consumiram álcool, estudantes do sexo masculino demonstraram um consumo maior da bebida do que as mulheres.

Não se trata de uma avaliação objetiva feita por observadores com relação à qualidade de vida de uma pessoa, mas da avaliação subjetiva de cada indivíduo sobre a qualidade de sua própria vida, sobre a satisfação experimentada no quotidiano. Assim, BES representa uma avaliação pessoal sobre quão feliz o indivíduo se sente, independentemente do contexto e das condições socioeconômicas, da saúde, do sucesso e de outras variáveis que poderiam permitir uma avaliação objetiva de qualidade de vida. Supõe-se que pais de crianças com problemas avaliem-se como menos felizes do que outros e que o diagnóstico de problemas esteja associado a um menor relato de BES. Assim, o objetivo deste estudo foi verificar relações entre bem-estar subjetivo de genitores e diagnósticos psiquiátricos de crianças. Para a realização deste estudo foram aplicados questionários para 70 genitores com filhos em atendimento psicológico na Unidade de Saúde da Criança e Adolescente. Resultados de análises de variância, testes t e de qui-quadrados revelaram não haver relações entre bem-estar subjetivo dos pais e presença de transtorno em seus filhos. Sequer houve diferenças entre BES de pais e mães ou entre BES de genitores de meninos e meninas. Além disso, esses genitores possuíam níveis razoáveis de BES, composto por bons índices de satisfação geral com a vida e balanço emocional baixo, o que revela uma quase neutralidade afetiva. Discussões apontam para a necessidade de estudos que complementem esses achados.

The team potency are related to the members belief in effectiveness of the team, while the social support is the person´s belief in getting support from his social network. As for the subjective welfare it shows how a person is satisfied with his own life.This research had the participation of 249 teenagers from 53 teams. Each team was made up of three to seven members and their average age was 13,85 years old (SD= 1,86), and 57,4 per cent was male. The research happened among scout troops whose centers were located in Belo Horizonte and Contagem, Minas Gerais. The method used was a questionnaire that each scout should fill in. It had three scales which measured the three variables of this study. The results demonstrated that the social support perception and the team potency influenced positively and significantly the teenager subjective welfare, however, team potency was not able to moderate the relationship between social support perception and subjective welfare. The teenagers kept levels of social support perception and belief in team potency in similar plateaus. Therefore, they enjoyed well-being and mental health, condition that has remained over time. Such evidence assure the role promoter of subjective well-being as well as social support and team potency in individuals mental health. Este estudo teve como objetivo investigar o papel moderador de potência de equipes sobre as relações entre percepção de suporte social e bem-estar subjetivo, mediante delineamento longitudinal. A potência de equipes refere-se à crença dos membros na eficácia de sua equipe, enquanto o suporte social é à crença do indivíduo em receber apoio de sua rede social. Já o bem-estar subjetivo demonstra o quanto uma pessoa está satisfeita com sua própria vida. Participaram da pesquisa 249 adolescentes, provenientes de 53 equipes, cada uma composta por três a sete membros, idade média 13,85 anos (DP = 1,86), 57,4% do sexo masculino. O estudo foi realizado em grupos de escoteiros com sedes localizadas em Contagem e Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. O instrumento utilizado foi um questionário de autopreenchimento, composto por três escalas que aferiram as três variáveis deste estudo. Os resultados demonstraram que a percepção de suporte social e a potência de equipes influenciaram positiva e significativamente o bem-estar subjetivo dos adolescentes, porém, potência de equipes não foi capaz de moderar a relação entre percepção de suporte social e bem-estar subjetivo. Os adolescentes também mantiveram seus níveis de percepção de suporte social e de crença na potência de equipes em patamares semelhantes. Logo, os adolescentes desfrutavam de bem-estar e saúde psíquica, condição que se manteve ao longo do tempo. Tais evidências asseguram o papel promotor de bem-estar subjetivo tanto de percepção de suporte social quanto de potência de equipes na saúde mental do indivíduo.

Used to assess the variables, the Scales of Positive and Negative Affects, General Satisfaction with Life, Self-efficacy for Withdrawal of Drug Evaluation for Change, University of Rhode Island and a questionnaire on socio-demographic and socio-cultural. 70 men participated, cocaine/crack, young and low education. They were people of incomes of up to three minimum wages (63%) who were hospitalized more than once (65%), self-reported abstinence at the time of data collection. Participants had average levels of self-efficacy for abstinence from drugs, low levels of subjective well-being, and were satisfied with their lives. Calculations of Pearson correlation revealed no association between subjective well-being and self-efficacy for abstinence from drugs, including readiness to change drug use and subjective well-being, nor between readiness to change drug use and self-efficacy for abstinence drugs. Results of analysis of variance revealed no differences in the levels of subjective well-being among different groups of readiness for change nor between the mean self-efficacy for abstinence from drugs among different groupings of readiness for change in drug use. The discussion touched on the results of the fact that the admission of participants was voluntary or involuntary, length of stay, their stage of readiness to change their behavior of drug and the characteristics of their group withdrawal on the literature of the area. Finally, he pointed out, in conclusion, limitations and future research agenda. Este estudo teve por objetivo identificar e descrever associações entre bem-estar subjetivo, construto formado por satisfação geral com a vida e afetos positivos e negativos,e autoeficáciapara abstinência de drogas em dependentes de cocaína/crack em processo de abstinência. Utilizou, para avaliar as variáveis, as Escalas de Afetos Positivos e Negativos, de Satisfação Geral com a Vida, de Autoeficácia para Abstinência de Drogas, de Avaliação para Mudança da Universidade de Rhode Island e um questionário de dados sócio-demográficos e socioculturais. Participaram 70 homens, dependentes de cocaína/crack, jovens e de baixa escolaridade.Eram pessoas de rendimentos de até três salários mínimos (63%), que foram internadas mais de uma vez (65%), autodeclaradas abstinentes no momento da coleta dos dados. Os participantes possuíam níveis médiosde autoeficácia para abstinência de drogas, níveis baixos de bem-estar subjetivo, e estavam satisfeitos com suas vidas. Cálculos de correlação de Pearson revelaram que não há associação entre bem-estar subjetivoe autoeficácia para abstinência de drogas, entre prontidão para mudança no consumo de drogas e bem-estar subjetivo, nem entre prontidão para mudança no consumo de drogas eautoeficácia para abstinência de drogas. Resultados de análise de variância revelaram que não houve diferençasnos níveis de bem-estar subjetivo entreos diferentes os agrupamentos de prontidão para mudanças nem entre as médias de autoeficácia para abstinência de drogas entre os diferentes agrupamentos de prontidão para mudanças no consumo de drogas. A discussão abordou os resultados diante do fato de a internação dos participantes ter sido involuntária ou voluntária, do tempo de internação, do seu estágio de prontidão para mudar seu comportamento de consumo de drogas e das características de seu grupo de abstinência diante da literatura da área. Finalmente, apontou, em conclusão, limitações e agenda de pesquisa futura.

It significantly affects family relationships and relationships in organizations, thus directly affects the well- being of individuals. This study is a quantitative and cross-sectional design. The criterion for the selection of participants was the convenience. The objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between work-family conflict (WFC), subjective well- being (SWB) and well-being at work (WBW).The study involved the participation of 174 workers in a diverse sample of professionals in the private, public and NGO, with 52.9 por cento female, with average age from to 38.29 old years (SD=11.22). To obtain the data it was chosen chose a questionnaire covering all three study variables containing two scales to measure the dimensions of SWB, one of WBW and a scale to measure the WFC/FWC. For data analysis we used the SPSS, version 20. We calculated frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, and correlation coefficients, as well as reliability coefficients of the measures used (Cronbachs alpha). The results showed a greater interference of work in the family than in family work. This interference was significant for well- being at work and for the subjective well-being by changing the job involvement and generating feelings of unhappiness, depression and anxiety about their personal achievements, and about the future. The higher the work-family conflict, the lower well- being at work and lower the subjective well-being of those participating. O conflito trabalho-família é um fenômeno freqüente nas sociedades atuais em que homens e mulheres dividem responsabilidades familiares e profissionais. A sua direção pode ser unidirecional ou bidirecional, ou seja, da família para o trabalho, do trabalho para a família ou simultaneamente de uma esfera para outra, afetando sensivelmente as relações familiares e as relações nas organizações, sendo possível afetar diretamente o bem-estar dos indivíduos. Este é um estudo de natureza quantitativa e com desenho transversal. O critério para a escolha de participantes foi o de conveniência. O objetivo geral desta pesquisa foi analisar as relações entre conflito trabalho-família (CTF), bem-estar subjetivo (BES) e bem-estar no trabalho (BET). O estudo contou com a participação de 174 trabalhadores em uma amostra diversificada de profissionais do segmento privado, público e de ONG, sendo 52,9% do sexo feminino, com idade média de 38,29 anos (DP=11,22). Para a obtenção dos dados optou-se por um questionário abrangendo as três variáveis do estudo contendo duas escalas para aferir as dimensões de BES, uma escala para aferir BET e uma escala para aferir CTF/CFT. Para a análise dos dados foi usado o SPSS, versão 20. Foram calculadas frequências, percentuais, médias, desvios-padrão, e índices de correlação, bem como índices de precisão das medidas usadas (Alpha de Cronbach). Os resultados apontaram para uma maior interferência do trabalho na família do que da família no trabalho. Essa interferência foi significativa tanto para o bem-estar no trabalho, quanto para o bem-estar subjetivo, alterando o envolvimento com o trabalho e gerando sentimentos de infelicidade, desânimo e angústia em relação as suas realizações pessoais, e ao futuro. Quanto maior o conflito trabalho-família, menor é o bem-estar no trabalho e menor é o bem-estar subjetivo desses participantes.

Before it, this study aimed to evaluate the quality of life and the subjective well-being of students. This is a descriptive study, quantitative and cross-sectional design, in which were used the Instrument to Assess Quality of Life (WHOQOL-Bref) from the World Health Organization - WHO, the Scale of Subjective Well-being and a Questionnaire of Sociodemographic Characteristics. Participated in this study 257 students of both genders and six undergraduate courses in a national university. The data analysis of the quality of life showed that the area with the highest average score (15.23) was the social relations and the worst (12.87) was the environment. When compared to other studies these students in general showed a worse quality of life. As for the scale factors of subjective well-being was found higher mean score (3.80) at the frequency of negative emotions in comparison with the positive emotions (3.27) and with the satisfaction with life (3.57). The majority of students, 185 (72 %) showed subjective well-being moderate. Through these results, it is necessary to think of actions for the prevention and health promotion with the aim of minimizing or eliminating the negative aspects found to strengthen the positive. The results of this study indicate the need for expansion of the policies to assist the student, with psychosocial interventions with the aim of improving the indices of subjective well-being and quality of life. Considerando a expansão do ensino superior e do aumento do número de estudantes universitários, aumentam-se as demandas e a necessidade de se promover um desenvolvimento integral para o estudante. Diante disso, esse estudo teve como objetivo avaliar a qualidade de vida e o bem-estar subjetivo de estudantes universitários. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, quantitativo e de delineamento transversal, no qual foram utilizados o Instrumento de Avaliação de Qualidade de Vida (WHOQOL-Bref) da Organização Mundial da Saúde - OMS, a Escala de Bem-Estar Subjetivo - EBES e um Questionário de Caracterização Sociodemográfica. Participaram desse estudo 257 estudantes de ambos os gêneros e de seis cursos de graduação de uma universidade federal. A análise dos dados da qualidade de vida mostrou que o domínio com maior média (15,23) foi o de relações sociais e o pior (12,87) foi o de meio ambiente. Quando comparado a outros estudos, esses estudantes, em geral, apresentaram pior qualidade de vida. Quanto aos fatores da Escala de Bem-Estar Subjetivo foi encontrado maior média (3,80) na frequência de emoções negativas em comparação com as emoções positivas (3,27) e com a satisfação com a vida (3,57). A maioria dos estudantes, 185 (72%) apresentaram bem-estar subjetivo moderado. Através desses resultados, faz-se necessário pensar em ações de prevenção e promoção da saúde com o objetivo de amenizar ou eliminar os aspectos negativos encontrados e de fortalecer os positivos. Os resultados desse estudo apontam para a necessidade de uma ampliação das políticas de assistência ao estudante, com intervenções psicossociais que objetivem melhorar os índices de bem-estar subjetivo e de qualidade de vida.

The objective of this study was to describe five psychosocial pointers of positive health (subjective well-being, well-being at work, perception of social support, perception of organizational support and optimism) in expatriated employees. A sample chosen for convenience was used, composed for 16people, being 8 of masculine sex and 8 of the feminine sex and that already they hadparticipated or they were participating of organizational programs of expatriation. The instrument of collection of data was a questionnaire of composed auto-fulfilling for eight measures that had surveyed the enclosed variable in the study (general satisfaction with the life, positive and negative affection, satisfaction in the work, involvement with the work, affective organizational involvement, perceptions of social and organizational support and optimism). Descriptive statistical analyses had been carried through, tested differences between averages, as well as calculated indices of correlation between variables. Results had disclosed that professionals expatriated had more chances to live deeply sensations affective positive of what negative in its experiences are of its native country, what allows to say that the expatriated ones tend the positive levels of very glad, happy, satisfied, much livened up and very well, very contented , then they had kept relatively preserved its subjective well-being. Also it was possible to observe that its bigger satisfactions with the life were not happened of the work and that they seemed to demonstrate to be satisfied with its interpersonal relations beyond presenting one strong affective entailing with its employer. Different result was gotten for involvement with the work disclosing that the tasks did not obtain to keep the expatriated one total absorbed by them during the period of expatriation. The study it also disclosed that the expatriated ones perceive to receive greater emotional support from its familiar ones, friends and relatives of what it has supported practical. How much to the perception of organizational support it was observed that they do not believe, unconditionally, in the support of the organization where they are inserted. The results had lightly shown despite the expatriated ones keep a positive expectation how much to the future, signaling an accented sense of optimism. It waspossible to also observe some significant correlations between the dimensions of SWB and well-being at work. On the basis of these results exist indications of positive health between the searched professionals, since they seem to be relatively well of good with the personal life and in the work, keeping medium beliefs of social and organizational support. The results of the study will be able to contribute for the understanding of the psychological picture of expatriated individuals e, at the same time, to offer one better conceptual recital for studious of the subject, as well as exciting in the managing reflections concerning action politics for the control of the psychic health of the employees who have participated or are participating of this type of organizational program.(AU) Os estudos sobre expatriados, tanto no âmbito nacional quanto internacional, normalmente tratam de aspectos administrativos relativos ao processo de expatriação, como, por exemplo, as dificuldades de adaptação do indivíduo e de sua família, bem como o prejuízo que um programa mal sucedido poderia trazer para a organização. O objetivo desse estudo foi descrever cinco indicadores psicossociais de saúde positiva (bem-estar subjetivo, bemestar no trabalho, percepção de suporte social, percepção de suporte organizacional e otimismo) em empregados expatriados. Foi utilizada uma amostra escolhida por conveniência, composta por 16 pessoas, sendo 8 do sexo masculino e 8 do sexo feminino e que já haviam participado ou estavam participando de programas organizacionais de expatriação. O instrumento de coleta de dados foi um questionário de auto-preenchimento composto por oito medidas que aferiram as variáveis incluídas no estudo (satisfação geral com a vida, afetos positivos e negativos, satisfação no trabalho, envolvimento com o trabalho, comprometimento organizacional afetivo, percepções de suporte social e organizacional e otimismo). Foram realizadas análises estatísticas descritivas, testadas diferenças entre médias, bem como calculados índices de correlação entre variáveis. Os resultados revelaram que os profissionais expatriados tiveram mais oportunidades de vivenciar sensações afetivas positivas do que negativas em suas experiências fora do seu país de origem, o que permite dizer que os expatriados tendem a níveis positivos de muito alegres, muito bem, muito felizes, muito satisfeitos, muito animados e muito contentes , logo eles mantiveram relativamente preservado o seu bem-estar subjetivo. Também foi possível observar que as suas maiores satisfações com a vida não eram advindas do trabalho e que eles pareciam demonstrar estar satisfeitos com suas relações interpessoais além de apresentar uma forte vinculação afetiva com o seu empregador. Resultado diferente foi obtido para envolvimento com o trabalho revelando que as tarefas não conseguiam manter o expatriado totalmente absorvido por elas durante o período de expatriação. O estudo revelou também que os expatriados percebem receber maior apoio emocional de seus familiares, amigos e parentes do que suporte prático. Quanto à percepção de suporte organizacional foi observado que eles não acreditam, incondicionalmente, no apoio da organização em que estão inseridos. Os resultados mostraram ainda que os expatriados mantêm uma expectativa positiva quanto ao futuro, sinalizando um senso levemente acentuado de otimismo. Foi possível observar também algumas correlações significativas entre as dimensões de BES e BET. Com base nestes resultados existem indícios de saúde positiva entre os profissionais pesquisados, visto que eles parecem estar de bem com a vida pessoal e relativamente bem no trabalho, mantendo crenças medianas de suporte social e organizacional. Os resultados do estudo poderão contribuir para a compreensão do quadro psicológico dos indivíduos expatriados e, ao mesmo tempo, oferecerem uma melhor fundamentação conceitual para estudiosos do tema, assim como suscitar nos gestores reflexões acerca de ações políticas para o monitoramento da saúde psíquica dos empregados que tenham participado ou estejam participando desse tipo de programa organizacional.(AU)

Research comes searching consequently to detach positive factors that exert influence in its personal life, and in its work. The objective of this study was to verify the relations between subjective well-being (composed for three dimensions: general satisfaction with the life, positive affection and negative affection) and well-being in the work (composed for three dimensions: satisfaction in the work, involvement with the work and affective organizational commitment) in professors of physical education who acted in schools and academies, describing the levels of subjective well-being and well-being in the work, analyses of variance and correlation between them. The sample was composed for 124 professors of physical education, 34 acted in private schools and 90 acted in academies, 81 of masculine sex and 43 of the feminine sex, single and married, with age between 21 and 59 years. The scholar knowledge was distributed since complete superior education until the concluded master degree. The instrument was a self-report questionnaire composed by five scales that had measured the variables of the study and a questionnaire of complementary data. The results had disclosed that swb and wbw keep relations between itself. The professors are considered relatively happy people with their personal life and had disclosed a medium relation with their professional life .the results of the correlations related to swb had signaled that the accumulation of negative experiences in their life could reduce deeply positive experiences and positive evaluations on their life and vice versa and to wbw in general demonstrated that satisfaction in the work, involvement with the work and affective organizational commitment are interdependent. As for the comparisons, for swb the professors who acted in academies had gotten significantly bigger averages of negative affection of what of schools and on the other hand, the average of general satisfaction with the life of the professors of schools was significantly superior to the one of that they acted in academies demonstrating that these had lived deeply more negative experiences of what the ones that worked in schools and that the school professors were more satisfied with its life of what of academies. For well-being in the work the general picture if keeps fellow creature for professors of physical education who acted in schools and academies, that is, the professors keep in the same intensity the bonds with the work that they execute and the organization employer. Future studies would have to increase the number of professors as well as, to investigate other areas of the physical education and compare them with the present study extending the studies involving well-being and professors of physical education.(AU) Atualmente, bem-estar cada vez mais ganha espaço como parte importante e integrante da vida das pessoas. Pesquisas vêm buscando destacar fatores positivos que exerçam influencia em sua vida pessoal, e conseqüentemente em seu trabalho. O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar as relações entre bem-estar subjetivo (satisfação geral com a vida, afetos positivos e afetos negativos) e bem-estar no trabalho (satisfação no trabalho, envolvimento com o trabalho e comprometimento organizacional afetivo) em professores de educação física que atuavam em escolas e academias, descrevendo os níveis de bem-estar subjetivo e bem-estar no trabalho, análises de variância e correlação entre os construtos. A amostra foi composta por 124 professores de educação física, 34 atuavam em escolas particulares e 90 atuavam em academias, sendo 81 do sexo masculino e 43 do sexo feminino, solteiros e casados e faixa etária entre 21 e 59 anos, com escolaridade distribuída desde o ensino superior completo até o mestrado concluído. O instrumento de coleta foi um questionário auto-aplicavel composto por cinco escalas que mediram as variáveis do estudo e um questionário de dados complementares. Os resultados deste estudo revelaram que BES e BET guardam relações entre si. Os professores são considerados pessoas relativamente felizes com sua vida pessoal e revelaram uma relação mediana no que se refere a sua vida profissional. Os resultados das correlações relacionadas ao BES sinalizaram que o acúmulo de experiências negativas ao longo da vida poderia reduzir a vivencia de experiências positivas e de avaliações positivas sobre a vida em geral e vice-versa e ao BET, satisfação no trabalho, envolvimento com o trabalho e comprometimento organizacional afetivo são interdependentes. No que se refere às comparações, para BES os professores que atuavam em academias obtiveram médias significativamente maiores de afetos negativos do que os de escolas e por outro lado, a média de satisfação geral com a vida dos professores de escolas foi significativamente superior à dos que atuavam em academias demonstrando que estes vivenciaram mais experiências negativas do que os que trabalhavam em escolas e que os professores de escola eram mais satisfeitos com sua vida do que os de academias. Para BET, o quadro geral se mantém semelhante para professores de educação física que atuavam em escolas e academias. Futuros estudos deveriam aumentar o número de professores bem como, investigar outras áreas de atuação da educação física e compara-las com o presente estudo ampliando os estudos envolvendo bemestar e professores de educação física.(AU)

Today, more emphasis has been given to the positive aspects that make it possible for employees to have positive feelings towards their employer organization and towards the work itself. The current imposed challenges refer to the identification of positive organizational characteristics that allow such growth of the worker. Such characteristics are postulated as beneficial to the organizations, for resulting in greater productivity and profitability, as well as for promoting the well-being of the employees. The objective of this study was to analyze the impacts that the dimensions of the positive organization have over the well-being of the employees. The well-being of the employees was divided into two areas: subjective well-being (composed by general satisfaction with life, positive and negative affects) and well-being at work (composed by three dimensions: job satisfaction, job involvement and affective organizational commitment). Positive organization was conceived as a construct composed by three dimensions: perceived organizational support, perceived organizational justice (distributive and procedural justice) and trust of the employee to the organization. The sample was composed by 200 employees of diverse companies in the State of São Paulo, being 55 of them male, and 145 female, both single and married, with scholar level distributed from complete elementary and middle school up to complete post-graduation. The instrument used to collect data was a self-administered questionnaire composed by nine scales that measured the variables of the study. The results of this research revealed that subjective wellbeing and well-being at work are interrelated. Multiple regression analysis presented that the positive organization dimensions had greater impacts on the well-being at work in relation to the subjective well-being, with special attention to the capability of trust of the employee to the organization when it comes to explaining the well-being of the employees, either in their personal life domains or in their context of work. According to these results, trust of the employee to the organization, perception of organizational justice and perceived organizational support could be pointed out as important dimensions of the positive organization to promote and protect the wellbeing of the employees. Further research should include other positive organizational characteristics to broaden the explanation of the variance of the employee s well-being Atualmente, características organizacionais vêm sendo estudadas sob um prisma diferenciado. Hoje, são pesquisados com maior ênfase os aspectos positivos que possam prover a possibilidade dos trabalhadores nutrirem sentimentos positivos para com suas organizações empregadoras e ao seu trabalho propriamente dito. Os desafios impostos atualmente giram em torno de se buscar identificar características organizacionais positivas que permitam o florescimento do trabalhador. Tais características são postuladas como benéficas tanto às organizações, por resultar em maior produtividade e lucratividade, assim como para promover o bem-estar dos trabalhadores. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar os impactos que as dimensões da organização positiva exercem sobre o bem-estar dos trabalhadores. O bem-estar dos trabalhadores foi dividido em duas áreas, bem-estar subjetivo (composto por satisfação geral com a vida, afetos positivos e afetos negativos) e bem-estar no trabalho, composto por três dimensões: satisfação no trabalho, envolvimento com o trabalho e comprometimento organizacional afetivo. Organização positiva foi concebida como um construto composto por três dimensões: percepção de suporte organizacional, percepções de justiça organizacional (distributiva e de procedimentos) e confiança do empregado na organização. Os resultados deste trabalho revelaram que bem-estar subjetivo e bem-estar no trabalho guardam relações entre si. Análises de regressão múltipla informaram que as dimensões da organização positiva tiveram impactos maiores sobre bem-estar no trabalho do que bem-estar subjetivo, destacando-se a capacidade de confiança do empregado na organização de prover explicações para o bem-estar de trabalhadores, seja nos domínios da vida pessoal ou no contexto de trabalho. Conforme tais resultados, confiança do empregado na organização, percepções de justiça e de suporte organizacional poderiam ser apontadas como importantes dimensões da organização positiva para promover e proteger o bem-estar dos trabalhadores.
