Objective: to identify in the discourse of managers aspects related to barriers to access and treatment of people with tuberculosis in Primary Health Care services. Method: this is a qualitative study, with the participation of six coordinating managers of the tuberculosis control program. Data collection was performed using the interview and for data analysis was used the theoretical-methodological basis in French Discourse Analysis. Results: barriers that have hindered the access of patients are organizational, lack of professional, service hours, active search, delay in marking and delivery of tests. Information: lack of awareness of symptoms and stigma. In addition, the geographical accessibility that makes it difficult to move to health services. Final considerations: access to the diagnosis of tuberculosis in Primary Health Care services has weaknesses. Objective: to know the discourses attributed by students entering the Bachelor's course in Nursing to the epistemic units health and disease. Method: exploratory-descriptive, qualitative approach. The research was conducted with 29 beginners of the Bachelor's degree in Nursing at a public university located in the city of Boa Vista, Roraima state. The strategy for data production was the Dramatic Play using the image inducer. The raw data were recorded by scribes during class and analyzed according to the speech. Results: known discourses involved health, social determinants of health, diseases, nursing performance in health-disease processes and expanded discourses on the Unified Health System. Final considerations: through the dramatic play, the nursing freshmen highlighted discourses on health promotion, disease prevention, social elements in health interface, nursing know-how and expanded reflections on health system. Objective: to understand the use of light technologies by nursing professionals in the care of hospitalized patients with covid-19. Method: qualitative study, developed with 23 nursing professionals, from reference hospitals for care of people with covid-19, between May and June 2021. The data collection technique used was semi-structured interview. The theoretical-analytical framework of Discourse Analysis, of French matrix, was used. Results: the discursive training of health needs of people hospitalized with covid-19 was developed from the perspective of nursing professionals; nursing care for hospitalized patients with covid-19 and technologies used; difficulties faced in nursing care for hospitalized patients with covid-19. Final considerations: nursing professionals could not identify the light technologies in their care practices, although their discourses revealed traces of the use of these technologies in their daily work. Objective: to analyze the nurses’ discourses about the actions and strategies of care for the elderly with tuberculosis in primary health care services. Method: exploratory study, with qualitative approach, developed in the municipality of João Pessoa, Paraíba. Nurses working in Primary Health Care and who assisted elderly people diagnosed with tuberculosis in the municipality were included in the study. The empirical data were analyzed using the theoretical analytical device of the Discourse Analysis of the French matrix. Results: it was evidenced that the effective implementation of active search, incentives, home visits, comprehensive care for the elderly, health education and exams favor the control of the disease, in addition to the therapeutic adherence of the elderly. Final considerations: the nurses’ discourses elucidated that professionals should rethink how they are producing care for the elderly, especially those with tuberculosis, because this population lacks specific attention, with their own singularities. Objective: to understand the perspective of health professionals on the concepts of Clinical Economics and Patient Advocate. Method: a qualitative study with health professionals. Data were collected in June/2017 from the question: What is your perception of the concept of Clinical Economics and Patient Advocate? Qualitative data were analyzed using the Collective Subject Discourse. Results: the speeches pointed out that it deals with innovative, challenging and applicable proposals for nursing and health care. Patient Advocate and the Clinical Economics concept can support the decisions of the health team/service managers. The ideas can enhance the integration of the teams, resolve conflicts, bring together different professional categories and mitigate the risks of legal, financial and ethical responsibilities regarding health care. Objective: to analyze the barriers to access HIV rapid test from the perspective of the discourse of managers of Primary Health Care services. Method: exploratory, qualitative research conducted in a health district of João Pessoa, Paraíba, Brazil. Data collection was performed in September 2017 with 13 health managers. The empirical material was based on the theoretical-methodological contribution of the Discourse Analysis of the French matrix. Results: the discursive block "Barriers of user access in the health system to perform the HIV rapid test in Primary Health Care" was identified. The discourses revealed barriers of access tied to the dimensions: geographical accessibility, availability, feasibility and acceptability. Final considerations: the units have the potential to strengthen the performance of the HIV rapid test, however, they need political support aimed at strategies to strengthen the performance of the rapid test with scope to reduce access barriers. Objective: to identify nurses' social representations about the relationship among prostitution, health and the Family Health Strategy. Method: qualitative study supported by the Theory of Social Representations, carried out with 12 nurses from the Family Health Strategy. Data collection used the Free Words Association technique and structured interviews. The data were organized using an association of the lexical content and the Collective Subject Discourse, presented in a figure and tables, analyzed in a descriptive and interpretative way. Results: the social representations of the nurses influence the actions and behaviors offered insofar as they are restricted to the sexual and reproductive sphere, to the detriment of the contextual aspects of everyday life, work and health. Conclusion: nurses' social representations link sexual practices to the risk of catching sexually transmitted infections and lacks the articulation of health promotion and the principle of integrality. Objective: to analyze the strategies adopted by women before the low problem-solving capacity in their area of Family Health Strategy coverage. Method: this was a qualitative study that adopted comprehensiveness as its analytical category. Interviews were conducted with 12 women of reproductive age and who were registered in one of two Family Health Units. The empirical material was analyzed using technical discourse analysis. Results: the search for higher complexity services was the main strategy adopted by women to care for their demands in the absence of response from primary care. This network was adopted as their reference given the lack of primary network infrastructure to effectively play its role and thus the Family Health Strategy program is only occasionally sought out. Conclusions: In light of the inefficiency of the Family Health Strategy, the specialized network is these women's first choice, inverting the roles of health services, which strengthens the curative care medical model, in opposition to the principles of the Unified Health System, and denies comprehensiveness of care. Objective: describe the perception of workers of the Family Health Strategy teams in relation to teamwork. Methodology: a descriptive and qualitative research, performed between April and June 2014, through semi-structured interviews with 54 professionals working in 10 Family Health Strategy units in a city in southern Brazil. Data interpretation was by means of thematic category analysis. Results: from discourse analysis emerged categories: multi-professionality; sharing decisions and responsibilities; respect and appreciation of the work of others; division of duties, in which elements were identified that promote the two models that permeate the current professional practice, fragmented and focused on the disease and integral. Conclusion: the perception of teamwork for FHS workers is associated with multi-professionality in interdisciplinary logic, with the exchange of knowledge among its members as a mechanism to carry out healthcare actions.
