The Criminal Responsibility System for Adolescents (SRPA) in Colombia is a differentiated criminal system based on resocialization, restitution of rights, and educational inclusion. This article discusses the education processes at the Hogares Claret Foundation, operator of SRPA, in Santander. It should be noted that the educational process requires its own pedagogical model according to the profile of young people, as well as the revision of the selection criteria and the quality of teachers and educational institutions. The purpose of this piece of research aimed to identify causal factors of trade sexual exploitation on children and adolescents in Colombia. For this purpose, three case studies were analyzed: Medellín, Sincelejo, and Magangué. Workshops were conducted and surveys were implemented in each of the cities in both governmental institutions, in charge of intervening the phenomenon and in some educational institutions, with the participation of officials, professionals, teachers, directors, and students. As for the data analysis, an explanatory matrix was carried out, with the participation of 4 judges. The categories of analysis were those related to the environment, the family, and the individual. This research aims "to establish the indices of prevalence of the manifestations of aggression in the student population of both public and private institutions in the city of Armenia." The sample is made up of 183 teachers from private schools and 395 teachers from public schools for a total of 578. Among the most relevant results are that manifestations of aggression in students increased significantly from 2006 to 2009. The age of onset of manifestations of aggression is decreasing less and less, locating itself in between 6-7 years. Teachers attribute the manifestations of aggression especially to family situations and the influence of the media. This research of research contributes significantly to the development of new research because the results can be taken into account in order to recognize and to identify the problems of the youth in the State of Quindío. This current article presents the result of the formulation of the project of the institutional order which was initially named as Reconstruction of the Pedagogical Model at Saint Bonaventure University, Medellin, from which, as a component of the Bonaventurian Educational Project proposes to establish a new dialog with history, principles, institutional philosophy and the social commitment in the education of professional people, competent and suitable, who from a disciplinary field understand the complexity of the human being and contribute, in a jointly manner, to the construction of a new society, This project got the name Franciscan Paideia. The Franciscan Paideia as a pedagogical proposal is coherent with the Franciscan thought; it also aims at supporting in a proper, meaningful and valid manner the activities relating to the formation and training of the subjects at Saint Bonaventure University, Medellin branch, that is to say pedagogical support of the strategic job of the Institution.
