In the health care sector predictive analytics is always a need but right now in times of novel coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic it became a necessity. During the early surge of the COVID-19, around the world many hospitals are facing problems to predict the exact number of required ventilators and bed capacity especially in countries like India where mostly government healthcare units are in poor shape. Various models were implemented based on the technologies available but in regions with large populations these models are not appropriate and are unable to give accurate predictions. This paper discusses a predictive analytical model which can be used to facilitate hospital's prediction power in determining the ventilator requirements for COVID-19 patients, using the provided data from hospitals. This paper aims on the implementation of a predictive algorithm based on the available data proportion of COVID-19 patients admitted in ICU and hospital for determination of required number of ventilators in advance. The implementation is carried out using a supervised machine learning technique called random forest regression algorithm. Moreover based on the model's prediction and the current supply of ventilators in hospitals, additional demand for ventilators could be prepared in advance for critical patients which may require it at any time. To attain the objective of the study, various portfolio techniques and statistical tools are applied on a sample size of 18 mutual fund schemes developed by Sharpe ratio, Treynor ratio, Jensen ration and Beta has been computed. The unprecedented socio-economic scenario induced by the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020 adversely hit the lives of millions across the globe. When a lockdown was declared in India on March 24, 2020 as a preventive measure to avoid the spread of the pandemic, the migrant workers whose livelihood depended upon daily wages lost their jobs, and among these workers were women who were engaged in domestic work with total dependence on the income from their employment in working at households. This research paper throws light on the plight of women who struggled to secure a decent income during the pandemic and consequently faced difficulties in psycho-social fronts. The study followed a sequential explanatory design sampling 15 migrant women domestic workers employed in Bangalore city during the lockdown phase of the pandemic. The results of the study throw light on how the population under study struggles on the economic front, which in turn adversely affects their mental health and quality of life. The university administration and faculty members have immediately focused on online learning remotely instead of face-to-face classes, but online teaching could not complete without the library electronic resources. Therefore, this study highlights determine the academic libraries playing a significant role in providing support to faculty members in the midst of COVID-19 through ICT technology to support research, online teaching, and e-learning. Learning from the library of private universities will help develop such a more collaborative and emerging teaching/learning experience. The recommendation & results of this study are about electronic resources being effectively beneficial to all the six private universities in the Delhi NCR. We have to build strategies to be aware of the needs of the faculty members, the problems they are facing during this lockdown period, and the value of electronic resources that had been prioritized for teaching/learning and research evaluation are also discussed. Since, tourism in India has a critical role to play in sustaining the economy and in keeping ties with other countries. But the tourist sector has a negative impact on both within and outside in the years 2020-2021. As tourism sector has made a huge contribution in providing employment as well, however both the tourism and the hospitality sector is on the verge of losing tourists in India, which tends to impede the development of the firm, and now close to 38 million individuals have lost their means of income. Since then, the administration has been working hard to get its tourists back on track from foreign markets. In the time of recovery, businesses from travel and tourism will have to regain the faith and confidence of people to travel again after the epidemic. The current research recommends that the transport and hospitality industry should reorganize its approach by adopting measures such as altering social conduct, donning the mask to walk out, social distance and reluctance to travel distances. The corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic is having a profound effect on all aspects of society, including mental health and physical health. We explore the psychological, social, and neuro-scientific effects of COVID-19 and set out the immediate priorities and longer-term strategies for mental health science research. These priorities were informed by surveys of the public and an expert panel convened by the India Academy of Medical Sciences and the mental health research charity, MQ: Transforming Mental Health, in the first weeks of the pandemic in the India in March, 2020. We urge India research funding agencies to work with researchers, people with lived experience, and others to establish a high level coordination group to ensure that these research priorities are addressed, and to allow new ones to be identified over time. The need to maintain high-quality research standards is imperative. International collaboration and a global perspective will be beneficial. An immediate priority is collecting high quality data on the mental health effects of the COVID-19 pandemic across the whole population and vulnerable groups, and on brain function, cognition, and mental health of patients with COVID-19. There is an urgent need for research to address how mental health consequences for vulnerable groups can be mitigated under pandemic conditions, and on the impact of repeated media consumption and health messaging around COVID-19. Discovery, evaluation, and refinement of mechanistically driven interventions to address the psychological, social, and neuro-scientific aspects of the pandemic are required. Contact tracing is an important tool for reducing the spread of infectious diseases. Its goal is to reduce a disease's effective reproductive number (R) by identifying people who have been exposed to the virus through an infected person and contacting them to provide early detection, tailored guidance, and timely treatment. By stopping virus transmission chains, contact tracing helps "flatten the curve" and reduces the peak burden of a disease on the health-care system. Contact tracing forms an essential part of Ethiopia and India response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This proposed technical specification for a new privacy-preserving Bluetooth protocol is used to support Contact Tracing and makes it possible to combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus by alerting participants of possible exposure to someone who they have recently been in contact with, and who has subsequently been positively diagnosed as having the virus. The Contact Detection Service is the medium for contact tracking and uses the Bluetooth LE (Low Energy) for nearby smart-phone proximity detection and data sharing mechanisms. Technology (BLE), which has been available in today's smart phones for many years, has proven to be the only way to determine the proximity to other smart phones. In our proposed model, firstly we developed the tracing cloud function and android app which is a privacy-preserving protocol for community-driven contact tracing across borders. It allows participating devices to log Bluetooth encounters with each other, in order to facilitate epidemiological contact tracing while protecting users' personal data and privacy, finally We developed Tracing calibration data and trial methodologies for testing implementations of Bluetrace protocol.
