The n-type Cu2O films were deposited on ITO substrate by three-electrode electrochemical deposition method in a CuSO4-lactic acid electrolyte. The effects of electrolyte pH, bath temperature, and annealing treatment on films’ conductivity and their photoelectrochemical activity were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), photocurrent (I-t) and mott-schottky (M-S) plots. The results show that the n-type Cu2O could be electrodeposited at electrolyte pH of 8.5, 9 and 10, and the electrolyte temperature did not change the films’ conductivity. The highest n-type photocurrent density of 0.014 mA /cm2 and carrier concentration of 2.3×1019 cm-3 was obtained when the electrolyte pH was 8.5 and the bath temperature was 60°C. With increasing annealing temperature from 150°C to 400°C, the photocurrent density and carrier concentration of n-type Cu2O thin films correspondingly increased, indicating that heat treatment is helpful to improve the photoelectrochemical activity.

To improve the compatibility of montmorillonite (MMT) with polymer. A kind of organic intercalation agent was applied in the intercalating organic modification of montmorillonite (OMMT) through ion exchange method, and a kind of silane coupling agent was further used to do the organic treatment. The SEBS/OMMTs composites were also prepared by melt blending. Structure and characterization of the modified MMTs were investigated by Fourier Transform infrared (FT-IR), wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXRD), and the thermal stability were characterized by Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The dispersion status of MMTs were evaluated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the composites were tested by universal material testing machine. The FTIR results initial displayed that OMMTs had the absorption peak of organic functional groups. The XRD results showed that compared to Na+-MMT(1.47 nm), the layer spacing of H-OMMT increased to 3.27 nm, the above two results showed the organic modification of MMT had succeed. The results of TGA showed that OMMTs had a weight loss of organics. The SEM demonstrated that H-OMMT had the best dispersion status in SEBS matrix, and Na+-MMT was the worst.

A new-type LED switching power supply circuit using flyback converter is designed based on current-mode PFC controller chip L6562. The circuit has some characteristics such as simple structure, wide input voltage range, output stability and reliable operation. The experimental results show that the system efficiency is up to 89.46% when the input voltage changes from 85V to 265V(AC), meanwhile the system works stably with constant current and constant voltage output.

The leaning and evolutionary (L&E) algorithm of Agent for task oriented is deeply researched in this paper. Based on the relationship between tasks and the executive Agent, the importance of the research has been elaborated. Moreover, the algorithm is improved by considering the effect of environment and network structure. Reinforcement leaning and complex network have been introduced into the nonlinear genetic algorithm. Finally, some simulations of equipment acquisition tasks are made to test the validity and capability of the algorithm.

Aim to the path programme problem of satellite formation reconfiguration under low thrust, optimization is simulated based on Gauss Pseudospectral Method (GPM). The simulation result demonstrates that the GPM can effectively solve the the path optimization problem.

In view of fuel consumption problem of the formation establishment, starting from the fly around equation, using double-impulse, the optimization is simulated based on the Niche Genetic Algorithm (NGA). The simulation result shows that the NGA is a good way to solve the fuel consumption optimization problem of formation establishment, and the fuel consumption when the phase determined is greater than the fuel consumption when the phase not determined.

In order to solve cylinder-scraping of a four-cylinder high speed diesel engine, based on the measurement of piston temperature, the piston temperature field was numerically simulated by using temperature fitting method, the calculation results were well consistent with the measured temperature. By finite element analysis of piston thermal load based on the calculation results as temperature load, enlarging oil cooling cavity in the piston head was proposed to enhance cooling locally, which could effectively reduce temperature of the piston head and the first ring groove and avoid the occurrence of cylinder-scraping.

In order to solving the establishment problem of satellites formation establishing in elliptical orbits, the problem of Lambert transfer based on two-impulse control with unfixed time and initial position is studied. The Niche Genetic Algorithms (NGA) is used to locating the optimal transfer orbit, and the transfer time and initial position are coded into genetic algorithms, as well as the fitness functions are designed to total coasting. The results show that the NGA can solve the optimization problem of two-impulse control effectively, furthermore, the performance of NGA is more effective than the traditional genetic algorithm. The research provides a way for satellites formation establishing based on two-impulse control.

Flower room as a special relatively closed environment, the change of room temperature and illumination is the most significant impact on crops. Aiming at the problem of high cost of the current control system, a new temperature and illumination control system for flower room is presented based on single chip microcomputer. The system obtains current temperature and illumination value depends on the temperature sensor and the photosensitive sensor, and then they will be compared with the setting threshold range. If the measured value is within the range, the original sate will remains unchanged. If outside the range, the control system will be activated to realize the corresponding adjustment, and at the same time the real time information could be displayed on the LCD screen accurately. The result shows the system works stably and it has good application value.

According to the structural characteristics of satellite formation, and using the kinematic equations which expressed as fly-around form, designed a model for satellite formation configuration, analysed the relationship between fly-around parameters and the orbital elements, designed a method that meets the mission requirements of the satellite formation configuration, formulated a corresponding operation flow chart, listed several typical satellite formations of simple configuration and complex configuration. Finally, according to the general process of configuration design, obtaioned a configuration based on the requirments, and with the help of software STK and Matlab performed a formation configuration simulation that considering collision avoidance verification and adjustment. The simulation results show that the formation configuration design process and design method are basically right.

In order to optimize the rotation noise spectrum of vehicle alternator cooling fan, a Vector Composition Method was proposed. Based on this method, the relative sound pressure level (RSPL) variations were calculated, which were then used as parameters in the optimization of spectral structure. In this article, the sound pressure level (SPL) variations of the 12thand 18thorder (of rotation frequency) who had the most prominent fan rotation noises were set as optimization targets, the blade distribution angles were optimized to ameliorate the spectral structure and the distribution of spectral energy. Calculations showed that, the RSPL in orders 12 and 18 were decreased by 9.3dBA and 10.5dBA respectively, comparing with experiment results, the errors were 3.9% and 4.11% respectively. Results suggested that the rotation noise of target orders had been significantly diminished, so the objective of optimizing spectral structure was reached. This method has a guiding significance to the design of blade distribution angles.

In recent years, distributed generation has become a hot topic at home and abroad, and researchers have attached great importance to the new methods of reconfiguration in case of failure. This paper proposes to adopt improved Ant Colony System Algorithm for reconfiguration of the distributed power. Power loss and minimum load balance index as objective function, the ACS algorithms capability of avoiding being trapped in local optima can be enhanced. The algorithm can do better in global search and avoid the problem of the premature convergence. When ACS algorithm is applied to the IEEE33 node system, the simulation results show that the method can not only effectively reduce power losses, but also decrease load balancing index , thus improving the quality of power supply.

Environmental vibration problem caused by rail transport is always a crucial problem for the development of rail transport harmoniously and favorably. Lots of legislations have formulated to constrain this problem in many countries, however, most of them are worked out based on the analysis results and measured data from only single rail line. With the further development of rail transportation in China, more and more engineering will cross the others inevitably, which will cause a more complicated problem with multi-vibration source. And obviously, the multi-vibration source problem is not the linear superposition of several single vibration source problems. Focusing on two being planned overlapping shield tunnels, the computation model is established and the environmental vibration is calculated and analyzed by considering the running mode and running number of subway train. Fitting analysis is conducted and empirical formulas for vibration attenuation and then, the vibration range is determined accordingly. The research results in the paper can provide guide for the pre-design of overlapping engineering and also can offer references for the completion of relative legislations.

Aimed at the problem of image blur while denoising in SAR image, a new denoising method by reserving edges based on MSP-ROA operator is presented after analyzing the image edge detection. The SAR image edges are well reserved while denoising for combining denoising with the edge detection. Experiment results show that the method is feasible and effective.

Vibration wheel and soil model is established by a finite element analysis software ABAQUS. Simulate and analyze the vibration compaction process with different vibration force and different speed, the result showed that the finite element model is a good simulation of the vibrating compaction process. It is a theory base of vibratory roller construction technology and prediction of vibratory roller compaction effect.

Prediction of incident duration is very important in Advanced Intelligent Traffic Incident Management and the accuracy of prediction can provide exact information for travellers. It is widely used in the area of ITS. In this paper, K-Nearest neighbor (KNN) is employed to predict the incident duration, which puts forward a new distance metric and weight determination method. This KNN model is created based on the incident data set collected by DVS-Center for Transport and Navigation, Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Management, the Netherlands. Moreover, a simulation based on Matlab is used for incident duration prediction and optimizing the best k value. Finally, an error analysis is made based on this simulation. As a result, this method (KNN) obtains high accuracy and has a better effect than Bayesian Decision Method-Based Tree Algorithm. So it can be effectively applied to intelligent traffic incident detection and clearance systems.

As knowledge discovery in databases, data mining means a process of extraction potentially useful information from data in databases, which can be applied to information management, query processing, decision making, process control etc. Those are urgently needed to improve efficient management in water supply industry, since water has been recognized by governments worldwide as a scarce resource. In response to such demand, this paper proposes a software application, which designed to accessing to database, operating the data mining, and output the results and charts. We analyzed the different prediction models and designed the water consumption system, which has two functions of analysis of possible correlations between the water consumption and nature of the industry and prediction on future water consumption. As the system built, the paper provides samples and produces the results and analysis.

Model of heavy truck was built with the ADAMS dynamics simulation software. Dynamic loads between the wheels and the pavement with different loads and different speeds and different road surfaces were analyzed comparatively. Results indicate that the dynamic load between the wheels and the pavement will be increased with the speed increase; the dynamic loads between the wheels and the pavement will be increased with the pavement amplitude increase; Under the same conditions, the dynamic load of fully loaded vehicle was larger than that of no-load vehicle.

Starch from hardleaf oatchestnut was isolated, and its chemical composition and physicochemical properties were determined and compared with those of corn or potato starch. The yield and purity of the starch were 386.5 g kg-1 and 912.6g kg-1, respectively, and the starch granules were in spherical and irregular shape ranging from 8μm to 18μm in diameter. It contained 275.4 g kg-1 amylose and had relatively low gelatinization temperature with 60.38°C, and moderate solubility as well as swelling power. The starch gel showed weak freeze-thaw stability with high syneresis of 20.5%, and high viscosity (667BU), hardness (75.06g) and gumminess (30.68g), therefore, making it potentially useful as thickening agent in sweets processing, baking industry and seasoning, but was not appropriate in frozen foods.

Continuous extrusion is an advanced process for manufacturing copper strip. Its successfully industrial application is to manufacture copper strip. Based on finite element method (FEM), using the Deform-3D software, this paper simulates continuous extrusion forming process for copper strip, and analyzes the effect of different feedstock diameter on metal flowing temperature, effective stress, velocity, rotating torque. The results show that: feedstock diameter greatly affects the continuous extrusion forming process; Under the same rotating speed, as feedstock diameter increases, the metal flowing velocity increases. It is benefit to enhance the productivity; As feedstock diameter increases, the temperature of the billet and tooling increases, and the torque of extrusion wheel increases, which leads to tooling wear seriously.

Three-dimensional simplified model of auto windshield, mold, hot ring and quench ring was built using UG software in this article. Hot bend-forming numerical simulation process of auto windshield was reserched based on Show-implicit sequence solving algorithm. Finite element dynamic display simulation of press and drop forming and rebound deformation work step were finished. Distortion status, stress and strain distribution in forming process could be real-time displayed. It compared measured value and simulated value in two ways (bending depth and rebound rate) in the three groups product samples randomly selected.The comparison result proved the veracity of numerical simulation result. It had certain actual production guiding significance.

How to choose instrument appropriately, especially in the process of fracture internal fixation healing, is always a Gordian knot. Although the resistive action between the bone tissue and SMA (shape memory alloy) internal fixation material is not totally visible, the resistance has a very important influence on the healing of the bone tissue. Based on the phenomena above and the consequences arise from the treatment in the use of the clutching internal fixator, an experiment platform is designed in this article which can make an intensive study of the mechanics properties of the clutching internal fixator, in order to find out the embracing force of clutching internal fixator in the clinical cure. This platform can accurately grasp the distribution of the embracing force when the clutching is under the working condition, and it provides more scientific evidence for the clutching internal fixator which uses in clinical application.

Compaction is an important influencing factor that makes various structural materials of road embankment and surface sufficiently dense, and it becomes more and more important that effective detecting methods of the compaction degree are employed to monitor the quality of compaction. In this paper, the testing methods and means that the compaction degree of sub grade soils was detected by the acceleration sensors during the compaction process of vibratory roller were presented, with which the field tests were performed to measure the acceleration of vibratory drum of the vibratory roller and the compaction degree of compacted soils, and then the relational expression between the vibratory acceleration and the compaction degree of soils were obtained. Results indicate that there exists such a significant positive correlation relationship between the virtual value of vibration acceleration and the soil compaction degree that the former can be used to characterize the latter accurately. Therefore, it provides a technical support for the development of nondestructive and live vibratory roller compaction degree detection technology.

The objective of fastest completed vehicle routing problem (FCVRP) is to minimum complete time, this kind VRP problem was applied in emergency management and quick response supply chain management. Multiple ant colony algorithm for this problem is studied in this paper. The conception of FCVRP is given and then vehicle allocation method and objective function computing method are given to convert FCVRP problem to optimal alignment problem. At same time one local search method of this problem is introduced. Then learning multiple ant colony algorithm is bring forward to solve FCVRP and one numerical example is solved by this algorithm at last.

In order to realize the DSP Video Image Processing System works well in the highlight environment, the system control software is designed. In this control part, the ultra-low power MSP430 single chip microcomputer (MCU) is the core, which can be programmed to control the DSP Video Image Processing System, the video A/D converter and the highlight protection circuit by the Inter-Integrated Circuit (I2C) bus. The Image Processing algorithm models can be selected. Whether the highlight protection circuit is turned on or not depends on the comparison result of the environment light and the MCU light threshold. The control program code has been debugged and tested through the MSP development board and the IAR C-SPY debugger. The result shows the DSP Video Image Processing System Control Software is ideal.

Hemocompatibility of a biomaterial is determined by the interactions between its surface and blood. Due to the complicated action mechanism, various effective ways and the multiple affective factors of the hemocompatibility, a comprehensive evaluation needs to be built instead of single index. Therefore, the platelet consumption ratio of 10 kinds of biomaterials including Ti6Al4V-TiC-DLC gradient coat material was studied based on image analysis method. Combined with the kinetic clotting time and the hemolysis ratio, the comprehensive hemocompatibility evaluation of the material is carried out based on the improved principal component analysis. First, linear transformation of negative index is carried out. Second, index is under a dimensionless using the logarithmic treatment, then to acquire all variants’ principal component and their characteristic vectors. Finally, comprehensive evaluation index of hemocompatibility is constructed. The improved principal component analysis avoids the effect of correlativity among indexes during anaphase evaluation, and can more correctly maintain the original information of indexes. Thus, the research provides a new idea to the comprehensive evaluation of Hemocompatibility.
