Since the first observation of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in 1991, their synthesis techniques has been extensively investigated. The chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process have attracted much attention because of both their versatility and easy large scale production for CNTs . This paper is focused on a catalytic CVD-based method for synthesis of whisker multiwalled carbon nanotubes (WMWCNTs). The new type of carbon nanotube is similar to the whisker. The morphology of the WMWCNTs are very different from traditional carbon nanotubes prepared by traditional chemical vapor deposition process. The traditional CNTs were twisted and entangled with each other. These suggested that there are a lot of deficiencies on the CNTs and are difficult to disperse in matrix materials. The as-produced WMWCNTs are very straight and not entangled with each other. The line structure means that WMWCNTs are easily dispersed in matrix materials than traditional CNTs which are twined together. The crystallinity of WMWCNTs increased to 96% which was much higher than traditional CNTs after graphitization treatment at 2800°C.

Four different concentrations of alkaline solution for pretreatment of Paulownia biomass were comparatively studied. The extracted celluloses were characterized using Fourier Transform Infrared spectra (FTIR) for changes of the chemical group, as well as X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The four samples were untreated biomass, treated with 2%, 4% and 6%peroxide alkaline, and thena comparison between alkaline and dilute acid pretreatment on those indexes were conducted. FTIR spectra results suggested that NaOH could mainly work on lignin of the raw material while the dilute acid work on hemicellulose. The CrI of acid pretreatment and alkaline pretreatment increased to 0.5467 and 0.6395 respectively comparing with the value of 0.4347 of raw material. The XRD results suggested that both of them could act on amorphous region firstly. The SEM micrographs showed the visual structure changes of this progress. The results of enzyme hydrolysis showed 93.3% and 90.6% of the potential glucose and xylose were recovered in the pretreated biomass at 6% NaOH that proved the effects of the NaOH on cellulose structural.

It uses the new control theory and research method of BP neural network algorithm and tries to provide reference for optimizing the sintering process of laser district. This paper argues that the application of artificial intelligence technology to laser sintering constituency. Through the simulation, it can make up for the inadequacy of the traditional control method. Under certain conditions, the goal of process optimization will be achieved by finding the optimal parameters.

Through the electrical parameters measurement technology of autonomic learning, understanding of the system hardware by regulating circuit, data acquisition card and computer. This paper, by learning to solve the traditional electrical parameters test method of testing process is not continuous, dynamic transient state is difficult to send now and positioning problem. Virtual instrument measuring instrument is based on the computer, it has many advantages compared with traditional instrument, has been developing rapidly in recent years. The system finished the electrician experiment of common electrical parameters such as: voltage, electric current; Dc voltage, electric current; a measure of the resistance, capacitance and inductance.

The lifting platform connecting hinge shaft finite element analysis by ANSYS software, and the fork arm is connected to the hinge bearing contact surface using spring element, the spring element contact stress situation to determine the hinge bearing and internal and external fork arm, solves the contact with the fork arm of the hinge shaft stress relationship problems, finite element analysis. The model is more accurate. The analysis of ideas can be widely applied to the similar finite element contact analysis.

This paper designs the core structure of fuzzy parameters self-tuning PID controller on the basic of nonlinear tracking-differentiator. Through constantly testing error E and rate of change EC, makes the controlled object have good dynamic and static performance. In order to meet the different requirements of controller parameters in the different constant of E and EC, the system can modify three parameters online in operation, and realizes the comprehensive and simulation process based on VHDL.

Both Eubacteria and Archaea community diversity and dynamicity were studied during PCP-degrading micro-aerobic granular sludge cultivation using 16S rDNA ribosomal RNA approach. Main bands of DGGE were compared with sequences. The results showed that Eubacteria and Archaea community were closely related to uncultured microorganisms. There were aerobic, micro-aerobic and anaerobic bacterium in micro-aerobic granular sludge simultaneously. After granular sludge was domesticated by PCP, the dominant Eubacteria and Archaea for PCP degradation were related toProteobacteria, Sphingomonas, Methanogenic bacteriumand so on.

This paper put forward to the fractal theory into electrical safety protection system as the arc fault recognition method.This paper took the phase plane figure of the arc fault current waveform in electric lines as fractal figure and analyzed processing method of two-dimensional fractal figure in the fractal theory.This paper studied the box dimension of the fractal figure and dual graphics features reflected by information dimension which is used to identify the arc fault.This paper studied the fast calculation method of box dimension and information dimension,and applied MATLAB software to calculate the box dimension and message dimension of current phase plane figure.The simulated results test the feasibility and effectiveness of fractal theory applied in this field.

According to the arc fault mechanism of production and refer to UL1699 standard,arc fault testing system is set up,and the current waveform of arc fault and electrical equipment are collected. By analyzing time-frequency characteristics of arc fault current,paper indicates the boundedness of traditional arc fault detection method and present a brand new arc fault detection method based on fractal theory.The effectiveness and accuracy of this method is tested and verified with simulation.

Aeronautical thin-wall components are widely used in Aero-Engine, and the machining stability of the thin-wall components is a difficulty issue. In this paper, a single freedom dynamic model is set up to describe the dynamics of thin-wall milling process, and the stability of the dynamic model is analyzed with the discretization method. Then the modal parameters are gained in the different milling phases and the resonance region of spindle speed is proposed. Optimize the milling parameters with the chatter stability domain at different milling phases. The result shows that the cutting chatter can be restrained if getting the spindle speedcutting depth parameters considering the superposition area of chatter stability domains and avoiding the resonance region in the different milling phases. At last, the method is applied in Aero-Engine thin-wall blade milling, the metal remove rate increases greatly and the machining accuracy is improved greatly.

To develop a new industrial briquette composite binder, response surface methodology was used to arrange experiments, with modified peat(MP），mixed wastes(WS)，modified clay 2(C2) and clay 1(C1) as raw materials. The experimental data was firstly processed utilizing the method of multi-factorial total probability formula evaluation. Then based on the regression analysis and model building, the optimum formula was obtained. Finally, the bonding mechanism was analyzed through a systematical study by means of both ESEM and TG-DTA. The results indicated that the briquette prepared according to the optimum formula, namely 4.4% of MP, 6.5% of WS, 2% of C1, 1% of C2, and correlative key parameters of briquetting technics, namely forming water 13%, drying temperature 180°C and drying time 2.5h had excellent performances, which could meet the demand of industrial production in enterprises.

Recycling of the shell of investment casting is meaningful. However，there are many factors which hamper the progress of this work, and one of these is that the Fe content is difficult to reach the standard under the present technological conditions. Through investigating and analyzing the sources of Fe in three factories which produce steel casting and a factory which is engaging in recycling of the shell of investment casting, a new idea which suggested to remove iron through controlling import of Fe form sources was put forward in this paper. To realize this idea, corresponding measures was suggested, such as classifying the shell, picking iron out manually, storing the shell appropriately, and selecting reasonable equipment for recycling processing.

In order to heat the gas of Boiler tail to comply with request of emission temperature of environmental regulations, heat pipe gas to gas heater (GGH) is used in the wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) system. Heat pipe GGH is characterized by high efficiency, small losses of fluid resistance, and no leak of the flue gas, and desulfurization system possesses higher desulfurization efficiency, no additional power consumption, low costs of operation and maintenance, and it also solves the problem of acid corrosion and scaling, which is more suitable for wet flue gas desulfurization system.

An intelligent controller with capable communication for control and protective switching device (CPS) based on Profibus fieldbus was designed. The system with the single chip microcomputer as the core realized the function of measuring, protection, controlling and communication between CPS and host computer by Profibus fieldbus. The design could not only realize real-time monitoring for running state of multiple electromotor but also set the protection parameters of CPS and alarm function online by interface, which made CPS have remote monitoring function.

CPS (control and protective switching) one of the smart integrated include the function of circuit breakers, contactors, and low-voltage electrical appliances. The contact system is different from the traditional low-voltage electrical function. Well-designed structure of the contact system has important practical significance for overall performance of CPS. The paper proposes a new contact system. The simulation analyze the electrical repulsion of the traditional contact system and a new contact system under different current size, breaking time, blowing arc magnetic field analysis by electromagnetic simulation software. According to the results of the simulation comparison, prove that the new contactor structure making the function of CPS increased.

The research of software design, based on the supervisory control theory, is an important content in software cybernetics. The existing software model used in the software design with the supervisory control theory is Polynomial Dynamic System (PDS), which is transformed from SIGNAL files. This obstructs its widespread application. Extended Finite State Machine (EFSM) model is widely applied in software engineering field and it may alleviate the state explosion problem of Finite State Machine (FSM) to some extent. In this paper, the EFSM model is suggested to study software design problem. This paper proposed two kinds of software design problems based on EFSM model. For the first problem, a necessary and sufficient condition for software existence is obtained. For the second problem, a necessary and sufficient condition for software existence and an optimal algorithm to such software design are presented.

A method of recognize arc fault based on phase space reconstruction and fractal theory is presented in this paper.In order to obtain the current wave under the conditions of different arc faults, the experiment platform is built according to UL1699 standard so as to sample the current wave of arc fault by the digital oscilloscope. Meanwhile the current wave of some electrical equipment with the normal operation are also sampled. The phase space track chart are obtained by the method of phase space reconstruction theory, and the algorithm about extracting characteristic quantity of arc fault current is presented based on the fractal theory. By simulating using MATLAB software, the box-count dimension of the current phase space track charts for arc fault and the some electrical equipment with normal operation are calculated, its result prove this algorithm effective and feasible.

Paulownia that is widely distributed in china has the potential for fuel ethanol production because of its relative high cellulose and hemicellulose content and high growth rate. The dilute acid pretreatment hydrolysis process was optimized by developing a respond surface methodology to research the optimum condition of pretreatment. Cellulose conversion ratio and furfural concentration were conducted as the response results of the RSM. The optimal condition of pretreatment is the reaction temperature 145.5°C, the sulfuric acid concentration 1.14% and the residence time 39.3min, the highest cellulose conversion ratio 89.48% was achieved and furfural concentration was smaller than 1g/L. The chemical compositions of untreated paulownia were investigated and their structures were detected by SEM.

This study is to discuss the reaction pathways of vanillin (3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-benzaldehyde) degradation by Gordonia sp.The product structure was analyzed by spectroscopic technique. Vanillin removal kinetics could be best described by a simple recalcitrant first order model:-dS/dt=k s,1 X(S-S∞),k s,1 is the vanillin removal rate constant.

Since 1998, as the economy develops rapidly in China, the level of the standard living for the domestic people is elevated quite fast. The energy consumption in households increases quickly due to the improvement of the residents' standard of living. The emission load of CO2 from energy end-use consumption in households increases year by year and it is becoming a an important source of the national total CO2 emission load. With the LMDI factor decomposition method, this paper analyzes the factors which influence the emission load of CO2 from energy end-use consumption in households. The result shows that decreasing the energy end-use consumption intensity in households and increasing the ratio of the new energy along with lifting the ratio of the urban population are all the important factors to reduce the emission load of CO2 from energy end-use consumption in households sector in China.

Reasonable choosing the grout of synchronization grouting and the main technical parameters of shield tunneling on supporting pressure of working chamber, tunneling speed, total thrust, cutter head torque and excavation quantity etc., and strengthen the link of secondary grouting and technology management, the amount of settlement and uplift of the ground and the buildings can be effectively controlled.

Through the analysis of the test data, using multiple regression analysis established the GRT fiber—rubberized haydite concrete 7d and 28d bend strength regression formulas.By means of BP neural network theory combine MATLAB programme established GRT fiber—rubberized haydite concrete 7d and 28d bend strength neural network model.Finally using 3 groups new test data to compare the value of multiple regression equations and BP neural network’s predicted value.The results indicate that the multiple regression equations of 28d’s and 28d’s BP neural network model are availabled.But because of the water and cement which in the GRT fiber—rubberized haydite concrete can not hydration reaction sufficiently during the 7d’s,so the multiple regression equations of 7d’s is unavailabled.

Frame used in XX inertial navigation system has such characters as small scale, thin wall, complicated shape, etc. When it is casted by gravity casting, the defects such as shrinkage, porosity and blow holes are so many that the survival ratio is very low. In this paper, a new differential pressure casting method is designed to cast the frame by realizing self-hardening sand moulding, solving series of problems such as liquid rising pipe freezing and chemical composition being out of range, thus improving the quality of the cast.

A new material level noise measuring method of steel ball coal mill was proposed on the basis of energy entropy of wavelet packet and least squares support vector machines. First, four layers wavelet packet decomposition of the acquired noise signals was performed and the wavelet packet energy entropy was extracted; then the eigenvector of wave packet of the noise signals was constructed, the least squares support vector machines were trained to intelligent material level measuring by taking this eigenvector as sample. The simulation result from the proposed method is effective and feasible.

Magnetorheological(MR) materials, which consist of magnetic particles in a non-magnetic medium can be divided into three kinds: MR fluid, MR foam and MR elastomer (MRE),MRE is a new branch of MR materials whose mechanical property can be changed quickly and reversibly by the application of an external magnetic field[1]. In this paper, the new research, typical modeling and various experiments will be reviewed and discussed. So far MREs have been used in tons of scientific filed owing to their significant advantages and MREs will have more promising applications.

Carrying on the context is an important method of Architecture design. By analyzing the Huangcheng xiangfu castle (special cultural historical relics) on which the branch of Jincheng vocational technical college rely, this thesis deeply excavated the context in this region, and made the context play a role in space construction and the form of architecture. With this, the thesis also discussed the carrying on the context of architecture’s application and attempt in concrete design.

Activated carbon supported nano-TiO2 photocatalyst material was prepared with activated carbon as the carrier and carboxyl methyl cellulose (CMC) as the binder. The results indicated that the optimal TiO2 loading percentage could reach 11.46% when the mass concentration of binder in the dipping solution was 15 g/L. Meanwhile, the optimal experimental results showed that the removal percentage of CODCr from papermaking midcourse wastewater could reach 71.43% under the conditions of 10 W of radiation intensity, 240 minutes of radiation time, 15 g/L of photocatalyst dosage, 4.0 of wastewater pH and 3 mL/L of H2O2 dosage. And the effluent was able to reach China national discharge standard Ⅰ. Furthermore, after three times of repeated use, the activated carbon supported nano-TiO2 photocatalyst material still had a relatively high catalytic activity and stability, and the recycle percentage of the photocatalyst could reach 92.80%.

SiO2/TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by a sol-gel method applying tetrabutyl titanate as the precursor and cullets as the carrier. The optimal preparing conditions of the SiO2/TiO2 composite photocatalyst were optimized. The optimal conditions included 2:1 of the molar ratio of tetraethyl orthosilicate to tetrabutyl titanate, 3 load times, 600°C of calcinations temperature, 3 h of calcination time, 3 mL of the dosage of CH3COOH and 5:1 of the molar ratio of water to tetrabutyl titanate. The photodegradation percentage of methylene blue could reach 92.26% under the above optimal conditions. Moreover, after three times of the repeated use, the SiO2/TiO2 composite photocatalyst still had a relatively high catalytic activity and stability, and the recycle percentage of the photocatalyst could reach 92.80%.

In this paper, 6 eccentric structural models are selected as examples, a great many elastic earthquake response analyses are carried out. The biggest action effect which an earthquake brings about when acting in one direction along certain angle is found out, and is defined as a normal value. Simultaneously, the present two commonly used methods using bidirectional horizontal earthquake input, with identical horizontal component earthquake waves, are used to calculate effect value. The results are compared, and they indicate that it's suitable for the proportion of the two component earthquake acceleration peak values to be adjusted to 1:0.3，when carrying out the bidirectional horizontal earthquake input with the same earthquake wave.

The present paper aims to develop nano-thread materials for the settlement of the problem in acupoint catgut embedding therapy (ACET). On reviewing the current situation of ACET and pointing out the exiting problems and strategies, the authors explored the application of nano-technology in ACET, including developing nanometerized regular threads and nano material made threads. The nano-thread is supposed to better resolve the reverse reaction, improve the clinical therapeutic efficacy, and expand the clinical applications of ACET.

Calculations of the end-plate semi-rigid joints are carried out with a FE-program ANSYS. Some results of the calculations are introduced in this paper. The influences of the joints semi-rigidity on the deformation, the bending capacity and the internal force of the structure are researched; the initial rotational stiffness, the elastic ultimate moment and the plastic ultimate moment of the steel joints and the composite joints are compared. Some results may be useful for the design of the end-plate semi-rigid joints.

A new method was proposed to solve multi-attribute group decision-making problems with natural language assessment information. In this method, firstly the linguistic assessment information given by each decision maker was aggregated by LWD and LOWA operators in order to obtain the group assessment information. Then, the preferred scheme is obtained from the result of aggregation. Finally, a simulation example was given to illustrate the validity of this approach.

This article discusses the correlation between market structure and value GetCapabilities of major procedures of the PV industry, from the results we can find: As the number of enterprises involved in four procedures of the industrial chain increases, the degree of monopoly of market structure in all procedures are becoming more and more weaker, increasing the level of competition, which resulting in decreasing order of the corresponding distribution of profits, demonstrated as a "inverted pyramid" structure. Market structure of value chain in every procedure determines its ability to obtain the profits. That the industrial organization of PV industry can be explained by the SCP paradigm of Harvard School.

STEP-NC provides a way for intelligent NC manufacturing and seamless connection of the computer systems in design and manufacturing industries. It also makes it a must for a new breed of CNC machines to interface directly with the new part programs in STEP format (ISO 10303-21). In this paper, the data model and structure of part programs based on STEP-NC (STEP AP 238) are overviewed. Available tools are discussed and a method of extracting the manufacturing information from STEP-NC physical files is presented, and corresponding software module are developed in ST-DeveloperTM environment. With the aid of the STIXTM and ROSETM C++ library, the general information, feature information, technological information are extracted from the STEP-NC file and organized in a tree structure according to the hierarchy of the data model, which is essential to further usage of the manufacturing data, such as process planning, tool-path generating etc.
