A method of molten salt replacement was used to prepare an Al coating on Mg-Li alloy at different temperatures. The thickness, microstructure, phase composition and corrosion electrochemical analysis of the coating treated at different temperatures were analyzed. The corrosion resistances of the specimens with and without optimal coating were comparatively evaluated. Results show that, the optimal treatment temperature is 350 °C, at which a thickness of 9.15 μm coating is formed. In the Al coatings, Al exists as the form of Mg17Al12 and AlLi. The corrosion resistance is much better than that of the specimen without coating.

The gas permeability of polymer modified mortar coating add steel fiber concrete compound structure was studied by thickness-wall cylinder structure experiment. The coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscope,energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy.the gas permeability of steel fiber concrete is 6.85×10-15 m2. applying the coating can reach 10-17 m2. The intrinsic gas permeability of polymer modified cement based materials is 1.36×10-17 m2 using regression calculate analysis method .Coating thickness is constant, raw materials composition and structure is the fundamental factors affecting permeability.

Extrusion Mg-6Li-6.5Gd-1Dy-2Zn alloy was prepared successfully by vacuum melting. The microstructures and mechanical properties of as-cast and as-extruded Mg-6Li-6.5Gd-1Dy-2Zn alloys were investigated. Extruding process refines the α (Mg) phase and β (Li) phase, and makes the Mg3X phase crushed and dispersed well. After heat treatment, Mg3X phase particles became finer and much more RE enriched phase particles formed in the matrix. These effects result in the improvement of mechanical properties of the alloys. In this study, after solution treated at 510°C for 3h and aged at 215°C for 99h, the as-extruded alloy exhibits the best mechanical properties, and the microhardness, ultimate tensile and elongation reach 103.0, 249 MPa and 34.8%, respectively.

Regarding the development of the electric vehicle replacement charging stations, this paper comes up with the application solution of RFID technology in the electric vehicle battery replacement charging stations. This paper first analyzes the specific characteristics of the RFID technology, provides an overview on the RFID technology solution to solve the management problem of the battery compartment, introduces the RFID technology application on the management of charging vehicles, as well as on the unified management of battery compartment in battery replacement charging stations. The paper makes the outlook on the RFID technology application in other fields of the electric vehicle replacement charging stations.

Tacit knowledge sharing is the basis and prerequisite of knowledge innovation. In this paper the incentive mechanism of tacit knowledge sharing is proposed to improve tacit knowledge sharing. Firstly, game theory is introduced, and then we analyze the knowledge sharing and mechanism. Finally, Static and repeated game models of knowledge sharing are constructed. The results indicate that infinite repeated game can solve “Prisoner's dilemma” of knowledge sharing in the one-time game.

Basing on the status quo of the development of electric vehicle and electric vehicle’s Charging/battery swap infrastructure, Discussion and analysis is made with focus on the battery swap mode and it’s practising method of electric passenger car. According to the body structure of different types of electric passenger car and the Situation that the battery pack is equipped with, Electric passenger car are divided into two types: chassis battery type and battery rear-equipped type. Respectively, analyzed the battery swap mode for the two types of electric passenger cars; And two feasible battery swap projects are advanced , analysed and compared.Then pointed out the difficulties and problems with the construction of the battery swap station for electric passenger car; Finally, suggestions and methods to solve the problems were offered.

Flash point is one of the major physical and chemical properties used to determine the fire and explosion hazards of liquids; therefore, the prediction of flash point is an important safety consideration. However, the study on flash point and the correlation between flash point and pressure has been inadequate, and needs further investigation. So in this paper, the experimental method is adopted to study the correlation between the closed flash point temperature of RP-5 Aviation Kerosene and low pressure environment. In the experiments, use the BS-1 closed bomb apparatus to measure the oil samples and use the hypobaric chamber to change the environment pressure from 50kPa to 101.3kPa. Through the experiment data, it indicates that the atmospheric pressure is much lower than the normal atmosphere, there is a quadratic function relation between the reciprocal Aviation Kerosene's flash points and logarithm of environment pressure, therefore the relationship between the reciprocal Aviation Kerosene’s flash points and altitude is reciprocal. Compared the experiment results with theoretical results, it finds that the experiment result is closed to reality. The experiment results will provide the scientific data for the safety of aircraft tank, and benefit the fire protection, such as inflammable liquid production, transport, storage et al in oil pipeline management.

The as-cast Mg-14Li-3Al-(0-0.9)RE alloys were prepared with vacuum melting method, then processed by hot extrusion. The microstructure and tensile properties were investigated. The results show that both addition of RE and extrusion deformation can refine the grain size. Al3La compounds are formed with addition of La-rich misch metal. The as-extruded Mg-14Li-3Al-0.6RE alloy obtains the finest grain size (4.28 μm) and the highest mechanical properties (σb=222.75 MPa, δ=23.8%), which is related to the grain refinement and the formation of Al3La.

This thesis proposes the construction of the electric vehicle battery-swap station after a comparision of energy supply models between battery swap and charging and fast charging. Electric vehicle battery-swap station can be divided into several parts: power supply system,charging system,battery rack, battery-swap system, monitoring system and station power supply system and so forth. In addition, this thesis makes a specific illustration to the battery charging system and battery-swap system. Finally, the application and future development of electric vehicle battery-swap station is conferred in this thesis.

Anisotropic wet etching is a key processing step for the fabrication of microstructures. In general, convex corner structures and non {111} crystal planes will be undercut during wet anisotropic etching. This characteristic of Si is an obstacle to the fabrication of structures in various applications. Among a number of silicon etchants, TMAH is becoming popular for low toxicity and CMOS compatibility. In this paper, a new design of compensation structure has been proposed to solve the undercutting problem with 25%wt TMAH solution. The new compensation structure is made up by squares which are connected to the convex corner. An empirical expression between the parameters of the new compensation structure and etching depth is derived. The changes of the compensation structure in different etching process are shown by photographs. Experimental results prove the high accuracy of this method. Compared to two widely used compensation structures, the new structure is more space efficient.

A series of alloys were designed and prepared using vacuum melting furnace. The as-cast microstructure and phase compositions of these alloys were characterized by optical microscope, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronic microscope (SEM). The hardness and mechanical properties of alloys at room temperature were measured as well. The results show that the addition of RE leads to the formation of intermetallic Al3La distributed within grain boundaries. The intermetallic compound with oriented structure impedes grain growth, and refines the grain. The strength and the hardness of the alloys increase with the increase of the RE content in the range of 0.2-0.8 wt %.

In this experiment, do smell pine impregnated pressure experiments with small molecules phenolic resin. Prepare different small molecules and phenolic resin by orthogonal.Handle the specimens. Compare the treated material with the smell pine. The optimum condition is the temperature of 60°C, PVA: P (mass ratio) = 3%, P: F: NaOH (molar ratio) = 1:1.2:0.3, the absolute pressure 2.5 Mpa, the temperature of 120 °C hot 15 minutes under the conditions. While smell pine laminated veneer lumber bending strength increased 67.53%.
