Machine is adopted to replace human eyes to complete measurement and judgments. Target image is identified by computer and insert into automatic aiming control process to complete the shooting direction computing and automatic position aiming process.

The material dispersion of structure led to a lager error in crack length evaluating, the assessment method utilizing Gaussian Process (GP) model was proposed to solve the problem. The fatigue crack was monitored by active Lamb monitoring technology, and the four damage indices were extracted from the measured sensor signal, and then inputted to the GP model to realize the online evaluating of crack length. The fatigue test of hole-edge crack was made in LY12-CZ Aluminum specimen, which was used in aerospace structures frequently, the results shows that the method could efficiently decrease the evaluation error of crack length, which caused by material dispersion of structure.

A facile synthesis of anilinocarbonyl acetylene was achieved in a microwave-assisted condition via condensation of anilines and propiolic acid. The reactions can be completed smoothly within 10 minutes at 30 °C, producing terminal alkynes with excellent yields.

The seismic data interpretation shows that faults in Pubei Oilfield developed in the form of the lower, middle and upper fault systems, vertically corresponding to the tectonic evolution stages of Songliao Basin which are rifting, depression and inversion stages; in the plane the faults in Pubei Oilfield appear dense characteristics to be belts, especially in Fuyang oil layer, but not clear and sparse in Putaohua oil layer; faults dense belts in Fuyang oil layer from five orientations combine alternately, cutting Fuyang oil layer into the grid feature, but the faults distribution of Putaohua oil layer is related with the fault blocks division of the Pubei Oilfield. Generally, 8 fault belts separate the Pubei Oilfield into seven fault blocks.

A new method of structural health monitoring based on sensor-tags using radio frequency power to energize node wirelessly is proposed. A modular RFID sensor-tag, which has the function of signal conditioning, energy harvesting, and wireless transmission, is designed for some sensing elements commonly used in structural health monitoring, such as resistance strain gauges, piezoelectric ceramic and shape memory alloy (SMA). Sensor-tags receive energy which is the feedback of reader antenna coupling and provide power for sensor nodes. It overcomes defects of wireless sensor network (WSN) powered by battery, such as weak capabilities of processing, storage and communication. Stretching, bending and impact tests show that the system can achieve reliable signal acquisition and wireless transmission, the wireless communication distance between tag and reader is up to 128 meters, bit error rate of signal transmission 2 %.

Based on the sequence stratigraphy principle, reservoir forming elements has been detailed analysis in Cretaceous system of Hailaer basin, by using core, logging and 3-D seismic data. The study shows that the thick mudstone layer in the transgressive systems tract of the super-sequence is good regional source rock .and regional caprock, meanwhile the sandbody developed in transgressive systems tract and highstand systems of the super-sequence become the regional reservoir of depression. The main hydrocarbon migration pathway is uncomformable surface, fault, frame-sandstone, or that the hydrocarbon born in source rock went into the sandstone of sublacustrine fan directly, and then, lithologic reservoirs was formed.

Explosion suppression and isolation apparatus act as the last barrier to minimize casualties and property loss. Regrettably, the present techniques, such as water tubs and dust barriers, cannot effectively suppress multiple and continuous explosions. Being a porous medium, foam ceramics are characterized with large porosity and strong resistance against high temperature and shocks. Theoretical analysis and experimental study suggest that, due to numerous collisions with the walls in foam ceramics, the free radicals –generated in the chemical reactions of gas combustion and responsible for flame propagation, can be significantly destroyed, the reactive heat release be restrained, thus making the chemical reactions non-self-sustained. As a result, flame propagation is quenched. Furthermore, foam ceramics can markedly attenuate shock waves. Thus, if properly designed and arranged in the roadways, the material is expected to become a new-generation gas explosion suppression and isolation method in coal mines.

In order to achieve the real-time monitoring internal state of composite specimen embedded shape memory alloy wires, a new wireless monitoring method in which PS021 is used to measure the capacitance change of composite structure is proposed. The micro-capacitance measuring principle of PS021 and the design of hardware and software of system are introduced in detail. The capacitance signal between some two wires of composite structure embedded SMA is measured by the PS021 module, and the measurement data are processed by C8051F330 micro-controller and wirelessly sent to PC by PTR4000. Compared the tested results with that of the high precision LCR meter, experimental results show that the relative error of system is less than 4.5%.

A new method was proposed for vehicle speed monitoring and early warning based on RFID sensor tag technology to realize real-time speed monitoring in high way. The principle of speed monitoring, the hardware and software of RFID sensor tag and reader network using GPRS technology were introduced in detail. Experimental results show that the actual velocity of vehicles can be acquired by on board RFID sensor tag, when the vehicle drives over the limited speed, the system can voice alarm to the driver. The identity information, actual speed and time of vehicle are read wirelessly by readers installed along the roadside, these messages can be upload to control center through GPRS network to monitor vehicle states, such as the position, average speed, the flow of transportation and so on.

When Shape memory alloy (SMA) wires are embedded in the composite structure with a specific volume fraction, the properties of the resulting hybrid composite structure, which is called SMA-reinforced composite structure, will be reinforced. Some of SMA wires embedded in the composite can be viewed as two electrodes of the capacitor. The deformation of the composite structure will cause change of the capacitor, therefore the segmental SMA wires embedded in the composite may be considered as the self-sensitive element of structure strain monitoring. The measurement circuit monitoring the change of micro capacitor in structure is designed, and it is integrated with radio frequency identification (RFID) technology to compose RFID sensor-tag, and the variation of capacitor is send to the RFID reader wirelessly to form a wireless health monitoring system. Experimental results show that this RFID sensor-tag and its system can be feasibly used in wireless structural health monitoring of SMA-reinforced composite structure.

Because of the disadvantages in evaluating straightness error of the traditional method, such as high algorithm complexity, low evaluating precision, it can’t be appropriate for various instruments. A fast and accurate method called intercept of convex polygon algorithm is put forward to implement least envelope zone for evaluating plane straightness errors. The algorithm is based on the convex-hull theory in computational geometry, the measuring data of various instruments are firstly converted into coordinate value, then constructed the convex polygon by slope factor. The unique point meeting the least condition can be found, and the straightness error can be calculated through shear shift conversion. Experimental results show that the method is simple and easy for automatic data processing by computer, and has features of high precision and high speed.
