Ni-Al-WC ternary system during self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) was analyzed and calculated based on thermodynamic principle, and the curves of adiabatic temperature (Tad) and preheating temperature (T0) and WC content (wt.%) were drawn. The results showed that adiabatic temperature of the system decreased with the increase of WC content and the maximum of WC content was about 34 wt.% for preheating temperature of 933K. Adiabatic temperature increased with increasing preheating temperature and properly increasing preheating temperature could promote the reaction self-sustaining when WC content was excessive and adiabatic temperature was less than 1912K.

For the technical problems of coal and rock character recognition in fully mechanized caving faces. A method on characterization and recognition of coal and rock traits were discussed based on the time domain indexes of acoustic pressure data according to the differences of physics and mechanical parameters of coal and rock, and the differences of acoustic pressure data when coal and rock falling impact the rear beam of the sublevel caving hydraulic support. Firstly, the top coal caving experiments were carried out with mining portable vibration recorder developed by China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) in fully mechanized caving faces in the underground mines, and the acoustic pressure data in quantity were acquired; Then, signal preprocessing were carried on to remove trend items for the selected acoustic pressure data; Finally, the acoustic pressure dates were analyzed in time domain and the time domain features were acquired. Comparison found, peak to peak, variance and kurtosis index are sensitive to the working conditions and the variance with a higher recognition rate. Accordingly proposed an analytical method that based on time-domain features of acoustic pressure date which used variance as recognition indicator, providing technical support for improving the caving automation and intelligent in the fully mechanized caving face.

Yttrium-stabilized zirconia fibers were prepared at low temperature via a novel non-hydrolytic sol-gel (NHSG) method by using anhydrous zirconium chloride as precursor, ethanol as oxygen donor, yttrium hydride as stabilizer, dibasic ester (DBE) as solvent, ethoxyline as spinning aid. DTA-TG, XRD, FT-IR, FE-SEM and TEM were used to characterize samples. The results show that the YSZ tetragonal zirconia can be synthesized at 410 °C and the formation of =Y-O-Zr≡ bond is the key for the low temperature synthesis tetragonal zirconia. Zirconia fibers calcined at 800 °C have a smooth surface, free of crack and dense section. The diameter of fibers are in the range of 5~10 μm. The addition of ethoxyline can make the colloidal particles linear growth which is the basic reason for the spinnability of the sol.

Wear behavior of AZ51 magnesium alloy was studied using a pin-on-disc type wear apparatus at 20-360 N and 0.785 m/s. Wear mechanisms were determined using scanning electron microscope (SEM), including abrasion, oxidation, delamination, thermal softening and surface melting. Microstructural evolution, plastic deformation and microhardness in the subsurfaces were examined with optical microscope and hardness tester before and after mild to severe wear transition. The subsurface microstructure experienced deformation, dynamic recrystallization (DRX) and surface melting successively with increasing load. These changes in subsurface microstructure result in strain hardening and thermally-activated softening in the near-surface layers. The thermal softening originating from DRX and surface melting in subsurface is responsible for the mild to severe wear transition.

This paper tries to find a more feasible method to achieve core and reduction. Against concepts "distinguishable relation of attribute set" and "distinguishable unit set of attribute set", it defines a concept "important index", and proposes an effective and quick approach for important index. After drawn out the involved theory and equivalent proposition, also presents algorithms for core and reduction upon the important index. The heuristic reduction algorithm adopts the bottom-up design, and gets reduction based on the heuristic information "important index of attribute set". The complexity of the algorithm in space is O(m), and the complexity in time is O(mn2). The theoretical analysis and results show that the ways proposed here simplify the relevant operations and are suitable to deal with the huge volume of data.

A method on the feature extraction of coal and rock character recognition was mainly put forward based on image gray level distribution and gray scale average value. In order to improve the recognition effects of the image, cropping, gray level transformation, contrast enhancement, median filtering and other preprocessing work were applied individually on the raw image of coal caving and rock caving acquired from mechanized top caving face, then gray histogram of image signal of coal and rock was abstracted and the gray scale mean were calculated. The results shows that (1) the range of gray scale of top coal caving image is mainly between 10-100, and the range of gray scale of top rock caving image mainly between 90-220, (2) the gray scale mean of top rock caving image is around 130, far higher than the gray scale mean of top coal caving image of 66.

The work is designed and made as a controlled system of rotational inverted pendulum. Small direct current machine is droved by Single chip microcomputer that it controls the angle of swinging of swinging rod when the rotating arm does reciprocating rotation motion. The MC9S12CXS128 single-chip microcomputer is adopted as the master control chip of control system, the Angle of swinging rod is measured by the incremental encoder, power of the rotary arm controlled part provided by PM35S - 048 direct current machine and the motor drive module as a control system. It can realize measurement and control of the rotation angle of the rotating arm and the swinging angle of swinging rod precisely.

The effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and properties of casting Al-5.5Fe-4Cu-2Zn-0.4Mg-0.5Mn alloy were studied. It has been founded that, the mechanicals properties of casting Al-5.5Fe-4Cu-2Zn-0.4Mg-0.5Mn alloy improved significantly after solid solution and aging treated (T6), the tensile strength increased from 173.4MPa to 218.7 MPa. However the mechanical properties of the alloy after aging treated (T1) get less enhanced and the tensile strength only achieved 194.07MPa. The SEM and TEM analysis shows that solid solution treatment plays a role of dissolving the second phases in casting Al-5.5Fe-4Cu-2Zn-0.4Mg-0.5Mn alloy. After solution treatment the alloy was proceed with low-temperature ageing treatment, a large number of dispersively tiny phases precipitated in the matrix of the alloy, which exhibits strengthening action.

Currently, there has been growing interest in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) during the landing. With the widespread use of the UAVs, a more precise estimation on pose and position in the process of landing is required to support the higher-level applications. In this paper, the estimation of pose and position based on the line segment detection (LSD) is proposed. By applying a vision camera, a landmark is detected using the effective LSD algorithm. Then a line-based vision model is built to calculate the pose and position of the UAV. Experimental results show that the state solutions of the proposed method are effective with different shape of landmarks, and the accuracy is minute-level in pose angle error and centimeter-level in position error.

Odor pollution means a distinctive gas that is offensively unpleasant and harmful for the living conditions, not only disturbing social activities but also being harm for human. For the character of odor pollution, a kind of odor detecting system based on photoionization detector (PID) has been developed. The capillary column has been used as separate device and the PID as detector. From stability experiment of PID sensor, the standard deviation of system is 5.88×10-3, relative standard deviation is 0.14%. Furthermore, the experimental results of the sample calibration and stability illustrated that by using ethyl alcohol, xylene and butane, system lineaity is 99.99%, 99.98%, 99.98% respectively and the limit of detection is 0.8ppm, 1ppm and 0.6ppm respectively. PID has good stability and the experimental system has better reliability and repeatability.

The high precision of the seeker is the key to reduce the Miss-Distance and improve precision in the guidance system of missile, and the seeker stabilized platform servo system is safeguard of the overall performance of seeker. So based on the Stribeck friction model, this paper studies and compares the precision of position and velocity that controlled by PID control and BP neural network when the seeker platform working at low speed. Finally, according to the MATLAB simulation results, applying modern control theory as controller based on Stribeck friction model can improve precision and the problem of flat and dead zone at low speed.

A kind of online or portable online odor detector is needed for continuously monitoring the concentration and tracing the source of the odor which is one of the atmosphere pollution. Combining gas chromatograph (GC) and micro-fluidic chip technology, we present a kind of odor detecting system which using micro-fluidic chip for gas separator and photo ionization detector (PID) for sensor. The 115×60×6mm micro-fluidic chip, etched a micro channel of 1mm diameter and 1.8m length inside, is filled by polyethylene glycol as stationary phase according to the type and character of odor. Respectively using micro-fluidic chip and stainless steel packed columns, the acetone detecting experiments prove that corresponding values of the theoretical plates numbers are 2156 and 1250, in addition, the values of their tailing factor are 1.20 and 1.33. The separation experiment between acetone and ethyl alcohol in the chip illustrate the degree of separation is 3.1.

This paper researches on the kinematics and dynamics of coupling for three-axis flight Simulator based on the high-speed rotation missile. Firstly, to define station body coordinate and the positive direction of rotation according to three-axis flight Simulator based on the high-speed rotation missile, and then the mathematical coupling model is established. Secondly, multivariable nonlinear mathematical model can be decoupling, while substituting the parameters quality attribute analysis solved by ProE into the mathematical model. Lastly, the decoupled linear equations and the decoupling solutions based on inverse system method were given, and then to finish the simulation and to analysis the simulation results.

In order to avoid the over discharge and less discharge situations, improve the coal recovery rate and promote the working environment of workers at the fully mechanized top-coal caving face, experiments for the research of the coal and rock character recognition were carried on underground. Vibration signal at the hydraulic support tail beam and the rear scraper conveyor under different conditions were acquired at the fully mechanized top-coal caving face using the self-developed mine portable data recorder. The time-domain indexes of the vibration signal were analyzed. Results show that the variance, skewness index and kurtosis index changes most obviously under various stage of top coal caving and can be used as the time-domain characteristic indicator for the coal and rock character recognition in the fully mechanized working face.

So semantic web service is introduced, the service is described by OWL-S to realize the interconnection of wind power plant hardware devices from different manufacturers, to facilitate the sharing and reuse of devices function and to realize the sharing of wind power plant knowledge in semantic level.

A migration-driven aggregation model with catalyzed decline process of two species is proposed, in which migration-driven aggregation occurs between any two aggregates of the same species with the size-dependent rate kernel . Meanwhile, a monomer decline of A-species aggregates occurs under the catalysis by B-species aggregates with the catalyzed decline rate kernel . The kinetic behavior of A species is investigated by means of the mean-field theory, which is found to depending crucially on the catalysis rate kernel parameter μ: in case, the migration-driven aggregation reaction dominates the process, and the aggregate size distribution of A species approaches the conventional scaling form, and A species will survive in the end; while incase, the catalyzed decline reaction dominates the process, the aggregate size distribution of A aggregate does not scale, and A species will die out in the end.

Finally, according to the engineering project, we can verify the validity and applicability of this triple loop system.

In order to improve the efficiency of people evacuation from hazardous regions and reduce the ill effects of disasters, a distributed decision support system for large scale crowd evacuation is proposed. The system is supported by the technology of Web Geographic Information System (WebGIS). Basically, by analyzing the system framework we may acquire a novel approach to establish a distributed large-scale crowd evacuation platform for emergency management. Research results show that the proposed system is useful for devising evacuation plans in advance as well as real-time management under disaster.

In order to meet the needs of 3D simulation training system, this paper proposed a three-dimensional simulation training system based on Web3D technology. 3Dmax,Balder3D and Silverlight5 are used to build 3D models, construct 3D scene and bear the 3D scene, respectively. Combining with the ASP.NET platform, we constructed a 3D training system platform, which could be applied to the hydropower plant simulation training system. The system includes whole process simulation, single-step simulation and dynamic simulation. Since its built on B/S structure, users have an easy access to the simulation system by using the browser. So the system will surely help the users to get a more intuitive and convenient knowledge of ship lift operation process.

The eddy covariance (EC) technique of observation is a standard method for direct measurement of CO2, H2O and energy flux between vegetation and the atmosphere, the calculation formula of which is based on a series of assumptions. In reality, the assumed conditions are usually not satisfied, and the flux data is subject to significant deviation, thus the measured result should be corrected. The difference in data processing may lead to obvious difference in the calculated results of sensible heat flux and latent heat flux, while the universality of existing flux processing software is not verified. On the basis of domestic and foreign literature, this paper systematically summarizes and evaluates the preliminary processing of EC observation data in the aspects of principle and method of flux observation, rejection and interpolation of flux data, quality control and evaluation of flux data.

A method is used to clean fruits combining ozone, calcium hypochlorite and cold water to In order to validate the sterilization effect, we counted, separated and purified the surface microbial numbers of the peaches and grapes before and after cleaning, The results showed that after cleaning the total numbers of bacteria and fungi in peaches reduced 98.7 percent and 98.4 percent, respectively. While the total numbers of bacteria and fungi in grapes reduced 75 percent and 85 percent, respectively. After cleaning, the fungi specie in peaches and grapes reduced 56 percent and 57 percent, while the bacteria species reduced 17 percent and 10 percent. As a result, this method can effectively sterilize the fruits.

Used Fenton reagent and fly ash combined process to treat dioctyl phthalate (DOP) simulated wastewater. Influences of pH, concentration of H2O2, Fe2+ concentration, fly ash dosage and other factors effect of COD were studied. The results showed that, under the synergies of the fly ash, Fenton reagent on the COD removal efficiency was better than Fenton reagent used alone. When the pH was 5, H2O2 concentration was 1.2 g/L, Fe2+ concentration was 1.0g/L, fly ash dosage was 4 g, and COD removal efficiency reached 83.21%.

In order to improve the high temperature oxidation resistance, 75 Si-Fe and the silver paint were selected as cast-penetrated agent using the cast-infiltration method to form an aluminum silicon composite layer on the heat resistant steel grate surface. The microstructure and hardness properties of cast-infiltration layer were studied by optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) with electron dispersive spectrum (EDS), and micro hardness test. The results show that the cast-infiltration layer is composed of ferrite and irregular shape of carbide particles. Most of the carbides are (Fe,Cr)3C and a small amount (Fe,Cr)7C3 also observed in composite layer. The highest micro hardness of fine carbide particles reaches 1253 HV. The optimized silicon content is 50wt%, and the thickness of infiltration layer reaches 0.6mm.

To circuit system with a transition state from normal to fault, this paper presents "sub-health" concept to describe it, and the experiments add sub-health diagnosis type. To problem of diagnosis difficulty caused by data overlapping due to tolerance existing in analog circuits, characteristic layer fusion method is selected for feature extraction, and put forward the distance evaluation factor for feature selection. Then potential energy function classification is adopted to diagnose faults, and principle of binary tree is combined with potential energy function classification to solve multiple classification problems. The experiments adopt BP neural network to compare and verify that the method proposed is effective. The results fully illustrate that characteristic layer fusion method can extract fault features effectively, distance evaluation factor has achieved a good dimension reduction effect, and improved potential energy function classification realizes soft fault diagnosis accurately.

In order to study the conduction performance of the old transmission lines, we carried out a comparative study by testing the heat dissipation of the old and the new overhead conductors (35 kV aluminium cable steel reinforced (ACSR) lines, LGJ70/10). The temperature variation of two distinct types of lines under the identical current flow was investigated in details theoretically and experimentally. Our extensive experiments show that the temperature rise of old lines is higher about 11% than those of new lines with the same current flow of 255 A. By combining the theoretical analysis and experimental observations, it is concluded that the heat radiated power of the old lines is higher about 46% than that of new lines, such high radiated heat power is the main factor affecting the temperature rise of old lines.

A hybrid system scheme was designed for the sweeper truck, to solve the problems of high fuel consumption and poor emission performance of traditional sweeper. The control strategy was determined for the hybrid power system. The simulation model of hybrid sweeper truck was built with Matlab/Simulink, and off-line simulation was completed to verify the power system scheme and control strategy, the simulation results indicate that the hybrid sweep truck can realize functions of sweeper and improve the fuel economy.

Blasting-induced seismic wave imposes cyclic loadings on adjacent buildings and structures with a combined loading mode of tension, compression, bending, shear and torsion, and it leads to flaking of floated coat, wall cracking, developing of original cracks, etc. This paper presents a blasting case study for the excavation of Wucun tunnel in Xiamen Success Avenue. Field monitoring and numerical calculation of a typical brick masonry structure are adopted to analyze the relationships among the maximum structural displacement, peak vibration velocity of blasting-induced foundation vibration and the change rate of crack width. On the basis of the study above, a method of calculating the safe vibrating velocity for single-layer masonry structure is proposed. Meanwhile, a suggested value of the safe vibrating velocity for single-layer masonry structure is given. All the research results can be useful for the similar construction and research.

The campus indoor environment is an important learning and living environment for college students, and it is closely related to the health of college students. Using natural sedimentation to monitor and evaluate the indoor air microorganisms of four classrooms (0407, 0408, 0409 and 0410) which are in the Inner Mongolia University campus comprehensive building of fourth floor. The results show that the concentration variation of indoor air microorganisms is different in one day, in the 5 periods of time from morning to night, the maximum is 2.0×103 cfu·m-3 in the morning, which is 12 times to the minimum. Air microbial content of the sunny classrooms (0407 and 0409) is obviously higher than night side classrooms (0408 and 0410), the total bacteria concentration of classroom 0407 is 2.1 times to classroom 0408, and the concentration of classroom 0409 is 1.5 times to classroom 0410. Among the 4 sampling points, the highest total concentration of air microorganisms is 8.0×102 cfu·m-3, the lowest value is 3.0×102 cfu·m-3, and the average value is 6.0×102 cfu·m-3. Bacteria as the main air microorganism in summer campus classroom, accounted 77.4%, mold accounted18.9%, actinomycetes accounted 3.7%. According to the air microorganism standards, it evaluates that each time of indoor air is clean.

t has been a bottleneck for the application of vibration-related techniques in the coal mine that the vibration data cannot be acquired due to lack of mining vibration instrument. This paper discussed the development of a portable mining vibration recorder, introduced its overall scheme, as well as its hardware and software design in detail. The developed recorder is a coal mine intrinsically safety instrument based on ARM system, with features of 4 channels analog input, 2GB large volume storage memory, 250kHz sampling frequency, no less than 3.5h full-payload continuous working time with battery supply, fitted to record and deposit the vibration signal of the equipment in atmospheres with methane and coal dust explosive mixture. The authors carried out a series of testing application in ChengZhuang coal mine. The experimental results show that the data acquired by the recorder is true and valid. Study provides an instrumental basis of apparatus to carry out the supervision of machine based on vibration detection in coal mine.

Based on the analysis of the mathematical model of the three-phase asynchronous motor and sine pulse width modulation principle, According to the theory of asynchronous motors vector control , software is building simulation model of asynchronous motors vector control system according to the rotor flux in Matlab/Simulink, analysis dynamic characteristics of rotational speed, torque and stator current ,provided the simulation results of the control system, verify the vector control is effective and feasible.

In recent years, coal mining machines intellectualization, automation, digitization and informatization have become the development trend in coal mining industry and have gotten more and more researchers attention. This paper presents the research on the vibration state monitoring method of a coal shearer. It shows the vibration intensity of the traction system is quite low when the machine is running, so the fault probability for this part caused by vibration is very low. The research will be beneficial to understand the vibration characteristics of the coal shearer, and provides methods of structure optimization design and fault diagnosis for a coal shearer.

The corrosion behavior of 316L stainless steel and alloy 625 were deteced in superciritical water oxidation (SCWO) process for coking wastewater treatment. The operation conditions were 500 °C, 25 MPa, oxygen ratio of 3.5 and the reaction time of 150 h. Surface morphologies of metal samples, oxide structure and compositions across the oxide thickness of the metal samples after SCWO were analyzed using SEM and ESD, and the corrosion rates for both samples were obtained. Pitting corrosion was found on the surface of 316L stainless steel with a corrosion rate of 0.334 mm/a. While no remarkable corrosion was found on the surface of alloy 625, and the corrosion rate is 0.052 mm/a.

Selecting rhizosphere soil as the object of study which from 5 different kinds of plants in the Inner Mongolia University campus, we use fumigation extraction method and liquid chlorine fumigation extraction-water bath method to determine the microbial biomass carbon in the rhizosphere soil of different plants, in order to compare that whether or not liquid chlorine fumigation extraction-water bath method applicable to this type of soil sample. The results show that, there are significant differences in the rhizosphere soil microbial biomass carbon of 5 different kinds of plants, determination results is that Pyrus sorotina (LS) > Platycladus orientalis (CB) > Prunus persica (TS)> Syringa vulgaris (DX) > Pinus tabuliformis (YS), the content of P. sorotina is highest, 260.53 mg/kg, and P. tabulaeformis is lowest, 121.11 mg/kg, the differ is 139.42 mg/kg. There is a big gap between the measure values of the two methods, so that liquid chlorine fumigation extraction-water bath method doesn’t apply to the determination of this type microbial biomass carbon.

The microstructure of magnesium alloy sheets (nominal composition Mg–6Zn–Y in at. %) was investigated with the Optical Microscope (OM), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD) technique after the annealing treatment. Tensile test at room temperature was performed to show the influence of annealing treatment on mechanical properties. Experimental results indicate that there are a large number of twin crystals appearing in microstructure of the extruded Mg-Zn-Y alloy sheet at 350 °C. The distinct icosahedral phase appears on the α-Mg matrix in granular form and the strength gets largely improved to the maximum. The uniform distribution of isometric crystal contributes to the best elongation at the annealing temperature of 400 °C.

Through the project practice of digital restoration, we establish a good connection with historical building research and architectural design teaching, and the most important harvest is that it provides a feasible implementation measures for the historic building protection problem in the process of the city industrial structure adjustment, and builds a general platform at the same time.

Harmonic detection is one of the most important core part of Active Power Filter,which can quickly and accurately detect the harmonic current that is the premise of circuit to quickly output harmonic compensation current,therefore the pros and cons of the detection method,a direct impact on the effect of harmonic compensation.Time compensation method is to add a specific time compensation angle based on the method of instantaneous reactive power compensation,so that it can accurately detect the harmonic currents at the same time,minimize the low-pass filter time delay.By MATLAB simulation,the results show high detection accuracy.And to ensure detection and compensation,while fully to improve the real-time function of the filter.

Activated carbons were prepared from coconut shells by using carbonization at 600 °C for 2 h followed by water steam activation. Effects of activation temperature, hold time and water steam amount on the yield, BET surface area and micropore volume of activated carbons were evaluated. The pore structure of the activated carbon was characterized by N2 adsorption at 77K. Surface area, micropore volume and pore size distribution (PSD) of the carbons were determined by the Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) equation, Dubinin–Astakhov (DA) and the Non-Local Density Functional Theory (NLDFT) methods, respectively. The results show that activated carbons with specific surface area of 1500 m2/g and pore size lower than 2 nm can be produced at 900 °C for 1~2 h. Hold time could be reduced by increasing steam amount and activation temperature, but micropore was enlarged and yield was decreased. Increasing hold time could produce more micropores when steam amount and activation temperature were more appropriate. Pore size distribution shows that activated carbons are microporous dominant.

An effective combined process of aeration micro-electrolysis and flocculation was utilized to treat arsenic that incoming contaminate level was 153 mgL-1 from the metallurgical effluent. Treatment mechanisms and operation conditions were discussed which influenced the removal efficiency of arsenic. Under the optimal technological conditions, it was found that the removal efficiencies of COD and As were 92.5% and 99.7% respectively. The remain arsenic concentration in the treated wastewater was only 0.43mgL-1 and met National Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996) in China. Analysis by SEM and EDS revealed that using combined process, most of As(III) could be oxidized to As(V), which led to the high efficiency of arsenic removal. In the meantime, most of other heavy metals, such as Cu, Pb and Ni, had been removed. Therefore, the combined process is regarded as a promising technology in the treatment of arsenic from copper smelting effluent. It has bright future in application.

Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis as objects of the study, ultrasonic fragmentation acted on the bacterial cells in different growth stages, results showed that, it’s similar to the crushing effect of ultrasound on E. coli and B. subtilis cells of different growth stages, the highest crushing rate in the logarithmic phase, reached to 95.8% and 94.3% respectively, the crushing rate of adjustment phase is lowest, maintained at around 60%, the crushing rate stability cell was centered, which can be achieved 90%. The structure of the bacterial cell wall didn’t the main factor to decide the ultrasonic fragmentation effect, but different growth periods of bacterial cells did the determinant.
