Self-compacting concrete often requires greater liquidity, and the big liquidity is easy to cause the concrete segregation. Thickener can effectively improve the rheological properties of concrete, namely appropriately increase plastic viscosity, but does not significantly affect concrete liquidity. The compatibility of polyacrylamide (PAM), carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) in the cementitious material system was studied. The influence of thickener on liquidity, 7d strength, 28d strength and shrinkage in cementitious materials system were analyzed.

The elementary theory of functions of the basic tundish coving flux is analyzed at the beginning of this paper. Several types of the flux used in deferent steel grade include ultra-low carbon steel, low carbon steel and micro-alloyed steel. The result shows that the basic flux with CaO/SiO2 to be 3~5 can help to control the SiO2 be reduced by Al in steel within ±2%, and whole cleaness keeps stable with suitable component and proper process condition, marked with the T[O] content change ranged within 3ppm. But the basicity should be variable considering the productivity for different steel grade.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a complex disease determined by multilocus genetic factors. Although genome-wide association studies have been proven to be a powerful approach to identify risk loci, the molecular regulatory mechanisms of RA are still not clearly understood. It is therefore important to consider the interplay between genetic factors and biological networks in elucidating the mechanisms of RA pathogenesis. Here, we applied the complexity of Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) network to identify disease risk genes. First, we assigned risk SNPs to genes from UCSC genome database and mapped these genes to PPI networks. With the aid in PPI networks, gene modules were extracted and risk feature genes were identified. As a result, risk feature genes, such as CD40, PKCA, were identified as significant risk gene sets associated with RA.

In this paper, we give the definitions of approximately derivates, and then define the ap-Denjoy integral of fuzzy valued functions using fuzzy approximate Lusin function and investigate some properties of ap-Denjoy integral.

Large amount of dredged silt has been produced in the construction of water conservancy projects and oceanographic projects in China every year. Solidification and modification of dredging silt, to transfer it to good geotechnical materials, will be significant benefits on the sustainable development of the society. The curing effect of dredging soil isnt good if selecting cement as the single main curing agent. In this paper, the industrial steel slag and waste slag were chosen as the main curing agent and matching with cement and alkali activator, such as water glass, gypsum and sulfate. The help curing agent dosage range has been determined by single doped tests. Then the best ratio of GKCS curing agent has been determined through orthogonal tests. The research shows that the unconfined compressive strength can be achieved 5905kPa after using GKCS curing agent modified dredged soil.

Ionic liquids (ILs) are one class of important industrial chemicals that may replace conventional organic solvents. Due to the solubility, the toxicity study of ILs focused on aquatic mediums. However, there is seldom research for the the toxicity on terrestrial organism. In this paper, we studied the toxicity of three imidazolium ionic liquids 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium chloride ([Bmim][CL]), 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([Bmim][BF4]), and 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium trifluoroacetate ([Bmim][CF3COOH]) on seed germination and seedling growth of pakchoi. Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) marker technique was applied to detect DNA damage induced by imidazolium ILs. The results showed that all of three ILs could inhibit seed germination and seedling growth of pakchoi significantly at higher concentration (≥16 mM/L). At same concentration (1 mM/L and 4 mM/L), the genotoxicity of three ILs was following the trends: [Bmim][BF4]> [Bmim][CF3COOH]> [Bmim][CL]. It was concluded that ISSR assay offered a useful way to detect toxicity of ILs contamination on plant at low concentration even without transformation of physiological feature, such as germination and growth parameters and so on.

A non-fired brick were manufactured by solidification of modified dredged soils. A novel solidified agent based on industrial wastes was prepared. A typical manufacture process of the non-fired brick comprised of mixing, stirring, tamping and maintaining. Several tests and measurements were conducted according to Chinese Professional Standard and National Standard. The results showed that the non-fired brick exhibited excellent performances and low toxicity. The non-fired brick was found to be a suitable material for use in the civil architecture.

This paper is considering the surface quality control of hot-rolled coil. Through analyzing patterns, distributing-regularities and components of surface defect of low-carbon coil of WISCO, got the conclusion that mould powder entrapment was the key factor that lead the defect’s occurrence. Based on discussing the mechanism of powder entrapment in mould, developed a type of high viscosity powder, optimized flow field of mould through modifying the structure of SEN, and improved other relevant process conditions, the incidence rate of this type of defect was under controlled effectively and the degradation rate of the coil caused by the defect dropped from about 4 percent to less than 0.2 percent at the end.

In order to avoid potential traffic dangers, as well as to prevent the occurrence of traffic accidents, this paper manages to build a traffic safety early warning system by using Technology of Internet of Things. First, this paper has a general review of related researches. Then, it analyzes basic structures of intelligent traffic safety early warning systems based on Technology of Internet of Things, and establishes data collection and calculation model for traffic flow, following with analysis of traffic safety early warning and responding technologies. Finally, this paper conducts a simulation analysis, the results of which indicate that the said method proposed by this paper has a better robustness.

This paper analyzes the adaptability of process of alloy structural steel 50Mn2V by simulating research. Through the high temperature tensile test、the multi-pass deformation test we study the deforming resistance characteristics of 50Mn2V steel, and carry on the contrast with high strength steels P20（3Cr2Mo）of a factory; Through thermo-plasticity test the high temperature thermoplastic of 50Mn2V steel is studied. The test result indicates a factory has ability to produce the high strength 50Mn2V steel completely with present equipment.

The paper analyzes the precipitation behavior of micro-alloy elements including Nb, V, Ti and its effect to ductility of the steel during thermal deformation process, study on relationship between Nb, C content and slab crack incidence rate, supply countermeasures to control crack incidence rate during continuous casting course from components adjustment and process discipline optimization.

A steel plate with thickness（3~12）mm named 30CrMo（%：0.29~0.34C、0.17~0.37Si、0.40~0.70Mn、≤0.015P、≤0.010S、≤0.30Mo、0.80~1.10Cr）was developed by converter melting and hot continuous rolling. Good metallurgical quality, mechanical properties and strip shape are ensured by accurately control of smelting, rolling, coiling and decoiling process. The results show that 30CrMo steel has high purity, uniform structure and stable properties, perfect plate shape, and meets requirements of consumer.

To study the effect of K and Mn substitution on simultaneous removal of NOx and particulate materials (PM), a series of La1-xKxCo1-yMnyO3 (x, y=0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5) perovskite-type catalysts were synthesized by complex-combustion method. The catalytic performances of the catalysts were evaluated by temperature-programmed oxidation reaction (TPO). And the catalysts were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, H2-TPR techniques. After introducing K and Mn to LaCoO3 simultaneously, all the samples possess perovskite-type structures and the B-site ions form higher average oxidation state enhancing the catalytic performance obviously. La0.8K0.2Co0.7Mn0.3O3 catalyst exhibits not only the lowest T i(297 °C) temperature but also the lowest Tm (343 °C) temperature. Meanwhile, the NO reduction percentage over this catalyst can reach 97%.

A solid-phase extraction (SPE) using bamboo charcoal as absorbent coupled with constant wavelength synchronous fluorescence (CWSL) analytical method was developed for the determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in environmental water samples. A new method for simultaneous determination for sixteen kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in water was developed by constant wavelength synchronous fluorescence (CWSL) with bamboo charcoal solid phase extraction. The four main factors influencing on extraction efficiency, that is, type and volume of the elution solvent, sampling speed and volume were investigated. A solid-phase extraction with bamboo charcoal cartridges was carried out and the elution was performed with 15 mL of n-hexane. Sampling speed was 5 mL/min. Sampling volume was 500 mL. The linear response of this method was in the range of 0~1000ng/mL (r ≥ 0.9988), the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were in the range of 0.017%~4.12% (n = 6). The detection limits were in the range of 0.052~12.37ng /mL. .By using this method, real samples were determined directly and good results were obtained with the recoveries of 78.87%-107.9%in water from the Longjin river estuary of the provincial control section. The results showed the method was cheap, simple, and could used as an excellent alternative for the routine analysis in environmental field.

The PAHs contents in water of the provincial control section river are within the range of 58.3~1328.5μg/L with an average of 387.72μg/L in winter, within the range of 5.9~188.4μg/L with an average of 77.46μg/L in autumn, within the range of 16.7~1203.3μg/L with an average of 475.05μg/L in summer, respectively. The Benzo[a]pyrene was not detected. It is suggested that PAHs in water of the provincial control section river mostly came from combustion sources.

For case of pulling inhibition and stagnation of slab casters appeared in one continuous casting department of WISCO, Factors include stress of dummy bar systems, integrated frictional force , compression force and pulling speed control mode are analyzed to get the causes. The case was ultimately changed with countermeasures such as equipment optimizing and technology improving. The stability and productivity of continuous casting was improved obviously as long as more benefit being provided.

Softening behavior of deformed austenite zone of E36 ship plate in hot continuous rolling process was studied with double passes compression experiments, including cases in different deformation temperature and time span. Analyzing the influence of different factors on the softening ratio of static recrystallization. The results show that deformation temperature is the main factor to influence the recrystallization. When the deformation temperature being achieved, static recystallization ratio increases step by step with time span extending. The best time span was got and the softening ratio curve was verified through metallographic analysis, and the activation energy was obtained. Dynamic model of static recystallization was built at the end.

La0.85K0.15CoO3perovskite-tpye catalyst was prepared by a sol-gel method and characterized by catalytic activity analysis to study the effect of NO and O2on the combustion of soot. The catalytic activity of La0.85K0.15CoO3Catalyst was promoted with NO. No matter lean or rich oxygen conditions, the La0.85K0.15CoO3catalyst could ignite soot at low temperature. The results of XRD and FT-IR showed that La0.85K0.15CoO3catalyst has the desired perovskite-type structure, ABO3.

To solve the problem of the time-delay, nonlinear and time-variable characteristics of hip-joint rehabilitation training device driven by pneumatic muscle actuator, an implicit generalized predictive controller was designed based on parameter model in this paper. It was applied to the isokinetic continuous passive motion control of the hip-joint rehabilitation training device. Experimental results proved that the controller has the property of high control accuracy, anti-disturbance capability and excellent adaptive abilities for the changes of system model parameters, compared with PID controller. This control method provides the beneficial reference for improving the control performance of such system.

A novel Shrinkage reducing admixture (SHSRA) has been developed. Several tests including the workability , drying shrinkage，the hydration heat and strength tests were carried out to evaluate the effect of SHSRA on the performance of the concrete specimens. The results showed that the presence of SHSRA induced a significant reduction in dry shrinkage by up to 40% after 28 days. The SHSRA could cause decreases in both hydration rate and heat release of hydration of cementing materials which can attribute to reducing the risk of cracking. Besides, no negative side effect on the concrete workability and the later strength has been observed with the addition of the SHSRA.

The analytical method for the determination of trace polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in environmental soil by ultrasonic assisted soxhlet extraction coupled with constant energy synchronous fluorescence spectrometry was described.The results indicated that were taken in Longyan City XinLuo District of soil containing 9 components: Benzo(k)fluorathene, Anthracene, Fluorathene, 1,12-benzoperylene, 2,3-benzanthracene, 1,2,5,6-dibenzo-anthracene, Fluorene, 2,3-Benzofluorene, Coronene and that the concentrations of PA Hs are in the range of 9.344~372.986 ng.g-1. Industrial area around the PAHs were relatively higher in concentration in the soil, non-industrial area around the PAHs increased with the increase of human activity increased.

To improve the general performance of knee-joint rehabilitation trainer (KRT), an embedded control system for the KRT based on embedded linux OS was designed, taking 32bits processor S3C2440 as core control unit. The overall scheme, hardware and software architectures of the system were designed. The key technologies dealing with the embedded linux drivers and the applications based on QT were studied. Experimental results proved that the designed embedded control system is reliable, easy to handle, and can control the KRT to realize isokinetic continuous passive motion and isokinetic active resistance motion. This can provide the guidance for the design of embedded control system in similar medical devices.

To solve the problem of the delay, nonlinearity and time-varying properties of PMA-actuated knee-joint rehabilitation training device, a self-learning control method based on fuzzy neural network is proposed in this paper. A self-learning controller was designed based on the combination of pid controller, feedforward controller, fuzzy neural network controller, and learning mechanism. It was applied to the isokinetic continuous passive motion control of the PMA-actuated knee-joint rehabilitation training device. The experiments proved that the self-learning controller has the properties of high control accuracy and unti-disturbance capability, comparing with pid controller. This control method provides the beneficial reference for improving the control performance of such system.

Sol-gel TiO2 thin films undoped and doped with Ag-ions have been formed on 304ss by dip-coating method respectively. The Ag/TiO2 films are compact and have anatase phase with stable crystal structure and have a thickness of 50 nm approximately. The bactericidal rate of the Ag/TiO2 film against sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) strains reaches 97.1% when doping Ag+ with a percentage of 3%. The analysis of potentiodynamic polarization curves illustrates Ag/TiO2 film decreases the corrosion rate obviously.
