The harmful chloride ion in sea sand concrete is the main issue that hinders its application, proposing a method using fly ash the active mineral, chloride ion content of harmful curing of sea sand concrete, to improve the durability of sea sand concrete. The experiment studies the influence of sand in the chlorine ion and fly ash on the strength of concrete, and analyzes microscopic structure and hydration products of concrete. Research results show that: the sea sand concrete with 20% fly ash prepared has good mechanical properties and durability; the existence of Cl- on the early strength of sea sand concrete has a positive promoting role, but has negative effective on the later development.

ADS8364 is a sixteen-bit parallel output that is sampling and conversion at the same time by six channels. It is a kind of high-precision chip sampling in power. ADS8364 is introduced which combined with practical application of DSP on the attitude and heading reference. ADS8364 which can carry out data collection of six channels is used in the attitude and heading reference for data collection of MEMS sensor of inertial. The data are transmitting to DSP which could complete processing of data and estimate of attitude. By analyzing the results of examination, the precision of MEMS gyroscope’s data which are collected by ADS8364 synchronously could satisfy the request of the attitude and heading reference.

To improve the static strength of tubular T-joint, the method of reinforcing with collar casing pipe is proposed. The finite element analysis (FEA) models of reinforced and unreinforced tubular joints built by FEA software (ABAQUS) are calculated to investigate the improving efficiency under axial compression and tension. It is found that collar casing pipe can improve the static strength of tubular joint effectively. Afterwards, based on the mechanism analysis of tubular T-joint models, the failure modes and different performances between reinforced and unreinforced models are clarified.

The microstructure of sea sand concrete wes characterized by the Accelerated Surface Area and Porosimetry System (ASAPS) to detect the concrete micro-prorous structure distribution, the Tabletop Scanning Electron Micro-scope (TSEM) to analysis the sea sand concrete internal microstructure, as well as the X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD) and the Thermal gravimetric/Differemtial Thermal Anylyzer (TG/DTA) to observe the composition of concrete in this paper. The influence on hydration processes of concrete caused by sea sand was reseached from four aspects which are the influences of fly ash on concrete, chlorine salts on sea sand concrete, chlorine salt on fly ash added sea sand concrete and desalination sea sand and not desalination sea sand concrete micro structure features to evaluate the effect of sea sand on regular sea sand concrete and fly ash added sea sand concrete micro structure features and chemical composition.

The fastening tube high-formwork supporting system of a hotel in SuZhou was taken as an example to investigate the key problems of stability, strength and stiffness existing in fastening tube high-formwork supporting system design. Through design calculation and construction measure, the safety of fastening tube high-formwork supporting system is guaranteed, and to provide the engineering reference for fastening tube high-formwork supporting system.

The high formwork system monitoring program of the project example of high formwork support system of fastener-style steel pipe is carried out in detail, including monitoring content , measuring points arrangement, monitoring frequency etc. Based on the analysis of the monitoring data, influential factors of upright tube subsidence and the development trend of high formwork are presented. The site safety control suggestions are given for the high formwork system.

The thermal performance analysis of this kind of sandwich is conducted through the finite element software ANSYS in this paper, which reveal the widespread existence of cold bridge phenomenon. And this paper also propose several new ideas on how to reduce the cold bridge condensation of interior wall panels of building.

The influence of bearing structure form on the construction cost of use of steel in house building is obvious. Based on the calculation of different bearing structure forms, the steel consumption are given and the analysis of the influence on cost are shown in this paper. And the most economical bearing structure form of multi-storey steel structure house is also obtained.

By using the theory of push-over method, the calculation analysis of parallel composite isolation system is simplified. The results show that the composite isolation system has obvious isolation effects compared with the tradition anti-seismic system. By the use of the simplified calculation analysis method, the calculation of the system can be simplified and the design criterion can be determined. It is applicable for the parallel composite isolation system to the engineering application.

The characteristics of climate warming in China are investigated by using observed daily surface temperatures at 541 gauge stations from 1960 to 2010 and monthly pressure and air temperature from NCEP/NCAR reanalysis dataset. The results show that the temperature exhibits an ascending trend regardless of regions, underlying surface situations, seasons and atmosphere layers for the past 50 years, but warming rate is higher in north, west, urban district, winter and low atmosphere layer than that in south, east, suburb, summer and mid atmosphere layers, respectively. Afterwards analyzed is the interrelation of temperature variation, Siberian high and land use. Finally the connection between environmental destruction and climate warming is discussed based on the following process, viz., climate warming leads to frequent occurrence of extreme weather and climate events as droughts and floods, which can cause geological disasters and destroy the environment.

The means of gathering information of manufacturing supply chain information sharing platform at the present stage are traditional and affect the speed of real-time sharing of information. Therefore, with the new rising technology of Internet of Things (IOT), this thesis establishes information real-time sharing platform architecture of manufacturing industry supply chain based on IOT in order to improve the efficiency of information collection and sharing. This thesis also provides a new solution for the information transparency construction of the supply chain.

The fluid magnetic abrasives (FMA) are a new type of precision finishing abrasives which are developed on the basis of the phase transition phenomenon caused by magnetic field. The sediment stability and agglomerative stability are significant characteristics of FMA, and have a great impact on the finishing capabilities and the final surface roughness value. In order to improve the stability of FMA, a new ingredient based on nanometer SiO2 is proposed, the preparation method and the experimental results are also discussed in this paper.

Based on the studies of the Standard, RNG models and SST model, a vehicle external flow field is calculated with three different models. Calculation results are compared with that of experiment. It is found that the error between the simulation results of the drag coefficient of RNS model and the wind tunnel experimental results are minimal. In the near wall region and airflow separation simulations, the simulation results of SST model are more close to the actual condition compared with standard and RNG models.

The fluid magnetic abrasives (FMA) are a new type of precision finishing abrasives, which can be used to finish the work-pieces with intricate or complex shape to a quite low surface roughness value. As a key parameter, the material removal rate has a great impact on the finishing capabilities and the final surface roughness. In order to get a better understand of FMA removal mechanism, the numerical analyses was used to simulate the shearing stress field and velocity distribution. The experimental results are discussed as well in this paper.

As a key parameter, the magnetic saturation flux density has a great impact on the design of finishing devices and the control of finishing process. In order to measure the magnetic flux density and determine the magnetization curve of FMA, a new apparatus has been developed. The measuring mechanism and the experimental apparatus are presented. The experimental results are discussed as well in this paper.
