Selenols (R-SeH) are similar to thiols , both of them are important reducing substance. Selenocysteine (Sec) and hydrogen selenide (H2Se) are two important selenols. They play a key role in cancer research and disease treatment. Recently, fluorescent probes and nanoprobes for detecting selenols have been developed rapidly because that fluorescent methods can be applied for biological imaging of cells or in vivo. Therefore, it is very important to the detect selenols. In this paper, we summarized the fluorescent probes for detecting the selenols in recent years.

Electron transport layer (ETL) plays an important role in improving the performance and stability of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). SnO2 is a good semiconductor material with high electromigration and wide band gap. TiO2 has the advantages of superior position of conducting band (CB), long electronic life and low preparation cost, so SnO2 and TiO2 are often used in ETL of PSCs. In this paper, the preparation progress of SnO2, TiO2 and SnO2/TiO2 composite ETL is reviewed.

Moisture content is an important parameter of concrete material, and ultrasonic excitation infrared thermal image detection technology is a new nondestructive detection technology. In this paper, the relationship between concrete moisture content and ultrasonic excitation infrared thermal image detection technology is studied by experiment and numerical simulation. The moisture content of concrete was changed by immersion method, and the time of immersion was controlled to control the moisture content. It is found that with the increase of water content, the maximum temperature rise of the defect area decreases gradually, that is, the detection effect is weakened. The results of numerical simulation are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the simulation is effective to some extent.

Three dispersants cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB), N-N dimethyl formamide (DMF) and N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) were added to disperse graphene (GPLs) and a type of graphene/alumina composite ceramics was fabricated by microwave sintering. The GPLs dispersion was characterized by Zeta potential, XRD and SEM. The experimental results show that anionic dispersant NMP has the best dispersion effect with no impurities when pH value is 5. Using dispersant NMP, 0.4vol.%GPLs/Al2O3 composites with high dispersion obtains a relative density of 98.76% at 1500°C for 30 min by microwave sintering. The microhardness, fracture toughness and flexural strength of this composites are 19.58GPa, 6.19MPa·m1/2 and 365.10MPa, respectively. Its fracture toughness respectively increases by 47% and 15% than that of composites using dispersants DMF and CTMAB.

Faced with the problem of generation for 3D machining process model, an approach to generate three dimensional machining process model according to information from design model based on definition is proposed. Compared with the existing methods, the approach utilizes multiple information of design model based on definition and takes many phases into consideration of 3D process model generation. The structure of 3D machining process model is defined and the course of 3D process model generation is researched, including multiple information acquirement, generation of procedure geometric models and annotation. Finally, the framework of system and application for 3D machining process model generation are presented for validation purposes.

Aimed at the issue that predicable time scale is neglected about the current gas emission forecast method, the Lyapunov index method in the chaos theory is adopted to research the predicable time scales of gas emission. The measured data of gas emission about a fully mechanized mining face was investgated. The delay time of time series about gas emission was determined by Non-bias multiple autocorrelation method, and the embedding dimension was determined by G-P algorithm is taken to determine. Based on this, the maximal Lyapunov index of ime series was got and the maximal predicable time scale was got. It is avoided that the time scale is too large when making a prediction of gas emission. On the side, the chaotic time series prediction model can make the correct prediction of gas emission based on the calculation of Lyapunov index value.

In this paper, we present a new knowledge push technology for complex mechatronic products design based on ontology and variable precision rough set (VPRS). Ontology can explicitly represent knowledge semantics and let designers exchange knowledge about design and the product development process; while using the knowledge reduction method based on the VPRS method, the design knowledge repository is simplified and design rules also be distilled from the reduct design knowledge repository. On the basis of the above approach, multiple designers can efficiently share design knowledge and can obtain appropriate design knowledge during all design processes. Finally, a case is employed to validate the proposed method of this paper.

Through the design way of reducing dimension, a control algorithm of the parallel compound braking is put forwarded. The flow of reducing dimension is designed, the sampling which is based on the Design of Experiment (DOE) and off-line deterministic optimization are accomplished. The reducing dimension of dual-motor coordinate coefficient is designed and the prediction model of parallel compound braking is constructed, which are based on the data of deterministic optimization. The analysis of reliability shows that the algorithm has a higher reliability and the energy recovery efficiency of the vehicle regenerative braking is improved under the condition of well braking stability.

FlexRay bus is considered as a more promising bus in the future with the performance of real-time, scalable, and fault-tolerant. In this paper we will design an electric vehicle battery management system (BMS) based on FlexRay bus, including the hardware design, the SoC estimation method, FlexRay protocol design and software development. In recent years, with the aggravating of environmental pollution, the purification of carbon monoxide is currently a subject of interest. The catalytic oxidation method is an effective way. Manganese oxide nanoparticles were prepared by emulsion self-assembly method and then, synthetic and commercial manganese oxide-supported gold nanoparticle catalysts were successfully synthesized by the deposition-precipitation (DP) method. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, Raman, BET, ICP and HRTEM. The activity of the oxide and oxide-supported gold nanoparticle catalysts were evaluated on the fixed bed microreactor and Au/MnOx had the highest activity. The intrinsic activity of Au/MnOx at 35 °C is 0.81 molCO·mol-1Au·min-1. Compared with O2, CO concentration has bigger effect on the reaction activity.

With the processes of solution doping and hydrogen reduction process, the raw materials APT powder was converted into the tungsten with calcium additive. Micro-morphology, micro-structure, the existing form of element calcium and their distribution were examined by SEM, HRTEM and EDS. The results show that Element calcium is mainly in the form of CaWO4in tungsten oxide powder and has two calcium tungstate forms which are CaWO4and Ca4.26W10O30in reducing tungsten powder. The Ca-W-O particles are embedding in the tungsten powder particles; the rest distribute between the tungsten powder particles.

Cu - SiC composite powders were discussed in this paper the microstructure after ball mill, through to the ball mill after Cu-SiC composite powder particle size and lattice constant analysis, confirmed the high-energy ball mill to Cu-SiC micro structure of the binary alloy. The experimental results show that the ball mill after 20 h, Cu particle size has a larger extent reduce after high-energy ball mill and SiC lattice constant increase.

NCu30-4-2-1 alloy was treated by the two methods of in situ observation experiment at high temperature and common heat treatment to determine solution temperature. High temperature metallurgical microscope was used to in situ observation of microstructure evolution of NCu30-4-2-1 alloy during heating process. The microstructures of the samples were observed by optical microscope. The results show that the as-cast microstructure of NCu30-4-2-1 alloy is composed by dendritic α-Ni-based solid solution and net-like (α+β) eutectics. The morphology of strengthening phase β-Ni3Si is graininess distributing on the grain boundary. The optimum solution temperature is both determined as 950°C by the two methods. The two methods of in situ observation experiment at high temperature and common heat treatment have comparability.

Nb2O5-7.5La2O3-Al2O3 composite ceramics were prepared by microwave sintering. The influence of Nb2O5 and La2O3 proportion on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al2O3 ceramics was investigated. The results show that when the Nb2O5 content was lower than La2O3, the columnar LaAl11O18 grains were generated by the reaction of La2O3 with Al2O3. When the Nb2O5 content was higher than La2O3, the surplus Nb2O5 induced the formation of columnar Al2O3 grains. The growth of columnar Al2O3 grains were promoted synergistically by LaNbO4 formed in-situ and Nb2O5. The 5Nb2O5-7.5La2O3-Al2O3 composite ceramic exhibited excellent comprehensive properties: ρr=99.3% (relative density), HV=11.2GPa (microhardness), KIC= 6.4MPa·m1/2 (fracture toughness), σ=304.3MPa (bending strength).

Based on safety assessment factors determined by operation characteristics of a certain tailing ,genetic BP neural network evaluation model is established. To overcome such problems of BP neural network as slow convergence ,poor generalization ability and easy to fall into local minimum value,this paper proposes to use genetic algorithm to optimize threshold value,weights and structure of neural network. Thus,by taking advantage of extensive mapping ability of neural network and global search ability of genetic algorithm,neural network and genetic algorithm will have complementary advantages and the learning speed of network will be accelerated. The application of the described method shows optimized fitting precision,improved accuracy and efficiency ,and enhanced generalization ability of BP neural network. In conclusion,this model can effectively reflect and accurately evaluate non-linear relations between security levels and evaluation factors in tailing.

ZrO2 doped with 7.5% (volume percent) nanoalumina ceramics were prepared by microwave sintering processes. The effects of nanoalumina additions and various sintering temperature on densification, phase composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of Al2O3-ZrO2 ceramics were investigated. The results show that the m-ZrO2 phase transformed into t-ZrO2 during the process of microwave sintering. Relative densities between 95% and 99% were attained in the different conditions. In any cases the grain size was maintained at a submicron scale at a processing microwave sintering. The presence of Al2O3 grains had an effect of hindering grain growth of ZrO2 grains. When the microwave sintering temperature was 1500°C, 7.5Al2O3-ZrO2 composite ceramics presented excellent mechanical properties: HV=12.0 GPa, σf=715.7 Mpa, KIC=11.9 MPa·m1/2. Compared with that of pure ZrO2 ceramic, the bending strength and the fracture toughness were improved 45% and 23% at least, respectively. The fracture mode was associated with sintering temperature: when the sintering temperature was 1350°C~1450°C, the intergranular fracture and transgranular fracture coexisted; when the sintering temperature was 1500°C, intergranular fracture was the main fracture mode.

In order to study the residual fatigue life of 500 kv transmission tower under load conditions, a multi-scale finite element model of transmission tower is established. By simulating time course of wind load, using Miner fatigue cumulative damage theory and linear S-N curve, the calculation method of transmission towers fatigue life is established. The research shows that the multi-scale model can better simulate the stress and strain state of the transmission tower, and can predict the remaining service life of the transmission tower .The research has important significance and application value for the safe operation of the transmission lines.

In order to analyze the mechanical properties of UHVDC transmission tower joint accurately, a multi-scale finite element model of the transmission tower is established with the interface between solid element model and beam element model. The model is applied to the nonlinear analysis of a key joint in a test condition .The results show that the tower destruction is caused by buckling behavior of the cross bracing member and the multi-scale model can simulate the force state of gusset-plate and the connected members realistically, which is superior to traditional large scale models. The analysis coincides with the experiment well and provides references for the transmission tower design.

A new bulk amorphous alloy, Y36Nd20Al24Co20, with a diameter of 5 mm was successfully fabricated by the method of equiatomic substitution for the Y element in Y56Al24Co20amorphous alloy. The values of the supercooled liquid region ∆Tx(=Tx-Tg), the reduced glass transition temperature Trg(=Tg/Tl) and the parameter γ (=Tx/(Tg+Tl)) for Y36Nd20Al24Co20bulk amorphous alloy are 60K, 0.605 and 0.415, respectively. The critical cooling rate of the Y36Nd20Al24Co20bulk amorphous alloy was determined to be 40 K/s, providing an indication that this alloy has a high glass-forming ability.

In order to study the damage problem caused by the transmission tower fatigue cracks and bolt pretightening force loss ,this paper proposes a transmission tower damage identification method based on concurrent multi-scale model, namely establish solid model on nodes of fatigue crack and bolt looseness based on large scale model., subdividing elements size. Take a practical engineering 500kV transmission towers as an example to establish a concurrent multi-scale models. This paper simulates 8 kinds of conditions including bolt pretightening force loss and angle steel crack, research shows that the sum of wavelet packet energy curvature difference can effectively identify minute damage, and then get the function relation between damage level and damage index with no noise interference, also this provides a theoretical basis for it as actual damage monitoring indicators index.

The effect of doping different content of Mn into ammonium paratungstate (APT) on the production of tungsten products was studied systematically. The calcination of APT, reduction of WO3 and carbonization of W were studied in sequence.The phase composition, powder morphology, existence form and distribution of Mn were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope, respectively. The results showed that Mn converted from MnCl2 to Mn2+WO4 during reduction process. And then Mn2+WO4 converted to Mn5C2 in the process of carbonization. Besides, Mn finally existed as the form of (Mn, W) C solid solution and Mn5C2. The distribution of Mn was always in the low contrast areas.

Al2O3(x)/ZrO2composite ceramics were successfully prepared by microwave sintering. The influence of variety content of nanoAl2O3on mechanical properties and microstructure of ZrO2dental materials were studied, and analysied the mutual relations of chemical composition, mechanical properties and microstructure to investigate the reason of strengthening and toughening. Results indicated that The relative density of the Al2O3(x)/ZrO2composite ceramics reached more than 96.8%.The HV hardness ,bending strength and fracture toughness presented excellent mechanical properties as 12.5GPa, 753.8MPa and 11.8MPa·m1/2with the content of nanoAl2O3was 7.5%. Compared with that of pure ZrO2ceramics, the bending strength and the fracture toughness were improved 19% and 96%, respectively. The main crystal phases in this composite ceramics were t-ZrO2and α-Al2O3.The nanoAl2O3have a obvious effect on the strength and toughness of ZrO2based ceramics. The reason of strengthening and toughening mainly the additions reduced the ZrO2grains growth and promoted grains size uniformity, and changed the fracture mode from transgranular fracture to intergranular fracture characteristics.

Face recognition system works badly in practical applications because only single training sample image per person is stored in the system owing to hard collecting training samples. We present a novel face recognition scheme with single training sample using 2D Gabor filter and 2D(PC)2A under varying light conditions. Firstly, 2D texture feature extract with Gabor filter captures the properties of spatial localization, orientation selectivity, and spatial frequency selectivity to cope with the variations in illumination. Secondly, 2D(PC)2A is to extract statistical texture features under one training sample. Finally matrix-based similarity nearest neighbor classifier is used to classify a new face for recognition. Some experiments are implemented to testify the feasibility of the proposed scheme.

In the present study, we investigated the anti-fatigue activity in male Kunming mice with Soy isoflavones using a forced swimming test. Mice were divided into four groups (three Soy isoflavones administered groups and a control group). The control group was gavaged with distilled water and Soy isoflavones administered groups were gavaged with Soy isoflavones (10, 20 and 40mg/10g body weight /d). After four weeks, a forced swimming test was performed and the biochemical parameters related to fatigue were examined. The results suggested that Soy isoflavones could extend the swimming time to exhaustion of the mice. This indicated that Soy isoflavones had anti-fatigue activity and could elevate the exercise tolerance.

In recent years, the demand of the crude oil is increasing in the world, and the oil storage tanks are also developing larger and larger. Higher requirements of safety for storage tank, especially safety evaluation of the oil tanks in fire environment, was proposed because the oil tank volume is large, as well the oil is volatile, flowing, inflammable and explosive easily. In the paper, the fire process was simulated by the heat treatment for the key position, and the relationship between mechanical property and heating temperature of large tank after fire was obtained. The strength evaluation for large-scale crude oil storage tank after fire was implemented and the result showed that the strength for large crude oil tank was satisfied with requirement.

Objective: To investigate whether the extract of Juglans mandshurica maxim could inhibits the apoptosis induced by endogenous H2O2 on Endothelial Cell （EVC-304）in vitro. METHODS: Cultured EVC-304 cells were incubated with 10mUGOX or with 10mUGOX and different concentrations (25μg/ mL, 50μg/ mL, 100μg/ mL) of the extract of Juglans mandshurica maxim for 24h.The proliferation of EVC-304cells was detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay. The early apoptotic percent was measured by flow cytometry (FCM). RESULTS: MTT results showed that the inhibition proliferation of EVC-304 cells induced by endogenous H2O2 could be inhibited by the extract of Juglans mandshurica maxim in a dose -dependent manner. FCM assay indicated that, after treatment on EVC-304 cells with endogenous H2O2, the early apoptotic percent was increased, but the apoptosis rate was decreased significantly when the extract of Juglans mandshurica maxim added. CONCLUSION: the extract of Juglans mandshurica maxim protected significantly the cell damage and cell apoptosis induced by endogenous H2O2.

Silicon is applied widely because of its good electrical properties, thermal conductivity and optical processing. It is necessary to fabricate a heat sink on silicon substrate to improve the heat dissipation ability for modern industrial application. There are many traditional methods of processing heat sink on silicon substrate. However, it is hardly to meet the requirements of today’s technology for the disadvantages such as residual stress exist, processing shape limited and inefficiency. The investigation on fabricating heat sink silicon substrate by direct later sintering was conducted in this study. By sintering a transition layer, coppery heat sink with channel width of several hundred micrometers and circinate shape has been fabricated by direct laser sintering. Furthermore, the bonding mechanism and the influence of the powder components on the interface morphology and structure have been investigated.

To investigate whether juglone could inhibits the proliferation on human cervical cancer cells (HeLa) in vitro. Cells were divided into control group, different concentration (10μM, 20μM, 50μM, 100μM and200μM) juglone groups for different durations. The viability of HeLa cells was detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay. The morphology changes of HeLa cells were observed by inverted microscope .The results showed that the viability of HeLa cells was decreased and the cell morphology was changed in a dose-dependent manner after treatment different concentration juglone for 24h when compared with control group. The results suggest that Juglone may be effective for the treatment of HeLa cells.

Aiming at the lagging for the monitoring of warehouse and lacking the intelligence, an automated warehouse monitoring system is designed using the internet of things, which may be used to monitor the temperature, humidity, and case of fire in the warehouse simultaneously. The temperature and humidity sensor SHT10 is implemented as the detector of the temperature and humidity, the flame sensor R2868 and the ionic smoke transducer HIS-07 are implemented as the detector of smoke and flame to find the fire. These data are sent to the computer in the manager center through Zigbee technology and the computer will process and analyze them. When the fire occurs, this system can extinguish the fire and call the manager or 119 automatically. The experiments have been performed, and it is shown that the performance of system is reliable, which has the practical value.

Offsetting of measured data, as a basic geometric operation, has already been widely used in many areas, like reverse engineering, rapid prototyping and NC machining. However, measured data always carry typical defects like caves and singular points. A fault-tolerant offset method is proposed to create the high quality offset surface of measured data with such defects. Firstly, we generated an expansion sphere model of measured data with the radius equivalent to the offset length. Secondly, using the computational geometry application of convex hull, we acquire the data of outermost enveloping surface of this expansion sphere model. Finally, we use local MLS projection fitting method to wipe out existing defects, and generate the high-quality triangular mesh surface of the offset model. The offset surface generated by this method is suitable for practical engineering application due to its high efficiency and accuracy.

Based on the problem of industrial wastewater of 4-Toluene Sulfonic Acid (4-TSA) with characteristics of high concentration and high toxicity, also low treatment efficiency by common biological treatment , this study was used aerobic biological fluidized bed (ABFB) to analyze the impact of 4-TSA treatment by changing water load chemical oxygen demand (COD), aeration amount, and pH value of input water, and so on technological parameters. The result showed that the average degradation rate of 4-TSA in wastewater can researched to 96.9% under condition of reactor steadily running, HRT=9 h, temperature 25°C, pH=8.0, ORP-141~-93 mV,DO 3.5~8.72 mg/L, the inflow water 4-TSA concentration 600 mg/L, aerobic amount 210 L/h. Therefore, the best aerobic amount to treat wastewater contained 4-TSA is 210 L/h in aerobic biological fluidized bed. The degradation rate of 4-TSA is decreased as the increasing of water load. The scanning electronic microscope (SEM) indicated that the bacillus is the mainly part on the biological carrier, suspended sludge is composed by aurous and bacillus.

The mechanical properties of low-yield-point (LYP) steel and its advantages as seismic steel are introduced in this paper. The theoretical equations of inelastic shear buckling stress at the pure shear action for the LYP steel are derived from unified theory of plastic buckling. The relationship curve of inelastic shear buckling strength and width-thickness ratio of LYP steel shear wall at the different height-width ratios of plate is given through iteration calculation process. The effectiveness of theoretical equations used for calculating the buckling stress is verified by experimental results.

To solve the vehicle longitudinal dynamics problems of driving control, this paper takes the electric off-road vehicle with separated driven axles as the research object. An 8-DOF system dynamics model of vehicle with independently driven front and rear wheels was built by using the MATLAB/Simulink software. The recognition algorithm of the separated road surface was proposed and corresponding driving control strategy was researched. The simulation results show that the proposed drive control strategy can adapt to separated road surface, and ensure vehicle driving safely in accordance with the driver's intention.

As regards the reliability of the vehicle electronic devices on the tracklayer getting worse due to severe vibration, isolation theory and mechanical model of the GWF vibration isolator and wire-mesh vibration isolator were analyzed, and the test research on the isolation effectiveness of the two isolators applied to the isolation of the vehicle electronic devices were carried out. The test results show that the vibration source of the foundation of the electronic device is mainly from the structure resonance, and the two dry friction vibration isolators exhibit excellent isolation effectiveness on different roads and at different speed. The wire-mesh vibration isolator shows better performance than GWF vibration isolator on three-dimensional comprehensive isolation.

WC-8Co cemented carbide specimens were prepared via vacuum sintering. The influences of sintering time on phase composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of WC-8Co cemented carbide were investigated. The results show that dense specimens were obtained in the sintering time range of 15min~60min and the relative density reached over 95%. Only WC and Co3W3C (γ-phase) were detected by XRD without any else phases, even though Co. With the ascended sintering time, the transverse rupture strength (TRS) increased and hardness ascended to peak value and then descended. WC-Co cemented carbide with excellent mechanical properties (HRA>90, TRS~630MPa and KIC>7MPa·m1/2) were obtained. It would be a good candidate for applications of friction stir welding tool.

Surface potential of TC11 titanium alloy handled by beta phase (1150°C) solid solution for one hour and then taking water cooling, air cooling and furnace cooling as cold method were investigated using scanning Kelvin probe technique. The corrosion resistance difference of samples was analyzed through their surface potential. At the same time, corrosion experiments were adopted to verify it. The results show that the result of the samples corrosion resistance analyzed by scanning Kelvin probe technique is reliable and the method is feasible. Compared with water cooling sample, the corrosion resistance of furnace cooling and air cooling samples is worse and their surface potential present cathode and anode area obviously. The corrosion of furnace cooling sample is slight serious to that of air cooling sample in the early corrosion, but their corrosion resistances are almost equal. Passivation layer formed by alloy elements in the water cooling sample avails to prevent alloy from corrosion.

For the situation that external power supply can not be used in some special occasions , the internal factors of them should be adopted to achieve the self-powered. Inspired by the phenomenon that some passive electromagnetic induction sensors produce electronic pulses signal, the design proposes an electronic devices that can obtain power without external power supplies. Meanwhile, the technology adopts super capacitor as the energy carrier to power the wireless modules. The feasibility of the study was verified by the design and simulation of the experiment, as well as the theoretical analysis. Through verification we can get a conclusion that this design can perfectly meet the normal operation of the wireless module and has a good feasibility.

Non-thermal plasma (NTP) technology has a good application prospect in diesel after-treatment field, but few studies on the effects of NTP on PAHs emissions had been carried out. In this paper, the concentrations of PAHs at different loads before and after the treatment of DNTP were studied, combined the GC/MS analysis with external standard method. The results indicate that total concentrations of PAHs were 149.46, 102.44, 107.34 and139.69μg/m-3 at 25% , 50%, 75%, 100% load, 2000r/min respectively before the treatment of DNTP and reduced to 88.96, 77.31, 88.51 and 138.22μg/m-3 after the treatment of DNTP, with the largest decline up to 40.48%. The main components of PAHs were naphthalene, anthracene, phenanthrene, fluoranthene, and pyrene, etc. Before the treatment of DNTP, the concentrations of PAHs decreased firstly and then increased with the increase of load. The average concentrations of PAHs with different rings after the treatment of DNTP were decreased by 21.2%, 22.4%, 20.5% and 6.9%.

Since wireless sensor networks consist of sensors with limited battery energy, a major design goal is to maximize the lifetime of sensor network. To improve measurement accuracy and prolong network lifetime, reducing data traffic is needed. In the clustering-based wireless sensor networks, a novel data aggregation algorithm based on OPT and Layida Method is proposed. In the proposed method, Layida Method preprocesses data and data fusion model for data integration are used. Its availability is proved by comparing with the results of two existing algorithms.

Melittin is a novel peptide of biological activity isolated from bee venom. It has potential application value in medicine and agriculture. Here we encoded melittin gene with the EK recognition sequence in the N-terminus into expression vector pGEX-2T.The expressed fusion protein, which is about 29KDa, identified by Western Blot. To facilitate large-scale production of recombinant GST-fusion protein, we optimized different expression conditions to increase the overall production of the fusion protein. The production of the protein had increased about 10-fold when we used an auto-inducing medium. The GST fusion protein showed an equivalent activity with the natural melittin after digested by EK and can inhibited the proliferations of several human cancer lines. The expression system described in this study provides a feasible way for producing melittin in further studies.

The corrosion behavior and corrosion morphology of two typical TC4 titanium alloy with equiaxed structure and widmanstatten structure in hydrochloric acid solution were studied using scanning Kelvin probe techniques and observed by scanning electron microscope, respectively. The results show that along with the ongoing of corrosion, surface potential of equiaxed structure alloy is moving to positive direction and that of widmanstatten structure alloy is moving to negative direction after positive direction movement. The surface potential of two kinds structure alloy all present cathode and anode region in the corrosion process, which shows the characteristic of selective corrosion. Surface potential difference of widmanstatten structure alloy is greater than that of equiaxed structure alloy and its corrosion resistance is inferior to that of equiaxed structure alloy. Corrosion preferentially occurs in alpha phase of the two kinds structure alloy through corrosion morphology observation analysis.

In view of the existing flaws of traditional manual observations, a new type of tailing reservoir safety monitoring and warning system based on ZigBee and LabVIEW was designed. The system chose SoC chip CC2530 as the RF transceiver and designed the low-power wireless sensor networks nodes to collect and process the data of tailing reservoir. It chose ZigBee 2007 as the network communication protocol, and uploaded the data to PC by RS232 serial port. The monitoring and warning interface of PC was completed with LabVIEW. The testing results show that the data transmission of the network is stable and the system is suitable for real-time monitoring and warning of the tungsten tailing reservoir.

Although low-energy adaptive clustering hierarchy (LEACH) protocol adopts distributed clustering algorithm and randomized rotation of Cluster Heads (CHs) mechanism to reduce energy consumption, election of CHs without residual energy and position information of each nodes brings about irregular distribution of CH, low network coverage and short lifecycle. In order to avoid these shortcomings, a Grid-based Cluster Head Selection (GCHS) is proposed. Referring to sensing distance, network is divided into several grids equivalent to independent clusters which can meet network coverage and connectivity. Furthermore, CH is selected ground on residual energy level of each node. Simulation taking full advantage of concept mentioned above manifests that it achieves a significant improvement in network coverage and lifecycle.

Novel polymers with imide and ether were synthesized by pyromellitic dianhydride and Pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), 4,4'-metylenedianiline (MDA), amino-teminated polyoxypropylene (D2000). The structures and thermostability of polymer were characterized through FT-IR spectra, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differental scanning calorimetry (DSC), solubility behavior was determined via seven solvents. The results indicate that these polymers have good chemical resistance and exhibit excellent thermostability owing to the introduction of imide units.

This paper analyses time-domain waveform and its unilateral energy spectral density based on the Gaussian pulse former 12 derivative functions. We could conclude that pulse forming factor has a closer relationship with different order number derived function affected the energy spectral density. Therefore, in order to maximize the approximate Federal Communications Commission (FCC) emission mask as much as possible, an iterative algorithm is proposed to optimize the linear combination of the Gaussian pulse former 12 order derived function. Compared with single differential Gaussian pulse, the simulation results show that after linear combination, new ultra-wideband pulse signal could greatly meet the spectrum utilization and indoor radiation mask standards promulgated by the FCC.

This paper describes research in the use of goGPS to develop positioning applications.. This paper introduces the structure of goGPS library and describes the implementation of algorithms in our library. goGPS is an open source software that can achieve accuracies of less than 1 m, depending on sky visibility conditions, using low-cost GPS instrumentation (specifically, u-blox Evaluation Kits AEK-4T and EVK-5T are usually employed for tests). goGPS has the potential to reduce costs greatly since there are no limitation in development and distribution.

A 7-DOFs vehicle dynamics model which includes active suspension system (ASS) is established, and a LQR controller for active suspension system was designed based on optimal control theory. The simulation models for active suspension system and passive suspension system were built, and a simulation experiment was carried out with MATLAB/Simulink Software. The simulation results show that the optimal control of active suspension system can reduce vertical, roll and pitch accelerations of sprung mass, and the vehicle ride comfort and handling stability were improved effectively.

The variation of carbonyl compounds in diesel exhaust at four loads before and after the treatment of Direct Non-thermal Plasma (DNTP) is studied with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) derivatization method and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis technique. The results show that the mass concentration of carbonyl compounds decreases firstly and then increases with the growing of diesel load before the treatment of DNTP. After the treatment of DNTP, the mass concentration of carbonyl compounds reduces remarkably. Maximum removal efficiency for total carbonyl compounds can reach 93.8% at 75% load. For acrolein, acetone, butyraldehyde and 2-butanone, removal efficiency can reach 100% at 25% load, 50% load and 100% load. At the same time, total ozone formation potential decrease dramatically.

Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is a new intelligent optimization algorithm and it iteratively searches the parameter space in parallel to optimize. The method is simple and practical, with fewer adjustable parameters which has been widely researched and applied. This paper intends to make PSO to the modeling parameter of the least squares support vector machine (LSSVM), to improve its positioning effect and precision of modeling positioning.

Brackish water was treated with reverse osmosis process. The fouling mechanism of RO and its control method was studied. In the treatment of brackish water, the salt removal efficiency was above 95% and the effluent quality was up to the standard for drinking water quality (GB5749-2006). The SDI of the influent of RO was less than 5 after the raw water was pretreated by the combination of coagulation and sedimentation process and filtration process, which met the demand of the water quality of the RO influent. If ultrafiltration was added, the water quality of the pre-treatment was better. Coagulation and precipitation was not very effective for the removal of dissolved organic compounds, especially for the removal of organic compounds with molecular amount ranging from 1000 to 10000. The formation of RO membrane fouling can be divided into five stages, which is membrane surface coarseness stage by inorganic substrate, organic compounds adsorption stage, organism adhesion stage, microbial film development stage, and irreversible membrane block stage. The membrane fouling was effectively alleviated by the strategy of first alkali solution cleaning and then acid solution cleaning.
