The handing over of cooperative guidance is a new problem of network anti-aircraft missile weapon system. The goal is to change the un-matching status which damage zone of one missile and guidance zone of one radar. Some articles are about of this issue but the research is not in-depth. This article provided a detailed analysis of the components of anti-aircraft missile system and engagement flow. It gives some definition and concept of cooperative guidance. The AAWS (Anti-aircraft Weapon System) for AAM (Anti-aircraft Missile) cooperative guidance model is established. It contains concept model of system, coordinate transaction model, errors model and radar tracking probability model. Radom errors are simulated. The Monte-Carlo method is used to have the relationship between errors and cooperative guidance ship probability. The reliable of cooperative guidance model is proved by simulation, which established in this paper. The results of error analysis can be used for precision controlling.

The concentration of suspended solid, oil, HPAM, surfactant, sulfide and silicate colloid was investigated by the simulation aeration and settling experiment. The major factors that influenced the content change of suspended solid were also determined in this study to provide reliable basis for the actual process.By the simulation experiment, the main influence factors that changed the concentration of suspended solid in ASP produced water were the precipitation of HPAM

In order to research on the influence law of fine soil strength affected by plasticity index, moisture content,compactness, the unconfined compressive resilient modulus of the soil is as the evaluation index of remolded soil strength. Three fine soils with different plasticity index are selected from field. Test scheme was obtained with the method of orthogonal design. By the static molding method,the soil sample was compacted from the prescriptive moisture content and compactness. The unconfined compressive resilient modulus of the soil sample were tested respectively. The experiments show that sort of influencing factors is plasticity index, moisture content, compactness. With the increase of plasticity index, remolded soil strength increases and increasing extent is significantly large. With the increase of moisture content, remolded soil strength decreases and increasing extent is larger. With the increase of compactness, soil subgrade strength increases, but increasing extent is significantly small.The exponential function is adopted for multiple nonlinear fitting. The relationship between the unconfined compressive resilient modulus and plasticity index, moisture content, compactness is obtained and shows a good correlation.

Traditional fast algorithms for DCT are aimed at sequences with 2N length and it is math-intensive for sequences which contain odd numbers of elements. This paper analyzes the redundant calculation of cosine transform of non-2N-point sequences and put forward a fast algorithm for one-dimensional DCT with odd length. Also, according to the separability of two-dimensional DCT, we can generalize the fast algorithm for one-dimensional DCT to two-dimensional DCT to implement and complete the fast algorithm. The simulation suggests that this algorithm improves the speed of calculation.

In order to improve the seeding efficiency and quality of water-saving mulch planters, a kind of multifunction mulch planter with laying irrigation tape was designed based on duckbill type precision seed metering device. It broke the pattern of single planting machine and realized duplex joint seeding operations. The seeding and film mulching performance were also improved by optimizing the seed metering device and film laying device. The planter has the characteristics of simple operation, less investment, reliable performance and good film-mulching result. The result of field test showed that: the average seed space is 150mm; the working speed is 4.3km/h; the pass rate of grain distance is 96.7%; the vacancy rate is 0.8%, the pass rate of seed number is 99.2%. So the sowing quality of the planter is well.

We present a pilot study for the first time that microwave-induced thermoacoustic tomography (TAT) has the potential to detect osteoarthritis (OA) in the finger jointsin vitro. In this study, we use rabbit hind feet to imitate humans finger joints, one rabbits hind feet was examined carefully by a TAT scanner, and the two-dimensional (2D) thermoacoustic images were reconstructed by the delay-and-sum algorithm. The difference of absorption coefficient of bone and articular cartilage has been displayed clearly in the reconstruction images.

Continuous Petri Nets(CPNs) has been a useful tool not only to approximate a discrete system but also to model a continuous process. In this paper, we consider a general CPNs----Interval speed CPNs(ICPNs). An approach to translate Interval speed CPNs to event clock automata is proposed. Since the instantaneous firing speed (IFS) vector is one of key parameters in behavior analysis for ICPN, an efficient way to determine the IFS of ICPNs was presented firstly. Then an algorithm of constructing evolution graph for ICPNs was developed, which offers all information for constructing automata for ICPNs. Furthermore, a procedure to transform a state evolution graph of ICPNs into an event clock automata is build. After having constructed the associated event clock automaton, we show that classical approaches of verification of event clock logic formulas can be applied to prove that the ICPNs model satisfies a particular property.

A dynamic current method used to measure pyroelectric coefficient (p) for pyroelectric material is described in detail in this paper. The hardware part of the system includes pre-converting circuit, post amplifier circuit, wave-filter circuit, analog-to-digital conversion circuit, temperature test circuit and LCD display panel circuit. The maximum magnification time of amplifier circuit of system is 11300 and the band-stop frequency center for wave-filter circuit is 50 Hz and it's second harmonics 100 Hz. Finally, the measurement system is used to test p parameter of LiTaO3crystal slice. The lowest p parameter of LiTaO3crystal with a value of 6.08×10-9C/cm2 oC is achieved at 32.5°C.

An experimental research to improve the grade of a magnetic concentrate from a concentrator using the cationic reverse floatation technology in the countercurrent bubble contact flotation column was conducted. The conditional tests of the pharmaceutical system and the flotation column operating parameters were done. The results show that the iron concentrate with the grade of 70.06% and iron recovery of 93.18% can be achieved according to the flow sheet o f one roughing and two scavengings under the optimal conditions. And the tailing grade is 12.08%.

An experimental research on comprehensive recovery of associated apatite from certain iron tailings in China was carried out. The phosphorus flotation is realized at low temperature through the application of the new, more efficient AW series collector. The test results showed that the concentrate whose P2O5 grade was 33.50%,recovery was 92.18% was obtained for the tailings whose P2O5 grade was 3.05% by one roughing under the pulp temperature of 15°C, thus realizing an effective recovery of apatite from the tailings.

At present, the good classification index has been achieved by anionic reverse flotation technology for the Anshan hematite, but the grade of the tailing is still high. The main reason is that the fine useful minerals can not be recovered effectively .According to the advantages of the packed flotation column, the reverse flotation tests of a hematite were conducted using the packed micro-bubble contacting flotation column. Based on the conditional tests of flotation column operating parameters and the pharmaceutical system, an iron concentrate with TFe grade of 67.05% was obtained and the grade of tailings was 11.25%.

According to agents in the flotation of use and combine attributes and dissociative nature into collecting agent, foaming agent, modifier three categories, the paper from the three aspects outlined flotation reagent developments and applications.

For ball mill grinding process random interference by many factors, processes complex mechanism, there is a big inertia and the lag, the fuzzy control theory is introduced into the mill control system, has strong robustness, can effectively overcome the mill main motor power nonlinear, time-varying factors such as interference. System is reliable, adjust speed, anti-interference ability, can better achieve constant power automatic control of the ball mill, with good application value.

Traffic safety states can be divided into safe and dangerous according to the attributes of video images of traffic safety states. We propose a synergic neural network recognition model based on prototype pattern by analyzing various methods on intelligent video processing. Our proposed method realizes real time classification of traffic safety states with high accuracy of traffic safety states recognition. The experimental results validate that the accuracy of classification of proposed method arrives at 87.5%, increased by 16.2% compared to traditional neural network methods.

In recent years, with the rapid development of transportation industry, lighting installations were installed in the toll station and some important highway with dense traffic. Illumination plays an important role in the highway. This paper first introduced the illumination, lamps and lanterns, light source selection. Then the lighting power supply system was analyzed.

The external quantum efficiency of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) was suppressed by the wave guide mode in the glass substrate and organic layers. In this paper, a mechanism is developed to simulate the optical luminous field for OLEDs based on inverted pyramid substrate structure. Monte Carlo method was used to optimize the structural parameters to enhance the external quantum efficiency of device by changing the substrate structure. A considerable enhancement in the extraction efficiency of the OLED is expected theoretically, and near 42% out-coupling efficiency was achieved in experiment without affecting the electroluminescent spectrum.

This test used countercurrent bubble contact flotation column in reverse flotation to improve the grade of magnetic concentrate. By the tests of operating conditions and reagent system experiment, when the ore grade of concentrate after magnetic separation is 42.15%, after one roughing ,we can obtain the grade is 65.82% and recovery rate is 62.79% of the concentrate.

Estimation of distribution algorithms (EDAs) is a method for solving NP-hard problem. But it is hard to find global optimization quickly for some problems, especially for traveling salesman problem (TSP) that is a classical NP-hard combinatorial optimization problem. To solve TSP effectively, a novel estimation of distribution algorithm (NEDA ) is provided, which can solve the conflict between population diversity and algorithm convergence. The experimental results show that the performance of NEDA is effective.

To systematically harmonize the conflict between selective pressure and population diversity in estimation of distribution algorithms, an improved estimation of distribution algorithms based on the minimal free energy (IEDA) is proposed in this paper. IEDA conforms to the principle of minimal free energy in simulating the competitive mechanism between energy and entropy in annealing process, in which population diversity is measured by similarity entropy and the minimum free energy is simulated with an efficient and effective competition by free energy component. Through solving some typical numerical optimization problems, satisfactory results were achieved, which showed that IEDA was a preferable algorithm to avoid the premature convergence effectively and reduce the cost in search to some extent.

By analysis the orthogonal least squares for RBF and determines the center of the basis functions, the model of RBF neural network was constructed. Experimental studies show that the Method Based on RBF Neural Network is effective for learning Evaluation.

A hematite has low grade, fine disseminated size andcomplex disseminated relations, which are refractory iron ore. Using SLon pulsating high gradient magnetic separator, induction intensity 8500Oe, pulsating 20mm stroke, stroke of 120 beats / min), a crude iron ore concentrates a grade of 35.93.%, the recovery rate of 82.39% is obtained through high intensity magnetic separation.( The final iron concentrate with TFe grade of 64.83%,yield of 14.55% and iron recovery of 35.74% from the raw ores with TFe grade of 26.29％ was obtained, with the first stage grinding size being 50% -0.074mm and the second stage,95% -0.074mm.

The mineral processing experimental research was carried out on the hematite bearing characteristics of low grade, fine grain,complex composition. The results showed that using the technological flowsheet of “stage grinding- low intensity magnetic separation”, the iron concentrate with recovery of 36.56% and grade of 65.85% Fe can be obtained. And the iron concentrate with recovery of 17.23% and grade of 63.53% Fe can be obtained by “stage grinding-HIMS process-reverse flotation” process. The final iron concentrate with TFe grade of 65.10%,yield of 19.19% and total iron recovery of 53.79% from the raw ores with TFe grade of 23.41％ was obtained, with the first stage grinding size being 55% -0.074mm and the second stage,93% -0.074mm.

Based on the introduction of the basis and the nature causes of hematite, the mainly used flotation process of hematite is discussed. The importance and urgency of improving technology, the research and development of new flotation reagent is put forward. The good development and utilization of hematite will have far-reaching economic and historical significance for the healthy and coordinated development of our national economy.

An experimental research on comprehensive recovery of iron and associated apatite from a low grade vanadiferous titanomagnetite ore with high phosphorus was carried out. The results showed that using the technological flowsheet of “low -intensity magnetic separation-flotation”, not only the magnetite can be effectively separated, but the associated apatite in the mineral resources can also be satisfactorily recovered. An iron concentrate with a TFe grade of 64.81% and iron recovery of 58.04% and a high-quality phosphorus concentrate of 33.50% P2O5 with a yield of 92.18% is obtained．

According to the situation of high grade of flotation tailings in flotation process of SiJiYing Iron Mine, static-swirl micro-bubble flotation column was used in micro-fine hematite flotation tests. Tests on operation condition, reagent condition and flotation flowsheet were done. Compared with the flotation machine test, he final result was that concentrate grade was enhanced by 2.42%, recovery increased by 6.58%, and tailings grade was reduced by 2.01%,recovery rate reduced by 3.25%.Ideal beneficiation indexes were obtained.

In this paper, poly 4-vinylphenol (P4VP)/multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) composite film, P4VP/ carbon black (CB) composite film and P4VP/MWNTs multi-layer sensitive films prepared using airbrush technology were deposited on interdigitated electrodes to detect tolunene vapor at room temperature. The surface of the composite film was observed under a scanning electron microscope (SEM). It was found that the resistance of the sensor increased after the exposure to toluene vapor and the increased magnitude of the changes had a good linearity with concentrations of toluene. Meanwhile, the P4VP/MWNTs composite film sensor also has a higher sensitivity than P4VP/CB composite film sensor. P4VP/MWNTs three-layer film sensor was fabricated as well. It was estimated that the response time and recovery time of P4VP/MWNTs three-layer films sensor were about 15 s and 20 s, respectively. The sensor responses of S=0.12% at 10mg/m3 toluene vapor for P4VP/MWNTs three-layer films. The results showed that the multi-layer films sensor exhibited a lower detection limit and better sensing properties compared with the sensors based composite film.

The existing design code of natural gas wharf appears to be rough for LNG channel width in the quantitative, and lacks of testing and risk evaluation. The outstanding problem is studied by relying on the study on navigation safety of Shandong LNG project. Taking a 360 meters LNG vessel as a simulation object, according to the local navigation condition designed of a condition scheme, the NT-PRO4000 type of ship maneuvering simulator is used to make a ship handling simulation experiment about the large LNG vessel, and the statistics of the ship track frequency is analyzed. Large LNG vessel’s acceptable risk standard is designed by introducing the concept of social general acceptable risk standard, to calculate the channel width design proposal based on the acceptable risk standard of large LNG vessel. Finally, the risk probabilities are evaluated about the design proposal and the original plan by grounding model, the economic channel width value in the same risk rate is obtained, and providing a new idea for the study of safety and economic channel width for LNG channel.

The mineral processing experimental research was carried out on a high mud content lean hematite. The results showed that using the technological flowsheet of “stage grinding- low intensity magnetic separation for obtaining concentrate - high-intensity magnetic separation for discarding tailings-gravity separation(shaking table)”,a final iron concentrate with TFe grade of 65.89% ,yield of 19.35% and iron recovery of 52.32% from the raw ores with TFe grade of 24.07％ was obtained, with the first stage grinding size being 50% -200 mesh and the second stage,95% -200 mesh.

The gold ore is oxidized ores, and it is not suitable for flotation separation. The cyanide leaching is used for the recovery of gold. Experimental studies of cyanidation leaching for a oxidized gold ore were carried out. The factors that influence leaching such as grinding size, sodium cyanide quantity, pulp density, extraction time and segmentation leaching were conducted. And experiment pretreatment test with the copper ion which influences leaching. The results demonstrated that the good index of leaching rate 90.11% could be reach.

To make the best use of the mineral resource, the flotation tests were conducted on the magnetic tailings from a low grade vanadium -titanium magnetite ore, reclaiming phosphorites, By having done the conditional tests, the factors which worked on the flotation were researched. The results showed that for the tailings whose P2O5 grade was 3.05% worked by one roughing, three cleanings, one scavenging and the middlings returned in turn, the concentrate whose P2O5 grade was 33.50%,recovery was 92.18% was obtained, and the phosphorite was reclaimed availably.

Test was made on separating iron from a ultra-low-grade vanadium titanium magnetite ore by a process of tailing discarding at a coarser size，staged grinding and staged low intensity magnetic separation. The results show that when the raw ore is treated by permanent dry magnetic separator with low intensity magnetic separation at 12～0 mm size，qualified tailings of about 20% yield can be discarded．The coarse concentrate is grounded in two stages. With the first stage grinding size being 45% -200 mesh and the second stage，75% -200 mesh，and then treated by two stage low intensity magnetic separation．As a result，an iron concentrate with a TFe grade of 65.80%and an iron recovery of 47.74%can be achieved．

Aim of the study is to investigate the in vitro reaction between rat bone cell and poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA)-matrix composites. Sample of Hydroxyapatite (HA) /PVA gel composites were prepared by the in situ growth method and Experiments of Alamar Blue Activity and Alkaline Phosphatase Assay were carefully made in our lab. SEM results displays that PVA-matrix composites containing HA fillers and pure PVA as a control group have an excellent biocompatible bone reaction in vitro with rat bone cells and HA filler particles in composites promote reaction between bone cell and composites. In vitro biology experiment resulted proves that adhesion, growth and differentiation of bone cells on all PVA-matrix composites are promoted by HA filler particles.

Laboratory research on the mineral processing technique of a specularite ore from Baxi was performed, while the processes including gravity separation, low intensity magnetic separation(LIMS) -high intensity magnetic separation(HIMS)-gravity separation was adopted. The run-of-mine ore was milled till the -0.074 mm range accounts for 50% and treated through a LIMS – HIMS process, with the magnetic field strength of LIMS being 95.52 kA/m and HIMS,1.2T. As a result, an iron concentrate grading about 67.58% at a recovery of 96.21% can be obtained, which are rather good metallurgical performances. The iron concentrate with high grade also could be beneficiated by table separation, but its recovery is lower than it obtained from intensive LIMS – HIMS dressing.

The appropriate temperature is a critical factor for an enclosure with a stability guarantee. Therefore, in the prerequisite of vibration and Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) being satisfied, how to make effective thermal design is what the research staff are generally concerned about. Firstly, a comprehensive description of the overall structure for a sealed enclosure is provided. Then the cooling plate is designed by using the method of theoretical calculation. At the same time, the temperature of the enclosure is analyzed by using Flow Simulation; the distribution of temperature field for the enclosure is obtained. Both classical heat transfer theory and a computational approach are used to verify the enclosure cooling performance. It turns out that applying the method of combining the theoretical calculation and simulation analysis cannot only improve the reliability of thermal analysis, but can also provide some valuable references to the research staff.

Grinding wheel wear has an obvious stage character, only in the end of wear stage, the workpiece surface quality will decrease significantly, in order to avoid such situation, need to find the critical point of grinding wheel wear in time. Based on the production field data, combined with the application of hypothesis test method, a new method to infer grinding wheel wear state was established in the article, the degree of grinding wheel wear can be quantificationally analyzed. Via practical production testing, is checked that the new method is effective.

Through a series of concurrent engineering, product platform design bring the cost advantage, and the customization design realized the ascension of customer satisfaction.

The objective of this work was to study the sodium alkali(Na2S03) FGD process in a pilot-scale column packed column of diameter 0.4m. Main operating conditions affecting SO2 removal efficiency were investigated experimentally. These conditions include pH value of the absorption solution, liquid-gas ratio, superficial gas velocity, inlet SO2 concentration, temperature of absorption solution and initial Na2SO3 molar concentration. The relation between the ratio of desulfurization and every parameter was investigated. And the suitable operational conditions of SO2 absorption in lab are recommended. The experimental results show that SO2 removal efficiency may be over 80% under the following conditions: pH=6-7,L/G=1-2L/m3, gas superficial velocity is 1-1.5m/s, absorption solution temperature is under 50°C,initial [Na2SO3]≈0.3-0.5mol/L,and SO2 initial concentration is 4300 mg/m3. The experimental data can provide the necessary basic data for the design and operation of the practical desulfurization equipments.

AC-20 is a widely used in Expressway Close-Graded asphalt mixtures. Based on fractal theory, the fractal dimension range is defined by Marshall Test result analysis of gradation fractal dimension and the Marshall Test parameters. According to the gradation curve of fractal dimension and the degree of fitting, selection of Target Proportioning Design of asphalt mixture, gradation design, optimization test method for reducing test volume has certain guiding role.

Tensional ability of basalt fiber enforced asphalt mixture studied by split tensile test then compare with the normal asphalt mixture. The tensional ability is increasing while increase the basalt fiber percents. The tensional strength increase 3.5%, 7.8%, 3.5% and the failure stiffness modulus increase 15.1%, 40.4%, 11.8% while the added basalt fiber is 0.15%, 0.2%, 0.25%, respectively. The result shows that basalt fiber can enhance the tensional ability of asphalt mixture significantly, and the optimum percents of basalt fiber is 0.2%.

By only applying a after the event exam in the quality control of the batch production is not enough to meet the needs of modern large-scale production. To a certain extent, modern quality control is a dynamic process of the steady-state judge and adjustment. A simple and reliable steady-state judge rule and method is the premise to guarantee the normal operation. This paper provides a quantitative method to evaluate production process steady-state by analyzing influence factors based on mathematical statistics. The method is both suitable for simple production process and complex production process with sub-processes.

An iron ore contains specularite and hematite which are its main iron minerals. And its main gangue minerals are specularite, part of the clay material and a small amount of quartz.Tests are made on the ore by adopting processes including gravity separation, high intensity magnetic separation, high intensity magnetic-gravity separation and high intensity magnetic - reverse flotation. The test results show that the separation process of high intensity magnetic-reverse flotation can obtain an iron concentrate grading about 66.62% at a recovery of 58.38％ from an iron ore assaying around 35.00% iron, rather good metallurgical performances.

The ore is very apt to produce slime in the grinding process，leading to a deteriorated beneficiability. The rough iron concentrate can be obtained by using high gradient magnetic separator to discard tailings with the grinding fineness of 95% -0.074mm.
