Wuhan is the first city in China to establish a free public bicycle system. This paper gives qualitative and quantitative analysis of public bicycle system impact on the residents via questionnaire survey. By building site model, the rationality of bicycle site setting is discussed. Based on analysis, the paper offer some proposals combined with "Wuhan mode" feature as to achieve the significantly improvement of Wuhan public bicycle usage, change the current situation in Wuhan traffic congestion and reduce vehicle emissions of harmful gases. By mechanical mechanics analysis, ensure the reliability of bicycle mechanics column.

There is rich automotive wake and wind resource on the highway. Power can be used for power generation, supply of electrical equipment or the highway into the grid .The paper proposes a new wind vertical axis wind generator. According to the actual conditions ,the important institutions are needed to optimize device emulation. The dynamics of shaft has a major impact on the stability of the power plant's work. It was compared AH32 opened plate using new techology in the mechanical properties. Results showed: the mechanical properties of AH32 opened plate are the same at the classification plate. The transverse tensile stength and yield strength of AH32 opened plate have an advantage over it’s longitudinal. The transverse elongation of AH32 opened plate is below the longitudinal. It is different the mechanical properties that is made of the deformation variance of AH32 opened plate in the transverse and the longitudinal.

Solidification behavior of LaFe13-xSixalloys was investigated using rapidly quenching and. Phase formation and structure in rapidly quenched LaFe13-xSixalloys has been investigated by means of power X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results have shown that 1:13 phase is a peritectic phase. The solidification behavior of LaFe13-xSix alloys depend on x, cooling rate. Under small undercooling, the 1:13 phase is difficult to formed with x=0.5 to 3.0. The α-(Fe,Si) phase and the 1:2:2 phase is mainly phase in the microstructure of alloy with low and high Si contents, respectively. Under higher cooling rate, the microstructure of compositions with x≥1.5 occurs the 1:13 phase. The α-(Fe,Si) phase and the 1:13 phase is mainly phase in the microstructure of alloy with low and high Si contents, respectively. The microstructure of compositions with x=2.5 to 3.0 are mainly phase which is primary phase. The results were discussed with respect to the effect of cooling rate.
