Over the past years, the traditional cultivation-independent genomic approaches which rely on the preexisting knowledge about gene sequence, have significantly promoted our understanding of the structural and functional diversity of bioleaching microorganisms in extremely acidic environments. However, high-throughput sequencing technology as a comprehensive and rapid method is now being ported to bioleaching systems for microbial community and gene expression analysis. Years of research have demonstrated that high-throughput sequencing technology has the potential to dramatically accelerate biological research, by enabling the comprehensive analysis of genomes and transcriptomes. This paper aims to introduce the high-throughput sequencing methodology, particularly focusing on the application of high-throughput sequencing technology on bioleaching microorganisms and the challenges associated with its applications.

Traditional datacenter temperature monitoring method is to install some temperature sensors which are unable to cover all areas completely, so there are some problems about local hot spot. The method is aiming to find out the position of potential hazard which may exist in the data center on the basis of data center thermal environment evaluation method and characteristics of air distribution. By applying this method into the wireless sensor network monitoring system, it brings a meaningful improvement of the monitoring system.

Studying the relationship of oil-water IFT and the stability of oil emulsion will further explain oil displacement mechanism in crude oil flooding. In this article, for nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether can resist multivalence cations, the performance of associative surfactant containing HABS and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (NP), the influence of the improvement of emulsion stability on the interfacial tension were studied by evaluating the interfacial tension and emulsion stability. Results show that nonionic surfactant NP-x (x=4, 6, 10) can improve the tolerance of HABS to NaOH with low concentration, and NP-6 appears the best synergistic effect, when CNaOH is not more than 1.2wt%, the IFTeq is lower than 9.9×10-3mN/m, within the concentration range of the investigation. At the same time, NP-x can improve oil emulsion stability, when CNaOH is 0.6wt%, CHPAM is 0.18wt%, total concentration of the surfactant (ωHABS:ωNP=8:2) are 0.05wt% and 0.1wt%, decreasing the balance interfacial tension between oil and water can be regarded as the guarantee of the emulsion stability.

Three dimensional transient numerical simulation on cylinder flow field of 4B26 diesel was done by AVL FIRE. Detailed flow field structure of diesel cylinder was calculated. The typical swirl flow and squish flow were established in 4B26 diesel engine chamber. swirl flow and squish flow can increase the fuel and air mixing rate, and can improve diesel combustion and can reduce emissions of pollutants. Oil beam could accelerate the air around it.

Alkylethoxyethanesulfonate is one kind of nonionic-anionic surfactant with a polyglycol ether chain and a sulfonic group at the end of the chain. It was synthesized in a new method by using fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether MOA-3, thionyl chloride and sodium isethionate as raw materials, and then the intermediate chloridepolyglycol ether MOACl-3 reacted with sodium isethionate in a superbasic system KOH-DMSO.The structures of MOA-3,MOACl-3 and alkylethoxyethanesulfonate MOASO-3 were confirmed by their IR spectrums, and the saltresistance of MOASO-3 was studied. IR analysis results indicate the intermediate and product all have the same structure with the aim compound. The saltresistance results show that MOASO-3 is compatible with NaCl aqueous solutions, when the concentration of MOASO-3 is 0.2wt%, the surfactant-water solutions were clear and transparent up 0.6wt% NaCl.

Aiming at the source and corrosiveness of carbon dioxide, the in-situ carbon dioxide generation technology to enhance oil recovery was proposed。This paper presents the in-situ carbon dioxide generation technology mechanism, the expansion, viscosity reduction; oil-displacement efficiency and foamy oil of this technology were experimentally evaluated by using microscopic models and physical models. The experimental results indicated that the in-situ carbon dioxide generation technology could be used to produce enough carbon dioxide and get good efficiencies of oil expansion, reduction of viscosity and enhancement of oil displacement. Under the conditions of 2010mPa•s in oil viscosity, 60°C and 10MPa, the volume of oil could be expanded by25%, and the viscosity of oil can reduced to 52.7% , and the CO2 can displacement，restraining viscous fingering and changing liquid flow direction and carrying the residual oil.
