Currently, transdisciplinary integration has become increasingly close, and has gradually become the source of innovation. At the same time, petroleum engineering technologies demand more new technologies like functional materials and electronic information technologies. In order to effectively promote technological innovation and development of the petroleum engineering, it is important to continuously monitor, analyze and evaluate the latest development of the technologies outside of the oil and gas industry. This paper combines qualitative analysis of onsite demands, application cases, technical characteristics, and quantitative analysis of literature metrology, patent evaluation, technology maturity, to evaluate the application prospects of densified wood, liquid metal and poly (thioctic acid) in the field of petroleum engineering, and specific transdisciplinary suggestions are put forward. It is recommended to carry out pre-research work for the potential application of functional materials in the petroleum engineering, and it is expected to introduce new materials for downhole tools, new antennas for downhole instruments, extend long-term effectiveness of downhole plugging, and improve drilling efficiency.

YGdO3:Er3+ nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by pulsed laser ablation in liquid method. The structural and morphological properties of the product are investigated by X-Ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The upconversion photoluminescence properties were investigated in detail. Obvious stark splitting phenomena were observed in the green and red emission bands. The decay behaviors of three emission bands were studied. Based on thermal coupled energy level related upconversion fluorescence intensity ratio, the temperature sensing properties of product were studied. Linear function has beenused to reveal the relationship between fluorescence intensity ratio and temperature. Using stark sublevels related emission bands, sensitivity of the temperature sensor was successfully enhanced. These results suggest the YGdO3:Er3+ nanoparticles prepared via pulsed laser ablation in liquid are promising luminescent materials for optical thermometry.

Dye-sensitized solar cells have better development prospects than silicon cells, and their main structural composition of nanoporous semiconductor films is particularly important. It is the tin dioxide film, and the effect of preparing tin oxide film on dye-sensitized solar cells under different conditions is studied. In this paper, the SnO2 powder was prepared by hydrothermal method, and the experiment was studied by controlled variable method. The properties of the obtained tin dioxide powder were characterized by SEM and three-dimensional ultra-depth microscope and XRD. The XRD diffraction peak is shown as tetragonal phase rutile type SnO2, With the increase of the concentration of tin tetrachloride solution, the coarser the particle size of the tin oxide crystal in the film, the more complicated the surface morphology, so that the specific surface area of the film is larger. At 0.1 mol/L, the surface of the film is a porous structure in the form of a loose sheet is presented. After analyzing the surface microstructure and flatness of the tin dioxide film, it can be concluded that the effect of salt concentration on the specific surface area of the film is extremely large. When the salt concentration is higher or lower, the obtained two the surface of the tin oxide film is relatively flat and has poor performance. When the salt concentration is 0.1mol/L, the surface of the obtained film has a large undulation and a large specific surface area, and the ability to adsorb the dye molecules can be predicted to be the greatest, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is optimal in the photocatalytic process.

In this paper, the effect of sintering temperature on the interfacial structure of the composite was investigated and three different formulation groups were used to compare the respective properties. To obtain a composite material with excellent interface, the law between reference number and performance is obtained. Through mixing, molding, sintering, sample preparation, scanning electron microscopic observation, energy spectrometer observation and analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: As the temperature increases, the density and hardness increase. The sample melts at 1500 °C, and there is no specific data. When the temperature reaches 1450 °C, the density and hardness reach the highest. When the formulation is Fe:Al2O3:SiO2=18:1:1 and the temperature reaches 1450 °C, the properties of the sample materials are optimized. The density is as high as 95% and the hardness reaches 42.9HBW.

In this paper, the effect on the properties of alumina/aluminum cermet by changing the sintering temperature, and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different characterization methods and their application range, it provides a reference for selecting the characterization technology suitable for alumina/aluminum composites.Through mixing, molding, sintering, sample preparation, scanning electron microscopic observation, energy spectrometer observation and analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: the higher the vacuum sintering temperature, the more aluminum material is melted out of the body to form aluminum balls on the surface, and the green body The more severe the cracking. When the sample is sintered at a temperature of 600 °C, the density is the highest and the appearance is the best. When the molding pressure is 40 MPa and the sintering temperature is 700 °C, the microstructure of the sintered alumina/aluminum cermet is better. It can be seen from SEM and EDS analysis that the particles are continuously distributed and the larger one is metal Al, and the particles are discontinuously distributed and finer is Al2O3.

In this paper, the effect of raw materaisl on the properties of coated Al2O3/Al cermet materials were investigated, the raw materials were prepared via different methods, which provide a reference for obtaining higher performance cermet materials. Through mixing, molding, sintering, sample preparation, scanning electron microscopic observation, energy spectrometer observation and analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn, the density of the cermet material prepared by the mechanical ball milling method (83.5%) is higher than that of the cermet material prepared by the chemical precipitation method (92.8%). It is nearly 10% lower. The alumina particles prepared by the ball milling method are agglomerated, and a large amount of agglomeration occurs in the aluminum, and the composition is very uneven. For materials prepared by the precipitation method, the aluminum oxide is uniformly distributed in the aluminum. The ball-milling powder is used to prepare materials, most of the alumina is in the form of particles, and in the precipitation method. In the powder preparation sample, the thin layer of alumina which forms the same eggshell envelops the aluminum, and the aluminum has a certain liquid phase change. the surface hardness (824HV) of the cermet material prepared by the mechanical ball milling method is lower than the surface hardness (1005HV) of the cermet material prepared by the chemical precipitation method.

(Fe,Ni)2(P,Si) compounds were synthesized and characterized. Ni substitution in Fe1.95-xNixP0.7Si0.3 is found to favor the formation of Fe2P-type hexagonal structure. The samples appear nearly single phase. Powder oriented in the magnetic field shows a pronounced uniaxial magnetic anisotropy with c axis as the easy axis. Magnetization measurements carried out along and perpendicular to the c crystal axis demonstrate a significant magnetic anisotropy, making these materials potential candidates for permanent magnet applications. We found that (Fe,Ni)2(P,Si) compound has no remanent magnetic field and coercivity, but it has a large magnetocrystalline anisotropy at room temperature. Therefore, doping Fe2P type compounds with a small amount of Ni and Si may be a promising way to create new materials with large magnetocrystalline anisotropy at room temperature, and thus rare-earth free permanent magnet.

Thermal degradation of the composite constituted by high density polyethylene (HDPE) and microencapsulated red phosphorus (MRP) were studied using thermogravimetric (TG) data obtained at different heating rates. The kinetic models and parameters of the thermal degradation of MRP/HDPE composite were evaluated by FWO, KAS and IKP method. It indicates that the activation energy E of 4 % MRP/HDPE composite is higher than HDPE for three methods. MRP could improve the thermal stability and slow down the thermal degradation of HDPE. With adding MRP, the degradation mechanism of HDPE is changed and the degradation rate decreases.

As its much lower thermal conductivity than other usual materials, Silica aerogel is a potentially efficient heat insulation material with the lowest bulk density. However, it is transparent for infrared light when used in high temperature. Herein, titanium oxide was added in the silica aerogel by in-situ blending. The dispersion property of titanium oxide particles, microstructure mechanical property, thermal conductivity, and thermal insulation were investigated. The results of this in-situ blending process indicated a potential application value in aerospace thermal protection industry.

Nano-SnO2 is a relatively important semiconductor material. Its crystal structure is unique rutile type. It has the advantages of high conductivity, high transparency and stable chemical properties. It is widely used in gas sensing detectors and solar cells for photoelectric conversion. Applications. In this paper, SnO2 nanofilms with different crystal structures were prepared by changing the three process parameters of salt concentration, reaction time and hydrothermal temperature in hydrothermal method. The samples were tested by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and three-dimensional ultra-depth microscopy analyzer. As the concentration of the reaction solution increases, the macroscopic thickness of the film gradually thickens, and the three-dimensional structure of the surface changes from flat to coarse to coarse peak. The peak between the peaks first increases and then decreases, and the surface microstructure is The conditions change are not obvious. Through the comprehensive comparison of film integrity and surface area, it is found that the concentration is 0.03mol/L, which is relatively better.

Both alumina and boron carbide have good hardness and strength, and are widely used in production and life, industrial manufacturing, and military defense. However, due to the insufficiency of research at this stage and the lack of technical means, it is difficult to prepare alumina-boron carbide composite powder with good coating and ultra high strength through large-scale batch production. Therefore, this experiment wants to obtain a relatively good performance of coated Al2O3/B4C cermet by hydrothermal method through different experimental parameter ratios. Through the experimental results and analysis, the following conclusions are obtained. The most suitable concentration of aluminum nitrate is 0.1 mol/l. The low concentration affects the formation of alumina particles. The concentration is too high and prone to agglomeration. Through the optimization of hydrothermal synthesis concentration, a composite of Al2O3/B4C composite with good nanoencapsulated structure was obtained. The composite powder was pure in composition and high in specific surface area, which lays a foundation for solving the low-temperature preparation of high-density boron carbide ceramics.

Furthermore, SnO2 powder was prepared through hydrothermal method, and an experiment was conducted through a controlled variable method. The properties of the obtained tin dioxide powder were characterized by SEM, 3D ultradepth microscopy, and XRD. An XRD peak is displayed as tetragonal-phase rutile-type SnO2, and the SEM indicates that the powder grain size is several nanometers. With the increase in reaction time, the film gradually became flat and uniform from only a small amount of powder coating. At the reaction time of 8 days, the integrity and flatness of the film were optimal, and the pore size was uniform. Moreover, the specific surface area was large. In summary, the reaction time of 8 days is suitable for membrane growth.

The construction industry continues to develop and the requirements for cement performance are getting higher and higher. At the same time, in the steel industry, the discharge of steel slag is also increasing. The effective reuse of steel slag has become a prominent problem in the steel industry. . Therefore, it is envisaged to use steel slag as a raw material for the cement production process to produce cement and to produce high-performance cement. The main raw materials of this experiment are steel slag, limestone, sandstone and shale. Through the cement preparation process, the cement is made, and then the cement is made into concrete to test its performance. This experiment mainly studies the sintering temperature and holding time variable. In the experimental test, the analysis and comparison were carried out in five aspects of the degree of macroscopic cracking, particle size, density, microstructure and composition. In the comparison experiment of sintering temperature, with the increase of temperature, the flexural and compressive properties of cement gradually increased. In this test, 1200 °C is the most suitable temperature for the performance of the cement. Through the experimental comparison of different holding time, it is known that with the prolonging of the holding time, the microstructure and actual performance of the cement are continuously enhanced. Comprehensive consideration: the ratio of steel slag in cement ratio is 10%, sintering temperature is 1200 °C, and heat preservation is 2h. The steel slag cement prepared under this condition has the strongest performance.

Single layer graphene is fabricated on the Si face of silicon carbide through thermal decomposition. The thickness of graphene was checked by a combination of ex situ Kelvin probe force microscopy together with Raman spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy. The amount of residual strain induced is calculated to between 1.3% and 0.7%. Results also show that the magnitude of strain increased with growth time while the uniformity of strain improved.

Effect of chelating additive on microstructure, hydration products and mechanical property of mortar under different curing conditions was investigated. The microstructure was tested by nuclear magnetic resonance and scanning electron microscope. And the chemical composition of hydration products was analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The compressive strength was measured under different curing conditions at different curing age, including standard curing, water immersion, seawater immersion and salt mist curing. After curing for 28 days in water, compared to control mortar, the reduction ratio of harmful pores whose size larger than 0.1μm in mortar with chelating additive (CA mortar) was 14.6%, followed by 8.9%, 9.2% and 2.9% which was under standard curing, seawater immersion and salt mist curing, respectively. From the scanning electron microscope image, there were more needle-like and bar-like crystals in CA mortar making it more compact, which was mainly calcium silicate hydrate through component analysis. Besides, the raising percentage of compressive strength of CA mortar under water immersion is 28.6% compared to control mortar at the age of 28 days, followed by 26.8%, 21.8% and 16.3% which was under standard curing, seawater immersion and salt mist curing, respectively. The results indicate that chelating additive can enhance compactness and compressive strength of cement-based materials especially under water immersion by promoting the formation of calcium silicate hydrate.

The oil and gas industry places higher demands for new technologies and new materials. Advanced functional materials show broad application prospects in the oil field. Technological advances in the oil and gas sector are inseparable from the development and application of advanced functional materials. Through literature research, patent search analysis, expert consultation, some advanced functional materials with potential application in the oil field are sorted out, in order to provide inspiration and new ideas for improving the development of the oil and gas drilling technology. The nanomaterials dispersion and nanocomposites films are two of the most accessible ways to apply nanomaterials in the oil field. The cellulose nanofibers (CNF) and the diamond-like carbon (DLC) nanocomposites films would provide inspiration for the oil field chemistry and protection of downhole tools. The application of CNF and DLC nanocomposites could provide innovative ideas, research and foundation for the future development of the oil and gas drilling technology, and contribute to achieving a major technological breakthrough and improve the overall level of the oil and gas drilling technology.

In this paper, CFD numerical simulation method was adopted to study the internal flow field of experimental dry granulating device of blast furnace slag and to research the impact of equipment structure and wind speed on cooling effectiveness. Main content included the internal flow field uniformity under different blade type and number of inlets. The results showed that the internal flow field in strip-blades device was more uniform than fan-shaped blades device. With the increase of air inlets quantity, the internal flow field in device became more uniform and stable, especially when there were 8 air inlets in the equipment.

Ni-based alloy coatings with different contents of La2O3addition were prepared by high-frequency induction cladding. Microstructure of the coatings was investigated using X-ray diffractometer (XRD), electron probe micro-analyzer (EPMA) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). Wear resistance and microhardness distribution of coatings were tested by means of M-2000A friction wear tester and Vickers microhardness tester, respectively. Results show that the increasing content of La2O3attributes to the decrease of the pores in the coating. Primary phases of the Ni-based alloy coating with La2O3addition fabricated by high-frequency induction cladding include γ-Ni, Cr7C3, Cr23C6and Cr2B. EDS analysis reveals that La2O3addition tends to gather in the top region of the coating and mainly exists in γ-Ni solid-solution. Because of the uniform distribution of hard phases and grain refinement, coating with 6% La2O3addition possesses better wear resistance under dry sliding wear condition. Microhardness of the transition region in coating with La2O3addition is higher than that in coating without La2O3. Top region of the coatings with 4% and 6% content of La2O3exhibits higher microhardness than the bottom region due to the La2O3concentration.

Given the shortage of energy reserves, new energy sources must be identified. In this regard, improving the efficiency of solar cell conversion and simplifying the solar cell technology have become the focus of research. In this study, tin oxide nanometer thin film was fabricated on FTO conductive glass as photocathode through hydrothermal method. The synthesis condition was regulated, and performance test was also conducted. Results show that the crystallization driving force, crystallization rate, and grain size of tin dioxide crystal increase with increasing alkali ratio, leading to disorganized accumulation of tin oxide. Under prolonged holding time, tin oxide crystal became complete, and the surface area of the crystal increased. The crystallization driving force and rate also increased with increasing salt concentration and accompanied by clutter of tin oxide. The optimized process condition included 1:4 molar ratio of salt to alkali, 0.05 mol/L salt concentration, 200 °C reaction temperature, and 8 days of reaction. The highest specific surface area of the tin oxide nanometer film was obtained under the optimized condition.

YAG materials has a number of unique properties, the application is very extensive. In this paper, the superfine YAG powder materials were prepared by hydrothermal precipitation method. The influence of synthesis process on the morphology of the powder was investigated. The results showed that when the molar ratio of salt to alkali that Y3+: OH- is 1:8, the more uniform morphology of the particles can be prepared, when the molar ratio of salt to alkali is increased, the morphology of the particles will not change. The reaction time is longer, the particle size will be thicker. The smaller the concentration of Y3+ ions is, the larger the particle size will be small. The experimental results show that the rod-like particles have a poly-crystal structure at the reaction temperature of 200°C, reaction time of 2 days and the molar ratio of salt to alkali of 1:8. The diameter of the rod-like particles is most of the powders have a particle size of 1000 nm and a small amount of powder has a particle size of about 5000 nm. The purity of powder is higher through the test of XRD.

Cermet includes the excellent properties of ceramic materials and the advantages of metal materials, so it is an important new engineering material. In this paper, Al2O3-Al cermet is prepared using different molding process via the powder metallurgy method to study the properties of Al2O3-Al cermet. The conclusion are shown the increasing density of Al2O3-Al cermet is not obvious with increasing the forming pressure of cermet body during the initial and late processing, but the increasing density is more obvious under the forming pressure for 20-30MPa. The density of cermet materials are increased with prolonging holding pressure time, the initial increase speed is faster, and the later growth rate becomes weaker. When the molding pressure is 30MPa, the holding time is 10min, the sintering temperature is 900°C, the holding time is 1h, the prepared Al2O3-Al cermet adding sintering aids has a coated microstructure, which indicates that the large number of particles is migrated on the grain boundary. The sample density is 2.26g/cm3, the density is highest, the distribution of Al2O3 and Al phase is the most uniform. The buried sintering method is more suitable for the preparation of Al2O3-Al cermet composites than the nudity sintering method.

Cermet while maintaining the excellent properties of ceramic materials, but also have the advantages of a metal material, is an important new engineering materials. In this paper, Al-Al2O3 cermet is prepared adding different sintering aids via the powder metallurgy method to study the properties of Al-Al2O3 cermet. The conclusions are shown the adding sintering aids can significantly improve the sintered density of Al-Al2O3 cermet. The sintering aiding effect of adding MgO is better than that of SiO2 and Y2O3, and the hardness and the strength of the sample are higher than those of samples with SiO2 and Y2O3, and the densification degree of Al-Al2O3 metal ceramic material is the best, the relative density is 94.8%, the surface hardness is 824HV. The flatness of the surface of the sample adding MgO shows that the bonding strength between aluminum powder and alumina powder is high. The prepared Al-Al2O3 cermet adding different sintering aids have higher density and fewer pores in the microstructure the prepared Al-Al2O3 cermet adding sintering aids has a package structure.

In atmospheric environments, Al2O3 ceramics have good oxidation resistance in water, acid, and other solutions and suitable corrosion medium resistance. Al2O3 ceramics is one of the most widely used engineering ceramics. In this paper, Al2O3/Al cermet matrix composites were prepared by mixing a series of powders with aluminum and alumina powders as raw materials. The interface of Al2O3/Al cermet was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The densification process of Al2O3/Al cermet was then explored from the aspects of formulation, molding pressure, holding time, and sintering process. After mixing and dry pressing, 50 wt% Al and 50 wt% Al2O3 were appropriate for sintering. Following sintering and measuring density, density was improved under 20 MPa with a 20-minute holding time. Through a comparison of the sintering process, the interface structure was observed via scanning electron microscopy, which found that secondary sintering is conducive to improving the density of Al2O3/Al cermet.

Mo-V-Ti catalysts of low temperature denitrification were prepared by dipping method. In order to study the activity of selective catalytic reduction, the catalyst was placed in a fixed bed reactor. Industrial flue gas was simulated with cylinder gas. The experimental condition is NO: 500ppm, NH3:500ppm, O2:8%, SO2:100ppm, N2: equilibrium gas, space velocity: 36000h-1. Results indicate that the catalyst prepared by dipping method had good denitrification activity and sulfur resistance at low temperature. The optimum ratio of catalyst was 3V2O5-6MoO3-91TiO2 (wt %). The conversion efficiency of NO was 80~93%, and the conversion efficiency of SO2 was less than 1% at 180~260 °C.

Mg-Mo-V-Ti catalysts of low temperature denitrification were prepared by dipping method. In order to study the activity of selective catalytic reduction, the catalyst was placed in a fixed bed reactor. Industrial flue gas was simulated with cylinder gas. Results indicate that the 0.1wt% content of MgO catalyst has good performance on denitration activity and sulfur resistance. The effects of oxygen content, space velocity and reaction temperature on the activity of the 0.1MgO-6MoO3-3V2O5-TiO2 wt% catalyst were investigated. With the increase of oxygen concentration, the denitrification efficiency increases when the oxygen concentration is less than 8%. When the oxygen content is greater than 8%, the denitrification efficiency is almost the same. The denitrification efficiency decreases with the increase of space velocity. The removal efficiency of NO 0.1MgO-6MoO3-3V2O5-TiO2 wt% catalyst over increases first and then becomes stable with the increase of temperature, and the conversion efficiency of SO2 is less than or equal to 2.2% at 120~240 °C.

This paper describes the LAD2D computer code, which numerically solves the equations of transient, multilaterals, compressible fluid dynamics. Of particular interest is the general capability to handle material interfaces, including slip, cavitations, or void closure. Also included is the capability to treat material strength and plasticity, as well as high explosive (HE). LAD2D uses a Lagrangian finite volume numerical technique. The method manages the sliding meshes and the internal meshes unifying as arbitrary polygonal meshes, and present a new changing connectivity of mesh technology based on the moving position of grid points with their topological relations. Of particular interest is the changing connectivity of mesh to handle the large deformation mesh and to close the gap during numerical simulation. The verification and validation (V&V) of LAD2D software was implemented based on the foundation of scientific software’s V&V method. Several applications of the changing connectivity of mesh are presented with comparison of calculations with experimental results to demonstrate the capability of the new method. The changing connectivity of mesh may be used on arbitrary geometries, using structured or unstructured meshes, and it leads to strong numerical simulation capability for multilaterals problems.

Air pollution is one of the most serious environment pollution. 8 typical landscape plants, in Suzhou City, were selected to quantitative study their dust-capturing capacities, and the morphological traits of their leaves were observed under a SEM (scanning electron microscope). The paper showed that there were great differences in the dust-capturing capability of garden trees, and the dust-capturing capacities of garden trees in different seasons were in the order of May > August > November; the leaves of Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Pres, Camellia japonica L. and Euonymus japonicus Thunb. var. Ovatus Aureus had smooth surfaces or tubercles, whose dust-capturing capacities were poor, while the leaf of Loropetalum chinense(R.Br.) Oliv.Var. rubrum Yieh had many wrinkled form of cuticle, deep grooves, trichomes and high stomata desity which were favor of dust-retained, thus its dust- capturing capacity was stronger. The results can be seen as a possibility of select suitable species for urban environment.

Cermet materials is a important new engineering materials with the advantages of ceramics and metal materials. The Al2O3/Al cermet materials is prepared via the powder metallurgy method, the effect of sintering technology on properties of Al2O3/Al cermet materials is researched in this paper, which lay the base for preparing the high performance cermet materials. The results are shown through the study, the denstity of cermet is increased with an increasing moliding pressure, the sample density is 2.084g/cm3 as the pressure for 40MPa and the sintering temperature at 600¡æ, the density is higher, that is to say it is highest performance, the distribution of aluminum and alumina is most uniform. When the sintering temperature is higher, howerver, the molding pressure is lower, the lower density of the sample is shown, the aluminum is easier to overflow the surface of the sample.

Superfine alumina has various excellent performance, superfine aluminum often used in metallurgy, aerospace, microelectronics and medicine, so the study of alumina has become a hot research at home and abroad, superfine alumina powder the body needs are also increasing. In this paper, superfine alumina powder were prepared by hydrothermal method, and to study the preparation process. The results show that the fibrous alumina particles gradually becomes granular with the increase of pH of the reaction, pH value of 9 to get a uniform particle size distribution and an average size of small powder particles. As the increasing calcination temperature, the alumina particles gradually grow, the homogeneous superfine particulate alumina powders is obtained under calcination temperature at 950¡æ. After sintering, after measuring the density contrast is found better density in the pressing process pressure of 20MPa and holding pressure time for 20min. By comparing the sintering process, after the interface structure by scanning electron microscopy and found help improve density through the secondary sintering metallic ceramic materials.

In this paper, prepared by calcination of alumina - aluminum metal-ceramic composite material powder, and its characterization as a basis to provide raw materials for preparing high performance metal ceramic material. According to the research, with the calcination temperature is increased, the rate of change gradually increase the weight of aluminum. Calcined at a temperature of 600¡æ, the oxidation of aluminum surface the best. With the firing time increases, the rate of change in the weight of aluminum powder showed an increasing trend. When 8h, oxidation of aluminum surface better. Through this experiment, process optimization can be found in the calcination temperature was 600¡æ, calcination time is 8h, the best coating effect aluminum surface, coating evenly, clean interface, the reaction layer thickness of about 700nm, the prepared package type composite powders the best results.

Metal ceramics are a important new engineering materials with the advantages of ceramics and metal materials. The Al-Al2O3 metal ceramics were prepared via the powder metallurgy methods and characterized in this paper, which lay the base for preparing the high performance cermet materials. Through the results and analysis, the conclusions are shown that the relative density is increased with a increasing forming pressure, the electrical resistivity is decreased with a increasing forming pressure. The relative density is increased with a increasing sintering temperature under 700°C, the relative density decreases with a increasing sintering temperature above 700°C, the electrical resistivity is shown the opposite tendency. Through the optimizing the technological parameter, such as the sintering temperature at 700°C, the forming pressure under 20MPa, the Al content for 75wt%, Al-Al2O3 metal ceramics are successfully prepared with the high relative density and the low electrical resistivity, the relative density is 97.52%, and the electrical resistivity is 101.34Ω·m

Verification and validation (V&V) are the primary means to assess the accuracy and reliability in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation. V&V of the multi-medium detonation CFD model is conducted by using our independently-developed software --- Lagrangian adaptive hydrodynamics code in the 2D space (LAD2D) as well as a large number of benchmark testing models. Specifically, the verification of computational model is based on the basic theory of the computational scheme and mathematical physics equations, and validation of the physical model is accomplished by comparing the numerical solution with the experimental data. Finally, some suggestions are given about V&V of the detonation CFD model.

Oxygen-rich polycrystalline NiOx films were prepared by means of magnetron sputtering. Thickness-dependent bipolar resistive switching behaviors revealed that the 20 nm-thick NiOx film presented a clockwise current-voltage loop, while the 60 nm-thick NiOx film achieved an anti-clockwise current-voltage loop. Redox reactions between penetrated Ag ions and drifted oxygen ions in the whole 20 nm-thick NiOx films resulted in the clockwise current-voltage loops. Filamentary conducting paths composed by oxygen vacancies were responsible for the anti-clockwise resistive switching loops of the 60 nm-thick NiOx film.

Contamination of heavy metals in soil has raised potential long term environmental and health concerns due to its accumulation and possibility of entering the food chain. Being cost effective and simple operation, phytoremediation is seen as an emerging technology and promising solution to remediate polluted soils. In recent years, great effort has been concentrated on screening a variety of hyperaccumulators. This paper evaluates four plant species Solanumnigrum L.PterismultifidaPois, Pterisvittata L and Brassicajuncea grown under different heavy metal (Cu, Cd, Pb and Zn) concentration in greenhouse pot trial. From pot experiment, the mobility of contaminants (Cd and Zn) in soil were reduced by being concentrated and absorbed onto root tissues and stems in Solanumnigrum L. and Brassicajuncea whereas Cu and Pb were stabilized in the root tissues of all four plant species. The different transport phenomena towards different contaminants and the phytostablization ability makes these four plants suitable pioneer species in remediation and revegetation in abandoned copper, lead and zinc mine.

Image pre-processing module of this article is to image gray and step by Roberts operator edge detection. License plate positioning and segmentation using mathematical morphology is used to determine the license plate location method, and then use the license plate color information of color segmentation method to complete the license plate parts division. This article is to research its main part and use MATLAB to do the image processing simulation.

The influence of solar panel shading on Chinese cabbage was detected by photosynthetic measurement instrument LI-6400. The system was suitable for general farmers to implement in hot climate areas. By using this system, famers can produce cops and electricity at the same time, sell extra electricity, and get double income.

This paper is aimed at exploring the characteristic fluctuation of wind power based on samples from a certain wind farm. First, the paper is to analyze fluctuations of wind power at different time scales. According to a sliding difference algorithm to build wind power fluctuations evaluation. Wind power fluctuation index for different time scales are used to fit probability distributions, indicating that the best form of distribution of wind power fluctuations is t location scale distribution. Secondly, considering the wind power has the characteristics of non-linear, non-stationary signal of the data, it fully meets the wavelet neural network analysis of the characteristics of the data. Therefore, select wavelet neural network training and testing so as to make predictions about the future of the total power of wind farm. It points out the differences between different regions covered by the index from the fluctuation characteristics of wind power, thus further understanding the fluctuation characteristics of wind power: Influenced by the time and space distribution and other factors, there is a big difference between the output power fluctuation characteristics of single wind generator and wind farm, which is because of the different wind machine in the field by the wind energy differences, and the wake effect of organic groups, making frequent fluctuations in power distribution; the fluctuation of wind is gentle, i.e. with increasing spatial distribution scale, so gentle effect occurs to wind power fluctuations. Finally, through the analysis of the fluctuation characteristics of power, power factor and analyses the influence of the characteristics of fluctuation, the paper draws a conclusion of the following improvement programs to overcome the adverse effects of wind power fluctuation of power grid operation: the rational allocation of energy storage devices, expanding the coverage area of a wind farm, or improving the design of the windmill, which will make wind farms adapt to different wind directions, thus eliminating the impact of fluctuations on the power grid from the wind farm power output by the energy storage device, and covering the area of large wind farms can adapt to different wind directions, and with power complementary, it has achieved the amount of stable power transmission into the grid.

The finite element method has been applied to calculate the 50Hz electric fields nearby the transmission lines. The electric field strengths nearby multi-circuit transmission lines on the same tower under different arrangement of phase sequence, nearby the cross-arm are calculated. According to the foreign and domestic security standards of 50Hz electric field, the impacts of overhead transmission lines on environment are evaluated and the adoptable measures to reduce electric field strength are proposed. Meanwhile the distributing pattern of the electric field nearby the cross-arm is analyzed and proposals for further protection measures during maintenance operation are provided.

Transformers health index calculation method based on cloud model and fuzzy evidential reasoning is proposed. According to the multi-level and multifactor of evaluation index information of power transformers, a layered evaluation index model is established. In order to deal with the ambiguity and uncertainty information of evaluation index, a normal cloud model is introduced, inferred the fuzzy degree of belief in the health state of evaluation index. Then use the fuzzy evidential reasoning method merge information of evaluation Index, inferred the degree of belief in the health state-level of transformer, calculated the health index of transformer. The results of an example analysis test its rationality and effectiveness.

By using the data of climate observation and site geographical information collected from 134 meteorological stations in Sichuan province since 1971, this paper established a calculation model in small grid to calculate the climate resources of facility agriculture including the days, precipitation and effective accumulated temperature in suitable period in Sichuan province. Based on Geographic Information System (GIS), the model was calculated and used to verify residual modification so as to ensure the relative accuracy of calculated values. Meanwhile, the plane and stereoscopic distribution maps of facility agricultural climate resources were made to lay foundation for further division work in Sichuan.

To provide siltation state information for dredging of urban sewer network, an evaluation method of siltation state based on data collected through the Internet of things is proposed. We present a data acquisition program, and use the adaptive weighted fusion algorithm as a data preprocessing method. Based on Manning formula, an assessment model of siltation state is established. The experiment proves that this assessment model of siltation state is effective for sewer network.

The aim of the work was to analysis effects of biogas residue continuous application on soil fertility improvment. The results showed that biogas residue addtion to peach orchard improved soil quality. Biogas residue application reduced soil bulk density quickly in a short term, improved soil TP, effctive N and available P contents significantly, as well as promoted soil TOC and humus acid accumulations to imoprove soil fertility. The results provide technical support for biogas utilization.

Scanning electron microscope, differential thermal analysis, thermo-gravimetric analysis, fluorescent analysis and X-ray CT et.al. have become usual means used in the research of concrete material science. This paper proposed a new method to evaluate the causes of cracking of in-situ concrete based on the investigation by using these comprehensive technologies for analysis of micro-structure. The proposed new method is more reliable and objective than the traditional method which is mainly based on experience and chemical analysis. A case investigation using the new method to explore the causes of cracking in a real project was introduced.

In this paper, three bio-mineralization mechanisms were proposed to repair cement-based materials cracks. The common feature is that the three are all induced by bacterial. A type of bacterial which can decompose urea and release carbonate ions could be applied to repair micro cracks on concrete surface when combining calcium ions. But what need to be noted is that the way of repairing cracks is passive. Some alkaliphilic bacterial spores could be added to concrete when casted and two different types of bacterial were used to realize the function of self-healing. The sources of carbonate ions made them different, the one release carbonate dioxide through its own cellular respiration, the other could transfer carbon dioxide in air to bicarbonate. Coefficient of capillary suction, apparent water permeation coefficient and area repairing rate were applied to characterize the repairing effectiveness. The tests results were that all three bio-mineralization mechanisms showed excellent repair effect to small cracks formed at early ages. When the bacteria were immobilized by ceramsite, the self-healing effect could be improved for the cracks formed at late ages.
