The Supervision System is one of the important components of the Construction Engineering Information Management. This paper proposed the system’s design with the Struts2 and MVC framework based on the android mobile platform. First of all, it gives the E-R model and data design in the system. Then, it gives the overall architecture of the system in which the android client uses MVC framework while the Server-Client uses Struts2 framework that is responsible for the separation of MVC and the jump of the business layer. Besides, for the communication protocol between the Client and the Server, it adopts the HTTP service and Socket service, and uses JSON as a data interchange format. In the end, the UI design of each module in the system is given.

An increasing number of publication and consumptions of media data on the social and dynamic web has allowed ontology technology to grow up unpredictable. News agencies, cultural heritage sites, social media companies and ordinary users contribute a large portion of media contents across web community. These huge amounts of media contents are generally accessed via standardized and proprietary metadata formats through semantic web. But nearly all cases need specific, standardized, and more expressive methods to represent media data into the knowledge representation paradigm. This paper proposes the proper methods to express media ontology based on the nature of media data. At first RDF graph representation model is used to show the expressive power of domain classification with direct label graph concepts. Secondly, events and object class domain are used to express relational properties of media content. Finally, the events and object class domain is expressed into RDF/OWL language, as preferable and standardized language to represent media data in the semantic web.

Processing and loading large RDF/OWL data files often involves the transfer of large amounts of data from source operational systems to the target data store. It requires a proper loading techniques and more expressive methods to ensure the RDF/OWL data files are correctly loaded into the database, or the loading process will end up finishing all memory space which resulted in performance deterioration in the entire application. The Bulk loading is one of the predominant scientific techniques and with fastest loading method to load large amounts of data into the database; however, this study has found out that the bulk loading alone, cannot handle triples files containing object values with more than 4000 bytes. To solve these tidy problems, we propose to implement bulk loading techniques concurrently with parallelization methods to load RDF/OWL data file into the database. To accomplish this goal, the Oracle NOSQL database is chosen as the backend persistent storage for the RDF/OWL data files. In addition, loading model and techniques are provided to utilize the loading process, and finally algorithms, methods and parallelization techniques are given with the aim of increasing loading performance of RDF/OWL within the Oracle NOSQL database.

There are different methods and techniques for representing ontology domain, and each domain is bound with one suitable language that can support the ideology and methods based on the way we choose to represent them, which also depends upon the nature of the data we intends to use. So as we move on, the big question is that “how can we represent data based on events’ entities or multimedia data using object ontology, for what extends does the two common ontology languages OWL and RDF/RDF's support multimedia data? ” and how do we infer the media ontology. Those questions are reasonable and acceptable. In this paper, we introduce the basic principles to construct and express media data using ontology techniques, we also examine the capability of OWL in standardizing the rules and restriction based on the media ontology data and finally, we introduces a reasoning module as a solution for the OWL model to support multimedia data during the query and inferencing of media ontology

Due to various uncertainties, most of geotechnical parameters are small samples, which causes much trouble when the probability distribution of geotechnical parameter is fitted using traditional distributions. This paper uses stochastic weighted method to improve the small samples of Geotechnical parameters into big samples, thus solving the problems caused by the small samples. Meanwhile, the probability density function of geotechnical parameter is derived based on maximum entropy principle, the advantage of presented method is verified through Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test. Case study shows that the proposed method not only overcomes the dependence of conventional fitting methods on classical probability distributions, but also the fitting more close to the fact because the data come from the big sample improved by geotechnical parameters, which has important engineering significance.

The technologies of visualization and semantic can help the human and the machine to understand the information well. This paper chose Yahoo financial website as data source, the reused stock representation with the aim of capturing the users interest is designed after studying the different visual analytical tools. The visual stock information system (VSIS) was developed to provide uncomplicated and interactive model analysis of the stock data. Its visualization model included five independent components - visual interface with search agent, intelligent data made up of ontology data, a global information and function data, transaction data, non-transaction data and stock information. Finally, the system was implemented shown in the graphic interface; the user can browse a visual stock with a variety of cognitive tasks such as stock information retrieval, stock data analysis and summarization of stock information on a real time.

This paper tries to figure out the designing requirement of the ontology model based on visual stock information system; it demonstrates the prototype architecture of Ontology domain and ontology languages such as RDF/RDFs and OWL. These ontology languages were then used to identify the stock domain, define the semantic classes, relations, instances of relations and structure the stock vocabulary data into a meaningful domain of information. The proposed ontology model architecture will be able to observe the vocabularies of stock data by categorizing the Domain of classes and build Ontology solutions based on stocks transaction and historical data for the selected companies

Firstly, a Layered Resource Discovery Model (LRDM) was proposed in this paper according to different resource type in grid. Then all components of LRDM were analyzed and designed in detail with resource discovery module in Globus Tookit4, mainly including resource description, resource information organization and resource request processing. Finally, the model was implemented and proved to have the characteristics high discovery efficiency and scalability because of combining the advantages of both centralized and distributed mechanisms.

Intelligent Transportation System is a new kind of complicated information system which includes many different wireless sensors. With the development in sensor technologies and their applications, it is important to focus on how to find the useful and real-time traffic information from the Intelligent Transportation System. Using this method of building dynamical data system model for the Intelligent Transportation System is the way to solve the data aggregation problem and minimize the number of the multi-sources data.

At present, the profile in the impeller axial plane of the engine water pump is designed by using the method of the projection on the axial plane, which needs repeat calculation and plentiful and complicated works. The profile in the impeller axial plane is designed by the design method of the hyperbola profile according to the principle of the angle flow which follows liquid flow law. This way provides a simple and available method for the engineers that embark on the impeller design. It can avoid the complication of conventional way and save large amount of manpower and funds. The model is built by CAD and analyzed by CFD. The result shows that the reversed flows and the secondary flows are evidently reduced. At the same time, the experiment verified that the head and efficiency of the pump are improved distinctly.

Carbon nanotubes show remarkable mechanical properties. Experimental studies have shown that they belong to the stiffest and elastic known materials. These good properties are connect with their topological indices of molecules. Recently computing topological indices of nanostructures have been the object of many papers. The edge version of Padnakar-Ivan (PI) index is a graph invariant defined as PI =\sum_{e\in E(G)}[nu(e)+nv(e)], where e=uv, nu(e) is the number of edges of G lying closer to u than to v and nv(e) is the number of edges of G lying closer v than to u. In this paper, an exact expression for edge-PI index of TUC4C8(S) nanotubes is given.

In order to study the law of emergence and its internal attributable causes according to the resources owned by agents that interacts with each other in the complex adaptive system about the supply chain, at the beginning the resources which the agents in the supply chain draw are defined as followings: the resources outside system, the resources in the system, the resources that other else agents own, and the dynamic resources the agent itself own, the multi-compartment agent of resources. The operating points of eight resources owned by agents interact with each other are controlled through eight random numbers, the direction, degree, speed and stability of resources flow during interaction among agents are described respectively by matching capability, matching speed and matching time; Furthermore, the evolution process about the resources among agents interacting is described by rules of GEF(Global Evaluate Function) and LEF(Local Evaluate Function), resources flow model of complex system about the supply chain is established; Eventually, through simulating respectively in the Swarm platform both the proposed model and the simple model that doesn’t cunsder the multi-compartment agent but the linear sum of all resources, it is found that the former describes the change rule of the resource more accurately in the supply chain system. It means that syncretizing eight resources, which interact and inter-constrain in the system, to an indiscerptible one is the attributable cause of the emergence.

On the basis of dynamic trust theory, the paper proposes a staggered theoretic model which describes dynamic collaboration trust in supply chain from the view of collaboration relationship, which studies the dynamic dissimilar effect of institution-based trust on collaboration trust and cooperation intention in differential stage. More than forty supply chain companies in different fields are chosen to be the objects of experimental research and a sample data of more than three hundred actual members is finally collected. Fact or analysis and structural equation modeling are implemented to validate the hypothesized relationship between institution-based trust, collaboration trust in supply chain trust, and cooperation intention in theoretic model.

Traditional web service resource hasn't the concept of state and exists many limitations in application. WS-Resource of WSRF solved this problem. This paper elaborated the principal standard protocol specifications in WSRF, analyzed WS-resources characteristics, gave the implementation steps of grid resource and service, and finally validated the superiority of WSRF resource model with an example.

We present, illustrate and analyze some basic notions of the Lagrange Representation (LR) over finite fields, and elementary theory of Optimal Extension Fields. In combining the Lagrange Representation theory and the Frobenius mapping theorem, we could establish an inversion algorithm in the LR version. Our contribution is of adapting an addition-chain-like method over an Optimal Extension Field to the Lagrange Representation.

In this paper, we present a representative theory for finite fields called the Lagrange Representation recently initialized by Bajard et al. Our contribution is of introducing a new method for computing the leading coefficient of an arbitrary field polynomial, and establishing a field modular multiplication algorithm. Some concrete examples are given in order to emphasize illustration of the method.

The function $x^{2^{n-1}-1}+ax^5 (n$ odd, $a\in\mathbb{F}_{2^n}$) is differentially 4-uniform and is never bijective. Using Hermite’s Criterion, prove some necessary conditions that $x^{2^{n-1}-1}+ax^5+L(x), L(x)$ being a permutation polynomial.
