In order to improve safety, economy and reliability of NPP(nuclear power plant) and to make the best of human, material and information resources in the NPP, a specific function model developing method for integrated managing system based on CIMS and fractal conception is discussed in this paper. Under the guidance of general requirement, the developing process is deepened from integer to local, from macrocosm to microcosm. Furthermore, under the conditions of modularization, high inter-aggregation and low coupling, the developing process has the characteristics of layered detailing of the complexity degree.

This paper used the Mann-Kendall test, Spearman rank correlation test, Pettitt-Mann-Whitney change-point statistics, and complex Morlet wavelet analysis method to analyze the trend, change-point, and period of the tidal level at Nanjing Station from 1950 to 2012. The results demonstrated that there was a significant increase of annual highest and lowest tidal levels, while the trend of annual average tidal level change was not obvious. Significant mutations existed not only in the term of annual highest tidal level but also in the lowest one: the annual highest tidal level increased by 0.49m after 1972, while the annual lowest one increased by 0.29m after 1982. The period of annual average tidal level, highest one, and lowest one were 10 years, 15 years, and 14 years respectively. The scale of fluctuations in the annual highest tidal level was close to the annual lowest tidal level. The cause analysis of fluctuation indicated that runoff variation was the dominant factor of tidal level change.

This paper researched the linear relationship between UV absorbance and concentrations of nitrobenzene. It used the UV-1700 UV/VIS spectroscopy to get the absorbance diagram and analyze it. Then it calculated the absorbance of maximum absorption peak and the absorbance integration in a wavelength interval. There is a linear relationship between absorbance and concentration, the correlation coefficient is 0.981 of the maximum absorption peaks and the concentrations, and the largest correlation coefficient between concentrations and the integration of absorbance is 0.995 with the wavelength interval of 235-245 nm, which is between the two absorption peaks of 210 nm and 270 nm. Therefore, it’s a good way to use integration of absorbance in the middle of two absorption peaks to measure the concentration of nitrobenzene, which is more accurate and reliable.

A measurement system used for step response of impulse voltage dividers has been designed. This software can be used for various kinds of step response waveforms and can calculate them accurately. The calculation methods used in this system are in full compliance with the requirements in DL/T992-2006 and IEC60060-2. When the software used for the step response of impulse divider,the calculation results meet the requirements of stepwave response parameters with good accuracy. This software is simple to calculate and it can greatly enhance the efficiency of the step response parameter extraction calculations.

Traditional platform-centric command mode has been unable to meet the needs of modern war. In this paper, a new command mode for ship formation cooperative engagement based on networked condition has been discussed. First, the characteristics of ship formation cooperative engagement are elaborated. Then, the command relationships of ship formation are researched. On the basis, a self-adaptive command mode is proposed to adapt ship formation cooperative engagement under the network condition. Command authority distribution and self-synchronization of this command mode are described, which is important to enhance the adaptability and timeliness of combat command of ship formation cooperative engagement.

In order to better adapt to the change from platform-centric warfare to network-centric warfare, the cooperation and key technologies in command and control are researched. Firstly the concept and connotation on cooperation and cooperative engagement are described. Then, the hierarchy, content and pattern of cooperation in command and control of maritime formation combat under informationization are expounded. Finally the crucial technologies supporting for cooperation in command and control are pointed out. This research provides new ideas and methods for command and control technologies of maritime integrated cooperative engagement.

A bacterial strain S5-1capable of degrading chlorimuron-ethyl was isolated from paddy soil using enrichment technique. On the basis of traditional culture characteristics, colony and cell morphology, physiological and biochemical characteristics, type of internal photosynthetic membrane and combined with 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, the strain was identified as aRhodopseudomonassp.. The optimal temperature and pH for biodegradation of chlorimuron-ethyl byRhodopseudomonassp. strain S5-1were 35°Cand pH 7.0, and the degradation rate reached 87.8% within 10 days under the optimal conditions. The results revealed that strain S5-1could degrade chlorimuron-ethyl efficiently and for further study it could potentially be used as a biological agent for the remediation of soil, water or crops, contaminated by chlorimuron-ethyl herbicide.

The intelligent ultrasonic testing system possessing capabilities of defect tracking and defect simulated analyzing has been developed in this paper according to the characteristic of defects existing in weld connections in turbine runners. The passage then introduces the testing system from angles of structure, function and operation, respectively. Finally, the testing system is applied to an in-service turbine runner and the results indicate that desired efficiency and accuracy of detection in the testing system can be achieved and the mean error of the length for defects can be held within 5mm.

In this paper, the one-dimensional diffusion model about nano-TiO2 photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde process was established ,through analyzing nano-TiO2 photocatalytic mechanism, and verifying the accuracy of the model by the experimental data combined with Fick's law. According to this model, it concluded that the degradation rate of the formaldehyde is related to the height of purification apparatus, and when the height is smaller, the degradation rate is greater. Within the same cleaning time (t = 200min), when the height is 0.15m, the rate of degradation of formaldehyde is 99%; when the height is 0.3m, the rate of degradation of formaldehyde is 88%; while the height is 0.7m , the rate is only 32%.

Based on empirical electron theory of solid and molecule (EET, Empirical Electron Theory of Solids and Molecules) ,this paper calculated the Cr1 – xMxN molecular coating’s valence electron structure of the phase space and the valence electron structure of coating matrix phase out of phase interface. By analysing microscopic valence electron structure, we discussed the alloy elements’ influence on this series of coatings’ resistance. And we found that V elements can significantly increase the metal chromium nitride’s were resistance , element Ti takes the second place, element Al also has some effect.

By using the Gleeble - 1500 hot simulation test machine we studied 20#, 60Si2Mn, 9Cr18MoV the three kinds of low, medium and high carbon steels to observe the dynamic recovery and recrystallization of ferrite while in the process of thermoplastic deformation. We calculated the hot deformation activation energy of each kind of steel by combining the stress-strain curve we got in the experiment and the theoretical model of Z parameter. It turns out Q9Cr18MoV20#60Si2Mn. In the meanwhile, microstructure observation through transmission electron microscope shows that the dynamic recrystallization of ferrite is more likely to happen in 9Cr18MoV steel than in 20# steel and in 60Si2Mn steel. These results indicate that the dynamic recrystallization of ferrite is not only determined by stacking fault energy but also closely related with the strain storage energy release degree.

Using a plastic material model to assess the injury energy of liver, the material must have excellent plastic deformation and with high-accuracy relationship between impact energy and deformation. In this paper we prepared a plastic material which composited of potassium stearate, paraffin liquid and novolac epoxy resin (F-51) with weight ratio 0.78/0.22/0.04. The elastic modulus values (Automatic young's) and yield stress data (yield strain 2%) were 54.44 MPa and 0.04185 MPa, measured by the Instron-8071. The deformation increased with impact energy obviously in impact experiment, we fit data with both an exponential curve and a second-order polynomial curve, the formulas were E=3.84687*e^(0.07476*Delta V)-3.20572and E=0.02428*(Delta V)^2+0.14718*Delta V+0.9778, the correlation coefficients were R^2=0.9510 and R^2=0.9544, respectively. These results indicated that the impact energy can be calculated from deformation, and the plastic material could be made a better model for assessing the injury energy of liver.

Hive is a data warehouse architecture in cloud computing. In order to solve the inadequate of massive data storage, query, and computing power in current electric power data warehouse, a method of electric power data warehouse based on Hive is proposed. Combining data analysis demands of electric power entreprises, the integration architecture between Hive and column-oriented storage is designed in electric power data warehouse, and the process of which is also given. At last, electric power equipment condition data is used for experiment on Hadoop cluster, results show that this method can quickly achieve query and analysis in massive multidimensional data set.

Solar radiation between 100 and 400 nm has a number of effects on human health. The UV Index and exposure time are particularly important in the evaluation of the risk of sunburn, skin cancer and other injury. This paper used the UVM-30 photodetector to measure the UVI and the max exposure time in sun real time with a simple linear function relationship circuit. The results suggest you should bath in sun not more than 36 minutes at noon, or not more than 106 minutes at 17:00 in the afternoon with 5 UVI.

A simplified rectangular plate model is built up with three simply supported sides and one free side for the thermal wrinkling analysis of the platelet thermal management devices. By using the static method and the Galerkin's method, the thermal wrinkling of the structural plates under the uniform and no-uniform thermal stress is analyzed; meanwhile, numerical method for solving the platelets with three simply supported sides and one free side is also tested. The analysis method presents in the article could not only apply to the platelet thermal management devices, but also to the the wall of a rectangular vessel with an open top, and to the distortion of a welded plate structure.

The leaching behavior of hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)) and major metal elements relevant to Cr(VI) leaching from chromite ore processing residue (COPR) to HNO3 are investigated by batch leaching tests. According to the test results, aqueous Cr(VI) accounted for 70-80% of the content of total Cr. Cr(VI) concentration was controlled by the dissolution degree of Cr(VI)-bearing minerals (such as hydroandradite) as the pH value ranged from 7.58 to 10.47, and by the adsorption degree of Cr(VI) on metal amorphous precipitates as pH value ranged from 6.18 to 7.58. It takes time for the penetration of acid into COPR and the release of alkalinity from the interior zone of particles. So, it could be speculated that the fine-sized particles would react with acid more effectively. 14mol HNO3 per 1kg COPR is needed to maintain the pH value to achieve 7.5 for 48 hours. This indicates the acid neutralization capacity of the test sample is relatively large. It suggests that the application of acid treatment method for COPR disposal is feasible but costly.

In this paper, mesoporous indium oxide has been synthesized by the hard template route from the SBA-15 silica template. The results characterized from XRD, and N2 adsorption-desorption demonstrated that the synthesis can be controlled successfully in nanometer (meso-structure) scale. The obtained sample was investigated as humidity sensing material by coating on a ceramic plate, and the humidity sensing performance can be enhanced up to more than three orders of magnitude without any doping. Further testing proved that it is a promising humidity sensing material and can be widely used, and a possible mechanism was also provided.

In order to improve the generated energy of PV array and adding the utilization ration of solar energy, the photovoltaic tracking system adapts electro-optical tracking techniques which making the solar panels always perpendicular to sunlight. This paper mainly introduces the basic structure of photovoltaic automatic tracking system and the control strategy of the stepper motor. The theories of cerebellum model articulation controller and conventional PID control are also described. And combined with the characteristics of PID control, the compound control based on the cerebellum model articulation controller and conventional PID was applied to photovoltaic automatic tracking system and compared with fuzzy PID control algorithm. The simulation result shows that the cerebellum model articulation controller and conventional PID parallel control algorithm has the advantage of small overshoot, high robustness, fast response, high control accuracy, and so on.

In the present work, ZnO nanostructures with tunable size were successfully synthesized on non-seeded Cu substrates by a simple electrodeposition method. The effects of growth conditions on the morphology of the products were studied in detail by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The as-prepared products exhibited flake-like morphology when the concentration of ZnCl2 was higher enough, while the products showed flower-like morphology when the concentration was lower enough. Field emission investigation indicated that the nanoflowers exhibited good emission properties. The ZnO nanoflowers show potential application as field emitters.

Images from the superresolution refers to a series of low resolution observation image reconstruction of high resolution images. Compressed and shaping of diffractive spot with the throne of circular mask is studied in this article, in order to improve the resolution of the image. Theory and simulation results of superresolution is given based on the diffraction spot compression and shaping in this paper，Which is very important for the study in laser communications and other field.

We report the synthesis and characterization of ZnS nanostructures, which were grown by thermal evaporation of the ZnS powder at high temperature using iron network as the collection substrate. Scanning electron microscopy investigations show that the products present taper-like morphologies. Transmission electron microscopy studies indicate ZnS nanostructures are well crystallized. The formation mechanism of the novel nanostructure is discussed on the basis of the experimental results; The nanostructure is formed due to a fast growth of ZnS nanowire along [0001] and the subsequent “epitaxial” radial growth of the ZnS nanocone along the six (01-10) surfaces around the nanowire. A strong room-temperature photoluminescence in ZnS nanostructures has been demonstrated.

Construction accident precursors(CAPs) are potential upcoming accident signals and offer the possibility for improving safety management performance. Case-based reasoning (CBR) as an artificial intelligence(AI) tools can be used to improve the efficiency and quality of CAPs identification. This paper developed a system framework for identifying CAPs on construction sites using CBR. There were ten indicators, including six problem indicators and four solution indicators were identified to describe the CAPs case between the accident characteristics and corresponding precursors. Especially, a technique case-based adaptation was implemented in the adaptation stage of CBR called inner CBR and three indicators were identified to describe the adaptation case. Eventually, the CAPs identification system framework was presented and a case study based on actual accident case from US Department of OSHA was used to illustrate how to seek CAPs.This research provides a new way to acquire more useful information from historical accident records in order to improve safety on construction sites for future ongoing project.

The corrosion cracking of Shielded wire could result in protection equipments and automatic devices failing to work, which seriously affects the normal operation of the grid [1]. Therefore, researching the corrosion of Shielded wire has an important meaning. This article, through measurements of the polarization curve of the shield, researched the corrosion rate of different spray time and treatments, and came to a conclusion that the corrosion resistance after passivated by 823 preservatives is higher than before it.

In some substations, shielded wire is made of Copper Clad Aluminum, it can be severely corroded because of the exposing in the air. To reduce the loss, an economy and effective way must be developed. Isolating the shielded wire from moisture and exposing in the air is the best way to protect it. How to replace the corroded wire which is exposing in the air, while the electric cable still working is an important problem to be solved currently. This paper introduces a replacement technology—multi-strand copper wire replacement technology, which can accomplish the replacement work of shielded wire without power outage. This will be a major breakthrough in the power industry.

In order to allow optical signals to reach the workpiece surface to realize in-process optical measurement through an opaque coolant, a locally transparent region generated by use of an air beam is examined to allow better understanding of the fluid assisted in-process optical measurement approach. With the air beam used, the problems associated with the diluting effect on coolant concentration and the measurement error due to the optical transmittance through multiple media can be avoided. The working principle and the experimental results for testing the proposed method are presented and discussed.

Flat receptacle, which is used in extruding the large aluminum profiles, is in harsh work conditions. Due to the irregularity of inner hole of flat receptacle, inconsistent resistance of shrinking fitting affects the inner hole within which nonuniform deformation occurs. If the nonuniformity exceeds the specified dimension accuracy, tiresome work including mould repairing and structure optimization has to be done. ANSYS is used to simulate the flat receptacle. It is shown that the maximum stress appears in the arc area of inner hole. Therefore, we present one new method using the preloaded layer with changeable shrinkage to replace the preloaded layer with uniform shrinkage. Considering the processing and assembling factors, we adopt the elliptical outer layer and circular inner layer as the new structure. Then the optimizations of flat receptacle with uniform and changeable shrinkage are implemented using the optimizing module, receptively. The optimized results show the maximum equivalent stress in the corner of inner-hole decreases about 5.47% if adopting the changeable shrinkage. The numerical simulation results show that the feasibility of changeable shrinkage and elliptical preloaded layer.

A new deposition method is described using EDM to deposit tool electrode material on workpiece in air. Then by exchanging the polarities the deposited material can be removed selectively, thus micro structure can be fabricated. First, the EDD realized conditions are predicted. Then with ordinary brass, steel and tungsten electrodes and high-speed steel workpiece, EDD experiments are carried out to obtain micro structure in air. With continuous deposition strategy of single cylinder, a HIT character type array made up of 15 micro cylinders is deposited. And micro three-dimensional spiral structure can be obtained with brass electrode using feed of only z axis. The 19-circle micro spiral structure is 0.19mm in external diameter, 0.1mm in wire diameter and 3.39mm in height. Measurements show that deposited material has obvious delaminating structure and is corrosion resistant, whose components depend on those of the tool electrode material.
