Electrochemical etching is widely used to process refractory metals such as tungsten and molybdenum. Flow field is one of the crucial factors that influence the surface quality in electrochemical etching. In this paper, the electrochemical etching flow field was analyzed via FLUENT, the characteristics of flow field in electrochemical etching are studied, furthermore, the effects of four different outlet forms of electrolyte on flow field uniformity, electrolyte velocity and pressure distribution are investigated. Under the same electrolyte flow rate, the flow field characteristics of different outlet forms are analyzed by velocity vector diagram, pressure distribution nephogram, velocity and pressure curve diagram. The simulation results indicate that stable electrolyte velocity and uniform pressure distribution of flow field are obtained when the outlet form of electrolyte adopts the optimized flat. Finally, the fixture for this outlet form is designed and fabricated, and experimental verification is carried out, which shown that the flow field is uniform and the crystal plane of the workpiece is well-distributed which according with the process requirements.

This study aims to investigate the interaction during the co-pyrolysis of Cangzhou coal and sawdust/rice husk. The synergistic is analyzed in the thermal behavior of the blends and the kinetics by thermogravimetric analysis (TG), also in the products yield (oil and char) from the fast co-pyrolysis and the oil characterization by GC-MS and UV fluorescence spectroscopy. Firstly TG experiment indicated the synergistic effect occurs during the co-pyrolysis process of the coal and rice husk occurs during the all the main pyrolysis (300-550°C) and that of the sawdust between 300-410°C (for the 50:50 and the 75:25 blends) and 300-550°C (for the 25:75 blend). Then the co-fast pyrolysis in a novel auger reactor increased the oil yield compared to the predicted values. The synergistic interaction promoted the oxygenated compounds, limited the SOx emissions, was less reactive and did not promote the aromatic components.

The structures of as-cast LaNi3.8AlMn0.2 alloys and subsequent compounds by means of annealing at different temperature (850, 900, 950, 1000 oC) were examined by using neutron powder diffraction (NPD) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Based on the Rietveld method, the diffraction data was refined using FullProf software. The refined results demonstrate the structure types of all compounds are CaCu5 type and their space groups are P6/mmm. Increasing the annealing temperature, the lattice parameters of LaNi3.8AlMn0.2 compounds did not possess clearly linear variation. It is noted that Mn atoms do not occupy the 2c sites but occupy the 3g sites in all compounds.

Remote attestation is the key technology of trusted computing. The existing remote attestation techniques lack of the trust measure of platform running state. In this paper, by the analysis and comparison of existing remote attestation technology, we propose a trust measure of platform running state, and a remote attestation program based on the trust measure results. By RO security analysis, and a simulation, we verify the security and efficiency of the program. The trust measure of platform running state is mainly based on the trust rating of the programs running on the platform, and a total trust value of the platform by an algorithm. The remote attestation for the trust measure of platform running state is based on K-CCA problem. In this paper, we carry out simulation experiment with different proportions of non-credible nodes and the experiment results verify the trust evaluation efficiency of the scheme on the platform.

In order to study the applicability of different weighted methods for indexes to evaluate the health status of basin. The base-system of water theory was introduced, which was used to evaluate the health status of Naolihe catchment. The analytic hierarchy process, entropy weighted method and the variation coefficient method were adopted to calculate the weight of indexes in the base-system of water. The analytic hierarchy process belongs to subjective evaluation method and the other two methods belong to objective evaluation method. Two of the three methods above were joined together, which was called a comprehensive method. In this paper, the three single methods and two comprehensive methods were adopted to calculate indexes’ weights of the base-system of water. The case study results showed that the single analytic hierarchy process was better than the other two single methods and the two comprehensive methods were better than the three single methods. In addition, the comprehensive method 1 (the analytic hierarchy process + entropy weighted method) was better than the comprehensive method 2 (the analytic hierarchy process + the variation coefficient method).

The p-n junction photocatalysts, p-CuO (at. 0-25%)/n-ZnO nanocomposite were prepared through hydrothermal method without using any organic solvent or surfactant. The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-Ray spectroscopy, and UV-vis spectroscopy. The results demonstrated that the CuO/ZnO nanocomposite presented a two-dimensional morphology composed of sheet-like ZnO nanostructures adorned with CuO nanoparticles. The photocatalytic activity of CuO/ZnO with different Cu/Zn molar rations and pure ZnO synthesized by the identical synthetic route were evaluated by degrading methylene blue (MB) dye under UV-visible light irradiation. The CuO/ZnO with Cu/Zn molar ratio of 4% exhibits the highest photocatalytic activity compared that of the other photocatalysts under the identical conditions. It is mainly attributed to the increased charge separation rate in the nanocomposite and the extended photo-responding range.

In this study, two experiments of waste activated sludge were conducted to evaluate the influence of total solid and inoculums ratio on the biogas production and thermophilic (55±1°C) anaerobic process stability. In first experiment, the biogas production of 4 reactors with solid concentration of 6%, 8%, 10% and 12% respectively was observed. The biogas productions in 4 reactors were 4444 mL, 4891 mL, 5573 mL and 6327 mL respectively, the biogas productions per unit VS digested of each group were all above 360 mL/g and the methane content in biogas of each reactor was kept about 70%. During the operation, pH value in the reactor was kept between 6.5 and 8.4. In second experiment, the biogas production of 4 reactors with inoculums ratio of 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% respectively was observed. The biogas productions in 4 reactors were 4730 mL, 6630 mL, 6820 mL and 7175 mL respectively, the biogas productions per unit VS digested of each group were all above 340 mL/g and the methane content in biogas of each reactor was kept about 70%. During the operation, pH value in the reactor was kept between 6.4 and 8.6. Putting into consideration, the shortening of anaerobic digestion cycle, costs saving, and increasing economic benefits; choosing TS within the scope of 8-10%and inoculums ratio within the scope of 30-40% are more recommended. After carbonized at different temperatures, agricultural waste-rice-husk, becomes carbonized, which has further been modified at different pH values. Through some static tests, we studied the treatment efficiency for the wastewater--containing mechanical lubricants- by the carbonized rice husk at different amounts of carbonized rice husk, different treatment times and different processing temperatures. The results showed that the optimal carbonization temperature of the rice husk is around 500°C, and the pH modification’s impact was not notable. The optimal conditions of the treatment of wastewater containing 10% mechanical lubricant (volume percentage, made by Shell), were found at the amount of 6g/l carbonized rice husk, with the processing time of 15 min, and the temperature of 15°C. Under that condition, the oil removal rate could reach 88.38% and adsorption capacity of the carbonized rice husk is 22.32ml/g; however, when referring to Mobil (model: 20W-40), the oil removal rate could reach 94.24%, which is considerably superior to other kinds adsorbents. Treatment of oily wastewater by carbonized rice husk is in conformity with the second order kinetic equation, and the related coefficient is 0.9671; besides, the adsorption thermodynamic analysis shows that the adsorption process can be spontaneous at the low temperature, which therefore can be used for the oily waste water treatment.

The electron in the RTD has a high mobility with the resonant tunneling effect. We have embedded the RTD in the structure of MEMS sensor using the meso-piezoresistive effect. The sensitivity of sensors is higher one order of magnitude than the accelerometer which used the silicon piezoresistive strip as sensitive unit. In this paper, we optimize the temperature effect of RTD as the sensitive unit of sensors by reducing the size of emitter mesa of RTD structure. In the experiment, the temperature coefficient reduces from 10μA/°C to 5.22μA/°C at the peak, and reduces from 35μA/°C to 13.88μA/°C at the valley. Meanwhile, the temperature effect of bias voltage sensitivity reduces from 6mA/°C to 2mA/°C at the valley. Finally, the reliability and precision of RTD structure used as the sensitive unit of MEMS sensors is improved.

The liquefaction of soil around the pile and the friction resistance between the pile-soil may be greatly affected by the various vibration conditions in the process of vibration piling. The efficiency of the pile may be affected by the above situation. And how to increase the piling speed is the key component studied in related field. The plane contact element is adapted in this paper to establish the system of pile-soil dynamics model. The piling process is simulated by changing the parameters such as, the amplitude and frequency of vibration force, and the stiffness and damping of soil. Then the influence on piling speed by every parameter can be studied. The way to raise piling speed can be achieved, and it provides theoretical guidance for practical application.

The Stand-Alone wind energy supply system equipped with a doubly Salient Electro-Magnetic Generator (DSEG) is presented in this paper. First, the analysis of the operating characteristics of wind turbine and DSEG is introduced. Based on the strategy of power signal feedback (PSF), the excitation current of DSEG is regulated, as a result, Electro-Magnetic torque of the DSEG is controlled and the maximum wind energy tracking is achieved. Battery is employed as an energy storage device and interfaced to the wind energy system through bidirectional DC/DC converter. The control strategies of the bidirectional DC/DC are proposed to balance the power differences between the generator and the power the load, so that voltage of the DC bus could be constant under varying wind speed and load. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the control methods.

The assessment of the interaction between a new tunnel and existing residential or office building is an important issue in urban area. In this study, special protection design for existing structures is introduced based on an actual engineering project of urban tunnel closely passing beneath an existing residential building. Cavern-pile construction method and deep grouting technique with ultra-advanced steel pipe are used in this project to efficiently control the settlement of the stratums on top of tunnel. Additionally, the effect of tunneling on the existing residential building is investigated through finite element calculations. The load condition, deformation and stability of the tunnel elements beneath building are also analyzed. Then, on the basis of calculated results, it is concluded that the new tunnel constructed by cavern-pile method causes small ground settlement, therefore it does not considerably affects the existing building. The safety of resident is guaranteed.
