Based on the model of electric direct drive motor, the development of a steering loading system is presented, and the effect of the rotation speed and system rigidity on the surplus torque of a certain steering loading system is analyzed. Compromising system rigidity is needed both to buffer the surplus torque caused by target motion and to maintain system bandwidth and responsibility.

Finally, the experimental results prove the feasibility and practicability of the new driving motor power instrument.

As a core feature of high-end CNC machine tools, the torque carrying performance of five-axis milling head directly affects the machining accuracy and reliability. Through theoretical analysis and derivation, combining experimental prototype, the A/C-axis cutting torque formula of five-axis milling head on woodworking is obtained. The reliability analysis provides a theoretical basis for drive motor selection and five-axis milling head structural optimization and improvement.

This project is a multi-platform operating system consisting of a upper monitor and some lower position machines. It mainly studies on the detection and control in the process of infusion treatment. Through the infrared detection of the waveform on pulse, using the pulse counting mode, we can measure the number of drops of liquid. We also use a drive motor to control the transfusion drip rate, thus the infusion tube can be closed when necessary and give an alarm. Such a system makes the nursing staff more convenient to operate and can reduce labor intensity and medical accidents.

Electric vehicle (EV) is the greatest potential production of new energy vehicles. It plays a very important role in the area of energy conservation and reduction of pollutant emissions. In order to accelerate EV industrialization, the paper proposed a motor design method,which need to combine the automobile theory with the design permanent machine (PM). The paper considered the vehicle’s dynamic parameters, defined the motor’s basic parameters and designed the dimensions of electromagnetic structure, and then analyzed the field of the motor using finite element method (FEM). The paper firstly presents that drive motor’s design should consider two respects: one is the vehicle and another is the drive motor. In view of length of paper, only the no-load field analysis was proposed in this paper. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the analysis results.

In view of the present that this defect of water heater shower valve of the water temperature does not direct the user to the water temperature and can't maintain a constant outlet water temperature for long time, innovating a new type of water temperature control device. The adjusting device used the system of single chip microcomputer STC89C52 as the core, real-time water temperature and hot and cold water temperature were collected by digital temperature sensor DS18B20, adjusted with PID control method, drive motor drive the angle of opening and closing of the blade in mechanism device, to change the water volume of the hot and cold water. the purpose of keeping water temperature gain on the users required temperature and keeping constant temperature, through data experiment shows that the adjustment system structure is simple, running accurate effective and adjusting the steady and fast.

Based on the labVIEW platform, speed measuring system is constructed by using data acquisition card for photoelectric coder. Both method M and T are showed by labVIEW. At the same time, this paper introduces the construction and principle and the implementation of the program of the whole system. The whole system is expanded around data acquisition card, motor driver uses data acquisition card to transmit pulse to drive motor. At the same time, the signal of photoelectric coder converted by transition circuit is received by the different ports of data acquisition card. In terms of hardware, data acquisition card is the core of the system; In terms of software, motor driver, the program of method M and method T are main modules of whole program. The program adopts modular thought to design, and system uses a master module to coordinate the various modules to achieve the desired effect.Keywords: labVIEW; photoelectric coder; speed measuring; data acquisition card.

16. Analysis on Engine Stall Issue of Closed Hydraulic System

The paper obtains motor pressure, flow and speed and the engine speed curves with time by theoretically analyzing closed hydraulic system of wheel walk engineering machinery and establishes a mathematical model of the system and AMESim simulation model. The simulation curves show that in some cases the external loads react against motor and drive motor speeding and then motor outlet flow increase that leads to the pressure of low-pressure side increasing and the pressure of high-pressure side reducing. The mutation of system pressure drives bump and engine speeding that equates to the engine speed is lower than the speed corresponding to the motor flow, which is engine stall problem. The simulation results show that the basic reason of engine stall is walking condition mutation leads to motor speeding and system pressure mutation and then motor reacts against bump and engine.

It is discussed the rainproof-curtain of self-induction & automatic lifting in the paper. The rainproof-curtain consists of two parts, rainproof-curtain’s mechanical drive as well as rainfall signal detection and control system. Meanwhile, the mechanical drive includes rainproof-curtain, reel, drive motor, and so on. And the rainfall signal detection and control system includes rainfall induction and data acquisition module, infrared remote control module, drive controller, and so on. The motor is started when the rain signal is detected by rainfall sensors and is handled by singlechip. So it can be achieved that rainproof-curtain’s automatic lifting unmanned control. In addition, the automatic lifting rainproof-curtain has also manual and remote control functions.
