A styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer (SBS) was grafted with an unsaturated polar monomer (monomer A) composed of maleic anhydride (MAH) and methoxy polyethylene (MPEG) via a ring-opening reaction after epoxidizing styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer (ESBS). The microscopic changes of SBS before and after grafting has been characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The results revealed that the monomer A was successfully grafted on SBS backbone, and the maximum graft ratio (GR) was 20.32%. To verify the compatibility between SBS and asphalt, solubility parameters and surface free energy (SFE) of SBS, grafted SBS and asphalt were measured. It was found that the solubility parameter and SFE of grafted SBS were closer to asphalt compared with SBS. It also has been confirmed from storage stability that the temperature susceptibility of grafted SBS modified asphalt was reduced in compare with SBS modified asphalt binder. As consequence, the use of grafted copolymer can be considered a suitable alternative for modification of asphalt binder in pavement.

The effects of the alloying sequence and refining time on the inclusions in Fe–9Cr alloy reinforced with Y2O3 nanoparticles were investigated. The size and number of inclusions in the alloys were determined via optical microscopy, and their morphology and composition were determined via scanning electron microscopy. The Y2O3 mainly acted as a nucleating agent in the Si–Mn+Y2O3+Ti alloying process, promoting the precipitation of other oxides, which was beneficial for the formation of Y–Ti–O particles. In contrast, no Y–Ti inclusions were formed when the Si–Mn+Ti+Y2O3 alloying process was employed. In addition, the inclusions in the alloy tended to stabilize after refinement for 5–10 min. This study offers a general pathway for the manufacture of oxide dispersion strengthened steel via a smelting process.

Compared with SBR latex, waterborne epoxy resin has obvious advantages. The cured epoxy resin emulsified asphalt material has stronger mechanical properties, but it is less used in asphalt modification applications. Aiming at this problem, this paper uses waterborne epoxy resin as the modified material of emulsified asphalt, and carries out performance characterization and road performance evaluation of waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt and its mixture under different dosages. Fluorescence microscopic analysis of waterborne epoxy asphalt with a content of 8wt%, 15wt%, 30wt%, and 50wt%, respectively, shows that the resin content should not exceed 30wt% to ensure the performance of asphalt. The bonding properties of SBR modified emulsified asphalt and waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt with different dosages at 20 °C and 60 °C were analyzed. The results show that the tensile strength and oblique shear of waterborne epoxy modified emulsified asphalt. The strength is higher than SBR modified emulsified asphalt, and its high temperature resistance is better than SBR modified emulsified asphalt material. The road performance analysis was carried out on the mixture prepared by the aqueous epoxy modified emulsified asphalt with the content of 0wt%, 8wt%, 15wt% and 30wt% respectively. The results show that with the increase of waterborne epoxy content, the Marshall stability, splitting strength and high temperature rutting resistance of the mixture increase more obviously. The freeze-thaw splitting strength of the waterborne epoxy resin mixture is 13% higher than that of the pure emulsified asphalt mixture, and the splitting strength is also significantly improved. Due to the high stiffness of the waterborne epoxy resin after curing, the maximum bending strain of the mixture is reduced, and the recommended dosage is not more than 30% by weight. On the whole, the introduction of waterborne epoxy resin could greatly improve the strength and road performance of the asphalt, and could be used as a proper road repair material.

Based on the explicit dynamic analysis method, the finite element models of successive shots and multiple shots for shot peening process are established by using LS-DYNA software.The simulations of the elastic-plastic dynamic process of shots impacting on a metallic target during shot peening process were accomplished. For Al2024-T3 alloy plate, the surface roughness induced by shot peening is studied and the effect of overlapping on the general trend is evaluated.The analysis results show that the surface roughness increases rapidly at the initial stage of shot peening and forms micro-scale pits. With the increase of the coverage, the surface deformation increased slowly when the surface coverage reached 100%.

In this work, a new catalyst TiO2@MOM has been successfully synthesized by coupling TiO2 with metal organic macromolecule (MOM) through hydrothermal-solvothermal two-step process. Having a high visible photocatalytic activity considerably superior to that of single TiO2, the fabrication of TiO2@MOM should provide a new way of upgrading the TiO2–based catalyst.

In this work, vertically aligned TiO2 nanorod arrays (NR) are synthesized directly on FTO coated glass substrate by hydrothermal method. The samples are characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM and the results indicate that the 1-D nanorods are of single crystal rutile structure with growth direction along the [001] direction. The morphology (diameter, thickness and density) of the nanorods can be adjusted by changing the precursor amounts. The possible growth mechanism of TiO2 nanorods on FTO substrate has also been briefly discussed in this work. For dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) fabricated of different thickness nanorods, a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 1.74% has been achieved by using ~3μm nanorod arrays under simulated AM 1.5 illumination (100 mW cm-2). It is expected that the 1-D nanorods can be composited with other nanomaterial of different structures and morphologies to enhance the efficiency of DSSCs.

Reverse Engineering (RE) and Rapid Prototyping (RP) were used for manufacturing cream bottle. Points cloud data of cream bottle was accessed by handheld laser scanner firstly. Then, points cloud data was handed by Imageware software and the three-dimensional model was formed by Solidworks software. Finally, the entity model was manufacturing by RP machine. In the research, rapid prototyping was combined with reverse engineering technology, manufacturing cycle was shorten, production requirements, improve efficiency and other advantages were met.

This paper explains and demonstrates the aging performance and structure of bio-asphalt with analytical results from hot stage microscopy, infrared spectroscopic and nuclear magnetic resonance spectra. The experimental results showed that the aging of bio-asphalt is mainly caused by a large amount of coke substance generated during the process, and the addition of BHT can improve the aging resistance of bio-asphalt to some extent. Catalytic hydrogenation facilitate the removal of aldehyde, ketone and carbon-carbon double bond so as to strengthen the aging resistance of bio-asphalt, nuclear magnetic analysis further confirms the results from IR .

It’s easy to cause asphalt aging in the production, storage, transportation and construction sectors; the polar compounds of asphalt in the aging process were studied by using negative-ion electrospray ionization (ESI) Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance (FT-ICR) mass spectrometry (MS).Test results showed that, with the deepening of aging process, molecular weight of asphalt samples was increasing. Ox class compounds had the biggest content change; Content of Nx class compounds were basically stable; Content changing range of class NxOy compounds was affected by types of compounds. Aging degree of heteroatom compounds was affected by molecular condensation degree, and oxidation rate of low DBE compounds was higher than that of high DBE compounds. The result is of value to analysis of asphalt production and asphalt recycling.

In this paper analysed the forms of heavy metals (Zn Pb Cd and As) of the Smelting Slag for Lead and Zinc,using BCR sequential extraction. Different chemical morphological of heavy metals have different activity and harmfulness. Migration and Utilization of heavy metals were decided by the existent form of heavy metals in the soil,which influenced Bioactivity and Toxicity. The results show that the main forms of Zn and Cd are Oxidizable and Residual fraction, and Pb mainly occurred in Oxidizable and Reducible fraction. however, As mainly occurred in Residual fraction, which the percentage of reachs 99.56%. According to the percentage of fractions extracted in total content (As is 0.44%, Zn is 14.7%, Pb is 85.98%, Cd is 48.86%),the latent ecological risk of heavy metals varied in the descending order of,Pb Cd Zn and As.

In order to realize monitor and control multiple fuel cell group, design a PEMFC monitoring and control system. The system uses LabVIEW as the computer software platform. By calling the USBCAN card’s driver, LabVIEW realize the communication with CAN bus; By connecting with each data acquisition and control module,the CAN bus can realize data acquisition and hardware control, so as to realize the monitoring and control of the fuel cell system by the computer.

The paper presents a synergistic approach for height tracking within a blast furnace (BF). The Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar has been employed to measure the height and surface profile of the burden surface. However the radar signal is easily disturbed, by the radar anomalies, during the process of continuous measurement. The data from rotating chute and charging switch provide information on contextual relevance with radar anomalies. An anomaly detection models has been developed to increase the measurement accuracy by utilizing contextual information. The approach has been validated on real BF. The root mean squared (RMS) error in the measured height is reduced by 17% when using the proposed approach compared to the case without it. The results suggest that the proposed approach successfully adapts to changes in the pattern and characteristics of the burden surface.

In this study, we conducted a series of pot experiments to examine the effect of Chinese medicine residue vermicompost on yield and nutrient content of pakchoi. Vermicompost was proved to be effective in increasing yield and nutrient uptake by the results. The study showed that half vermicompost and half fertilizer works best, 9.86% higher than single fertilizer, with NPK content increased by 3.85%, 7.69% and 11.48%. In addition, the application of vermicompost improved the chlorophyll content of pakchoi. The study indicated that vermicompost, as an environment-friendly fertilizer, has great potential to assure the sustainable development of agriculture.

According to the effect of vibration on stabilization performance of on-board sighting telescope, a performance test analysis method is built based on the image of sighting telescope. The article mainly studies key algorithms of image pretreatment, median filtering and template matching in the process of image processing. The result indicates that vibration has significant impact on the stabilization performance of sighting telescope, especially for continuous aiming accuracy of different target. This research provides reference for the test and evaluation for the precision of vehicle-mounted sighting telescope stabilization.

In this passage is about the safety evaluation on the conveyance structure of small hydroelectric power station. Applying Binary comparative indicators to determine the weights and fuzzy recognition model on the conveyance structure of small hydroelectric power station’s assessment. Compared other models with fuzzy recognition model which will be explained in detail in the next section on a specific small hydropower station. The results show that the fuzzy recognition model is feasible and effective on safety evaluation on the conveyance structure of the hydroelectric power station.

In view of the pollution of heavy metals in tailings of mining area, considering some metal recycling, in this paper, the method which was environmental friendly, mild reaction, short process, low energy consumption was applied to leaching As and Cd in tailings. Before leaching, Static Magnetic Field was used to deal with leach liquor, to research the effect of leaching rate for As and Cd. The results showed that under the conditions of pulp density 5%, inoculum 10%, leaching temperature 30°C, pH 2.0, magnetic induction intensity separately were 2mT , 5mT , 8mT and 11mT, the leaching rates of As and Cd were increased respectively about 8% and 2%. Besides, magnetic induction intensity also effected. The best magnetic induction intensity in bioleaching of As and Cd were respectively 2mT and 8mT.

Advantages, disadvantages, and drilling adaptability of several rigs earlier used in domestic coal mine are analyzed. CMS1-800/30 crawler jumbo is reconstructed from standing pillar rig according to specific condition of long bedding borehole at coal face which possesses rockburst trend. Wide blade spiral drill pipe and Φ65mm diamond compact bit are used to drill long bedding borehole at headentry and tailentry. Drilling efficiency of long bedding borehole is greatly improved, and effect of relieving stress is very good. Safe and quick mining is ensured, and economic benefit is remarkable.

In order to address and meet the needs of people in these regions without electricity, we designed a small 500W off-grid PV-inverter. The main circuit includes battery charge and discharge circuit, and two-stage converter topology isolated. The digital processor TMS320F28023, high-performance and low-cost, is used to achieve maximum power point tracking (MPPT) of PV modules and charge control for battery. The experimental results of the prototype show that this design with high-precision and high-efficiency, meets the design requirements.

This article analyses the connotations of water resources carrying capacity and its evaluation method, Selecting 9 main factors as the evaluation indexes, combined with fuzzy pattern recognition model and apply this model to comprehensive evaluation of water resources in Erdos. The results show that current exploitation and utilization of water resources in this region has reached a considerable size, under the current economic and technical conditions, the bearing capacity of water resources in this region has been relatively small, water resources supply-demand contradiction is so urgent.

High-precision length measurements are strongly demanded for not only industry requirements and science purposes.In 2009, a femtosecond optical frequency comb (FOFC) was adopted in Japan as the national standard tool for measuring length. Recently, numerous studies have focused on FOFC-based high-precision length measurement because this approach offers the possibility of development of a ultimate green length traceability system. A single-wavelength helium–neon (He–Ne) laser was used as a length standard. An FOFC emits discrete pulse-train-shaped light. This markedly different characteristic exists between a He-Ne laser and an FOFC is the reason for the challenge. Previous attempts to challenge this problem have not been satisfactory. This has limited the development and applications of FOFC-based length measurement. In this work, we review our efforts of FOFC-based high-precision length measurement toward developing an ultimate green length traceability system.

Healthcare scenarios are human-machine systems which involve diverse linked products. Based on analysis of key elements of healthcare scenario under overall digitalization, the paper proposes a new definition of modern healthcare scenario from a system perspective and summarizes three dimensions of interactive relations in modern healthcare scenarios. According to data from field interview and case study, the paper thoroughly discusses forms and implementations of the interactive relations in healthcare scenarios from three aspects, i.e. information interaction, human-machine interaction and space interaction. We think the in-depth study of interactive relations in modern healthcare scenario can aid in the requirement elicitation process of medical product design and intra-hospital communication technology development.

To prepare a homogenous low-molecular-weight chitosan oligosaccharide with high solubility and physiological activity, the CTS-Cu (II) chelate was degraded by cellulose, xylanase, semi-cellulase, pectinase, lipase. Cellulose was used to investigate the enzymolysis of the CTS-Cu (II) chelates at various chelation rates. The oligochitosan yields were determined by ultrafiltration and spectrophotometry. The molecular weight distributions of the degradation products were compared by gel column chromatography. Results showed that the generation of the CTS-Cu (II) chelate promoted chitosan degradation. Product yield can be changed by controlling the chelation rates of the CTS-Cu (II) chelates. When the CTS-Cu (II) chelate was degraded at a chelation rate of 100%, most molecular weights of the products were about 2500 Da, and the oligochitosan yield was 89.21%. All these results provided a theoretical basis and experimental method for preparing oligochitosan with a homogenous molecular weight.

MCF-7 breast cancer cell line was first developed by Dr. Herbert Soule from a pleural effusion taken from a patient with metastatic breast cancer. This estrogen-responsive and estrogen receptor containing cell line can also express androgen, progesterone, glucocorticoid and retinoid receptors. It has been extensively used in identifying environmental estrogens and exploring the toxicity mechanisms, as well as the pathologic study and the disease treatment. This mini review article will focus on the development and application of MCF-7 cells in endocrine-disrupting area, especially in study of environmental estrogens.

The MAC layer protocol for wireless sensor networks has reached a goal of the low-power and low-latency. Existing protocols using periodic sleep mechanism achieve energy efficiency, but the low duty cycle will bring considerable transmission delay, and the delay will accumulate at each hop. This paper presents a wake protocol one by one (Weak up One by One MAC, WOO-MAC), the introduction of an arbitration has been an active device (Mediation Device, MD) as the basis of managers, the agreement for the use of sleep mechanisms exists data forward interrupt and control overhead or other issues, using the method of MD waking each node and reducing the energy, accumulating delay will be decreased based on saving energy.

This paper analyzes the land use and land cover change (LUCC) of Wuliangsu Lake by interpreting Landsat5 TM images of 1987, 2000 and 2010. In the first stage (1987-2000), the area of mobile sandy land increased significantly, which signed that the environment of Wuliangsu Lake got worse. On the contrary, in the second stage (2000-2010), over 50% of mobile sandy land transformed into fixed sandy land. In addition, grassland gained a large percent from fixed sandy land and swamp. All of these changes signed that the environment of Wuliangsu Lake got better. In the two stages, the area of residential area and farmland increased obviously, large amount of grassland, swamp and fixed sandy land were converted into farmland, so we can predict that the main reason for land use changes in Wuliangsu Lake is agricultural development.

The uC_OS-II embedded real-time operation system is used to improve the original designed fuel supply system of a Stirling engine which governed by the electronic control system based on a rotating speed control method. Task modules for each level are built and the fail-safe modules are also improved in this paper. The developed fuel supply system is investigated through experiment, and test results show that the new real-time operating system works stably and realizes the fuel supply fast adjustment.

This paper studies the structural damage detection and classification problems by using the artificial immune system which has the extremely powerful capabilities of adaptive and the bionic principle between learning and memory. We proposed an artificial immune pattern recognition and structural detection classification algorithm through imitating the immune recognition and learning mechanism. With the structure of benchmark, the damage detection and classification are tested. The simulation results show the classification rate is very well. The algorithm based on the immune learning and evolution can produce the high quality memory cells which effectively identify all kinds of structural damage model.

Modeling and simulation of MAC layer protocols for wireless sensor networks was realized, including WOO-MAC, IEEE802.11 and S-MAC base on OPNET Modeler. On three aspects performance of the average end-to-end information delay, the end-to-end throughput and the average energy consumption, the simulation results were analyzed and research. And the results base on WOO-MAC protocol showed better performance than IEEE802.11 and S-MAC.

there are many uncertainty factors in the design process of the deep foundation pit engineering, such as the soil parameters, loading, which make the calculated displacement, settlement and safety factor have randomness and uncertainty. This paper combines uniform design (UD) with BP neural network. The UD structures random samples. Then, BP neural network trains random samples and the corresponding lateral displacement, settlement of ground and safety factors to get response relationship respectively. On this basis, the probability density distribution of each response parameter is obtained by predicting a large number of samples obtained by the Monte Carlo simulation. And then the Breadth Border Method, Narrow Bounds Method and PNET method are used to calculate system failure probability of foundation pit. The instance analysis shows that the method has high computing efficiency and the result is reasonable. It provides an effective way for the reliability analysis of the foundation pit engineering.

The losses due to copper corrosion in H2S atmospheric corrosion have attracted much focus. It’s important to improve copper corrosion resistance that the corrosion law, corrosion mechanism and characteristics were studied in H2S environment. This paper reviewed the corrosion behavior of copper, analyzed the impact of environment factors and corrosion analysis tools. Through evaluating and improving corrosion by external factors, including improving corrosive environment, using coating protection and adding corrosion inhibitors, appropriate corrosion measures were taken to extend the life of the equipment.

In this paper, The problem of estimating unknown paramaters of Lomax distribution is considered under the assumption that samples are type-II censoring. The maximum likelihood estimates are developed for unknown paramaters using EM algorithm and NR method. We obtain the observed Fisher information matrix using the missing information principle . A numerical study is performed to compare the proposed estimate.

A new optimization method of pile-anchor support for foundation pit based on BP neural network was been proposed and applied in engineering example. Uniform test can be used to construct study samples efficiently. BP neural network is taken advantage to build a prediction model and predicting results of large number of random samples. Then, according to the constraint condition of optimization criterions, the best optimization result screened out from results. Through an engineering optimization example, it is showed that this method is efficient and with good economic and practical value.

Social networks have been developed rapidly, especially for Facebook which is very popular with 10 billion users. It is a considerable significant job to build complex network similar to Facebook. There are many modeling methods of complex networks but which cant describe characteristics similar to Facebook. This paper provide a building method of complex networks with tunable clustering coefficient and community strength based on BA network model to imitate Facebook. The strategies of edge adding based on link-via-triangular, link-via-BA and link-via-type are used to build a complex network with tunable clustering coefficient and community strength. Under different parameters, statistical properties of the complex network model are analyzed. The differences and similarities are studied among complex network model proposed by this paper and real social network on Facebook. It is found that the network characteristics of the network model and real social network on Facebook are similar under some specific parameters. It is proved that the building method of complex networks is feasible.

A novel high durability epoxy asphalt concrete for bridge deck pavements is introduced in this paper, including the manufacturing process of epoxy asphalt binder and laboratory evaluation for this material. Various laboratory tests were conducted to evaluate the pavement performance of the materials, such as fatigue test, wheel tracking test, moisture susceptibility test and thermal stress restrained specimen test. Test results show that epoxy asphalt concrete has 20137 cycles/mm dynamic stability at 70°C, and-28.4 °C fracture temperature. The fatigue equations of epoxy asphalt concrete at different temperatures were obtained. Findings from the research indicate that the epoxy asphalt concrete is a suitable material for the pavement of long-span steel bridges in China due to its profound performance.

In this research, chrysotile nanotubes (ChNTs) were synthesized by the hydrothermal method. Synthetic ChNTs were characterized using XRD, SEM, TEM and N2adsorption-desorption. Adsorption technique was applied for removal of Sr (II) and Nd (III) from aqueous solution by using ChNTs. The process had been investigated as a function of pH and temperature. The experimental data were analyzed using equilibrium isotherm models. The adsorption isotherms are fitted well by Langmuir model, having a maximum adsorption capacities of 102.56 mg·g-1for Sr (II) and 47.44 mg·g-1for Nd (III) at 298 ± 1 K. FTIR and XPS techniques were employed to investigate possible adsorption mechanism.

According to the principle of electromagnetic wave absorption, functionally reforming thermal insulating materials for building, through designing and theoretically simulating of the λ/4 model, using carbon fiber film, the article has successfully prepared insulation coatings for X-band electromagnetic wave absorption. Result shows, with the thickness of 3.0 mm in 8 ~ 12 GHz band, 100% of bandwidth below-10 dB can be reached. New materials can be used such as the surface of the thermal insulation of buildings and X-band electromagnetic interference protection.

Electromagnetic radiation affects normal operation of electronic devices and causes harm to human health, the use of electromagnetic radiation protective material, especially the electromagnetic wave absorption material, is an effective method for interference control and radiation protection, λ / 4 type dielectric absorber with a simple and practical nature, the protective layer should be added to ensure its durability in practice, this article discusses the gypsum board as the substrate, the thickness of conventional protective layer's material impacts on the absorbing properties. Studies show that: the position of absorption peak moves to lower frequency with increase of the protective layer's thickness by the theory and experiment, this paper puts forward the protective layer's thickness criterion's impact on the absorption characteristics, the thickness less than 0.05 cm has little effect on absorption characteristics in S band , which can simplify theoretical calculation and be convenient to select a material; when the thickness of the protective layer has a significant effect on absorption, the relationship among the parameters of absorber can be found according to theoretical simulation, thereby reducing or eliminating the impact of protective layer thickness on absorption characteristics.

In order to comparatively study the effect of warm mix modifiers on the road performance of guss asphalt, the guss asphalt mixtures, whose asphalt aggregate ratio were 8.5%,9.0%,9.5% respectively, were mixed with 0%,1%,2%,3% of the RH and Sasobit warm mix modifiers. Then by means of Lueer test, penetration test, wheel track test and low-temperature bending test, the performance of guss asphalt were evaluated. The test results show that: RH and Sasobit can effectively improve the workability of guss asphalt; RH is better than Sasobit in reducing viscosity of guss asphalt; RH reduces the high-temperature properties of guss asphalt; On the contrary, Sasobit can improve the hightemperature performance of guss asphalt; RH and Sasobit have an adverse impact on the crack resistance of guss asphalt in low temperature, so their content should not too high. Guss asphalt has characteristics of high construction temperature and energy consumption. In order to reduce construction temperature, based on energy conservation, low-carbon emission environment, reduce the aging of asphalt principle, warm modifiers could be used to reduce the viscosity of guss asphalt at high temperatures[1-5]. Sasobit modifiers imported from Germany are used much more to improve the workability of guss asphalt. In this paper, 0%, 1%, 2%, 3% RH and Sasobit warm mix modifier were mixed with the aggregate ratio of 8.5%, 9.0%, and 9.5% of the Guss asphalt to compare and analyzed the performance of those two warm modifiers on Guss asphalt.

In order to effectively reduce the crop stubble harvesters digging resistance, enhance stubbles picking rate and intact stubble rate, the Research Group took structure improvement for the Crop stubble harvester and its critical component based on abundant trials. Three physical machines in succession were developed, and a trial contrastive analysis between the optimized harvester and the first harvester was conducted. It turned out that the improved harvester machine was clearly superior to the first machine.

This paper, on the basis of the author realizing the skill evaluation system based on real environment, discusses several commonly used parameter estimation methods based on item response theory ( IRT ) and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each estimation method and their respective application fields. Also, it expounds the research theory and design process of skill adaptive evaluation system based on real environment and the innovation of the system.

According to the principle of electromagnetic wave absorption, functionally reforming thermal insulating materials for building, through designing and theoretically simulating of the λ/4 model, the article has successfully prepared EPS composite gypsum boards for electromagnetic wave absorption. The result shows that, a maximum absorption of-18.7dB at 3GHz and 85% of bandwidth below-10dB was achieved under following conditions: using 380Ω/□ resistive film, specimen thickness of 1.50cm. However, by using phase modulation membrane (PMM),it achieved a maximum absorption of-20dB and 100% of bandwidth below-10dB. This new composite materials can be used for electromagnetic interference protection for WLAN and indoor electromagnetic radiation pollution control.

large thickness of λ/4 type absorber has been an important issue, which affects its application and urges to address. In this paper, λ/4 Type absorber made of carbon fiber membrane, instead of resistive film, and Gypsum board. Its designed for thinning and we took Simulation analysis and experimental testing for it. Results show that, while carbon fiber membrane with a length of 2mm and content of 2.8%, λ/4 type gypsum composite absorber has better absorbing in S-band. Compared with the resistive film, absorber achieved thinning of 10.6%.

The paper focuses on the design of an onboard track fault diagnosis device for advanced railway condition monitoring which can be mounted on in-service vehicle. Track faults are diagnosed from the vertical and lateral acceleration of axle-box, bogie and car-body with different characteristics. As vibration signal in time-domain will not represent the condition of the track obviously, the signal is transformed into frequency-domain first. Then PCA and SVM are used to calculate probabilities of fault tracks. At last, The D-S evidence theory is employed in the track fault diagnosis to fuse multi-source information. When fault is detected, alarm message will be sent to the monitoring center of the system to ensure the safety of the following vehicles. Experiments which use three accelerometer signals in different positions as mentioned above from the inspection vehicle were carried out to show that the detection algorithm is effective to estimate the rail irregularities and diagnose track faults.

The basic theory involved in the coupled thermal mechanical analysis is presented briefly. Base on the contact theory, friction heat generation theory and heat transfer theory, the heat distribution ratio between the disc and brake pad is determined, a 3D transient heat conduction differential equation and corresponding boundary conditions are established. Finally, according to the analysis requirement, the business analysis software ABAQUS is chosen as sequentially coupled thermal mechanical analysis solver. In order to know the temperature of discs friction surface during the cycle braking and continuous braking processes, a sequentially coupled thermal mechanical analysis model of the disc is established according to the energy dissipation theory. The temperature field and stress field of the disc during emergency braking, repeat braking and continuous braking processes are carried out based on this model.

The problem of WLAN anti -interference has become an important issue that affects the application. This paper explores the electromagnetic parameters' optimization of λ/ 4 type dielectric absorber in 2.4GHz and 3.6GHz .Studies show that: through the early design of the material's parameters, such as complex permittivity and thickness, the obtained ideal electromagnetic parameters' area can achieve a predetermined reflectivity at the desired frequency , then choose material to get high absorbing preparation , which can provide design basis for the preparation of different frequency band and high performance electromagnetic wave absorber.

A mathematical model for nonlinear constraints is introduced briefly in the paper. Aimed at optimum design of engineering with multivariable and nonlinear constraints, a new method of penalty function applying to GA in combination with the traditional idea of penalty function and Genetic Algorithm is put forward. Optimum design of a certain aqueduct is completed with the method, and good optimum results are given out. Study shows that the function of GA to search for the minimum and pleasing convergence rate is embodied sufficiently by employing the method. The study offers an effective tool for rational design of aqueduct and has certain referenced value for other engineering.
